Atenção no trânsito! Os motoristas que circulam pela Avenida Mestre Álvaro e pela região de Serra Sede, no município da Serra, devem ficar atentos às mudanças temporárias no trânsito entre os dias 22 e 29 de junho. As alterações são necessárias para o içamento das vigas do viaduto do Contorno de São Domingos, uma das etapas da obra em execução no local.Durante o período, serão realizadas adequações temporárias no trânsito para a operação. Na altura dos pilares já implantados, próximos à Avenida Jones dos Santos Neves, via de acesso à Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) de Serra Sede, uma faixa de cada sentido será direcionada para uma pista compartilhada, fazendo com que a Avenida Mestre Álvaro opere temporariamente em sistema de pista simples. Após esse trecho, o fluxo seguirá normalmente nos dois sentidos da via.De acordo com a prefeitura, usuários dos ônibus do Sistema Transcol também devem ficar atentos às mudanças no período, já que as linhas que atendem a região terão desvios no itinerário, com atendimento em outros pontos de embarque e desembarque. A prefeitura de Vitória alterou o trânsito da Avenida Saturnino de Brito, na altura da entrada da Ilha do Frade, em razão do avanço das obras da nova Estação de Bombeamento de Águas Pluviais (EBAP) da Praia do Canto. Segundo a administração municipal, as intervenções começam na altura da entrada da Ilha do Frade e devem se estender por aproximadamente 45 dias. "Nesta etapa da obra, serão instalados dois tubos de 1,80 metro de diâmetro sob a pista da avenida. Para a execução dos serviços, será necessária a abertura de uma vala com aproximadamente seis metros de profundidade, o que exigirá a implantação de um desvio temporário no sentido Praia do Canto - Jardim da Penha. A alteração permanecerá em vigor por aproximadamente 45 dias", explica. São estimados mais de 15500 casos novos por ano. A mortalidade está diminuindo, porém em casos avançados, tem mortalidade de 50%. Infelizmente em torno da metade dos casos que chegam para tratamento estão em estado avançado o que compromete muito a sobrevida. Na maioria das vezes esse cancer é facilmente diagnosticado por ser na cavidade oral: ao sinal de alguma alteração na boca por 15 dias como aftas, o dentista ou o médico deve ser procurado. Importante ressaltar que quando a afta ou úlcera passa a ser dolorosa o cancer ja esta avançado e profundo. Existem lesões potencialmente neoplasicas que podem ser detectadas pelo dentista e nesse momento o paciente deve ser encaminhado para tratamento. O tabagismo e o etilismo são as maiores causas de cancer de boca e língua. O Brasil tem um gráfico descendente de tabagistas por politicas de prevenção. O cigarro sem filtro, de palha, aumenta a ingestão de substâncias tóxicas e aumento da temperatura da boca causando micro lesões pelo calor, potencializando o aparecimento do cancer. O Narguilé equivale a fumar 3 maços de cigarro durante uma cessão comunitária de fumo. Os VAPs podem causar lesões na boca, porém não se sabe se elas estão associadas com cancer. O álcool é considerado um carcinógeno completo e o cancer de boca esta associado ao consumo excessivo. Não há dose segura, porém, quanto maior a ingesta maior a chance de desenvolver o cancer. Importante ressaltar que associação de cigarro com álcool potencializa o aparecimento do cancer de boca. Outro fator causador do cancer de boca é o v'rus HPV. Alguns subtipos do HPV são ontogônicos que causam cancer de boca e colo de útero. As lesões esbranquiças de boca como o papiloma não são ontogônicas e uma vez tratada o paciente esta curado. Ao redor de 70% dos canceres de orofaringe não aparentes estão associados ao HPV. Eles causam verrugas especialmente nas amígdalas e base da língua onde o vírus se desenvolve. Este cancer acomete pacientes mais jovens, classe média alta com múltiplos parceiros sexuais; nessa população o HPV é a principal causa de cancer na orofaringe. Geralmente é um tumor muito agressivo, se espalha rápido, porém responde melhor aos tratamentos de quimioterapia e radioterapia. O tumor causado pelo HPV pode ser prevenido por vacina; a população vacinada atualmente é de 8 a 12 anos de idade para prevenção. Em tese, pessoas de todas idades devem ser vacinadas. O sexo protegido também é uma forma importante de