Becca Rich is a holistic time coach & educator who works with female entrepreneurs to overcome struggles with time management that goes far beyond just using the latest productivity tool or time hack. Becca delves deeper to heal many of the limiting beliefs and habits that keep us from spending our time well and living a life that is aligned with what we most want. Becca comes from a family of entrepreneurs who emphasized the importance of hustling and experiencing other cultures through travel. Following her family's example of hard work, Becca became an engineer and began her career working with a petroleum company. After experiencing the negative consequences of overworking, Becca noticed that like her, many other people also struggled with taking care of themselves and prioritizing their own needs and self-care. After a few years at her job, Becca felt burned out and discovered cubicle life wasn't for her, so she and her husband created a plan to leave their careers and become full-time travelers. Always a natural risk-taker, Becca started her first business at the young age of 21 as a Reiki healer and yoga teacher.Becca focused on her own healing, addressing her limiting beliefs and messages about time that weren't serving her, and in 2020, she transitioned into her holistic time coaching business to help others do the same.Becca's holistic approach to time coaching is refreshing and unique compared to the advice and approaches we normally hear about. Becca works with clients to help them focus on the vision they have for their lives and how they want to spend their time, and she also certifies other coaches who want to do the same type of work. If you ever find yourself saying “I never have enough time,” this episode is for you. Becca provides a fresh perspective about where we get our thoughts about time in the first place and how we can change our relationship with time to spend it doing what's most aligned with what we want for our life.Find Becca Rich at:Website: https://www.theholistictimecoach.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theholistictimecoach/Visit Stephanie at: https://stephaniehayes.biz/Follow me on Instagram | Facebook | LinkedIn | TwitterSupport the show

Hands up if you've ever been told you need to “hustle harder”. Keep your hands up if reading makes you want to have a nap, because the idea of hustling is downright exhausting. The relentless message around needing to hustle is contrary to why we ever started a business. What we really need and want is more *freedom* with our time. That's why I invited my guest Becca Rich, a holistic time management strategist and coach, to discuss the idea of time freedom and so much more. NOW is the TIME to be looking at how & where you 're spending your time & energy. In our current situation in the workplace or at home due to Covid-19, you may have noticed that trying to Balance the Freedom and the constraints in our new-normal can seem like an overwhelming task. This video was created to help you prioritize your schedule and help you manage your time effectively with one goal in mind. TO GIVE YOU MORE TIME TO DO THE ACTIVITIES THAT BRING YOU JOY! In this Interview with Becca Rich from Becca Rich Wellness, she shares her Spiritual Story Worth Sharing by taking us through her own spiritual journey of how she learned (the hard way) how to manage her time, and began helping others in her coaching business. A little about Becca: She grew up watching two parents who really knew how to WORK: Her dad was an entrepreneur at 14 years of age and her mom was in the healthcare field Becca's true nature loves structure and being organized, so as a kid, her playtime revolved around stocking up school supplies, playing teacher, and cleaning the house. She always knew she was destined for an analytical career… so it was no surprise to her when she decided on going to college for Engineering. As she was studying to become an engineer, she kept pushing herself to do more. Society told her to keep pushing onward. She ignored all the signs that said slow down. Eventually, she was overworked so much that she came down with a terrible intestine infection. It was in her being stopped by illness and through her healing that she found her the new direction for her life and began her journey to helping others in her Time Management Coaching Business. Becca prides herself on being able to help others best manage their time, so they can be FREE to do the THINGS they LOVE TO DO! This Conversation with Becca Rich is the 11th episode in “The Transformation Project Series.” Becca is a Wholistic Time Management Coach, Reiki healer, and yoga instructor! and she is married to her sweet husband Brandon. She is also a trained Petroleum Engineer! In the interview Becca talks about living in New Orleans and working as a Petroleum Engineer for the Department of interior. Since the time of the interview, however, the both she and her husband have quit their 9-5 jobs and moved “off the grid” to a little place in Idaho. She is building her business now and loves working with her one on one clients!! I talked to her this week and she is loving it! Another thing that has taken her time lately is studying and researching ways to be more involved with social justice.
