Hosted on Acast. A show featuring in-depth conversations with the people running for local office in Northfield. On this edition, hosts Joe Moravchik and Rich Larson are joined by Peter Dahlen, who is running unopposed for the Ward 3 seat on the Northfield City Council.
Dahlen rekommenderar att man bokar in sexet i kalendern.
Spencer called me out of the blue to discuss some large Fresco Harmony projects that he has on the horizon. I liked where the conversation was going so I decided to have a zoom call and capture the entire dialogue pertaining to Fresco Harmony. We discuss sales, color strategy, and application. In the short time that he was able to be on the phone with me we cover a lot of ground. If you're curious about selling Fresco Harmony this episode is for you. You can also catch my entire episode with Spencer back on Episode 107. This episode of The Drywall Podcast is brought to you by Fresco Harmony making walls better since 2004. Spencer may not be the most influential person on the internet right now but what he lacks in influence he makes up for in heart. We connected when Spencer reached out a couple weeks ago about some Fresco Harmony questions he had. I wrangled him onto the podcast because we had such a great conversation. Spencer is 30 and has been running his own business in Kalispell MT and is looking to diversify with Fresco Harmony. I've never seen someone who's never done Fresco Harmony so excited about the potential. Needless to say we talk a lot about Fresco Harmony but we also get into the importance of work life balance. This episode could very well become a new favorite. This episode of The Drywall Podcast was brought to you by SurPro Stilts. Elevate your safety, comfort, and performance with the leaders in stilts. In today's episode, we had the pleasure of interviewing Jordan, a midwife and first-time mum who made the decision to birth her baby at home. We chat to Jordan about her journey to conceive which involved taking Letrozole to help support ovulation. Jordan shared her experience of a swift 6-hour labour, culminating in the beautiful birth of her son in a birth pool. Notably, Jordan encountered a unique challenge during the third stage of labor, as she experienced Vasovagal Syncope while attempting to deliver the placenta. This occurrence was attributed to the presence of a bilobed placenta situated behind her cervix, a condition known as Cervical Shock Syndrome. Our discussion further delved into Jordan's profound thoughts and emotions surrounding the hospital system, as well as the reasons that guided her decision to embrace the path of a homebirth. Join us as we explore the intricacies of Jordan's experience, gaining valuable insights into the world of midwifery and the transformative power of making informed choices during the birthing process.Jordan documented her whole pregnancy and birth on her instagram page - Fromwomb_toworld Links:Photographer - Caitlyn Hands (Stemmer) - Earthchild.photography Hunter Valley Homebirthers Facebook group Coulton Stoliar, S., Dahlen, H. This is Part 1 of our care provider choices mini-series. In this episode we walk you through the care provider options available to you for pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. We discuss care under the public system - from fragmented general care, to caseload/MGP continuity models, publicly funded Homebirth, and shared care with a GP or private midwife, as well as care from private midwives and private obstetricians. Choosing your car provider matters, and it shouldn't just be a case of whether you do or don't have private health insurance. In part 2 of our mini-series on care provider choices we speak with Dr Hazel Keedle, lead researcher on Australia's largest survey on women's experiences of maternity care, the Birth Experience Study (BESt). We discuss the findings explored in a few key papers emanating from the responses of 8,804 women to that survey, including key findings around “what women want if they were to have another baby”, as well as the strengths and and limitations of different maternity models of care accessed by women in Australia in the preceding 5 years.Links:Keedle, H., Lockwood, R., Keedle, W., Susic, D., & Dahlen, H. Welcome back to another episode of The Mama Village! I am your host, Ellen and today I sit down with the incredible Kirstie, a mother to a beautiful 2 year old son and soon to be mama of two, with another little one soon joining the family. In this episode, Kirstie shares her profound homebirth experience with a private midwife. This is a story of complete trust, surrender and love. As Kirstie takes us through her spiritual journey into the rebirth of herself as a mother, we explore the importance of breath work for her labour and to bring back to the present moment. This episode is a beacon of inspiration for all mothers emphasising the strength found within the vulnerability and the deep connection between mind, body and spirit during childbirth. Kirstie also bravely shares her raw and honest reality of her postpartum struggles, providing a glimpse into the challenges many mothers face but often go unspoken. Her journey extends into a vision for the future, she shares her aspirations to support and guide other women through their postpartum experiences, fostering community where self-love and understanding prevail.