prevenção. A família deve ser conscientizada para vacinação porque muitos pais acham que uma vez vacinada a criança ganha liberdade sexual. O cancer de lábio é causado principalmente pela luz solar. Em países tropicais onde as pessoas podem ficar muitas horas expostas a luz solar deve-se prestar atenção no exame bucal. Outro fator cancerigeno é a higiene oral inadequada o precária. As doenças bucais crônicas podem estar associadas à doenças sistêmicas. O desenvolvimento de bactérias deve ser evitado através da remoção do filme dental duas a tres vezes ao dia pela escovação e fio dental. O sangramento gengival esta associado ao acúmulo de filme dental por higiene inadequada. A boca das pessoas, especialmente aqui no Brasil, tem traumas repetitivos por dentes quebrados, raízes residuais e próteses mal adaptadas. Com a introdução do flúor a saúde bucal melhorou muito a saúde das crianças com redução das caries. As próteses bucais tem que ser revistas com frequência para ajuste e evitar o trauma bucal. Os hábitos alimentares também causam lesões bucais com excesso de carboidratos, ultraprocessados,, etc. Estes são mais fatores associados do que causais para cancer de boca.

Depois de uma greve geral conjunta e de longos nove meses de negociação, que muitos viram como encenação do governo, da UGT ou dos dois, não houve acordo para alteração da lei laboral. Alterações que o governo apresenta como fundamentais para o aumento da produtividade e dos salários, apesar de nenhuma evidência empírica indicar que o enquadramento da lei é relevante para esses dois objetivos. Uma negociação em que, de um lado, havia linhas vermelhas e do outro havia traves mestras. E que, tendo sempre como ponto de partida a perda de direitos dos trabalhadores, sem qualquer ganho relevante, o ponto de chegada nunca poderia ser equilibrado. Mesmo assim, a UGT manteve-se nele, até depois da ministra. De forma unilateral, ter excluído a CGTP, e mais nenhum parceiro social, do processo. Chegado ao fim, Rosário da Palma Ramalho concluiu que, afinal, aquele com quem tinha estado a negociar durante nove meses representava muito poucos trabalhadores. Agora, o diploma segue para onde, na realidade, o governo sempre desejou que seguisse: uma negociação com o Chega, o mais volúvel dos partidos. Sendo volúvel, também é o mais sensível à pressão da rua. E, apesar dessa fragilidade, é neste preciso momento que as duas centrais sindicais resolvem dividir-se. Uma porque marcou uma greve geral sem esperar e coordenar com a outra, outra porque está à espera de uma negociação parlamentar, em vez de a condicionar. É o que se chama “morrer na praia”. AI is positioned to be a supportive tool for providers, not as an autonomous decision-maker, with emerging regulations beginning to codify the human-in-the-loop requirement. Ben warns of setting higher standards for AI than physicians and automation complacency, in which clinicians might over-rely on AI. Ben explains, "Altera provides electronic health records predominantly as well as interoperability solutions for hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory systems. We predominantly serve the US, but we're also present in Canada, in Europe, and in the Asia Pacific region. So we have a global presence, but we do a lot of our work in the US."   "I think the regulatory landscape around the division of responsibilities is really something that is evolving. And so last year, at one point, there was a proposed federal moratorium on state-level legislation, with little, I would say, federal regulation to counterbalance."   "Maybe fortunately, it didn't pass, but since then, there's been a patchwork of state regulation. So I'd say the responsibilities are not entirely defined because they vary by state, and some of those regulations are somewhat contradictory. But recently, the FDA did put out some new guidance and essentially where the responsibility lies for builders. I'd say the primary responsibility is around transparency and enabling clinicians and care providers to understand the reasoning behind any output from an AI system. To be able to review the citations, the evidence used, and the data points the AI may have ingested or consulted in creating some sort of output, so the provider can still have ownership of the care.
