Her statement of "I wasn't expecting anything!" means she doesn't get the very straightforward statement I was saying. If she was a Hindu, she would have seen Shiva or Vishnu. It's not about a conscious decision you make. It's how the brain interprets the experience. But that was lost on her because of course hers was a real experience and it proves the claims of Oy Vey trampled Christianity.   I don't understand why we betray our own culture and people to adopt a foreign desert religion based on the Saturn Cult. Child eating, and human sacrifice is right in the wording of the crap they make you repeat before taking your ritual communion. This is not my culture, and it's repulsive. In Wr'alda I Trust, thanks. No amount of threat, bullying, pressure, or ridicule is going to make me forget what I have experienced and learned. I'm more in tune with metaphysical phenomena regarding God than people without it. I have open communication established over a lifetime since I was very little. So I know what God isn't.  Look to Ken Wheeler for the expression that means "Not this, not that." It is how you explain that which is beyond words to explain--by saying what it isn't. Like saying the soul is not the body, etc.  It's been some time since we did this, and it was high time I revisited the work of Mr. Milton William Cooper. Those of you who read my book will find some of these segments familiar. I manually transcribed some of what you'll hear in this broadcast for portions of Priestcraft: Beyond Babylon. I think the idea of calling these videos "shows," or even "episodes" gives off the wrong impression. Although "lesson" is a bit presumptuous, I mean who am I to assume I'm teaching you something you don't already know? But the idea of a "Drill," well that means we're keeping in-practice together. We're not allowing ourselves to relax our defenses in the presence of great threat to our well-being. We're keeping ourselves sharp by running these drills together. We're reinforcing our perspective and validating the truth we've discovered with more and more evidence each and every drill. Does that make sense? I think what we do here isn't merely for the adrenaline and dopamine hits. It's a drill to keep us squared away and acutely aware of the reality we face that others may not see as clearly.https://x.com/DisguiseLimitsPATREON Community to ChatGET AD-FREE and Exclusive Content: Become a Patron.https://Patreon.com/DisguisetheLimitsBEST HOT SAUCE of the Realm:https://SemperFryLLC.com to get Priestcraft: Beyond Babylon, AWESOME Hot Sauce and Creatine-HCL. We are cosmic pilgrimsYou are an ancient identityI see you, do you see me,seeing you? You are inhabiting a luminous garment of stardust framed upon crystal bones traveling on a forested spaceship at over 100,000 Kilometers per hourspiraling through our Milky Way galaxy on a mysterious voyage without a map or destination woven within a pattern of starskeeping time with the moonDarling, isn't it wonderous to have our own moon? That travels with us always? You, We, UsAre powered by an incandescent star Our glorious sun, we worship you stillYou light up our vessels of stars and waterwith the sacred geometry of your luminous nature Am I so different than this blooming tree? This hummingbird, could very well be meWe are encoded with a tenderand temperamental psycheliving within a story we won't be able to controlEach of uscarrying unique hidden information that longs to be expressed in the shape of a living myth our hidden gifts looking forways to reveal themselvesthrough usYou are dreamed and designed by gracious Infinite Intelligence to have an Illuminated heart capable of ever-expanding poetry in a seemingly impossible situation Darling you are a cathedral of light!I worship at the foot of your altarsFlowers bloom where you have dancedI fall breathless into your potentialsFinding place, pace and grace in your moon-kissed faceWe don't know how we got hereWe don't really know where we are going nowBut we know thisLove is at the center Love is at the center Love is at the centerof the Universe We are cosmic pilgrimsYou are an ancient identityat the crossroads of an uncertain futureWill you cross the threshold with me?Shiloh Sophia Revisioned Poem today adapted from the original in 2021Oh my friends, my friends! I would love nothing more than to take a long walk with you, holding hands and talking. I want to hear from you - not just what you post when your mad, or glad, but instead the early morning joys and fears. The things you don't say at the luncheon with colleagues or the dinner table with family. I want to know about the words on the shingle you don't put out about the gifts you really have for these wild times. You could describe me as a painter, a poet, a relucant priestess. But those aren't my real titles. The gifts I have don't work on a business card, can't be put into an algorithm, can't be seen with a machine mind looking deeply into my online history. Who I really am is who I am when I am when I am with you. Whether that is over a cuppa virtual or in person tea with the Muse. Or most especially when I am leading ceremony and I can feel you through the black hole of the camera. My real gifts are feelings. Feeling deeply. I don't care if you know that, or if the machine knows that. You can't use it against me and I know you wouldn't even try. I am a Lover. The universe is my Lover. Like Michael Jackson says, I'm a lover, not a fighter. The kinds of gifts we carry cannot be taken from us by wit or force or password or pressure. Your truest gifts are natural and innate - they are all innately tucked into who you are. You don't have to grow them, earn them or be certified in these gifts. You are the gifts being given through you. The pace of life, and the never-ending intensity can keep us from living them. But that doesn't mean they aren't within you. We are worried about a lot of things right now. I know. I feel it. I see it. I am tracking the many narratives on all sides of the shadow dance of now. There is a grand confluence occuring and it hurts. By grand I don't mean great, I mean BIG. Most days it feels like an unnatural disaster that could have been avoided. But the way we are, the harm we allow and promote, has been going on for so long. No way out but through, you know? But now that I have offerd a poem and a reflection if you have made it THIS far - I want to ask you the MOST SIGNIFICANT question or our life time. Your lifetime. Any recent timeline. But first...the reality is we have been in various stages of oppressive culture for close to 8,000 years - archeologically speaking. So that means we spend A LOT, get that? A LOT of precious life force working on resistance and insistence. Resisting power structures, resisting false narratives, insisting on justice, insisting on human rights. The energy it takes to resist and insist can keep us caught in the worrisome battle of a disgruntled activists. Present company included. Just for now...for right this minute in the naked now, I want to ask you a question. Don't skip ahead please. Pause and breathe. There.....close your eyes....open them...read the question and without thinking....answer without editing....If you weren't in the resistanceHow would you lead your life? Really - if you didn't have to confront reality - how would you use your precious days?Liberate your thoughts through falling in love with your gifts, when they are in service to beauty as WELL as in service to the modern revolutionary conundrums. I have been living my answer to that question for over 30 years. I Trust that question and the community that has risen up around my answering that question. That doesn't mean I don't still persist in the resistance. What it means is I spend the majority of my life force centering on the joy of my heart, not the pain. I have rescued my energy from the grid of oppression. Which then works towards liberating my community as well. so here's the thing. I'm not saying to step out of the resistance in any way -, what I am saying is to make sure you spend time caring for your own gifts. There is a long journey ahead and we're going to need our strength.Your fellow cosmic pilgrimLoveShiloh SophiaAka Laughing Cloud Get full access to Tea with the Muse at teawiththemuse.substack.com/subscribe

Ps 25 describes a man devoted to God & trusting in Him, but also aware of his faults & past sins, so his prayer is based on God's mercy, not his own performance. It's an Acrostic - each verse starts with the next letter of the alphabet, a literary device to add form & aid memorisation. Many elements fit with the time of Absalom's rebellion. His reference to the sins of his youth (v7) shows it's set later in his life. David is in distress, on the run from his enemies, but also aware his sins opened the door to this rebellion, as Nathan predicted in 2Sam 12:11. So, seeking divine deliverance from enemies is a major theme (v2,3,15,16,17,18,19). He acknowledges the root of his troubles was his own sins (when we sin, we turn our back to God & open the door to the curse). So, asking for God's mercy & forgiveness is also a major theme (v6,7,11.18). Thus, it's called a Penitential Psalm. So, he declares his faith that: “You are the God of my salvation” (v5) from both sin & enemies. Likewise, God saves us from our sins (the root problem) & rescues us from our enemies (the resulting curse). Part 1 is a PRAYER (v1-7). “Unto You, O LORD, I LIFT UP my SOUL” (v1). Like a windsurfer trying to catch the wind, we need to lift up our earthbound soul to God (Isa 40:31), seeking fellowship with Him. We need to put aside everything else and direct our soul toward God in faith, looking & waiting on Him, in submission, ready to receive His life. Then he prays for DELIVERANCE from his enemies (v2-3). Thus, he starts with his outer life. Even if we are at peace we should pray into our future: “Deliver us from evil” (Matt 6:13). “O my God, I TRUST (take refuge) in You; let me not be ASHAMED; let not my enemies triumph over me.” He bases his prayer on his covenant with God. By faith he draws near to God and lays hold of His protection. 'Ashamed' means to be disappointed, to trust in something that proves unworthy (Rom 5:5, 10:11, Isa 49:23). This is a prayer for public vindication thru victory, which will also result in God's glory. “Indeed, let no one who WAITS on You be ASHAMED” (v3a), or better: “no one who WAITS on You (in faith) will be ASHAMED” (v3a). He is confident of this fact. To WAIT is to actively look to God & wait for His instructions, ready to obey, like a waiter. It's an attitude of submission to God's timing, leadership & wisdom, rather than rushing ahead in the flesh. This is how he responded to Absalom's rebellion. “Let those be ASHAMED, who deal treacherously without cause” (v3b). This describes his enemies who followed Absalom in his lies & treachery. Then he moves from praying for his outward life to his inner life by first praying for GUIDANCE (v4-5), for he understood outward victory & good circumstances require walking with God, as he did at the time of Absalom's rebellion (prayer is superficial if all we pray for is our outer life): “Show me Your WAYS, O Lord; teach me Your PATHS” (v4). God's WAYS are love, righteousness, service, integrity, faith, and His PATHS include their practical application in our lives. Receiving His guidance is not enough, for he also knows he needs God to lead him step by step along His path: “LEAD me in Your truth and TEACH me, for You are the God of my salvation (from my sin & enemies). On You I WAIT all the day (patience in waiting, his settled attitude)” (v5). Guidance is part of our personal walk with God. It's of the heart, not mechanical obeying of rules, a lifestyle of waiting & obeying. Then he prays for MERCY: “REMEMBER, O Lord, Your tender mercies and Your lovingkindnesses (chesed), for they are from of old (eternity)” (v6). To remember is to bring certain thoughts to the forefront of one's mind as a basis for our attitude & actions. It is used as a covenant word, as in remembering our covenant with God (1Cor 11:24-25), and God remembering us in His covenant love (Lk 23:42). He grounds His prayer on divine mercy, not justice (Ex 34:6). “Do NOT REMEMBER the sins of my youth (Bathsheba), nor my transgressions; according to Your MERCY REMEMBER me, for Your GOODNESS' sake, O Lord” (v7). "Don't let your attitude & actions toward me be based on my sins, but on your covenant love for me. Don't just forgive my sins, forget them." He knows he's forgiven (2Sam 12:13, Ps 32, 51), but his troubles reminded him of his past sins, that led to this situation, causing him to turn to God in humility and reaffirm before God his full repentance, and in faith plead for & claim God's covenant promises of forgiveness (MERCY) & grace (GOODNESS) to overcome the effect of those sins. This was also needed as the situation would have triggered accusing thoughts of condemnation, encouraged by satan (this whole attack on David's Throne was part of a bigger spiritual warfare, where satan tried to stop God's purposes thru him), that would have paralysed his faith had he allowed them. So, it was necessary for him to bring these thoughts to God in prayer, claiming His covenant mercy & grace.

