Ayla's skills in presence and centering are evident throughout each episode, creating a space for deep relaxation and restoration.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is its ability to provide restorative practices that can be accessed even on nights when sleep seems impossible. The meditations offered in each episode just keep getting better and better. They are calming, soothing, and have a profound impact on the listener's well-being. I find myself listening to each episode multiple times, experiencing deepening results with every session. There is indeed something magical about yoga nidra, and Ayla Nova captures that magic perfectly.

    Moreover, this podcast has not only helped me improve my mental health but has also played a significant role in my physical and spiritual healing. Ayla's teachings and practices have been instrumental in alleviating the symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, and even supporting recovery during illness such as Covid-19. The advanced practice in Episode 70 particularly stands out as a deeply moving experience that truly showcases Ayla's gift for healing.

    On the downside, there are occasional issues with sound balance where the soundscape may drown out Ayla's voice at times. Additionally, some listeners may prefer longer periods of body awareness to avoid emotional activation during the practice. However, these minor criticisms do not detract from the overall value of this podcast.
