Founder of BioGeometry, Dr. Ibrahim Karim, explores the hidden reality of Ancient Egypt, linear vs non-linear perception, and how to tap into a multidimensional state of consciousness. The conversation explores the concept of sacred power spots and their significance in ancient civilizations. These power spots, such as temples and pyramids, were built on top of natural springs and energy vortexes. The ancient builders understood the importance of harnessing life force energy and creating a connection between the power spot and the cycle of life. On Dr. Ibrahim Karim's desk is an abstract figure with the inscription “Only those who see the invisible, can do the impossible”. Chosen by his youngest daughter Doreya, it is the best description of him. What started off as an occasional gathering of friends grew over twenty years into a weekly pivot in the lives of many people of different ages, religions, professions, social background and nationalities. Unstructured lectures and dialogues about almost any subject, where Dr. Karim believed that he has learned as much as he has taught his holistic approach which he calls the BioGeometrical Way; a new and expanded world view; equally scientific and spiritual in essence. In his own words “to be truly holistic it must incorporate anything and everything”.BioGeometrical shapes interact with Earth's energy to produce a balancing effect on all energy levels of biological systems. Research into shapes of body organs led to the discovery of the relationship between of organ function, energy pattern, and shape. These patterns called “BioSignatures” produce, through resonance, a balance of energy and immunity that support orthodox and alternative medicine.___________________PODCAST CHAPTERS00:00 - Dr. Ibrahim Karim Intro00:40 - Multi-Dimensionality and Ancient Civilizations04:36 - Sensory Perception and the Projection of Reality08:11 - Linear Time, Cause and Effect, and Multidimensional Existence13:01 - The Dual Souls of Modern Humans16:48 - Sacredness of Animals in Ancient Egypt23:46 - The Great Shift: From Right Brain to Left Brain Perception25:59 - Ancient Egypt's 50,000-Year Legacy34:44 - The Neteru and Materialization of Gods in Ancient Egypt42:52 - The Role of Water in Sacred Power Spots51:18 - Evolution of Sacred Architecture into Pyramids56:11 - The Freemasons and Sacred Builders01:04:58 - The Birth of Biogeometry: Practical Science of Life Force01:07:02 - The Vortex: Accessing Multi-Dimensional Energy01:10:26 - Real-World Applications of Biogeometry 01:19:46 - Amplifying Pyramid Energy with Visualization01:29:05 - The Importance of Letting Go of Ego01:34:48 - The Universal Mind and Human Intention01:47:05 - Achieving Inner Balance Through Acceptance01:54:46 - Amplifying Life Force Energy Through Excellence01:58:15 - Dr. Karim's Message to Future Leaders___________________Guest: Dr. Ibrahim Karim, BioGeometry ® Website | https://www.biogeometry.ca/homeYouTube Channel | @BioGeometry Courses & Events | https://www.biogeometry.ca/courses-eventsBioGeometry ® Products | https://www.biogeometry.ca/biogeometry-products Instagram | https://www.instagram.com/ibrahim_karim_biogeometryHost: Emilio OrtizInstagram | https://www.instagram.com/iamemilioortiz/Subscribe to YouTube Channel | https://www.youtube.com/EmilioOrtiz Watch Emilio's latest series on 4biddenknowledge TV l https://bit.ly/AwakenThe6thSense___________________Special Offerings to Support the Show:✦ Make a One-Time or Recurring Donation on PayPal
People commonly think of time as a fixed, linear, objective structure. But our own experiences belie this belief. We've all been in situations where time has seemed to drag on or speed up, and there are even whole periods of our lives that seem to have gone by slower or faster. As my guest Steve Taylor will explain, time is a lot more fluid and moldable than we often recognize. Steve is a psychologist and the author of Time Expansion Experiences: The Psychology of Time Perception and the Illusion of Linear Time. Today on the show, he unpacks the four laws of psychological time. He discusses the theories as to why time speeds up as we get older and what factors slow down and speed up time. We delve into the way time particularly expands in accidents and emergencies, giving people the ability to take life-saving measures. And we discuss why some people are more likely to have time expansion experiences than others, and what you can do to slow down time and make your life feel longer as a result.Resources Related to the PodcastAoM Article: Be a Time Wizard — How to Slow Down and Speed Up TimeAoM Article: More Footage — Take the One-Month “Do Something New Every Day” ChallengeConnect With Steve TaylorSteve's website