Three French Hens and Lingerie.Based on a post by SandyMarl, in 4 parts. Listen to the ► Podcast at Steamy Stories.  Three French HensRising the next morning after enjoying the contented sleep of a delicious bad girl; Dana mopped up the chocolate mess and had just put a new tablecloth on the table when she received a text. She saw that Patricia had sent her a message. She giggled aloud in her empty house, feeling that she knew what she was about to read. 'Dana, I hope you will be home tonight. I'd like to drop off supper and a surprise Christmas package for you. Let me know if you'll be available this evening - Patricia.'Dana replied, 'I Will be ready for your surprise package. What Will I do with your generosity? I Will be so looking forward to tonight!' Dana didn't intend to spoil Patricia's 'surprise package' delivery; but by now Patricia knew that Dana was wise to the Twelve Days of Christmas themes arriving at her house, courtesy of The Chix 'Hubby Exchange'. Almost more than the expected sex with Patricia's husband Will, Dana was curiously excited to find out how Three French Hens were going to fit into her boudoir. When Dana's doorbell rang, she arranged herself in the hallway mirror, resettled her boobs in her next-fanciest white lace bra that was almost concealed behind her low-cut, high-class dressy satin snow-white blouse. When she answered the door, the kid at the door smiled as Dana greeted him. After an awkward, cheeky stare at her tits, he handed her the bag of roasted chicken and all the fixin's. Dana gave the kid an eyeful as his parting words were, "Don't cook tonight - Call Chicken Delight! Thanks for your order, Ma'am." The delivery boy took one last glance before leaving her porch.Dana thought about calling after him, 'Have a Merry Fucking Christmas,' but thought that she'd save the teasing for the next fellow who rang her bell. Will pulled up to the curb as the delivery boy's car pulled away. Will trotted to the open door where Dana was waiting for him. Will looked flustered. "Damn. I was supposed to surprise you with dinner. Looks like I'm the one who is surprised by dinner's quick arrival.""And you left me holding the bag," said Dana in a provocative tone as she lifted the steaming bag in front of Will's nose. Will looked doubly flustered."Oh shit. Excuse me Dana, I forgot something in my truck." Will trotted back to the curb and grabbed a gift box and came back to where Dana was waiting for him with a half-undone blouse.By the Third Day of Christmas, Dana had a good idea of how this exchange was supposed to play out. But she wasn't above playing along, or at least playing Will. Dana looked out the door, "Where's Patricia? She promised me an exciting holiday package." Dana was enjoying the recurring theme and the surprise packages being delivered to her door. Will stepped inside, shut the door and bolted it behind him, handing a scroll tied with a festive green ribbon to the woman smiling at him, acting surprised. "What's this?" Dana asked as she cocked her head, taking the scroll from Will. "This is all so mysterious," acknowledged Dana with her eyes and smile flashing in obvious enjoyment of another installment of the unfolding mystery in her entry hall.Dana unfurled the scroll, knowing what was written inside, yet once again feeling a warm flush sweep across her face as she red Patricia's words. Dana inhaled; a crinkle grew at the corner of her eyes; Patricia had sent her husband Will over to her as a gift to give her 'a night of holiday magic'.In Patricia's written introduction she implied that perhaps Will's stag arrival was not a surprise to her, but Will was not aware that he was visiting her as the bearer of gifts that tied him to The Third Day of Christmas, part of the husband exchange plotted right after The Chix cookie exchange.Patricia wrote that Will was 'prepared to fulfill her wish list', and that rumors were circulating among The Chix that she had made it to the top of Santa's naughty girl list. According to the instructions, all she had to do was 'Have a Merry Fucking Christmas.' Patricia signed off with, 'And Good Will to all and to all a good night.'"Well, well, what do we have here?" she asked as she dropped her glance to the gift-wrapped box in Will's hands. Will looked at Dana, "Did you read Patricia's introductory remarks on the scroll Dana?" Will of course had seen her reading it but was expecting more of a reaction from her as the purpose for his evening visit was spelled out for the attractive widow lady who had long been inside their close circle of friends."Oh yes. I've red and understood your introduction quite clearly." Dana used a husky, seductive voice to emphasize her intimate understanding of what was ahead for the two of them. "But I must know, what's in the box?"Dana's unfazed manner, sexy outfit and flirty ease with him put Will in a randy mood, thinking that he'd lucked into some sexy games between Dana and his wife. If Dana didn't seem to mind, he was certainly game. And he brought his own Christmas toys. "You get to open the box after supper. Not before then - and no peeking!""It's you that has been doing the early peeking Will," Dana thrust her boobs forward, letting the half buttoned top fall further open to reveal her white lace cups filled with full tits as she shook them with the intention to set off a growing erection inside of Will's pants. After the supper dishes were cleared, Dana made a play for the present. Will snatched it from her clutches, saying that "This gift was selected by Patricia, but she has entrusted it to me to give it to you. She seemed certain that you would find it appropriate for any kind of mischief that we might want to get into." Will smiled a sheepish smile, not sure about presenting such a gift to a lady friend. Relying on his wife's assurances that Dana would love it, he placed it in Dana's hands.Dana tore into the gift wrapping and let out a gasp and then a giggle escape as she opened the box. "What's this?" Dana was beaming as she lifted the pink oval object from its case and held it in the palm of her hand."I've been told that you might be expecting something along the lines of a chicken or hen theme. What you hold in your hand is for your holiday evening pleasure - as am I. I am your rooster, er; may I correct that, I am your barnyard cock. I present you, my hen, a vibrating egg." Will had gained his confidence over dinner and was enjoying toying with his hostess as she marveled at the gift sex toy.Dana didn't want to pry and outright ask Will if he and Patricia had used a vibrating sex toy before, but she was sure that it wasn't too difficult to guess how to use it.Will walked behind where Dana sat, he brushed his fingers through her hair. "Do you remember way back when, when you and Sander helped me out by giving me some tips on the best way to make my moves on Patricia?""Umm yeah, I remember all of that pretty well. You weren't the fumbling geek that you thought you were, you just needed a little direction and a lot of confidence. I guess that Sander and I turned you into a star lover.""Well, you may not have turned me into the latest and greatest Casanova; but at least you did give me great advice and let me practice with a real woman. Dana, you got me off to a solid start. Patricia is ever grateful to you for knocking off my awkward edges, if only she knew all the schooling that you put into my romancing behavior. Once I took your advice and employed your patented instructions of hot techniques to win a girl, I was off to the races. Patricia was able to pick it up from there." Will finished his remembrances with a small chuckle."Let's see, if I remember my early lessons; Lesson One: atmosphere is important. Come my fine teacher, join me on the couch and you can test me on what I learned from you." Will took Dana by the hand, escorting her to the living room."Lesson Two in winning a girl was what? Oh yes, I think I remember; take her slowly, don't scare her, make her comfortable with you and she will come to you on her own. Did I get that right?" Will petted Dana in a slow and easy casual caress, seeking feedback from his former romance instructor.Dana nestled into Will, "That's right, but that lesson mostly applies to a man's first approach to a girl. We've both been through this together before. Given our mutual experiences, I think we can skip the slow part this time. I'm not scared, and a faster pace would be fine with me tonight, young man."Will began to pick up the pace, undressing Dana as she enjoyed the confident attention from the man whom she once had to advise on how to undress a woman. Will had peeled Dana down to her set of snowy white lace bra and panties, he came in close to kiss her and told her she "looked like a pretty white snowflake, a unique beauty, yet the hottest of all the fallen snowflakes. If you catch my drift."Dana smiled her appreciation at Will's compliment, "Patricia told me that I should expect to find a surprise holiday package - may I?" She asked without waiting for an answer, reaching up to undo Will's pants. Dana dropped his pants and underpants to his ankle and was not surprised to find his cock decorated with a green bow. "This must be the pretty package of which Patricia spoke," feigning surprise. "Oh look, you come with a label," Dana removed the bow from Will's willy and red the label: 'On the Third Day of Christmas, My True Friend gave to me, Three French Hens. Dear Dana, I hope you enjoy the Christmas package I've selected for you. Unfortunately, the Three French Hens couldn't get their travel visa in time to arrive with the business end of this package; so, I've taken the liberty to include one of their vibrating French hen eggs as a substitute. Ooh la la! Enjoy! And have a Merry Fucking Christmas! -- Patricia.'Dana stroked Will's cock, extended in greeting, "We never got this far in our lessons on what to do with a girl. I Trust you've figured out a thing or two on the proper use of your tool?" Dana leaned in to give Will's cock a lick. Will let her consume him, holding her hair as she slurped with her tongue, preparing his tool for some deep drilling. "Ooh la la," you make a pretty French hen when you have a pecker on your face," Will sighed as Dana sucked him and caressed his balls. With reluctance, Will pulled his cock out of Dana's lips, "Lest we forget, now that you've unwrapped your gift, I believe it is time we play with your new Christmas toy." Will returned to the table and picked up the vibrating egg sex toy and its remote control."This will be fun," said Will as he used the controls to turn it on and run the vibrating rheostat through its different levels. "You never got to this part of the lesson when you taught me about what turns girls on."Dana pulled him close, "A girl shouldn't reveal all of her secrets. But at the time, I never imagined that there was a remote-control device that could be used to turn a girl on with the literal press of a button." Dana spread her legs, rubbing her labia with both hands, "Why don't you find a warm nest to place that egg in, and let's pick up this part of the lesson that we both somehow missed all of those years ago."Will fit himself between her legs, wedged the vibrating egg between Dana's wet cunt lips. Dana held it in place with her right hand as she plucked at her excited nipple with her left hand as Will pressed the start button on the remote. Dana let out a giggle. "Cluck, cluck, cluck, this darling little egg is going to make me want to get laid."Dana bent her knees, trying different positions and sensations. As her toy egg hummed, she purred. "Does this egg have any other settings?" she asked as she worked her clit, letting the vibrations warm her libido. Will licked his lips as he watched Dana adjust to the new sensations between her legs, "Why yes, it does have several settings. How may I serve you my little chickadee?""What options can you offer an excited girl?" Dana asked as her eyes involuntarily rolled back as she pressed the vibrating egg to her warming, wet labia."I can serve you 'over easy', which is the setting I have you at now. I can pick it up a notch and deliver a 'poached egg' sensation, which should make you feel soft, gooey and warm. Or I can go right up to 'scrambled' level.""My, my, all of those sound fun. Will, I want you to surprise me, you pick the setting. You can change it up on me whenever you want, make it interesting with variety." Will needed no prodding, he switched up the intensity of the egg Dana held to her clit; using a slow build, higher and higher and as she squirmed and squeezed her legs together on the couch. As Dana was heating up to her melting point, Will stopped the vibrations."You barnyard bastard, Will!""You wanted me to surprise you. Didn't you tell me years ago to not rush a girl?" Will offered a smug snort, knowing he had the remote and he was in control. Also knowing that Dana had once coached him to make the girl want to come to him. "I think I've learned your lessons pretty well, by the look on your face Dana.""I was starting to get in the groove. You coaxed me pretty far along, I'm wet and I'm getting pretty frothy -- until you stopped. Will, I didn't teach you to be a cruel bastard." Dana was pouting as she reclined on the couch with her knees up, still holding her toy egg against her glistening labia."No, you didn't. I developed the joy of prolonged teasing on my own." He held the remote in front of Dana, rolling his thumb over the control buttons like the twitchy trigger finger of a gunfighter in a showdown. "I could start you up anytime