Analyst Jayant Bhandari explains why investor paranoia is holding down junior gold stock prices, in this MSE episode. He explains why, unlike most junior resource investors, he does not care about the Lassonde Curve. Jayant explains why the Canadian markets should ban warrants and explains how he thinks junior miners should finance themselves in a manner equitable to their shareholders. Furthermore, he shares two junior mining arbitrage opportunities he is currently capitalizing on. Jayant Bhandari of Anarcho Capital, is constantly traveling the world to look for investment opportunities, particularly in the natural resource sector. He advises institutional investors about his finds. He was a Director on the board of Gold Canyon, a publicly-listed Canadian company, until its merger with another entity. Earlier, he worked for six years with US Global Investors (San Antonio, Texas), a boutique natural resource investment firm, and for one year with Casey Research. Before emigrating from India, he started and ran Indian subsidiary operations of two European companies. About 50 sections of state lease. We don't own an acre and part of it's being developed. Part of it is overrun with recreationists. The desert floor is brilliant green. You got, how much rain did you get to get that grass cover? There, as I recall, about three one inch rains and the spacing was pretty good.We figured the desert is going to make like a crop. It's going to put on seed, but it comes fast. And then when it turns 100 degrees, it goes fast. The mesquite beans, there may be some. Or when you get a year without any rain, the trees don't put any beans?Oh, it varies from year to year. The most, probably see the first bean in the middle of April. And then it'll be another two or three weeks before there's much of a crop. We used to keep her decals here year round and they were really bean harvesters. The beans are important. They're just not as important as they used to be when we were here year round.Keith Flake on the Harvest USA Report. Thanks again for listening and may God bless.I'm Brian Hale.

Balancer animals are 25 to 75% Gelbvieh with the balance of Angus or Red Angus. Balancer cattle combine the gelvy growth, muscle, leanness, fertility, longevity and low yield grading ability with the carcass qualities of the Angus. ‼ This episode was recorded on Wednesday, March 9th, 2022. I embarrassingly kicked off this episode by telling you all what I did to find out better quote on my car insurance. Yeah. Don't do that. I did my first two deliveries in the afternoon in Gold Canyon, Arizona; then decided to cut it off because I began to not feel good so I ended up going home and then headed back out after a few hours. Throughout the night I began accepting bad orders with long miles and low pay. One in particular that had me smh (shaking my head) at the miles over one 11 inch pizza. And then there were more orders of pizza AND cheesecake. Do those actually go together?! And then I had an issue with someone changing the address on me and wondered if they were trying to be crafty just to get their order for less. Heads up. Towards the end, I was clearing my throat quite a number of times, and I explain a bit why. How Safe is Gslot Casino? Gslot Casinos is a pretty safe and secure casino. Apart from being licensed and regulated by the MGA, the platform also features standard security protocols, such as SSL encryption, that make your transactions and private data protected. You could access the platform safely from your browser without worrying about safety and security being compromised. I couldn't find anything related to the history of possible security breaches. In other words, there weren't any complaints related to this platform's safety. No Deposit Bonus Review Unfortunately, Gslot Casino doesn't have a no deposit bonus. This might be due to the casino being relatively new and unable to create a competitive sign-up promotion that would be competitive on the market. Nevertheless, the lucrative welcome bonus and other generous promotions make up for the lack of a no deposit bonus. Free Spins Review As previously said, you can get 200 bonus spins as part of the welcome pack. However, these aren't available for all games. Instead, you'll have to use them on games indicated in the T&C. The rules are a bit different for the three initial deposits, so let's check them out. First deposit — You'll receive 100 spins in batches of 20 spins a day for Play'n GO's Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead. If the game is not available in your region, your free spins will be valid for BSG's Gold Canyon. Every batch must be activated on the day you receive it, or it will expire. The maximum amount you're allowed to wager with spins is €1, and the playthrough requirements are 40x on your deposit bonus + bonus spins winnings. Second deposit — You'll get two batches of 25 spins (50 in total). The first batch will be available for Doom of Egypt, and the second for Legacy of Dead by Play'n GO. If these games aren't available in your region, you'll get 25 free spins for Slotfather2 by BSG. The playthrough requirements are also 40x for deposit and free spins winnings. The maximum you can bet using free spins is €1. Third deposit — You'll also get two batches, with each containing 25 spins. The first one is for Ancient Egypt and the second for Egyptian Fortunes. Tom Kayser was the president of the Texas League for 25 years. The San Antonio Missions were members of the Texas League during that time. He has authored books on the Texas League and baseball's Texas history. He is revered for his success as the president and his love of the game. Listen to him share his stories and thoughts on the game that defined his life. Transcript: Justin Hill: Hello and Bienvenidos, San Antonio. Welcome to The Alamo Hour discussing the people, places and passion that make our city. My name is Justin Hill, a local attorney, a proud San Antonian, and keeper of chickens and bees. On The Alamo Hour, you'll get to hear from the people that make San Antonio great and unique and the best kept secret in Texas. We're glad that you're here. All right, welcome to episode 10 of The Alamo Hour. Today's guest is Tom Kayser. Tom is a baseball man. He was the president of the Texas League for 25 years. It's one of three double-A minor leagues. That's a yes, I got a head nod. Tom Kayser: Sorry. [laughter] Justin: He wrote Baseball in The Lone Star State, the Texas Leagues greatest hits. He wrote The Texas League Almanac. In 2016, he was inducted into the Texas League Hall of Fame. We've asked him