One fear many air travelers have is catching a cold or some other bug when they fly on an airplane. Why is it that a lot of people seem to get sick on a flight? Is it the air in the plane or maybe it's the bathrooms? Listen as I explain what the most common cause of getting sick is and how to protect yourself. https://www.healthpartners.com/blog/avoid-getting-sick-while-flying/ We often do things because – well, that's the way we do things. Organizations are often very resistant to change and stay stuck in procedures and processes because that's just the way they are done – even if they are not working very well. When you think about it, it doesn't make any sense but nevertheless, that's the way it is. Dan Heath has examined this phenomenon and what he found will fascinate you – and help you figure ways to do things better for yourself or your organization. Dan has been a frequent guest here and has written some great books over the years. His latest is called Reset: How to Change What's Not Working (https://amzn.to/3DCbB4E) Have you ever noticed how time tends to speed up when you are having fun and slow down when you are doing something unpleasant or boring? It's weird because objectively we know that time moves at a constant speed – or does it? Is the way we measure time just arbitrary? Can we and do we experience time at different rates? For example, people often claim that when they are in a car accident, time slows down as if it occurs in slow motion. What is that? Here to explore this with me is Steve Taylor, PhD. He is a senior lecturer and researcher in psychology at Leeds Beckett University and he is author of the book Time Expansion Experiences: The Psychology of Time Perception and the Illusion of Linear Time (https://amzn.to/4gNpvzz) How many times have you looked at photos of yourself and been unhappy with the way you look? Well, there is something you can do with your face that will make you look better in any photo. It's called the squinch and it was developed by legendary photographer Peter Hurley. Listen as I explain how to squinch. There is also a YouTube video that demonstrates it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ff7nltdBCHs PLEASE SUPPORT OUR SPONSORS!!! A Journey Beyond Linear Time and Specialness - A Movie Commentary by David Hoffmeister David's movie commentary dismantles our belief and perception of linear time, private thoughts, and people-pleasing. Private thoughts are defense mechanisms against the Holy Instance, love, light, and simplicity. Jesus teaches that the present moment is the closest approximation of eternity, and all mystics and saints emphasize being present and being a bringer of God's love. However, the linear world of time and space is like a mask pulled over, made out of specialness. Specialness is the ego that made this world. This goes beyond the concept of special relationships and what many people think about special relationships. Everything that seems to exist independently is specialness. David's movie commentary helps us disassemble our faulty perceptions. God did not make trees, the world, or time. He also explains that nothing real can be threatened, and therein lies the peace of God. Jesus teaches us that God did not make trees, the world, or time. Carol King's song "Only Love is Real" illustrates this point. How do you “unveil the magic glow that flows right from the center of your happy heart”? This is something Kristina Siapkara, founder of Ierias Nama has explored since “cooking flowers” as a child—not knowing she was medicine-making while “cooking” those flowers. This spotlight on aromatherapy episode is intended to share how the power of ritual, frequencies (think physics) and working with botanical extracts and products made with integrity can uplift, rather than sap it. The Myth of Luxury Around Ritual Finding solace, direction and purpose in life doesn't require privilege. Many believe it's a mindset rather than having or possessing certain things, including “time,” before you can reveal your true nature. The relaxation, mental and emotional space needed to foster our direction, the magic within us, is not a luxury nor meant to be scheduled for “later”. Yet all of these good things are often viewed as luxuries we don't make time for. Linear Time vs. Whole Time Every being on Earth belongs here (yes, even the roaches and ticks). We're all here, after all. We made it: we were born. Yet many of us human beings lose our direction, stumble down the wrong path and don't know it. We get lost in and caught up in linear clock-time and ambitions, losing sight of Eternal time. This “softer” time encapsules spaciousness and what we're a part of (nature, the universe) rather than separate from. This time includes our ancestors, myths, and the unconscious, which can be accessed through ritual. Stopping Time with Ierias Nama If you feel you lost your way from yourself and are looking for help finding your way back, there are people like Kristina in the world who are here to help. She's interested in stopping time, creating time and working with the interconnectedness through frequency (high vibrational matter) to unveil and support your own innate state of inner beauty and bliss. This isn't about turning back the clock or staying frozen in place—think of it like dipping your whole body-mind-spirit-soul into eternal time each day. This is why she created Ierias Nama. Episode highlights: Exploring frequency and considering how we need to make time to slow down. We can work with plants to do this, we can “borrow” their energy (their chemical and vibrational messages) to nudge us in a different direction. Kristina takes us through the 4 phases of surrendering & awakening