I want from where I stand. Just because I stopped doesn't mean I can't start again.""Well then, what do I need to do to get you to fire me up again? I can't let this egg that I'm nesting on get too cold. I'd be disappointed if I didn't hatch an egg-cracking orgasm with you tonight."Will beamed with confidence as he looked Dana in the eye as he twirled the remote in between his fingers. "I confess, after steaming me up all those years ago with your romantic lessons, I've always wanted to see you get turned on like you are tonight. I love watching your pretty titties bunch and jiggle as you enjoy my remote toying."Dana enjoyed hearing Will's confession and was secretly pleased that she could offer him a good, sexy show. "OK, here's the deal; you control the vibrating egg, I give you the show you've always wanted but you have to come over here and lick and suck my nipple as my clit gets buzzed.""Now that's a deal I can't resist. First, I get to watch you get frothy all over again and then I'll come to your side and fulfill my other longtime fantasy by fondling your tits and sucking you until your nips are made hard and erect and by my stimulation. I'll work you tit, you work your clit and together we will bring you to an egg-cracking orgasm."Will performed a masterful job of licking, sucking and nibbling at Dana's nipples while changing the sensations she was getting on her swollen clit with the remote. With a sudden convulsion and an eye-rolling, breathy squeal, Dana panted as she pulled the pink egg out from her inner thighs, dropping it on the carpet. "Oh damn. Damn that kind of snook up on me. Oh, damn that was exciting. That was a surprise." She pried Will's lips from her over-sensitized nipple as she let the reverberations subside inside her hen parts while she leaned back against the couch's arm feeling warmed from toes to tits. Will looked her over, seeing a crimson sex-flush glowing on her upper chest, remarked, "You are some kind of red-breasted warbler hen."Dana mover her arm down to grasp Will's semi-rigid erection, giving it slow, sensuous strokes as she subtly tugged his cock to position him in front of her spread legs. "Cluck, cluck. You wanna fuck?" Dana inquired through heavy eyelids of a post-orgasmic woman. Will said nothing; he seized her ankles and threw them back toward her shoulders, exposing Dana's puffy pink cunt. With a stiff and eager pecker, Will drove hard and deep into Dana's upturned snatch, pinning her legs against her shoulders as he thrust his boner in and out of her with wet, succulent sounds. He swabbed her with hearty vigor, fulfilling years of pent-up fantasy desire to fuck Dana, the lady who had taken it upon herself years ago to give him the confidence to make it with a girl.Dana sensed that this pumping penetration which she was enjoying was the carnal expression of this man's ultimate gratification after suppressing his desire to fuck her for years. She loved being able to fulfill Will's desires. By letting him take her so savagely, it served to only heighten her pleasure. She could only express her pleasure with long, loud moans finished with little barks with every pounding stroke that Will planted deep inside of her spasming naughty bits. Dana's involuntary moans built up again and again as Will plunged into her slippery depths, always ending with a little bark as his rod mashed into her cervix. Will's grip on her folded-over legs tightened, his breath became fast and shallow as he pumped Dana with fucking fury. He released her legs, seized two generous handfuls of titty flesh, squeezed her tight as his cock flew over her nest of pubic hair, exploding in a glorious release of white, hot sperm. Will's ejaculate went splattering across Dana's bunched bosoms, up her throat and chin, coating her lips with thick, white ropes of jizz.Breathing heavily, with eyes closed tight, he massaged both of Dana's melons as he rested, enjoying the flood of warm satisfaction coursing through his body.Dana waited for a few moments until Will opened his eyes; then she opened her lips and ran her tongue along them to slurp up the cum he had deposited on her mouth. "Yum. You've been wanting to do me like that for a long time haven't you? I could tell.""It was worth the wait Dana. You taught me well." Will's arms released their hold on Dana's tits as he fell into her chest with his face, holding her torso tight as she wrapped her legs around his back.Awaking from an exhausted snooze, still entangled and stuck together by the sticky cum covering Dan's chest and Will's face; Dana stuck her finger in her mouth and then inserted it in Will's ear. "Wet Willy!"Will flinched and then laughed, "Yeah, but my Willy wins for getting you wetter."Dana spoke, "We're both kind of a sticky mess. It's like someone cracked an egg on me, it's like I have egg white covering my tits." Dana snaked her way out from under Will, taking his hand and getting him to sit up on the couch. "Come on, let's both get wet again," as she led him to her shower where they soaped and fondled each other before taking their time toweling each other off.Dana didn't bother to dress, wanting to give Will an eyeful as a parting-gift as she watched him dress. They kissed a quick kiss on the cheek before Will walked out the door in the wee hours of the foggy December morning.Dana went back into the living room to find her vibrating egg toy. She picked it up and found the remote control stuffed behind a cushion. She toyed with the idea of having another round just by herself or just going off to bed. She hadn't decided as she crawled under the sheets with the toy, but she was thinking about The Chix, The Dix, the great sex with the boys, the great fun, and the Twelve Days of Christmas. She thought of Sander, and she thought he'd be happy for her. Sander would not want her to wither up and be sad and lonely; he'd want her to have a Merry Fucking Christmas if he had a say. She missed the comfortable routine that she and Sander had grown into over the years of their marriage. She thought about The Chix and their chosen Dix and wondered if they appreciated what they still had with their hysbands. She fell asleep as she dreamed of wonderful sex and loving and grateful thoughts of her good friends, The Chix. She was dreaming of hatching a plan. A Mysterious Invitation To The ChixDana didn't have it in her this year to send out Christmas cards to the annual crowd of casual acquaintances. The raw loneliness of the holidays without Sander was too much pain to stuff into an envelope along with a glittery card addressed to those who only heard from her and Sander once a year. The holiday cheer had evaporated for all but her closest friends.Dana picked three cards to send out to The Chix. It'd be a Christmas card, a thank you card, and an invitation all wrapped into one.McNally, Patricia and Annie recognized dana's handwriting as soon as they pulled the envelope from their mailbox, rushing to open Dana's envelope first. Each smiled as they red Dana's note:Hmm.I've just gotten to thinking about the Twelve Days of Christmas -- for some naughty reason.Did you know that technically, the Twelve Days run from December 25 to January 6?The Twelve Days of Christmas have yet to begin. We are not finished yet!I know The Chix are dying for me to dish on partridges, turtle doves and French hens. The nesting of all of those Love Birds was such a sweet and spicy gift set that cheered me up.My thanks to The Naughty Chix. You must promise to join me as my guest on the fourth, fifth and sixth Days of Christmas,December 28, 29 & 30th.You will be my guest at our mountain ski-cabin getaway for a gathering of just us Chix.I won't say a word about the packages that were sent my way until then.If you want to hear the details, clear your calendar and come on out.I owe you all a Thank You - and more.I might have a Christmas Season surprise waiting for each of The Chix. You will want to end up on my Naughty List - XOXO DanaDana's scheme had been hatched. The cards went out to The Chix. The bait was irresistible; The Chix would have to be at the cabin to hear the intimate details of how their hubby exchange had been received. They couldn't miss this opportunity. As Dana suspected, the replies accepting her offer of an exclusive Chix getaway flew so quickly to her phone that she had to put all three of The Chix on a conference call. McNally, Annie and Patricia pressed Dana for a tiny hint as to how their gift hubby-exchange guys had performed. Dana was having none of it. She remained tight-lipped through all of their clever wheedling and desperate manipulations trying to get her to spill a few hints. Dana stood steadfast, enjoying holding out the tormenting delay in the juiciest gossip in years."Nothing for anyone until we are all together at my cabin." All agreed, reluctantly, on the conditions set by their hostess. They arranged to come up together and meet Dana at her ski cabin on the Fourth Day of Christmas, December 28th. A Load Of Post-Christmas Scrooges And A GhostDana stopped stirring the hot chocolate, skipped to the door upon hearing the crunching of tires over the crisp, refrozen snowfall, announcing the arrival of The Chix. "A Merry Fourth Day of Christmas to y'all!" she hollered from the open doorway.McNally stepped from the rear passenger door of Patricia's SUV, answered Dana in a sour tone, "I am so done with Christmas right now. I know, the Twelve Days of Christmas only started after Christmas, but for me, Christmas is over - and I say good riddance. Too much stress and expectation."Annie, standing ready to unload her bag from the rear cargo hatch, felt bad that McNally had started the afternoon at Dana's cabin on a down note. "McNally! Don't be such a Grinch. If Dana wants to celebrate the holiday a little longer, don't throw cold water on her festive gathering. Sheesh.""All righty then, Merry Fucking Christmas - even though it's almost New Years," groused a still disillusioned and worn-out McNally."There you go McNally, that's the spirit," chided Patricia as she stepped out of the driver's seat. "Though, I must admit, it has been a grueling end of the year for me. I would be happy to pack up the holiday decorations and get on with a normally hectic life. Merry fucking Christmas to everyone and then it's on to a Happy Fucking New Year!""I hear you girls," said Dana, "you're free to toss the gift-wrapped stress and snowed-under holiday scheduling; but don't be too quick to throw out the good part of Christmas. I've got a nice quiet, post-Christmas chill-out planned. I'm hoping to restore your Christmas spirit and help you unpack all of this grinchy scrooginess that some of you have hauled all the way up here. Welcome Chix! Grab your stuff and come on in." Dana held the door open as the Chix paraded through, stopping to give Dana a hug. "It's been a long time since everyone has been up here, but I trust you remember where your rooms are."Dana shut the door and stepped into the kitchen to finish the hot chocolate as her guests went to their rooms to drop off their luggage. Dana busied herself with arranging the snack tray and hors d'oeuvre spread as the ladies freshened up after their late afternoon drive up to the cabin."Who wants a mug of my super rich hot chocolate?" called Dana. The Chix filtered into the kitchen to start the traditional sip of hot chocolate, it was the way Dana and Sander always welcomed their winter guests to their cabin. Dana poured four, steaming mugs and set them on the table. "Won't you join me?" she asked as she pulled out a chair."I've been driving over icy roads for the last couple of hours, I think I'll take my traditional welcoming mug of steaming indulgence standing up, if you don't mind," offered Patricia."Me too," echoed Annie."I'll stand with these two," motioned McNally.Dana joined them at the counter, "We've always stood together, haven't we? This is no time to break with that tradition."They all laughed a comfortable laugh and took a sip. McNally licked her lips, "Hmm, quite good and rich as always Dana, but I think it could use a tad something more." McNally slipped around Annie and headed to the cupboard. She pulled out a bottle of peppermint schnapps. "Ah, is this the bottle Orlando and I left for you and Sander? It's right where I remember it being. And I do have an excellent memory for such things.""Yep. That's the same old bottle that you and Orlando gave us the last time we all gathered here.""Wow," offered Annie as she thought of the years that had flown past since they were last together at Dana and Sander's ski cabin. "It has been a really long time since the four of us were here together," she mused. "Only then we were also here with..." Annie caught herself, but it was too late; she and everyone there realized she was about to mention their four husbands; she sucked in a panicked breath and threw her hands to her mouth and was about to apologize for bringing up the memory of husbands in front of her widowed friend."It's all right Annie," assured Dana as she reached across the counter to touch her arm. "I'm still grieving, but the good memories of Sander, shared among my close friends, are a soothing balm for my sadness. It's not a bad thing to remember my husband."Annie, working to hold back her tears, said, "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, I wanted to come up to your cabin and have this be a happy time with your friends; I didn't want to hurt you by dwelling on tragedy.""Annie, get a hold of yourself girl," said McNally as she dropped the mug of her high-octane hot chocolate