The Washington Commanders defeated the New York Giants on the road 27-22 to complete the sweep on the season. The Commanders move to 7-2 on the season, 2-0 in the NFC East, and remain the 2 seed in the NFC playoff picture. Jayden Daniels was calm, poised, and efficient, going 15/22 for 209 yards and 2 TDs. Terry McLaurin feasted, scoring 2 TDs and Chris Rodriguez Jr stepped up in place of Brian Robinson, who missed the game with a hamstring injury, rushing 11 times for 52 yards in his absence. The defense got gashed on the ground, but came up big when it needed to. Dante Fowler forced a fumble on a sack that Bobby Wagner recovered, and the defense made multiple key stops to keep the Giants at bay long enough to secure the W. Jeremy Chinn led the team in tackles with 13 on the day. The Comment Mailbag had 18 comments. Thank you all for the comments! We greatly appreciate them as always.