that form the framework of Ierias Nama Skin and Spirit. Each phase is inspired by core elements and enhanced with a guided meditation. Look forward to exploring: Catharsis, Metamorphosis, Genesis, Ecstasy and many of the key aromatic plants that are included in each phase. The Importance of surrendering yet not giving up your power. This means: letting go of linear thoughts and listen to the inner feelings that tell you when something feels right. Kristina shares how letting go helped bring her deeply explored, years-long project, Ierias Nama Skin and Spirit, to fruition. Kristina invites you to make the time for yourself, to look in the mirror and give yourself a wink. To tell yourself that you've got yourself. One way is by working with botanical products made with integrity—and winking at yourself. Join us, I hope you laugh along with us at the end. In this episode, we'll embark on a sort of time-displacing odyssey in which we consider the idea—based on scientific discoveries and paradigm-shattering theories—that linear time is nothing more than an intricate and clever illusion. A trick of the mind per se. What does it mean for this to be true and how might we evolve our own perspective so that we can free ourselves to live beyond the illusion of time? We'll explore all this and more.Continued Reading + ResourcesChopra, D. and Kafatos, M. (2017). You Are the Universe: Discovering Your Cosmic Self and Why It Matters. We start our new Four Play arc with our first focus on a director, Denis Villeneuve. Lately celebrated for his Dune films, we dive into his back catalog and begin with 2016's Arrival. Like Dune, Arrival is an adaptation of a science-fiction text, and takes an intellectual approach to the concept of first contact and the ensuring geo-political consequences. Ultimately, Arrival focuses on personal decisions made in the freedom of non-linear time and calls upon viewers to examine their ethics and the nature of life and death.
Episode 037: In this episode, inspired by a homily I heard during Holy Week, we'll talk about how healing occurs outside of time and how our healing work today partners with God. It's not about healing within our own strength, but about accessing the grace from Christ's sacrifice on the cross over 2000 years ago. #296 In this episode, Guy welcomed back Dr. Ibrahim Karim. They delved into the concept of reality and perception beyond our five senses, exploring the interaction between the conscious and subconscious levels. Dr. Ibram Karim discussed the separation of the mortal and immortal souls in modern humanity, highlighting the shift in consciousness towards the left brain and the closing of the door to the subconscious. Linear time and space are contrasted with spherical time and space, with the explanation that the afterlife is not a separate existence but a continuous part of the universal dimension. The discussion emphasized the multidimensional nature of human existence, where the mortal soul is in resonance with the 98% of reality beyond our limited sensory perception. The episode concluded by highlighting the interconnectedness of all living beings and the role of the universe in regulating life processes, showcasing the plant kingdom as an external organ of the human body. Overall, the podcast challenges traditional views on life, death, and existence, urging listeners to consider the multidimensional aspects of reality and their interconnectedness with the universe. About Dr. Ibrahim: Dr. Ibrahim Karim is an architect by profession; graduate of the renowned F.I.T. Zurich, Switzerland; with BA/MA, and D.Sc. in Tourist Planning, Dr. Ibrahim Karim occasionally teaches as visiting professor of Architecture at several universities. In his own words “to be truly holistic it must incorporate anything and everything”. BioGeometrical shapes interact with Earth's energy to produce a balancing effect on all energy levels of biological systems. Research into shapes of body organs led to the discovery of the relationship between of organ function, energy pattern, and shape. These patterns called “BioSignatures” produce, through resonance, a balance of energy and immunity that support orthodox and alternative medicine. Arabella Thaïs is a writer, speaker, philosopher, and artist, studying for a PhD in cosmology and consciousness. Committed to the evolution of humanity, her work explores the intersection of poetry, mathematics, beauty, and time, which she teaches at her online school of consciousness, The Temple of Truth. She uses various aesthetic mediums – such as music, film, and experience design – in order to communicate ideas and propel human transformation. Our conversation is thought-provoking, inspirational, and at times mind-blowing. We dance around existential topics, such as free will, and explore her theory of non-linear time, and its relationship to the cosmic mind and complex, higher dimensions of consciousness. Could it be that past, present, and future all exist in a single moment, that the Now contains all that ever was, and all that ever will be? Foundation models, now powering most of the exciting applications in deep learning, are almost universally based on the Transformer architecture