from her lips. "We all know Sander is gone. It's a void we have to deal with, that's why we're here to cheer up Dana at this time of year.""McNally, stop it," Patricia interrupted. "Maybe you're right about the situation, but sometimes you come off sounding harsh and unsupportive. If Annie wants to open up with some tender feelings, then you should let her."Dana thumped her mug on the countertop, "Listen to me Chix, everyone's got a point - and I do too; Annie, thank you for your deep sympathy, but it's not going to break me when you, or anyone else, mentions Sander. Okay?"Patricia, I appreciate your mother hen role among us Chix, especially when McNally seems to rise to the top of the pecking order, but don't douse McNally's spirit; I find comfort in her boldness and barefaced words, and I find levity and healing in her humor and draw strength from her brassy spirit."McNally, that being said about all that I love about you - I have to correct one of your assertions; Sander is not gone. He is here. The last time we shared a bed and kissed each other good night was in this bed right in there," Dana motioned toward the bedroom off the kitchen. "But McNally you are correct in that Sander's passing is a void we have to deal with. I've chosen to deal with the void by filling it with my present friends and good memories of times past."Annie broke into a sputtering sob, sloshing her hot chocolate onto the counter. Patricia threw a visual dart at McNally to keep her quiet on Annie's account. McNally smiled and tipped her head and said nothing. After Dana spoke, there was a spell of unusual silence among The Chix, except for Annie's audible efforts to control her sobs. It was not the festive beginning to a Chix post-Christmas getaway that Dana had planned. Sensing that the holiday cheer had been lost already, Dana threw out what she knew would derail any immediate hope for the return of high holiday spirits among The Chix. "I came up to our cabin two days early for some solitude," Dana announced. "Sander is not gone. Sander is here. Last night he visited me."Eyes widened, jaws dropped, the sound of silence landed on the countertop between the girls with an unnerving crash, felt but unheard. McNally thought to ask if Dana was pulling their legs but thought better of opening her mouth. Three sets of down-cast eyes made their way up to lock onto Dana's eyes. There were lots of questions in those three sets of eyes, but not a word was spoken aloud.Dana's head clicked around in three incremental moves to scan the eyes of her guests. She understood that after a line like that, it was up to her to answer the unasked questions hanging in the air. "I didn't want to tell y'all that, at least not like that." Dana braced herself with two outstretched arms against the counter. "That's not the festive beginning I was planning on starting with, sorry about that. Excuse me for a minute; I got kind of emotionally thrown off my horse there. I planned a girl's getaway tonight with my beloved Chix. The plan was to share some bottles of wine, fat-ass snacks, decadent hors d'oeuvres and a big bowl of buttery popcorn and watch a movie. Oh! And I have some very naughty cookies from our earlier exchange that I saved; you know Chix, they must be consumed before the end of the year.""No way Dana!" protested McNally. "You can't do this to us, telling us you saw Sander last night and then pretending that we are all ready to have a casual, goofy girl's night-in tossing down popcorn and a merlot while watching a movie? I can't let you jerk us back to ordinary after an extraordinary tease like that. We gotta talk girl." McNally surveyed the faces of Patricia and Annie expecting them to nod in hearty agreement, siding with her plan to override Dana's.Annie looked non-committal. Patricia looked at McNally and then at Dana. "Dana, do you need to talk about this Sander sighting, or do you need to stick to your plan?" asked Patricia."Yes. I have so much I need to talk to you guys about, but I need to be prepared and so do you before we talk. I need everyone to follow my schedule. Didn't I write to y'all and tell you to come on up because there might be a surprise?"Flabbergasted, McNally asked, "So it's snacks, wine and a movie?"Patricia shot a mother hen look at McNally to answer her question."Didn't you hear Dana? She needs to get to a good emotional place, then she'll get back to your agenda item McNally," Annie said to reinforce Patricia's mother hen look."Okay. But I know from our conversation on the way up here, we are all eagerly expecting a report on the first three days of Christmas, involving a partridge, two turtle doves and three French hens. Am I right ladies?" asked McNally with a jauntily cocked head as she searched the faces of Patricia and Annie, satisfied that she had gotten in the last word, as she so often likes to do.Pleased that her plan was back on track, Dana perked up and poured a healthy amount of schnapps into McNally's mug, "You'll get all that and more, I promise," said Dana merrily."Did I hear 'Yule' get all that and more? If that's the case, then it's a Merry Fucking Christmas to all!"The Chix laughed and thrust their mugs to the center in a collective toast, "A Merry Fucking Christmas!"Dana set out the food, McNally poured the drinks as Annie filled the huge common bowl with buttery popcorn. "Should I bring over the naughty Christmas cookies?" asked Patricia. "I see there are a lot of uneaten pussies still on the tray. They are decorated so enticingly. It's a shame to leave an uneaten pussie on the table.""No, those naughty cookies are for dessert! Leave 'em there," shouted Dana."Patricia, are there any large, tasty cocks left on that tray, or did Dana already eat them all?"Dana jumped in, "Patricia, don't answer that. A girl has a right to keep her secrets - at least for a little while longer."To be continued in part 4, based on the post by SandyMarl for Literotica.

Then his brothers also went and fell down before his face, and they said, “Behold, we are your servants.” Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive. Now therefore, do not be afraid; I will provide for you and your little ones.” And he comforted them and spoke kindly to them. - Devotion - Prayer - Hymn 415 - I Trust, O Christ, in You Alone: vv. 1, 3 - Blessing - Postlude Service Participants: Rev. In this episode of Catholic Moms in the Middle, I have the honor of hosting Sister Faustina Maria Pia, a member of the Sisters of Life and author of The Litany of Trust and Jesus, I Trust in You: A 30-Day Personal Retreat. Sister Faustina shares the profound spiritual journey that led her to create The Litany of Trust, born out of a deep personal struggle with understanding and surrendering to God's will. Her story resonates with anyone seeking to strengthen their faith through difficult times and deep trust in God's plan, even when life doesn't make sense. Sister Faustina opens up about the moment that transformed her understanding of trust. Through a powerful, raw encounter with Christ in prayer, she came to realize that trust isn't about receiving clarity or answers, but about surrendering to God's love, even when we don't fully understand His plan. This moving testimony will invite you into a deeper relationship with God by embracing the mystery of faith and the freedom that comes with trusting Him in every circumstance. Whether you are familiar with The Litany of Trust or just beginning your faith journey, this episode is full of encouragement and insights for Catholic women, especially those navigating midlife. Sister Faustina's wisdom is a reminder that God meets us in our weaknesses, elevating us through His tender love, and calling us to trust Him more deeply. This conversation that will help you find hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose in your walk with Christ. Welcome to our transformative session of Nova Nidra, guided by Ayla Nova. This ancient practice of Yoga Nidra or 'yogic sleep' allows us to delve deeply into relaxation while maintaining a trace of awareness.Understanding Cutting Cords: Historically, the practice of cutting cords stems from various spiritual traditions, where it is used to sever energetic ties that bind us to past experiences or relationships that no longer serve our highest good. These ties are thought to impact our emotional and energetic health, and cutting them is seen as a way to cleanse our spirit or aura and reclaim personal energy. In today's session, Ayla Nova honours the courage it takes to engage in this deep healing work. We begin by setting the stage for a comfortable practice, aligning the body and calming the mind. Back on April 2 of this year DoorDash delivery guy Alan Colie found himself confronted in a shopping mall food court by two aggressive pranksters, the leader of whom was one Tanner Cook. Colie would ultimately shoot Cook once, causing serious but not fatal injuries. Colie would be charged with malicious wounding, firing of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and and discharging a firearm in a building--all felonies. Colie's sole legal defense to all three charges was the justification of self-defense.In September Colie was acquitted by jury of the malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony charges, but found guilty of the lesser discharging a firearm in a building charge. The trial judge declined the defense request to dismiss the conviction on the grounds that it was inconsistent with the acquittals, which necessarily required the jury to find self-defense.Sentencing is scheduled for December 21, and Colie is looking at a maximum of 5 years.I originally did a legal breakdown of this event in the Law of Self Defense Show of October 2, but I return to the event today for reasons having less to do with the legal merits of the case and more to do with the role that "self-defense insurance" company USCCA may have played--or, rather, may have refused to pay.Evidence in this case suggests that Colie was a member of USCCA at the time of the shooting, that Colie called USCCA immediately after the shooting (as USCCA instructs its members to do), and that USCCA may have refused to honor its purported commitment to Colie to cover his legal expenses in this self-defense trial. This rings all too consistent with how USCCA similar refused to cover USCCA member Kayla Giles after she claimed self-defense following the shooting of her estranged husband in September 2018. Giles would later be found guilty of second-degree murder and sentenced to life plus 30 years, a conviction later affirmed on appeal. To what extent her conviction was the result of her being denied desperately needed legal resources by USCCA can never be known. This was all brought to my attention again in recent days by Law of Self Defense Member Floyd, who linked me to an interesting discussion of the Colie case and the relevance of USCCA to that case on the video channel of Attorneys Marc Victor and Andy Marcantel--both of whom I've had personal conversation in the past, and who strike me as smart and capable attorneys. Floyd also linked me to some news stories that raise similar questions. So, did USCCA refuse to cover another of their members in a self-defense case? I'd love to get you started with a mini-lesson on dealing with weight gain. This is how you set yourself up to be neutral with your body and create confidence, freedom, and ease in your life today, next month, and for the rest of your life. #1-Nothing has gone wrong It's expected and normal that you gain weight after dieting. Research is clear: the #1 predictor of weight gain is having been on a diet. Your body didn't wrong you. You didn't get lazy. So stop the mental self-torture and make a choice: Go back on a diet and commit to being on it for the rest of your life; otherwise, you'll regain the weight AGAIN. (NB-I can't help with this choice… preferable that you unsubscribe to my emailing you as this will only be more torture for you.) Accept that controlling the amount of fat your body is NOT in your control and move to step 2. #2-Weight acceptance doesn't mean giving up Accepting your body weight simply means focusing on what you can actually control. It means making your life a lot easier by reducing the stress, anxiety, and discomfort you experience EVERY DAY. It means taking care of your health in a way that is SUPPORTIVE. Moreover, it means working “hard” but in a new way: in a way that makes you feel better right away. #3-Change the focus The goal you were chasing through controlling your body weight can be achieved in another way. Happiness, confidence, and security are the outcome of what is happening in your mind, not the size of your pants. Focus on mastering your mindset so you can think thoughts that will allow you to access your desired feelings RIGHT AWAY. That same mindset skill you'll learn is what will allow you to commit to health-promoting behaviors beyond weight loss. #4-Think about food but in a new way Use food to build trust with your body instead of trying to control it. Learn to think about food in a way that will not create obsession and rebellious eating. Learn to eat in a way that will be healthy and sustainable for the rest of your life. Eat in a way that will be easy and respectful of your body. #5-Be radical in choosing love at every corner Learn to RESPOND to fear instead of REACTING to fear. Responding, for example, means when you encounter a circumstance where you feel your body is being judged, instead of reacting and planning your next diet, you instead become curious as to why you felt judged and work on what in you created this feeling of being judged. Meet the desire to starve your body with self-compassion. It will require effort to learn to process fear differently and choose love for yourself, but you CAN DO IT. It's a revolutionary choice for women to accept their body and weight gain. Everything in our society is built to make it hard for women to be accepting of their body and age, so we buy into the multi-billion $$ weight loss and anti-aging industries. YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS. You've been doing hard things your whole life, and this one is no different. I BELIEVE IN YOU and your capacity to do this work. Moreover, I will uphold this belief for you until you build the skill to believe in your damn self. I TRUST you to do this work exactly in the way you need for you. I'll teach you exactly what you need to know and do for you to know how to accept and neutralize your weight and body with ease and grace. I have done this work for myself and coached hundreds of women to do the same. What you'll learn listening to this episode on the 5 fallacies of weight gain: 5 fallacies of weight gain Why most women have a false understanding of acceptance What you focus on if not number on the scale for your well-being Mentioned in the show:  Women Beyond The Scale Workshop Ticket Undiet Your Life Coaching Program