on here today to talk about Texas, Texas baseball, the Missions. The Missions were part of the Texas League and I think, Tom's got a lot to add on. Anybody who's interested in baseball, anybody who's followed the city's quest to get a baseball team and sort of the considerations there. Tom, thank you for being here. Tom: I'm happy to do it. Justin: I always start these with kind of a top 10 list. Get to know a little bit more about you, get to know sort of your connection to our city. You do live in San Antonio, right? Tom: Absolutely. Justin: How long have you lived here and sort of what part of town have you lived in? Tom: Bought a house inside of 1604, in the East of 281 back in October of '93 and I still live in that house. Justin: Is that right? Tom: Yes. Justin: A lot's changed there. Tom: Yes. There wasn't anything on the other side of 1604. As a matter of fact, Gold Canyon wasn't even there back then. You could go across 281 on a bridge, on the Henderson Pass, it used to cross over there and can't do that anymore, but too many people. Justin: You've been here a long time. Tom: I have. Justin: Straight the whole time, '93 on. Tom: Absolutely. Justin: We're in COVID shutdown. This is kind of a strange question, but I think it works. Any favorite place to eat right now? We're doing a bunch of takeout. We're trying to support our old favorites, but is there any spot you're going to or are you shut down? Tom: I'm a pretty good cook, HEB basically. I buy my supplies, but we're coming out of the soup season. I'm just finishing a barley mushroom soup which is fabulous. Having had my office in my house, it's really what I tended to do is eat at home a lot. I wish I could come up with a top. Justin: I need to learn. Tom: Pericos on Saturday morning on 1604 because we've had a group, go on a breakfast on Saturday for tacos forever. Justin: That's great. Tom: It's down to a very slimmed-down group of four. Justin: Right now? Tom: No. We really miss it too, boy. Justin: We'll be there again soon. I had Commissioner [unintelligible 00:03:13] here and I said, we'll get back to normal soon and he was not very encouraging to my optimism. I'm hoping he's wrong because I think we all need to. You've lived here long enough and you have been involved in baseball on the side of town that I really haven't spent much time where the Missions play in that part of town. Are there any things in San Antonio that you think are hidden gems, is what I call them? You've got somebody coming into town and you go, ''Yes, but this isn't in the guidebook, you really need to go see this or do this thing.'' Tom: I tend to take people to the Pearl for sure, but there are so many things that are on the top 10 that it's like, if...

If we are not a little bit uncomfortable every day, we're not growing...All the good stuff is outside our comfort zone.. ' Tammy Hudgins from “A Finishing Touch” and “I was a FB Nobody” talks about her favorite subject...networking. There are other ways to support people. It's not only by using their services or buying from them. Going out there and meeting people is essential if you want to grow your business. It's about forming bonds and friendship. Facebook is great for the initial contact, but you still need to go the extra step. You need to take those extra steps to succeed. Dance Cards event are when the organizer will pair up 2 people who will take it upon themselves to meet up. It's a great way to get out there and meet up. Tammy tries to compliment the business as well. Pamela Wood from Barrie Mompreneurs put them on monthly as well. Kids are back to school and it allows Moms to get out during the day. Routine is good. A step beyond a Dance Cards are the networking events. The Mo-Mondays, Tampon Tuesdays. Be prepared and come with your business literature with you. When you are there, walk over and introduce yourself to someone. Step out of your comfort level. Adding the personal is important as you are doing business with the person and not the business. Support can be in different forms. Sometimes someone is looking or a service or a product you can recommend. You can share someones information so others can look into it. Social Media is not a place to trash a company or a person. It's public. Instead, send a private message. Proper Social Media Etiquette. You are putting your own personal reputation on the line. Everyone has their own opinions. We are all independent contractors in business that we do not own. Your social media presence affects how the company is viewed. If you feel strongly about a situation, you need to go to the small business and give them the opportunity to fix the issue. When you are not 100%, you must be ready to step back and re-connect with your thoughts. There are many reps for the same companies. There are different ways to support them. Tammy will only host a party Jockey person to person with Jyllian Khunen. It's up to you to make your own decisions. What to wear at networking events. Is it business, is it casual? It really depends on the environment. Dress to be comfortable to decrease your stress level. You need to be yourself. Business cards. When and where to hand them out. Are they useful? Post card may be a better idea. With something enticing on it. Give them a reason to keep your card. Epicure Ceaser Rim is the ultimate rim. It has a nice bite to it according to Tammy. http://crystalhollingshead.myepicure.com/Default.aspx?TabId=357&language=en-CA On a side note. For Moms getting out there and starting to get their name out there, its great to start with Facebook. If you are shy, working within the group. When you are comfortable, then go out and meet them in person. Talk to people and share your ideas. You can type in the search bar what you are looking for. IMPORTANT. Please read the rules in the group. FOLLOW those rules. Tammy teaches “I was a facebook nobody” that I plan taking in the near future.  https://www.facebook.com/wasanobody The rule of thumb is to make your business visible once a day. Be sure to add your personality to your business pager. You need to make your presence in 3-5 groups everyday. A minimun 1 hour day on facebook. You will see a difference in business. Tammy spends an hour in a morning on facebook. Tammy can post when she is looking for support as she has created some relationships. Find Tammy Hudgins online. Here are a few links to connect with her. https://www.facebook.com/tammyafinishingtouch https://www.facebook.com/wasanobody https://www.facebook.com/groups/SimcoeRegionNetwork/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/bizzyhomebased/