and its core attention module. Many subquadratic-time architectures such as linear attention, gated convolution and recurrent models, and structured state space models (SSMs) have been developed to address Transformers' computational inefficiency on long sequences, but they have not performed as well as attention on important modalities such as language. We identify that a key weakness of such models is their inability to perform content-based reasoning, and make several improvements. First, simply letting the SSM parameters be functions of the input addresses their weakness with discrete modalities, allowing the model to selectively propagate or forget information along the sequence length dimension depending on the current token. Second, even though this change prevents the use of efficient convolutions, we design a hardware-aware parallel algorithm in recurrent mode. We integrate these selective SSMs into a simplified end-to-end neural network architecture without attention or even MLP blocks (Mamba). Mamba enjoys fast inference (5$times$ higher throughput than Transformers) and linear scaling in sequence length, and its performance improves on real data up to million-length sequences. As a general sequence model backbone, Mamba achieves state-of-the-art performance across several modalities such as language, audio, and genomics. On language modeling, our Mamba-3B model outperforms Transformers of the same size and matches Transformers twice its size, both in pretraining and downstream evaluation. 2023: Albert Gu, Tri Dao https://arxiv.org/pdf/2312.00752v1.pdf

The single biggest hurdle to doing more embodied movement practice, for me personally, is the tight grip of urgency I often feel around time. Today on the podcast, I'm chatting with Rochelle Schieck, founder of the Qoya movement method. A big part of our conversation is exploring how we unwind the urgency of linear time & use the body as a portal to soul time. Rochelle & I have very different felt experiences of this shift away from urgent-linear-time into expansive-soul-time. I'm curious if you'll relate to either or perhaps experience it in another way. Danielle Heap has struggled with depression since she was young. About eight years ago she was misdiagnosed as bipolar. Six years ago, her diagnosis was changed to a borderline personality with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies. Even with a combination of medications including anti-depressants, mood stabilizers, and anti-psychotics, Danielle's emotions were volatile and could change in a matter of hours. On top of that, Danielle experienced postpartum depression after the birth of her son.Danielle sought out ketamine therapy to see if it could help with her depression. Initially, she used a nasal spray and then received ketamine infusions. On ketamine, Danielle stepped outside of linear time and viewed her life experiences from a different perspective. All rumination ceased and her suicidal ideations dissipated. The purpose of the podcast is to entertain and educate. A glimpse into the language of eternity, and some of the ways we get tricked into signing onto linear time, which is a construct, and a fallacy.Originally published: 12/15/21
This episode describes 5th dimensional consciousness. and how to access it. It's all the rage in New Age speak, but few seem to be able to describe what they mean by the 5th dimension. The keynote for 5th dimensional consciousness is : "WE ARE IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF IT." WE ARE ALIGNED TO OUR HIGHER SELF, and life flows with an ease and grace. Things come to us as we need them, and we have an inner confidence or assurance that the UNIVERSE IS TAKING CARE OF US. Jill describes the 9 dimensions of consciousness as outlined by Barbara Hand Clow in her book, The Alchemy of the 9 Dimensions. We can exist on multiple dimensions simultaneously. The multi-dimensional model is not hierarchal or linear. We leave linear time & space when we pop out of the 3rd dimension. The 5th dimension is an elevated, brighter, and lighter version of 3-D Earth. It's as if Earth split away from the 3rd dimensional matrix and simultaneously existing on a higher vibration that is less dense, very elevating of mood and consciousness and one feels very aligned with flow and grace and peace. Things that are in alignment for us manifest quickly and there is no mind work involved. It is a heart - centered reality. Therefore to access it we must keep the emotions are balanced and calm. The Shumann Resonance is known as Mother Earth's heartbeat by Indigenous elders. The frequency of the Shumann Resonance is 7.83 HZ. The frequency of 7.83 HZ also corresponds to an alpha/theta brainwave in a human brain - which is a zen like frequency. Functioning in alpha & theta brain frequencies allows one to access 5th dimensional consciousness.Jill describes the brain wave model: BETA - waking consciousness, ALPHA -relaxed state with link between conscious and unconscious mind, THETA-inner peace and deep relaxation state of bliss and contentment and DELTA- favoring deep sleep & somnambulistic stateWhen we get down to the ALpha/Theta brainwave - we go into a pseudo altered state that feels