Rather than stressing over a perfect script, simply record a casual conversation with a team member or utilize an AI tool like Chat GPT to create a script. It's important to have three key videos on your homepage: a banner video showcasing your practice, a personalized video introducing the dentist, and a testimonial video from a happy patient. How can we utilize this? Or what advice or suggestions can you give us that will help us to attract new patients? Minal: Well, with pediatric, one of the best things to do is to show off your practice culture. Cuz let's face it, you have the most fun practice culture and you can have fun and you don't have to worry about thinking, is this too childish?Guess what? It's totally okay for you to be right. So one of the things that you wanna show off, especially in the world we live today, because our parents with young children are usually in the Gen X generation, right? Mm-hmm. And the millennial generation. So we grew up with videos and we grew up with Instagram reels and Facebook and all that stuff. So we are very in tune to social media, yes. But we are also very in tune. Looking you up and seeing who you are as a practice. Because if I want my child to come to your practice, and I know that I, myself as a parent, am afraid of going to the dentist, yeah, you are a dentist, that's great, but I really want to make sure my child's gonna be okay and have a good time at their dental appointment. So one of the best ways to do that is through videos. Now, let's say you have videos. I want you to kind of, you know, all of our listeners right now, um, do this in a way that makes sense. So, according to Google, most of the people, so over 60% of the people would rather watch online videos than television, which again makes sense cuz we have our phone on our hand and, you know, when do we watch TV?Late at night. I'm a millennial. I'm in my thirties, I'm in my mid thirties and I haven't had cable since like 2008, 2009. Like, I don't, like, I just go to Netflix or I just like go to Hulu or HB or whatever. And watch my show, right? So this means that they are watching these videos. So this is the first thing you're going to do if you don't have this already on your homepage of your website, you need to have a minimum of three videos. The first video is going to be a banner video. So a banner video is going to, something fun. Maybe it's a fun video of you going through the office. Maybe it's a fun video of the team having a good time. Maybe patients high fiv. You want a banner video, something that as soon as they land on their website, they're gonna be like, Ooh, this seems fun, or This is great. You wanna capture their attention. The second video that you want to have is a video of the doctor, talking about themselves and the practice. Now, I know that some of the doctors, you're always thinking, oh no, I do not wanna do video at all. I don't like it. I don't like to, I don't know what to say on it.I freeze when I get up there. I get it. I a hundred. Get it. I understand. So this is what you do. You get an I. So you just have a conversation. Get somebody on your team. If you're uncomfortable with video, get somebody on your team and have them ask questions if you want to do this by yourself. I just had this conversation with a five location pediatric dentist yesterday, and he's like, I hate video.Oh my God, what am I gonna do? So here's a quick tip. Go to Chad g p t, like, I'm not even joking. Go to chat G p t and in the chat g p t put on a prompt and say, give me a script for a pediatric dentist to have on the welcome script for the homepage, and it'll give you the script.and then you can say, give me prompts on how to act on the video. It'll tell you, get close to the video. Now move out. Hold the little thing with a toothbrush. Do this. It'll actually plan out your entire. So you don't even have to worry about it. Use AI to help you if you need to. I mean, we just did this entire thing yesterday and this dentist who hates video, he is a pediatric dentist. He has five locations and he got three different scripts from Chad, g p t as we were talking about it. And now he's gonna record the video today cuz he knows what to say. And clearly if you have somebody who can interview in your practice even better, then it's just a natural conversation. You don't have to worry about a script or anything like that. You just talk about why you, why is it that you do this, and where you went to school and um, you know, what do you love about your day, right? So you could do that. So second video has to be with a dentist. The third video has to be a testimonial video. So somebody else has to say how amazing your practice is, So if you have these three Cs of videos on your homepage, that's where you're going to start. Mm-hmm. Now the other stuff you're going to start doing is, once again, you can go to your Google, uh, you can go to your website company and if they're doing SEO for you, ask them and say, what are the questions that are being searched online from parents? So you're going to, you know, and you could do this, Google actually gives us information for free. So you can go into the town and see what questions are being asked. So let's say the question's being asked, what happens if a baby tooth comes out? Or, uh, you know, when should I take my kid to a pediatric dentist?Or, what is, is, you know, is fluoride good or bad for children? Or all of those questions that you usually get. Make many q and a series videos with them, and now have your website company. Take those q and a series videos and add it to your YouTube channel. Create a YouTube channel and then have your website company do YouTube seo.So this means when somebody asks that question, your video will pop up. And as we all know, we go and ask anything on Google and there are always these YouTubes pop up. Mm-hmm. And we click on the one, and now they're listening to you and watch new. Right Now you take those same videos, you crop them, make them vertical, all that good stuff, and you make them into Instagram reels. You download those videos and then you make them into TikTok. You see where I'm going with this? Mm-hmm. You can take any one of this stuff and repurpose it in multi different ways. So I hope that this helps you with all the video. Michael: I like that. So the three videos, we want to have banner, video, video for the doctor, and the frequently asked kind of questions, where do I go for this? When it comes to like Google, where we find out where the questions are at, Minal: just ask your SEO Michael: complain. Okay. Okay. So Minal: like the website. And if you want, and if you want to, and if you want to go back to Chad g p t, just simply go to chat g p t and say, what are some of the questions that parents are asking about pediatric dental health or about, uh, their kid's teeth? And see what Chad g p t says. Now, Chad, g p t does not have all the answers clearly. you know, it is something AI is working through, its way through this. So not everything is. Truthful and relevant just yet. So that's why I said if you are working with the s e O company, they can go to the Google search console and they can provide you the queries.Google calls them queries, um, that they're receiving, um, so that you can base your content with this. How often should we Michael: be doing these videos, like refreshing them, make it so we make them, and that's it. And then we have the questions, and then we distribute that all out. Now we're. Right. We finished distributing.Do we repurpose it? Do we do it again? Or what do we, how do we do that? A hundred Minal: percent. This completely depends on your. Comfort level with videos. Like if you hate doing videos, I'm not going to be like, do videos every week cuz you're gonna hate me then. And you are gonna not love the videos either. And it's gonna show that you don't love doing this videos.I don't want that to happen. If you love doing videos, then yeah, do them all the time. Do them every week, right? Create new videos realistically for social media because videos are so popular and not like live videos and long videos, videos. Less than 30 seconds are really popular. Instagram reels, seven seconds, right, is where you wanna land with TikTok and Instagram reels.People usually make a decision if they wanna watch a video within three seconds when they're on social media. So if you have videos on social media, um, they have to be shorter. If you have videos on your website, I wouldn't recommend more than a minute, There's too many dings and pings and notifications coming our way to do that.So absolutely, uh, you can take care of that. And if you have any questions, you know, reach out to me. I can give you like a list of videos and stuff, but if you go to my Instagram, you will see pediatric dental real ideas, like it's actually in there. so you have all this content and information available.Michael: Yeah, that's kind of tough making like a seven minute or seven second, you know what I mean? If it's inform. Um, Minal: not really. If you think about it, it kind of forces you to share the information. I mean, you just, if you're thinking about like a seven second, like TikTok or Instagram video, You just need a hook on the top that says something like what are, what are ceilings? And then you can just have you pointing at different things and you tell us what seals are or you know, what is baby baby tu decay? You could ask that as a question and you could, you know, kind of point around or do something. So it's actually easy cuz you are not really talking, talking all the time, and it also keeps it easier for you because you can quickly go, what are dental ceilings where they are, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And you just keep it simple and easy. It takes a little bit of time and effort. Comfortable with it, and to have fun with it. But once you're on it and once you have the ideas, it becomes a lot easier.Michael: How often at all do you see like the procrastination for this when it comes to a practice, when they're like, okay, I'm, I'm, I'm making the videos, I just gotta set it up and I'm thinking of ideas and it, they're, you kind of feel it, you're like, you're just giving me excuses now, kind of thing. You're not making it happen, so how can we like eliminate that?Minal: You have to set time for it. Just like everything. You know, if it's everybody's job, it's nobody's job. If it's not on the calendar, it's not going to happen. If it's more like, oh yeah, we have a lunch thing happening tomorrow, so we'll do it. Okay, well, yes. Then put it down in your lunch thing, in the part of your agenda. We are all together at the lunch meeting. We are going to use 15 minutes to record some videos or do some, you know, fun high fives or do a quick dance or uh, answer a quick question, whatever it is, but it has to be on the calendar. And it can be in a calendar. That's like an afterthought. It can't be like, oh, we had a cancellation, so we'll do it when we have cancellations.Well, it's an afterthought, so now we are waiting for a cancellation to happen for you to do this instead. It has to be a part of your schedule, of your calendar, and if it's like that, it will make it happen. I always think about it with the gym, right? Like going to the gym or working out. We all know we have to.We all know we should be doing it, but if it's not on our calendar, and if we don't have that hour booked to work out, something is always going to come along. That's more important. I'm putting this in quotation mark for all the listeners. That's more important than working out. I know. I Trust me. I know. So, Michael: yeah. Okay. Gotcha. So put it on the calendar. Who should be in charge of this? If you had. Pick someone. Let's just say Manal. I'm hiring you to beyond my team, who's in charge of this? Minal: Somebody who wants, first of all, likes videos and also likes technology or uses technology. Um, that's pretty much it. So that could be anybody. It could be somebody you hire. Maybe you have a niece, a nephew, a friend, son, or daughter who's young. You know, I have practices that have teenagers. Their