As a company, the art of empathy is massively important. This allows employees to understand differences and help people feel a sense of belonging. It teaches them how to communicate - to listen before you speak. Diana notes this is a foundational attribute as a consulting company. Empathy helps employees communicate better internally. It also vital when interacting with clients. The art of story is also important. Employees are taught how to connect their story or stories to a client as well as the company as a whole. Stories are meant to inspire and spark action. Stories allow employees to connect the personal to why they do what they do. How to get from customer insight to real innovation Customer insight is defined as understanding who the customer is and where they are going. As a marketer, you are looking to co-create with the customer and join them in their journey. Typically the act of innovation comes out of Research and Development or a different business unit at Deloitte. Part of the CMO or marketer’s job is to communicate with these units so that they know what to create or where to look. They feed them information on where to look and what to do. Currently, real innovation is hard to find with many firms following market trends. However, Diana says that real innovation comes from the activation of an organization’s purpose. When an organization knows its purpose, it is able to innovate. Their change is based on their passion and purpose, which drives them to use their current skills to create innovation. Diana mentions in this episode that she spends about 50% of her time on the internal activation of their brand idea. But ... you made a bad decision. Afterwards you felt sick in your spirit―you felt like glue! There is absolutely NO situation in your life that can bind you if you will follow your heart as God leads you. This teaching will show you how to get out of any situation that has you bound. Even if the decision was a result of a bad decision, a mistake―or, sin. You have spiritual desires and you have material desires. But remember―your enemy, the devil, does NOT want you to have any of your good desires! He wants YOU bound! But ... Jesus wants you FREE. This teaching will provide you with simple―but effective―steps for your escape to FREEDOM, BLESSING, SUCCESS and POWER. Nothing can bind you! _____________________________________ BREAK THE BONDAGE OF BAD DECISIONS FREEDOM FOR ANOINTING AND CREATIVITY EXERCISE YOUR ANOINTING FOR CREATIVITY There is absolutely NO situation in your life that can bind you if you will follow your heart as God leads you. God not only wants to meet your NEEDS, but He wants to give you the DESIRES of your heart. This teaching will teach you how to get out of any situation that has you bound. LET ME REPEAT: There is absolutely NO situation in your life that can bind you if you will follow your heart as God leads you. God not only wants to meet your NEEDS, but He wants to give you the DESIRES of your heart. “Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” [Psalm 37:4] The Hebrew word for “delight” in this passage means, “have pleasurable emotion.”  In other words, ENJOY Jesus! Whether through praise, dancing, prayer, works, singing in tongues, fellowship―delight yourself in Him―and He will give you the [good] desires of your heart. God GIVES you the desires of your heart in a two-fold manner, like an engine and a caboose on a train:           By allowing the desires in your heart as you walk with Him;           By granting the desires after you walk in obedience to Him. Notice the time factor: between the “engine” and the “caboose.” There is a segment of time (sometimes almost instantaneous), but more usually an elapsed time of days, years, or maybe decades. You have SPIRITUAL desires: to be used by God, for the gifts of the Holy Spirit to operate through you, or to be a blessing to people and nations. You also have material desires: for a house, car, furniture, food, and clothing. Remember … the enemy, the devil, does NOT want you to have any of your good desires! He will tell you, “God doesn’t want to use you; that’s just your imagination.” But he is lying to you. Hang on to that vision! The Bible tells us in Romans 2:28-29, “For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise*** is not from men but from God.” *** Notice that the word “praise” here is a play on words. “praise” is literally “Jew”. Whose praise (hou ho epainos). The antecedent of the relative hou is Ioudaios (Jew). Probably a reference to the etymology of Judah (praise) as seen in Genesis 49:8 in the Torah. There is a place in man where God has a spiritual center: it is the “heart” … or the “spirit” of man. Ezekiel prophesied to the house of Israel that in the last days, “[God] will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land.” “I will give you a new heart, and put a new spirit within you.” [Ezekiel 36:24, 26] “Therefore, if any man is IN Christ, he is a NEW creation; old things have passed away, behold all things have become new.” [2 Corinthians 5:17] The Apostle Peter wrote about “the hidden person of the heart.” [1 Peter 3:4] God not only gives you the desires of your heart, but He will LEAD YOU by your heart if you are following Him, living for Him. But if you’re not following God, don’t follow your heart. “The spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all the inner depths of the heart.” [Proverbs 20:27] Have you ever had a time when you were struggling between two choices―two alternative decisions you could make? But ... you made a bad decision. Afterwards you felt sick in your spirit―you felt like glue! You DID NOT LISTEN to your hidden (inner man) … the spirit man of your heart. “For as many are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God.” Even a person who is not a Christian can know things in his human spirit. Man is a spirit being made in the image of God. However, if a person who is NOT living for God makes a BAD decision there is no guarantee he can be free. He may pay for his bad choice the rest of his life. But the person who lives for Christ has spiritual power so that he or she can become FREE; he or she does not have to be bound by that bad choice. There is a way out! I ministered with a friend who was an attorney and had been sent to prison for life. While he was serving his life sentence in a Federal Prison (USA) he became a Christian. He prayed for a MIRACLE release. One day not announced to him, and completely unexpected, guards came to him and escorted him to an area where he was released. He then became a minister. Sometimes we make bad mistakes, or choices. When this happens there are four (4) things you can do for your deliverance:          Pray and ask God to smite Satan (even through the bad decision) and turn the situation around for God’s glory.          Ask God for a MIRACLE. Give God a gift offering (it may be your time, service, or money) ahead of time as “faith―as thanks” for turning the situation around.         Find a promise or promises in God’s Word which pertain to your situation and lean on them: speak them out regularly in your fellowship with the Lord.          Take authority over Satan in the name of Jesus, the Messiah, and “break” the power of the bad decision. Speak and command the power of the bad decision or choice to be broken in the name of Jesus Christ, God’s Son and Messiah! There is NO situation in life that can bind you if you will surrender to Christ and follow your heart as God leads you! Enjoy your freedom. Operate with creativity! Go help others!
