In this weeks episode we go over the hill with Darren Hall from Pacific Logging and Processing. We touch on his history in the industry, the highs the lows of running a big tower side, egos and industry trade shows. We also talk about breakfast burritos and Marlboros and how it "must be nice". Bruer's Contract Cutting from Dallas, Oregon is not closing it's doors. I figured Darren was talking about an outfit from Washington but he was not. Words spread in this industry like wildfire and Darren and I are both deeply sorry to Mike Bruer and everyone at Bruer's for spreading false information. I am editing this episode on the same day that Mike notified me of the rumor being spread here. I want to end this with a request to my listeners, if you have any questions about anything on the episodes please reach out to me so we can nip these things in the bud. Thank You If you or someone you know would make a great guest please shoot me an email at jason@jdavenportphotography.com using "podcast" in the subject line. Les mer om:HardangerbruaSotrabruaBjørnafjorden flytebru Hosted on Acast. Jason Bruer is a saxophonist from Sydney. Born and raised in Adelaide, Jason didn't start playing music till his very late teens. He studied music at Adelaide University in the same year as his brother and sister. That's a unique story in itself. He played around Adelaide with quintet Small Hours before joining the band Fat Time, which quickly outgrew Adelaide so he moved with the band to Sydney. From there Fat Time went on to win Star Search that then lead to national tours with Joe Cocker, Santana, Joan Armatrading and KC & the Sunshine Band as well as TV show appearances. Jason moved to London in the later 80s to give the scene a crack. That move eventually lead him to play with Jools Holland, Sting, Eric Clapton, Mick Hucknell and many others. He also played on the soundtrack to Three Weddings and a Funeral. Health issues started to take their toll on Jason in early 2000's and so they moved back to Sydney. These days Jason leads his powerhouse sextet, Hammerhead amongst other projects. Episode recorded 07/04/2020. Hvorfor blir batterier stadig viktigere, og hvordan ligger batteriteknologi an idag?