very dreamy and relaxed - this is the brainwaves under which someone can be hypnotized. When we reach this state we can connect deeper to Mother Earth who is transitioning into a 5th dimensional frequency. When we are running around and stressed out we can't access 5th dimensional consciousness. Here are some ways that you can activate and access your 5th dimensional consciousness: Let go of past and heal subconscious patterns. This includes deep healing of wounds from the past including healing the wounded inner child or younger selves. One must do some deep inner work and healing on the subconscious including patterns of sabotage, addiction, and guilt. There is no spiritual bypass on the way to the 5th dimension. Deep shadow work and psychological healing must occur so the emotional body can be in equanimity. Shift into an attitude of GRATITUDE and have an appreciation of what life has to offer. A daily practice of gratitude and thankfulness does wonders in accessing the higher dimensions including 5th dimensional consciousness.COME FROM COMPASSION - No judgement of self or others. Perform consistent spiritual disciplines such as meditating praying or chanting at the same time everyday. Connecting to Source - God - the Divine everyday on a consistent basis is important to raise your consciousnessPursue health disciplines - eating pure healthy diet, exercise, fresh air, being out in nature -moving your body -to improve mind and spirit.Connecting to Nature is very important to accessing the 5th dimensional consciousness. www.jilljardineastrology.com

In the seventy-seventh episode we explore Ignoring Linear Time, starting with Trump saying Biden should have already done all the things he promised to do when he became President (including fixing the mess Trump made). In Mark's British Politics Corner we look at Chris Philp defending Priti Patel's stance on immigration reform against claims that if the Tories could fix immigration they already would have. In a packed Fallacy in the Wild section, we check out examples from Yesterday, Castle, The Rookie, King of Staten Island and Eminem. Jim and Mark go head to head in Fake News, the game in which Mark has to guess which of three Trump quotes Jim made up. Then we talk about the amazingly awful new right-wing news channel in the UK, GB News. And finally, we round up some of the other crazy Trump stories from the past week. The movie Tenet is based on time inversion, the reversal of entropy. But the perceived conflict between present and future is fiction, and the Present Moment offers the gateway to Eternal Innocence in God. This commentary and teachings from Jesus Christ offer a completely new interpretation of the world through the Perspective of forgiveness. In gentleness are all unreal concepts of linear time released, for the past is over and gone and only Love remains.
Link to bioRxiv paper: http://biorxiv.org/cgi/content/short/2020.09.14.293522v1?rss=1 Authors: Briand, S., Dessimoz, C., El-Mabrouk, N., Nevers, Y. Abstract: Comparing trees is a basic task for many purposes, and especially in phylogeny where different tree reconstruction tools may lead to different trees, likely representing contradictory evolutionary information. While a large variety of pairwise measures of similarity or dissimilarity have been developed for comparing trees with no information on internal nodes, very few measures have been designed for node labeled trees, which is for instance the case of reconciled gene trees. Recently, we proposed a formulation of the Labeled Robinson Foulds (LRF) edit distance with edge extensions, edge contractions between identically labeled nodes, and node label flips. However, this distance (the size of a most parsimonious path of such events transforming one node-labeled tree into the other) proved difficult to compute, in particular, because "good" edges, i.e. edges present in the two trees, may have to be contracted. Here, we report on a different formulation of the LRF edit distance --- based on node insertion, deletion, and label substitution --- comparing two node-labeled trees, which we show can be computed in linear time. The new formulation also maintains other desirable properties: being a metric, reducing to Robinson Foulds for unlabeled trees, and maintaining an intuitive interpretation. The new distance is computable for an arbitrary number of label types, thus making it useful for applications involving not only speciations and duplications, but also horizontal gene transfers and further events associated with the internal nodes of the tree. To illustrate the utility of the new distance, we use it to study the impact of taxon sampling on labeled gene tree inference and conclude that denser taxon sampling yields better trees. What if the conventional view that the past has formed what we are today is false? What if it is the other way around: The present creates the past. The consequences of changing your mindset about past, present and future is mind blowing, and it has the potential to liberate you from the enslaving chains of history. Why do you feel an urge do do certain things and not others? Maybe you feel the pull of the future you, not the push of your past.