own teen kids are doing videos for them. I have practices that have hired college kids. I have practices that have team members doing it. What I don't want you to do is get somebody who absolutely hates technology or does not like technology, or is not on Instagram, or is not on Facebook, or not on TikTok, or whatever platform you wanna be on, and then tell them to do.That it's not going to happen cuz they simply don't know the platform and it's something they organically don't like. That's why they are not active on social media. So I would have a very honest conversation with them and say, Hey, we wanna do these videos, we wanna get our practice culture out there.who here would love to do that? You will get additional pay for it. Don't make it a part of like, okay, you just do it cuz no, again, it can be an afterthought. You will get additional pay for it. Uh, and you will get time to work on it. So who wants to. And then see, you know, who are those people who wants to do it?Because if they know the technology then it's easy ideas, content. Again, I'm a social media coach, and this is what I do and it becomes a lot easier. And I have had, you know, sessions when I'm coaching practices where the team members are like super excited and thrilled to do it and like I come in and they're like on it and they're like, oh my God, when we tried this and this is what happened and we did this, and then.I shouldn't say, but I will say it. Then. I literally spent two hours last week showing a team member how to forward an email Uhhuh. And, uh, that's their social media person. And you can understand the conversation I have with the doctor after I spent two hours teaching somebody how to forward an email and said, we need to change our social media ambassador because I, you know, you can't be paying me money. To do that. Mm-hmm. Cause that's not gonna Michael: work. Yeah. Yeah. That's not a good way to, okay. No, I, I get you. I get you. Awesome. Real quick, last question. Well, I wanted to ask you, when it comes to paying that, you said like, I'll give you extra. How much do you recommend. Minal: Depends on how much you wanna pay them.Um, there are practices they, and right now team members are hard to come by, so you also want to make sure you're not overflowing their workload already. So depending, I mean, social media managers charge, you can pay them anywhere between $18 an hours to. 30, 35. It depends on how good they're and what they're doing. So depending on what your bonus structure is, maybe you make it a part of their bonus system. Maybe you make it a part of their, uh, pay system. Cuz again, I don't know how much you're paying them for their actual job. Maybe it's assisting hygiene front desk. so just depending on what they are. But pretty much anywhere it ranges anywhere between $18 an hours and up.And also depends on where you are in the country because some states have higher prices, uh, higher wages than other. Michael: Gotcha. Awesome, awesome. Manal, I appreciate your time and if anyone has further questions, you can definitely find her in the Dental Marketer Society Facebook group, or there's two ways we can reach out to Manal and myself for more advice on and more tips. There's a newsletter, right, that we have that is fan fantastic. It's in the show notes below. We're gonna put a link to it. It's gonna be the first link in the show notes below, and at the same time second. If you really want more, much more in depth and you want to talk with us one-on-one, uh, meaning like monthly, where can they go for them at all?Minal: pediatric Dental Marketing course. Michael: Yep. Yep. The Pediatric Dental Marketing Course guys, that's gonna be open for enrollment in May, so that's next. And if you're a part of the newsletter, then you'll, you'll know exactly when it's open and you'll get access first and much, much more information on that. So, uh, I'm gonna put a link to that in the show notes below, so you can go check that out. But also, min, thank you so much for being with us and, um, where can people reach out to you directly? Minal: Um, Minal samad.com is my website, which is M i n a l s A M P A T. Find me on Instagram again. Same name, Minal Samad.Find me on Facebook. Save your name. Um, just Google me. It's, I'm easy to find. But minal samad.com is the website. Michael: All right. 3-5-6 TRUST in the LORD Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV) – [5] Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; [6] in all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths. 1. Trust in the LORD instills confidence. Trust (batach) means to hie (to go quickly or in haste) for refuge; to be confident or sure; to be bold or secure; to confide in. (Multiple Sources) Jeremiah 17:7-8 (NIV) – [7] “But blessed is the man who TRUSTS in the Lord, whose CONFIDENCE is in him. [8] He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” 2. Trust in the LORD inspires hope. “The man who believes God is he who having received a revelation from Him, realizes it, and accepts it as true. The man who trusts God is he who casts all his hopes for the present and future on God.” (Synonyms of the Old Testament) Romans 15:13 (NIV) – [13] May the God of HOPE fill you with all joy and peace as you TRUST in him, so that you may overflow with HOPE by the power of the Holy Spirit. 3. Trust in the LORD requires waiting. Psalms 33:20-22 (NIV) – [20] We WAIT in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. [21] In him our hearts rejoice, for we TRUST in his holy name. [22] May your unfailing love rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put our hope in you. Psalms 40:1-3 (NIV) – [1] I WAITED patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. [2] He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. [3] He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their TRUST in the Lord. 4. Trust in the LORD removes shame. Psalms 25:1-3 (NIV) – [1] To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul; [2] in you I TRUST, O my God. Do not let me be put to SHAME, nor let my enemies triumph over me. [3] No one whose hope is in you will ever be put to SHAME, but they will be put to SHAME who are treacherous without excuse. 5. Trust in the LORD overcomes fear. Isaiah 12:2 (NIV) – [2] Surely God is my salvation; I will TRUST and not be AFRAID. The Lord, the Lord, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. Psalms 56:3-4 (NIV) – [3] When I am AFRAID, I will TRUST in you. [4] In God, whose word I praise, in God I TRUST; I will not be AFRAID. What can mortal man do to me?

Today's Reading: Introit for the 12th Sunday after Trinity (Psalm 70:2b, 4a, 5b; antiphon: v.1-2a)Daily Lectionary: 1 Kings 19:1-21; Ephesians 3:1-21 Make haste, O God, to deliver me! O Lord, make haste to help me! (From the Introit for the 12th Sunday after Trinity) In the Name + of Jesus. Amen. The words of our text are familiar words. They begin both Matins and Vespers. They are the prayers of David and all the saints, asking that the Lord God not remember our sins, but remember His children. God has the worst and greatest memory. Because of Jesus' life, death, and resurrection, God has the worst memory, an incurable case of amnesia. He can't remember your sins. They have been forgiven, absolved, removed from you completely. Like that answer on the test you just cannot remember, so God cannot remember your sins any longer. They are forgiven in Jesus and forgotten eternally. Because of Jesus' life, death, and resurrection, God has the greatest memory the world has ever known. He knows and remembers you all the time. You are His child with whom He is well pleased. There is no sin in you on account of Christ. The Triune God has written His Name on your forehead with the sign of the Holy Cross in your Baptism. You are marked as one redeemed, one who has been delivered from sin, death, and the power of the devil. That is why when we sing these words, you may see people make the sign of the Holy Cross upon themselves as they remember their Baptisms. Just as God remembers us whom He has delivered, so we remember the One who has delivered us. There will be times in your life when your sins will be hard to forget. They haunt you. Others will remind you of those sins so that you cannot forget them. That is the work of the devil as he seeks your life for himself. It is the devil, the evil one, who remembers your sins and uses them against you to destroy faith.O Lord, "you are my help and my deliverer" (Psalm 70:5b), David prays and teaches us to pray. When the devil, the world, and your flesh seek your life with remembrance of past sins, turn to your Father, who for the sake of Christ remembers your sins no more. What He does remember is that you are His. You are His fully forgiven child with whom He is well pleased on account of Christ Jesus. Make haste, O Lord, to help us remember this each and every day. In the Name + of Jesus. Amen. I trust, O Lord, Your holy name; O let me not be put to shame Nor let me be confounded. My faith, O Lord, Be in Your Word Forever firmly grounded. We are usually looking at 2 to 3 players for QB and get down to 2. We already know our QB Profile for our offensive scheme. We run more Single Wing Wildcat style offenses so not a huge issue for QB. Older teams we will run Spread and look for more of a traditional QB with our Wildcat back. May find a great QB once every few years…. You must DEVELOPMENT your youth football QBs! [Comment: Strengthen For Combat] Friends of the Rosary: This Easter we enjoy, through the Resurrection, the victory of truth over sin and darkness. We will feel Jesus' ocean of mercy over our lives — as long as we do our spiritual and sacramental homework. However, if the get distracted we might easily fall. The soul must be watchful. The mystic St Maria Faustina Kowalska very often heard from Jesus Himself these words: “Strengthen yourself for combat.” The way to arm ourselves is by prayer. “Every single grace comes to the soul through prayer,” wrote St. Faustina. We fall on sin and we rise. And “in whatever state the soul may be, it ought to pray.” We recite the mysteries of the passion and death of Jesus today. Jesus, I Trust in You! [Comment: Words Not Passing Away] Friends of the Rosary: It's good to be creative and cultivate imagination. But when it's about eternal truths is preferable to stick to the Scriptures. As John wrote — and we read today (John 2:31-36) — "the one who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of earthly things" and "the one whom God sent speaks the words of God." Our arrogance and lack of humility bring us often to re-invent the reality of the human being, engineering many times anti-life ideologies and philosophies. Naturally, they disappear after they are proved wrong and only after destroying the souls of many. We've seen this across history. In Matthew 24:35, Jesus Christ said: "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away." We must stop offending the Creator and put our trust in Him. Jesus, I Trust in You! Pursuing Wisdom #3 Trust Towards the Lord By Louie Marsh, 8-9-2020   1) The amazing BENEFITS of Godly Wisdom.   1  My son, do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments, 2  for length of days and years of life and peace they will add to you. 3  Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart. 4  So you will find favor and good success in the sight of God and man. Proverbs 3:1-4 (ESV)   5  Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. 6  In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 (ESV)   trust toward Yahweh with all your heart but toward your understanding do not lean Proverbs 3:5 (CBLBible)   2) Who or what will I TRUST?   5  Trust in the LORD with all your heart…   Everyone trusts   Trust = to be reliant, trust, be unsuspecting." This verb, which occurs 118 times in biblical Hebrew, has a possible Arabic cognate and a cognate in late Aramaic. The word means "to trust" in Deut. 28:52: "And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land…" Vine's Expository Dictionary of Old Testament and New Testament Words.   Trekking Poles   Thailand Video   Real trust is leaning ALL my weight upon the Lord.   4  “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. 5  You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. Deuteronomy 6:4-5 (ESV)   This is a HEART DEEP   22  So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. 2 Timothy 2:22 (ESV)   3) What will I REFUSE to trust?   … do not lean on your own understanding.   The verb ‏בָּטַח‎, it acquires the meaning confidere, to lean with the whole body on something, in order to rest upon it, strengthened by ‏עַל‎, if one lean wholly …to lean on anything, so as to be supported by Keil and Delitzsch Commentary on the Old Testament - Volume 6: Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon.   15  “‘And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding. Jeremiah 3:15 (ESV)   3  When a man’s folly brings his way to ruin, his heart rages against the LORD. Proverbs 19:3 (ESV)   4) This will show in who’s ON FIRST in my life.   6  In all your ways acknowledge him…   23  For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. 24  For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. 25  But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing. James 1:23-25 (ESV)   Don’t miss God’s goal – ALL & EVERYTHING.   Discussion Questions   1) Do you think it’s true that we naturally lean towards ourselves? Why or why not?   2) What benefits of Godly wisdom can you see operating in your life today?

