She began flipping and renting houses when she was 22 years old. She prepared for the market crash by pulling out all her money from her current investments to invest in one larger property. Thankfully, she had other money saved and was able to move and get a job to grow her active income.After that, she took a break from real estate for about 10 years. They dive into the importance of knowing how to choose the right market when flipping virtually, challenges of flipping virtually as well as the importance of having boots on the ground when flipping virtually. The latter end of the conversation consists of Brian and Casey discussing the correlation between investors buying real estate and the effects of the increasing interest rate.
