Georgi Feidler shared some incredible stats with me... Over 50% of small businesses are owned by Baby Boomers. 60% of those have zero succession plan. That's billions in wealth transfer happening right now and most of it is going to be messy.Georgi has spent 20+ years helping founders navigate this transition. Her approach isn't just about finding buyers - it's about building businesses that can actually survive without their founders. The brother/sister case study she shared shows how creative structuring can cut transition time from years to months.Perfect for business owners planning exits or anyone working with Boomer-owned businesses.Georgi is the founder of Hire, Train, Aspire and a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience who's helped scale companies from small teams to organizations with over 68,000 employees through IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises. In this episode, she breaks down how to overcome the "tribal knowledge problem," build confidence in your team to run without you, and create succession plans that work for both internal and external transitions. We talked about business exits, succession planning, and freedom, the kind that comes from building something bigger than yourself. So if you're a business owner thinking about your exit strategy or a Baby Boomer founder wondering how to preserve your legacy, you'll want to hit play on this one.• • •FOR MORE ON THIS EPISODE:https://www.coreykupfer.com/blog/georgifeidler• • • FOR MORE ON GEORGI FEIDLERGeorgi Feidler's LinkedInHire, Train, Aspire FOR MORE ON COREY KUPFERCorey Kupfer's LinkedInCorey Kupfer's Website Corey Kupfer is an expert strategist, negotiator, and dealmaker. The discussion also considers the history and diversity of tarot practices, and compares tarot with artificial intelligence as a tool for navigating uncertainty and meaning.Whether you are a skeptic, a believer, or somewhere in between, this conversation offers a thoughtful examination of how we seek knowledge and what counts as a good reason to believe.[00:00] Introduction and Guest Welcome[00:11] Georgie's Personal Journey with Tarot[00:51] The Impact of Tarot on Decision Making[11:50] The Epistemic Value of Tarot[28:22] Potential Criticisms of Tarot[31:28] The Five Waves of Tarot History[38:29] Confirmation Bias and Flipping the Reading[42:25] Comparing Tarot and AI in Epistemology[44:09] The Role of Tarot in Education and Research[59:01] Concluding Thoughts

Georgi Enthoven is an international thought leader, trusted advisor, and the visionary founder of Work That's Worth It. But she didn't start her career knowing what would come to define her. Like many, Georgi took the scenic route for the first half of her career. After attending the University of California, Berkeley and Harvard Business School, she found herself misaligned in jobs that either met her needs for income and ambition or matched her desire to add positive value to the world. She struggled to find roles where she could combine the two. Meanwhile, she lived in more than half a dozen countries, including South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, and the United States. This gave her a truly global perspective and a special appreciation for emerging market dynamics. Today, she's a passionate advocate for young professionals seeking to combine contribution with compensation. With nearly three decades of professional experience in various industries, Georgi's on a mission to help individuals like you turn their career into work that's worth it, finding a career and calling that is good both for them and for the world. The intersection of purpose and profit is redefining modern careers, and our latest episode of On the Brink with Andi Simon explores this compelling shift with guest Georgii Enthoven. A Harvard MBA and global business leader, Georgi shares her fascinating career journey, insights from her upcoming book Work That's Worth It (launching April 8), and the importance of intentional careers that merge contribution with compensation. The Future of Work: Purpose and Profit Go Hand-in-Hand As capitalism reaches a tipping point, thought leaders worldwide, are exploring how businesses and careers must evolve. A growing number of professionals are no longer satisfied with choosing between financial success and meaningful work. Instead, they are finding ways to achieve both. Georgina, who once struggled to balance her personal drive for impact with a high-earning corporate career, realized that the key isn't an "either-or" approach—it's "and." Purpose and profit can and should coexist. This realization led to her book, which offers guidance on building careers that sustain both personal well-being and global impact. How to Build a Career That Matters During the podcast, Georgi outlined a framework to help professionals align their work with their values: Identify a Problem Worth Solving: Careers should be built around real-world challenges that inspire action. Whether it's sustainability, social justice, or healthcare innovation, finding a mission-driven focus is key. Merge Ambition with Impact: Many professionals, like Georgina, initially succeed in high-paying jobs but feel unfulfilled. Shifting toward work that aligns with personal values doesn't mean giving up success—it means redefining it. Intentionality is Essential: The modern workforce spends approximately 90,000 hours on their careers. Georgina emphasizes that these hours should be spent wisely, creating lasting contributions while ensuring financial stability. Learn from Trailblazers: The book Work That's Worth It features inspiring companies like Client Earth (holding governments accountable for environmental policies). The stories provide a roadmap for anyone seeking to build a business or career with impact. If you prefer to watch the video, click here:  Why This Matters More Than Ever The demand for purpose-driven businesses is growing rapidly. Companies that align with ethical and social goals are attracting top talent, loyal customers, and long-term success. The rise of B Corps and social enterprises demonstrates that impact-driven business models are here to stay. What's Next? Georgi Enthoven's Work That's Worth It is set to be a must-read for professionals seeking to balance financial success with making a difference. As a leader in purpose-driven business development, she will continue guiding individuals and organizations to rethink the way they approach their careers. Final Takeaways Work Should be Intentional: Careers should contribute meaningfully to both personal and societal well-being. Success is About Impact, Not Just Income: The highest earners don't always feel the most fulfilled. Find a balance. The Future is Purpose-Driven: Businesses that prioritize both sustainability and profit will shape the next generation of success stories. It's Stassi's favorite time of year - Fall - which means it's almost time for her favorite holiday - Halloween!! On this episode, Stassi is joined by her sister Georgi to talk all things fall. Of course they touch on basic bitch tendencies like pumpkin spice lattes and Georgi stumbling upon Reba's fall corn maze - but they also discuss how Stassi is planning to decorate the house and what she is planning for her family's costume. The conversation seamlessly leads into a Disney chat as Georgi is a "Disney adult" and Stassi's theme is Disney related. They discuss their favorite (and least favorite) Disney princess characters and deep dive into why. They end on honoring Dame Maggie Smith (RIP) and chatting all things Downton Abbey and Harry Potter in here honor.