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Friday! This week's theme for the podcast is: How to Have the Best Week Ever!I think it's always helpful to have some tips on how to have a great week or at least set it up with the best intentions. I do want to make mention that by no means will these tips or any tips you get from anyone give you a perfect week or the best week ever FOR SURE because of life's uncertainties. However, you CAN do your best to set yourself up for the best possible week ever & have the positive mindset that it will turn out as best it can. Here are some notes from today's episode:Now that I have given you some ideas for how to have the best week ever, I now want to suggest doing an end of the week check-in. By doing a check-in, it will help you evaluate how you believe the week went, what you might want to change for the upcoming week & just have a chance to take a step back from everything that already happened & get any stress off your chest. When you do this exercise, I suggest using a journal or notebook to take notes & write down what your answers to the questions you are going to ask yourself. First you're going to start with ‘I Feel…' and ask yourself how you are feeling at the end of this week. Do you feel like you could have given up several times during the week? Do you feel satisfied with everything you accomplished? You you feel beat down? Ask yourself how you are feeling at the end of this week & make sure to answer truthfully.Next, go down the road of ‘I Need' & ask yourself what you need, now that the week is over. Do you need some extra downtime because of how the week treated you? Do you need to schedule some time with your counselor in the coming future because of what happened during the week? Do you need to work on being more organized, more knowledgeable, more calm or more understanding about something for the upcoming week? After that, go with the ‘I Forgive' train of thought. Is there something you need to forgive yourself for? Do you need to forgive someone else for something they did to you? Next up is ‘I Celebrate' which is such a fun one. What do you need to celebrate about the week? Did you accomplish big things? Or maybe just celebrate accomplishing anything & everything! Second to last one is ‘I Release' which can be one of the tougher ones. What do you need to release because it has been taking up too much space in your life, in your mind, in your heart? Maybe you need to release a grudge you have against someone. Maybe you need to release some romantic feelings for someone that you just know in your heart isn't going to work out. Or it could be the need to release some pent up aggression, anger, stress, or sadness. If you are one to keep your feelings locked down all the time, take this opportunity to release it all, even if just to yourself in the comfort of a private moment. Or to a trusted friend, mentor or counselor.Lastly, go through ‘I Trust' & come up with things you need to trust more. Do you need to trust yourself more? Trust your confidence more? Trust certain people in your life more? Trust the process of life more? Figure out what it is for you & how you can trust it more. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com or visit my website: www.sabrinajoy.comSupport the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

I Trust in God written by William C. Martin (1864-1914) It's amazing how the wonderful gift of lyrics and the music that accompanies it can bless us.1.I trust in God wherever I may be,Upon the land or on the rolling sea,For, come what may, from day to day,My heav'nly Father watches over me.ChorusI trust in God, I know He cares for me,On mountain bleak or on the stormy sea;Tho' billows roll, He keeps my soul,My heavn'ly Father watches over me.2.He makes the rose an object of His care,He guides the eagle thru the pathless air,And surely He remembers me,My heav'nly Father watches over me.Chorus3.I trust in God, for in the the lion's den,On battlefield, or in the prison pen,Thru praise or blame, thru flood or flame,My heav'nly Father watches over me.Chorus4.The valley may be dark, the shadows deepBut O, The Shepherd guards His lonely sheep; And thru the gloom, He'll lead me homeMy heav'nly Father watches over me.ChorusWords by W.C. Those preachers teach that TRUE faith is when you hand God a sheet of paper and it has all your requests written on it and then you expect God to do what you want. That’s not Biblical Faith. Biblical Faith is when you hand God a blank sheet of paper, and then you tell God – not my will, but YOURS be done. Here’s a blank piece of paper. I TRUST you to fill it in with things YOU want done in my life.

Greetings, Sister,Inspiration is brewing. And fire.I am feeling The Call.To DO something. It is emerging in and through me as Goddess takes the wheel and I surrender wholly to Being Used. After several weeks of being deeply internal - listening, dissolving, grieving, raging, and re-membering, I finally connected with a couple of my wisest sisters this week.My Soul had been hungering for it. A perspective on what is happening, a soft place to lay my tender heart and open to wisdom I Trust from women who are vast and multi-dimensional. Women who are doing their work while holding space for a planet in Transition. It was just the Medicine I needed.Although we are seeing different things and navigating the tumult of our own shadow work, there is strength in sharing perspectives and comparing notes. What the hell IS all of this? What is my role? What is yours? What are you seeing? What does it feel like to be where you are? What are the prayers of your heart? This access to a Truth bigger than myself is opening doors and shining a light on The Path for me.I sense you are hungering for it too. And so, on Wild Soul Medicine today, we begin a series of conversations with women on the front lines.Opening our hearts and minds to reconnect with Truth and with each other. We begin today with Wild Soul Sister, Ali Shanti. Summary of today's show: On this Easter Monday, Scot Landry and Fr. Chris O'Connor look at Pope Francis' two major Easter messages for us, his Easter vigil homily and his Urbi et Orbi Easter Sunday message. Pope Francis calls us to seek out the meaning of the Easter event for ourselves, to remember that Christ died and rose for us, to be grateful for the newness of life and grace we have been given, and to seek out, work for, and pray for peace in the world, especially for those suffering the slavery of human trafficking. Listen to the show: Watch the show via live video streaming or a recording later: Today's host(s): Scot Landry and Fr. Chris O'Connor Links from today's show: Today's topics: Pope Francis' Easter message of Peace, Gratitude, and Remembrance 1st segment: Scot Landry wished everyone a Happy Easter. Today, Scot and Fr. Chris O'Connor will discuss Pope Francis' message over Easter. Fr. Chris said Easter sunday was great and even the weather cooperated. Besides St. John's Seminary, Fr. Chris celebrated Good Friday at St. John's in Winthrop and on Sunday in Winthrop, East Boston, and Lincoln. They discussed the big crowds and how we should pray for all those who came this weekend who may not be attending Mass weekly that they come back. Fr. Chris said the tradition on Easter Monday in Poland is that people dump water on each other, and he said it has nothing to do with April Fools Day. He added that on Spy Wednesday, last Wednesday, Polish Catholics throw a dummy from the church steeple, representing Judas, and the youth kick the dummy around the town and finally dump it in the closest body of water. Scot said his focus today is thinking about how his life is different today after going through Lent and the Triduum. He should be different than he was before the beginning of Lent. Fr. Chris said we hear the expression that we are an Easter people, a people filled with Christ's love and joy. We still carry all the same crosses and concerns we did a week ago, but we remind ourselves that Christ conquered all crosses. He said we need to remember that St. Mary Magdalene found the tomb empty. Reflecting on the fact of Christ's resurrection, how can we not be an Easter people? Scot said there were a lot of changed spiritual and mental habits over Lent and there's no reason he can't continue them. He said it might be a good habit on each hour to remember and say, “Christ is truly risen, Alleluia” as a way to have this Easter joy. Scot said as Easter people we reflect on the grace and joy of Easter. Fr. Chris said when we say Alleluia, we are saying Praise the Lord. Saying that over and over changes us and focuses us. 2nd segment: Scot said today we are considering Pope Francis' Easter Vigil homily and Urbi et Orbi message. First the homily: Dear Brothers and Sisters, In the Gospel of this radiant night of the Easter Vigil, we first meet the women who go the tomb of Jesus with spices to anoint his body (cf. Lk 24:1-3). They go to perform an act of compassion, a traditional act of affection and love for a dear departed person, just as we would. They had followed Jesus, they had listened to his words, they had felt understood by him in their dignity and they had accompanied him to the very end, to Calvary and to the moment when he was taken down from the cross. We can imagine their feelings as they make their way to the tomb: a certain sadness, sorrow that Jesus had left them, he had died, his life had come to an end. Life would now go on as before. Yet the women continued to feel love, the love for Jesus which now led them to his tomb. But at this point, something completely new and unexpected happens, something which upsets their hearts and their plans, something which will upset their whole life: they see the stone removed from before the tomb, they draw near and they do not find the Lord's body. It is an event which leaves them perplexed, hesitant, full of questions: “What happened?”, “What is the meaning of all this?” (cf. Lk 24:4). Doesn't the same thing also happen to us when something completely new occurs in our everyday life? We stop short, we don't understand, we don't know what to do. Newness often makes us fearful, including the newness which God brings us, the newness which God asks of us. We are like the Apostles in the Gospel: often we would prefer to hold on to our own security, to stand in front of a tomb, to think about someone who has died, someone who ultimately lives on only as a memory, like the great historical figures from the past. We are afraid of God's surprises; we are afraid of God's surprises! He always surprises us! Dear brothers and sisters, let us not be closed to the newness that God wants to bring into our lives! Are we often weary, disheartened and sad? Do we feel weighed down by our sins? Do we think that we won't be able to cope? Let us not close our hearts, let us not lose confidence, let us never give up: there are no situations which God cannot change, there is no sin which he cannot forgive if only we open ourselves to him. Scot said it's a beautiful beginning to the homily, connecting the Gospel to our own experiences of God surprising us. Fr. Chris compared it to losing a loved one, being dazed and confused, and yet life continues to unfold around us. Here's he's saying God has a new plan for us. He said Easter grace challenges us to live in a new way. Scot said the Holy Father asks us a question that we can pray on: What is the meaning of all this? How many times in our lives might we be called to step back and pray over that. Maybe we had a wonderful weekend with family or maybe we had the opposite. Maybe we were alone, maybe we've lost someone since last Easter, maybe family gatherings are fraught with uncomfortable moments. We can pray to have understanding and peace in order to do what God calls us to do. Fr. Chris said the pope points out that God is working on us through the Holy Spirit. He says let us not lose confidence, never give up. There are no sins that cannot be forgiven if we turn it over to him. Perseverance is the most important word for us here. But let us return to the Gospel, to the women, and take one step further. They find the tomb empty, the body of Jesus is not there, something new has happened, but all this still doesn't tell them anything certain: it raises questions; it leaves them confused, without offering an answer. And suddenly there are two men in dazzling clothes who say: “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; but has risen” (Lk 24:5-6). What was a simple act, done surely out of love – going to the tomb – has now turned into an event, a truly life-changing event. Nothing remains as it was before, not only in the lives of those women, but also in our own lives and in the history of mankind. Jesus is not dead, he has risen, he is alive! He does not simply return to life; rather, he is life itself, because he is the Son