How can Cereset sound technology treat brain imbalances and create a relaxed and harmonious mental state? In this episode, Jason Prall and Andrew DeGregorio discuss how they learn about Cereset. They mention that they both faced health challenges that traditional medicine couldn't solve. They turned to alternative healing methods and eventually met, forming a deep bond. Together, they explored different healing approaches and decided to start Cereset, a place offering unique healing technologies to help others. Their goal is to make a positive difference in people's lives by easing suffering and promoting well-being. They were skeptical at first, but seeing Andrew's amazing results and hearing other success stories changed their minds. They explain deeper about Cereset which uses sensors to read brain activity and plays tones back to the person. This helps the brain recognize and fix any problems. They realized that many health issues come from stuck patterns in the body, and Cereset helps unstick them, letting the body heal itself naturally. Cereset is like a brain tune-up using sound. It relaxes the mind and creates new pathways for well-being. It helps with sleep problems, anxiety, PTSD, concussions, and other issues related to brain balance. Discover how Cereset focuses on overall brain harmony instead of targeting specific conditions, which can help with many different problems caused by brain imbalance. What Pain in the Neck? Resolving Suffering

Linda Jones CeresetLinda came down with Covid in 2020, and it just seemed like the regular flu . She was almost through her recovery and quarantine when suddenly, she woke up one morning and was experiencing a very deep depression. She felt like she was hearing things. She thought she was having something like Schizophrenia. She did not want to be awake. She called her doctor and told her what was happening. The doctor thought it was a long-hauler symptom of Covid and had been seeing it more and more and immediately put her on anti-depressants. It took a while to tell any difference. She felt a heaviness and felt like her brain just wasn't functioning properly. She did not want to be on medication forever. Linda started researching long-haul Covid symptoms and came across a video by Amy Grant and she was talking about Cereset. Cereset is a non-invasive brain technology that uses your own brain waves converted into sound and sends it back to your brain to help rebalance the brain. In her case, COVID symptoms of depression were causing her brain to be stuck, and she was not able to function. Linda visited their headquarters in Scottsdale, Az, with a friend to experience it for herself. They went through about five sessions, which consisted of sitting relaxed in a chair with sensors on their heads, similar to an EEG. Then while sitting in the chair, they been hearing their own brain waves, and the brain naturally wants to rebalance and reset. At first, Linda didn't feel any different and wondered if it worked, but the very first night, she slept very well, even though she had been dealing with some sleep issues even before the depression. By the end of the 4th week, she realized that she didn't feel dependent on medication and didn't feel stuck in her brain anymore. She felt better physically and was able to make decisions easier. The sadness and voices were gone.Linda and her friend realized that everyone needed Cereset and decided to open a franchise in Lubbock, Tx, in December of 2021. Cereset is the only neurotechnology that works with a medical university. Linda says, “ Being healthy is a whole-body experience. It's mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. I feel like that is the whole gamut, and where you do what you do with cervical, which also helps the brain, we do what we do to help the brain when it's out of balance to get back into balance, but then you have to do things to keep it that way. I feel like Cereset can offer hope.Linda believes in networking with other people to help others. She says,” That's the perfect thing about networking with other people. You just find, "Hey, this person does this, and that's their specialty, and this person does this, and that's theirs." I'm grateful for the Blair Clinic because you helped me with some pain that I was having, and it was a pain in the neck. I think my passion is just helping people. I want to see people healed. I want to see people healthy and whole. If I can help one person, then I've done a great job.”To contact Linda Jones, go to https://www.thevibrantmind.com/Linda@lubbock.cereset.com https://www.facebook.com/lindapinnerjonesTo contact Ruth, go to https://www.blairclinic.comruth@blairclinic.comhttps://www.facebook.com/rutelin