Wait, wait...there is going to be an The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactic game? And we didn't talk about it in this episode? Because it was announced after we recorded? DAMN YOU, LINEAR TIME!
Tonight we're going to talk about what weirdness fallen mankind will see when God brings time to an end and melds the linear reality with the spirit world super reality. We're also going to talk about our continued conversation concerning our need to choose our friends and associates wisely so that we can endure hardships.
You know I've been doing a lot of work in examining my relationship with my calendar and linear time, so I thought I'd invite one of my best friends on the show—who has these conversations with me often and who is healing many of these things in her own life as well—Stephanie Burg. Stephanie is a health and trauma-healing coach and therapeutic dance + meditation teacher. In this episode, we talk about opting out of the capitalistic, linear time world to choose self-care instead, how that's easier said than done, how our relationship with coffee is part of that journey, finding time leaks, and setting up your calendar and boundaries to give yourself space in non-linear time. In this episode, I speak with Arthur Gretton, Wittawat Jitkrittum, Zoltan Szabo and Kenji Fukumizu, who, alongside Wenkai Xu authored the 2017 NIPS Best Paper Award winner “A Linear-Time Kernel Goodness-of-Fit Test.” In our discussion, we cover what exactly a “goodness of fit” test is, and how it can be used to determine how well a statistical model applies to a given real-world scenario. The group and I the discuss this particular test, the applications of this work, as well as how this work fits in with other research the group has recently published. Enjoy! The generation that left Egypt and died in the wilderness is often regarded as a failure. I do not entirely accept that because they lived 40 more years and died in the hope and promise that their journey would be completed by their children. Just so with we who live our lives waiting for Messiah's return. We may not see that event, but we faithfully live our lives in the hope that our children will. Herein lies the difference between cyclical time and the hope embodied in linear time.

Summary of Brenda’s January 15, 2016, channeled 15-minute Creation Energies show at http://www.BlogTalkRadio.com / brenda-hoffman: Your self-love will push you to the end of the love continuum so you eventually become enamored of the middle – the love of self as well as others. You’re also creating a continuum of joy – barely touching the middle of that continuum now, but destined to reach the end and not return. For joy is your new you. Fear has been the earth’s keynote for eons resulting in victims. Even though perhaps within your being you wish to caretake others in some form, victimhood is no longer of you or any moving from fear to joy on their personal continuum. Claim Yourself! is the title of this week's Brenda's Blog - her channeled blog for www.LifeTapestryCreations.com Overview of January 22, 2016, Creation Energies show: Time is no longer linear, but elliptical. So some days fly by so rapidly you can't remember what happened. Other days are as before. Such is so because you're no longer following the 3D linear pattern of you're born and then you die. Your new pattern addresses and drops those baggage cars you collected for eons. Items at the small part of your elliptical time so your life holds more joy than fear. You can't fly in the ethers with carloads of baggage. So it is you're dropping train cars preparing for your next phase. Brenda's Blog and her Creation Energies show contain different channeled information.
When we speak of quantum in relation to healing we are speaking of energy in the smallest amount measurable, specifically in relation to healing we are speaking of light and magnetism. What this means to Francine as an angel healer is the following: using light which is for the most part so microscopic as to be outside the reach of human vision, yet is available and seen in Francine's consciousness which is capable of rising to higher realms where the use of light and magnetic resonance for purposes of healing is a natural state of being. Don't miss this lively discussion between Co-host Francine Vale and Dr. Pat.
Signals and Systems: an Introduction to Analog and Digital Signal Processing, 1987

Have you ever wanted to go back and change something in your life? There is a way, but it's not using Linear Time. It's about another dimension and how to use it. This show is about ways to manifest a New Earth, and what it will take to turn things around for our planet and our people. Gives a grounding for open minded logic and how to apply new concepts to our struggling civilization. Fearlessly and truthfully revealing the darkness on the planet and taking you through the question "How can we choose the light, even though we know the darkness?"