of God, the living God (cf. Num 14:21-28; Deut 5:26; Josh 3:10). Jesus no longer belongs to the past, but lives in the present and is projected towards the future; he is the everlasting “today” of God. This is how the newness of God appears to the women, the disciples and all of us: as victory over sin, evil and death, over everything that crushes life and makes it seem less human. And this is a message meant for me and for you, dear sister, dear brother. How often does Love have to tell us: Why do you look for the living among the dead? Our daily problems and worries can wrap us up in ourselves, in sadness and bitterness… and that is where death is. That is not the place to look for the One who is alive! Let the risen Jesus enter your life, welcome him as a friend, with trust: he is life! If up till now you have kept him at a distance, step forward. He will receive you with open arms. If you have been indifferent, take a risk: you won't be disappointed. If following him seems difficult, don't be afraid, trust him, be confident that he is close to you, he is with you and he will give you the peace you are looking for and the strength to live as he would have you do. Scot said he likes the statements, the calls at the end: If to now you have kept Him at a distance, step forward, and He will receive you with open arms. It's like children running to their parents. So many of us have kept God at a distance, thinking of him not as a Father, Brother, and personal Savior. Fr. Chris thinks of the Divine Mercy image with Christ coming before us with the rays extending from Him and the words, “Jesus, I Trust in you.” Jesus is alive and He desires our good. To let Him in close, He will make demands of us, like changing parts of our life that are comfortable, but shouldn't be. Another call was to take a risk because you won't be disappointed. Scot recalled the Carrie Underwood song, “Jesus, Take the Wheel”. So many of us want to remain in control of our own lives, but we need to let go a little bit and let him guide and push us forward. We actually put our trust into practice and ask Christ to lead us where we need to be for the rest of our lives. Fr. Chris said, “If God is distant, guess who moved.” God is always there calling to us and even if we don't feel it, that doesn't mean that Christ isn't present. Scot asked us to reflect if we're keeping Jesus at a distance and whether we're willing to take a risk. There is one last little element that I would like to emphasize in the Gospel for this Easter Vigil. The women encounter the newness of God. Jesus has risen, he is alive! But faced with empty tomb and the two men in brilliant clothes, their first reaction is one of fear: “they were terrified and bowed their faced to the ground”, Saint Luke tells us – they didn't even have courage to look. But when they hear the message of the Resurrection, they accept it in faith. And the two men in dazzling clothes tell them something of crucial importance: “Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee… And they remembered his words” (Lk 24:6,8). They are asked to remember their encounter with Jesus, to remember his words, his actions, his life; and it is precisely this loving remembrance of their experience with the Master that enables the women to master their fear and to bring the message of the Resurrection to the Apostles and all the others (cf. Lk 24:9). To remember what God has done and continues to do for me, for us, to remember the road we have travelled; this is what opens our hearts to hope for the future. May we learn to remember everything that God has done in our lives. On this radiant night, let us invoke the intercession of the Virgin Mary, who treasured all these events in her heart (cf. Lk 2:19,51) and ask the Lord to give us a share in his Resurrection. May he open us to the newness that transforms. May he make us men and women capable of remembering all that he has done in our own lives and in the history of our world. May he help us to feel his presence as the one who is alive and at work in our midst. And may he teach us each day not to look among the dead for the Living One. Amen. Scot said he thinks about the headline that could be on this homily and “Remember” could be the one-word headline. We need to remember actual grace and actual facts in how God transforms us. Fr. Chris said his word would be “Gratitude”. He thinks both go together and we can't be Christians without being grateful to God for the fact God walked among us, was like us in all things but sin, suffered, died, and rose again to open the gates of heaven to us that had been closed. We should be grateful to his willingness to interject Himself into our lives. We give thanks to God every day. The word “Eucharist” itself means thanksgiving. Scot said Christ is fully alive today and if we step forward today and are willing to take the next step, Christ is waiting to give us a spiritual “hug”. Fr. Chris thought about the “newness that transforms” and thinks of the sacraments and how God meets us in these all the time. There is newness for First Communicants, newness for Confirmandi, newness for those coming into the Church this past weekend, the newness for a married couple. The newness transforms us from dead people into an Easter people. 3rd segment: Scot said now we'll discuss Pope Francis' Urbi et Orbi message, “to the City and the World” given in Rome on Easter sunday at noon. This is a traditional message each Easter. Dear brothers and sisters in Rome and throughout the world, Happy Easter! What a joy it is for me to announce this message: Christ is risen! I would like it to go out to every house and every family, especially where the suffering is greatest, in hospitals, in prisons … Most of all, I would like it to enter every heart, for it is there that God wants to sow this Good News: Jesus is risen, there is hope for you, you are no longer in the power of sin, of evil! Love has triumphed, mercy has been victorious! We too, like the women who were Jesus' disciples, who went to the tomb and found it empty, may wonder what this event means (cf. Lk 24:4). What does it mean that Jesus is risen? It means that the love of God is stronger than evil and death itself; it means that the love of God can transform our lives and let those desert places in our hearts bloom. Scot said the great Christian writers have talked about the spiritual desert where God calls us to the living water that is Jesus Christ.; Fr. Chris said St. John of the Cross talked about the dark night of the soul and that Mother Teresa talked about how she experienced God's love only once in her life, but it was enough to move her and motivate her for her whole life. Fr. Chris said if we don't feel the emotion, we just need to look at the cross and remind ourselves that He did that for me. He noted that the Pope said he wants to go to every home, hospital, prison to bring the Easter joy. Most of all he would like to enter every human heart. But Jesus is only going to enter our hearts if we invite him in. Fr, Chris recalled the Pope's visit to the juvenile prison on Holy Thursday where he told a young man that he came because he felt it on his heart. The Holy Father loves the poor, but most of all he loves Christ. Scot said we should pray for the Lord to enter our heart and transform it. This same love for which the Son of God became man and followed the way of humility and self-giving to the very end, down to hell - to the abyss of separation from God - this same merciful love has flooded with light the dead body of Jesus and transfigured it, has made it pass into eternal life. Jesus did not return to his former life, to earthly life, but entered into the glorious life of God and he entered there with our humanity, opening us to a future of hope. This is what Easter is: it is the exodus, the passage of human beings from slavery to sin and evil to the freedom of love and goodness. Because God is life, life alone, and his glory is the living man (cf. Irenaeus, Adversus Haereses, 4,20,5-7). Dear brothers and sisters, Christ died and rose once for all, and for everyone, but the power of the Resurrection, this passover from slavery to evil to the freedom of goodness, must be accomplished in every age, in our concrete existence, in our everyday lives. How many deserts, even today, do human beings need to cross! Above all, the desert within, when we have no love for God or neighbour, when we fail to realize that we are guardians of all that the Creator has given us and continues to give us. God's mercy can make even the driest land become a garden, can restore life to dry bones (cf. Ez 37:1-14). Scot said the Pope is talking about the Exodus reading in which God delivered the Jewish people from slavery through the Red Sea and the wilderness to the promised land. Fr. Chris said in Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol we see a radical change in Scrooge when he realizes his love for neighbor. It is through charity for neighbor that we express our love for God and experience a radical newness. Scot said to transform the world, we need to transform ourselves. So this is the invitation which I address to everyone: Let us accept the grace of Christ's Resurrection! Let us be renewed by God's mercy, let us be loved by Jesus, let us enable the power of his love to transform our lives too; and let us become agents of this mercy, channels through which God can water the earth, protect all creation and make justice and peace flourish. And so we ask the risen Jesus, who turns death into life, to change hatred into love, vengeance into forgiveness, war into peace. Yes, Christ is our peace, and through him we implore peace for all the world. Peace for the Middle East, and particularly between Israelis and Palestinians, who struggle to find the road of agreement, that they may willingly and courageously resume negotiations to end a conflict that has lasted all too long. Peace in Iraq, that every act of violence may end, and above all for dear Syria, for its people torn by conflict and for the many refugees who await help and comfort. How much blood has been shed! And how much suffering must there still be before a political solution to the crisis will be found? Peace for Africa, still the scene of violent conflicts. In Mali, may unity and stability be restored; in Nigeria, where attacks sadly continue, gravely threatening the lives of many innocent people, and where great numbers of persons, including children, are held hostage by terrorist groups. Peace in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and in the Central African Republic, where many have been forced to leave their homes and continue to live in fear. Peace in Asia, above all on the Korean peninsula: may disagreements be overcome and a renewed spirit of reconciliation grow. Peace in the whole world, still divided by greed looking for easy gain, wounded by the selfishness which threatens human life and the family, selfishness that continues in human trafficking, the most extensive form of slavery in this twenty-first century. Peace to the whole world, torn apart by violence linked to drug trafficking and by the iniquitous exploitation of natural resources! Peace to this our Earth! Made the risen Jesus bring comfort to the victims of natural disasters and make us responsible guardians of creation. Dear brothers and sisters, to all of you who are listening to me, from Rome and from all over of the world, I address the invitation of the Psalm: “Give thanks to the Lord for he is good; for his steadfast love endures for ever. Let Israel say: ‘His steadfast love endures for ever'” (Ps 117:1-2). Dear brothers and sisters, who have come from all over the world to this Square, the heart of Christianity, and all of you joining us via communications media, I renew my wishes for a Happy Easter! Bring to your families and your nations the message of joy of hope and peace that each year is powerfully renewed on this day. May the Risen Lord, who defeated sin and death, support us all especially the weakest and those most in need. Thank you for your presence and the witness of your faith. A thought and a particular thanks for the gift of these beautiful flowers from the Netherlands. I affectionately repeat to all of you: May the Risen Christ guide you and all humanity on the paths of justice, love and peace! Scot noted that Pope Francis repeated that human trafficking is the most extensive form of slavery in the twenty-first century and like Pope John Paul's desire to end the Cold War, this may be Pope Francis' priority of justice. Fr. Chris noted the emphasis on the Middle East and Africa as especially needing peace. He's calling the entire world, not just Catholics, to pay attention and pray and work to end these conflicts. Scot said he has gratitude to God that we live in a country that has been blessed with peace more so than many other countries.