Today I'm talking with Carl Bowcut from Orem, UT. Carl has degrees in both Psychology and Education and was an educator in the LDS church for 33 years. He's a father of 6 and a grandfather to 14 and is here to share information about his and his family's experience with balancing the brain using Cereset.Exploring Treatments for Depression and AnxietyCarl believes in speaking loud about mental illness. His wife has shown him that even high functioning individuals from stable backgrounds can suffer from anxiety or depression. Her questions of “Am I good enough?” and “Can I do this well enough?” have opened his eyes to mental illness, a topic that was much less talked about when they were growing up. Carl always remained supportive of his wife, but in his words, “Spouses are terrible therapists.” Despite having the constant support of her husband and family, Carl's wife knew that there was still something missing in her journey with depression and anxiety. Many people suffering emotionally and mentally may assume the problem is only with them, but that's not the case. Using Cereset for Sleep, PTSD, and DepressionOne day, while watching a podcast on YouTube, Carl's wife came across a testimonial from a celebrity whose family member used something called “brain echo” while experiencing depression and anxiety after addiction. Lee Gerdes, the developer of Cereset, developed a process that converts electromagnetic brain waves into sound waves and that play back to you in real-time. Hearing itself, according to Cereset, allows the brain to correct itself. Carl, his wife, and their oldest son all tried Cereset, a 4-5 day process of 1.5-hour sessions. After the sessions, Carl's wife came out a different person. She describes her experience with her ‘new brain' “like the center part of me used to be fractured… and it's been lined up.” Profoundly impressed with the process, Carl and his wife began developing the franchise in Utah, where there are now three locations for Cereset. The Process of CeresetCarl explains that the process begins with a baseline scan of the client's brain, focusing on 2 main lobes: the frontal and temporal lobes, which are the emotion center and stress response centers of the brain. This gives a sense of how healthy the brain's responses to stress and emotion are so that a comparison can be made after treatment. The treatment takes 4-5 days, with an hour-and-a-half session each day. This allows the brain to create the necessary neural pathways to treat itself. The process itself is painless: clients just have to sit with their eyes closed and listen. Many often fall asleep during the session. Afterward, Carl always makes sure to keep in touch with clients to see how they're doing post-treatment. The answer is almost always a resounding, “Amazing.” Listen in to learn more about Carl's personal experience with Cereset, how right and left brain imbalances affect emotion, and the difference between sound wave frequencies and Cereset. Resources MentionedJoin Me on Speak Loud PlatformSpeak Loud Podcast on the webLearn more on the Cereset website Spread the message of Speak Loudly Podcast andshare this episode with a friend! Please review our podcast disclaimer on our website

The war she saw and felt and knowing that she and her kids are prepared for it. How she healed her heart with healing visualisation. How laughing can heal. How her energies when really exited or down can disturb lights and computers. Awakening of human kind from materialistic world view to a bigger understanding of energies. Most of today's talk focused on the brain waves and the EEG. Mandi learned how to treat brains with the EEG treatment developed by Lee Guardas and worked with it in 2012/13. She also used it herself for 10 sessions and explains how it can help you to hear your own brain and by that heal itself. This is Part 2 of the interview with host Dave Kenney and Lee Gerdes of Cereset.  Dave and Lee discuss the connection between anxiety and depression and brain-energy. And how the real problem is related to the brain energy realm and that when you balance brain function anxiety and depression simply ‘go away.’  Kenney and Gerdes explore an interesting study of how, when working with inmates in prison in Utah, Gerdes discovered that serious offenders were all in a parasympathetic response or a ‘freeze’ response.  Hear about the effects of marijuana and vaping on the brain – how they create long term harm and dysfunction to overall brain function and brain health.  Learn how an inside-out brain-healthy lifestyle can help you rise above.

In this episode host, Dave Kenney interviews Lee Gerdes of Cereset. Lee explains how the brain is responsible for everything, how we feel, our choices, anger, sadness/happiness, relationships, our careers, and so much more. Lee Gerdes explains the shortcomings of an outside-in approach like psychotherapy, EMDR, medications, neurofeedback, and more. He offers a more effective solution of an inside-out approach where the brain can reset to a state of balance and harmony. The result is we feel better when our brain works better. Lee is the developer and CEO of Cereset, a non-invasive neurotechnology that effectively helps a brain regain a state of balance and harmony. This episode is part 1 of a 2 part interview with Lee, packed with learning a new understanding of how everyone can rise above.

Time for a reset; Cereset! Stress and anxiety can be gone with the wind if you are willing to take the challenge. What is the brain, ego, mind, intelligence and intuition? How do they function and what happens when things go awry? How does everything work together in our body, is it a linear or silo existence or rather a web of life that we need to explore?
