Jayant Bhandari, a private strategic resource investor that consults many high-net-worth investors, joins me to share his takeaways on the economic health of China, US and China trade relations, his outlook on copper demand and gold demand, and opportunities he sees in handful of junior resource stocks. We start off in a general discussion about the economic health in China, since he is traveling there for a couple of months at present and have frequently traveled there for stretches of time over many years. This leads into discussions about all the recent news on US/China trade relations, tariffs, and manufacturing. The focus then shifts to the importance of China to the whole commodities sector, since they also have most of the processing and manufacturing capacity on a global scale. We get Jayant's outlook on both gold and copper demand, why he remains quite bullish on gold, but is less certain of the future demand from China as it relates to copper. The balance of the discussion focuses in on value arbitrage setups and opportunities in a number of resource stocks he holds in his own portfolio. Companies that we review are: Integra Resources Corp. (TSXV: ITR) (NYSE American: ITRG), NexGold Mining Corp. (TSXV: NEXG; OTCQX: NXGCF), the merger of Quebec Precious Metals Corporation (TSXV:QPM) with Fury Gold Mines Ltd (TSX: FURY)(NYSE American: FURY), Group Eleven Resources Corp. (TSXV: ZNG) (OTC Pink: GRLVF), and Aztec Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: AZT), (OTCQB: AZZTF). Coming full circle in this discussion, we highlight the mad rush into many niche critical minerals like tungsten, antimony, geranium, and rare earths due to the export restrictions from China of these metals into the US. Wrapping up, Jayant shares more information about why listeners may want to attend his Capitalism and Morality conference on August 22-23 this year in Vancouver. Hence was born The Neon Show (Earlier 100x Entrepreneur) to learn from founders and investors, the mindset to scale yourself and your company. This quest still keeps us excited even after 5 years and doing 200+ episodes. We welcome you to our journey to understand what goes behind building a super successful company. Jayant Kripalani has donned many hats as a film, television, and stage actor. Jayant has also written scripts, directed, and produced films for multinationals and is actively involved with theatre. He is known for 3 Idiots (2009), Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na (2008) and Ru-Ba-Ru (2008) among others. Our path crossed during his most recent work was in the critically acclaimed movie by Shoojit Sircar, I Want to Talk, as Dr. Deb. It was an interesting conversation with the person who saw the character ‘Arjun Sen' in the movie from up close. His reflections and questions after living the movie were simply fascinating. Here are some key insights from this week's show: Playing a cynical, yet sympathetic character was an experiment for me. I got a learning on human behavior by doing this film. If you've got your eye on the ball, you really can't go wrong. When we get out of our own way, we get on much better in life. In the Gītā-māhātmya, there are descriptions of the miraculous benefits one gets from hearing the Bhagavad-gītā. Of course, we're not interested in miraculous benefits other than attracting Krishna's attention and gaining more service. Nonetheless, the Gītā-māhātmya describes and sees if hearing even one chapter of the Bhagavad-gītā, vignette about those who have died then somebody read the Gītā and they came back to life, and so forth. Each chapter has some unique story in the Gītā-māhātmya. There are also descriptions of the ways in which, even by hearing one verse, then it says, no, half a verse, no, even in one pada, just one word from the śloka, what to speak of chanting the whole Bhagavad-gītā on an ekādaśī. We live for austerity, right? Yeah, it's what makes life. We just read it in the last chapter about daivī-sampāt. There's a way in which we must become greedy to collect this daivī-sampāt that we can use in Kṛṣṇa's service, become more effective in teaching others, and so forth. I congratulate everyone for coming out. When I went out for a brief walk, there are even devotees in cars out there listening on the radio. I told them they're sitting in the Luxury Box Seats. In any case, Kṛṣṇa is all-attractive. His words are all-attractive, and we're really lucky to be here. So, I know it's a little sad, but we're going to have to finish up the last two chapters. There's no bar. Anybody can go on chanting the Gita any time, every day, and enter into this same feeling of protection and envelopment by the internal energy of the Lord. It's available. What to speak of getting out there to the world, people have got a little hitch in their getalong right now in the world, so it's nice if we're able to make an intervention by making this vibration widespread as much as possible. We have the power to do it right from this vantage point of Silicon Valley. We're growing, and we've been growing organically for many years. And because we have community here, and we have like-mindedness—community means like-mindedness, it's common, what we have in common. We can pray in these last two chapters that we may be empowered to unlimitedly expand here to make our mark on the planet.I heard the other day that many of the big buildings that are being constructed all over the world are slowing down the spin of the earth, and we want to slow down the spin of Kali-yuga by the mass distribution of the Bhagavad-gītā. So, let's do the last two chapters, starting with Chapter 17, "The Divisions of Faith." This week, we're joined by geopolitical analyst and junior resource investing expert Jayant Bhandari to explore the West's slide towards a Third World future. Having grown up in India and spent over two decades traveling the globe—including much of the developing world—Jayant offers an unfiltered critique of societies where Western values are absent. Drawing from his own experiences of trying to do business in what he considers one of the most corrupt countries in the world, Jayant explains why the West's system of morality stands unique. He then outlines why mass migration and ideological indoctrination are steering the West toward collapse, transforming it into a version of the Third World. In part two, Jayant shares insights from his extensive travels on where he believes might be safest amid this looming collapse. He also discusses BRICS, the critical role of gold as an asset right now, and much more. This episode is packed with practical advice to help you prepare for the challenging times ahead. Jayant Bhandari, a private strategic resource investor that consults many high-net-worth investors, joins me to review the trends he is seeing in the gold and uranium stocks, some arbitrage opportunities in ongoing merger and acquisition deals, and some companies that should have nice upside torque based on their work programs or optionality to defined ounces in the ground. We start off discussing some of the arbitrage opportunities that Jayant sees in a few mergers, starting with the merger of NexGold Mining Corp. (TSXV:NEXG)(OTCQX:NXGCF) and Signal Gold Inc. (TSX:SGNL)(OTCQB:SGNLF). Then we shifted over to another arbitrage opportunity on his radar where Greenridge Exploration Inc. (CSE: GXP) (OTC: GXPLF) is making an acquisition of ALX Resources Corp. (TSXV: AL) (OTC: ALXEF), Next we look to a couple junior exploration companies where Jayant feels there is a good present value opportunity to capitalize on due to fundamental drivers, recent newsflow, and upcoming anticipated newsflow in both Irving Resources (CSE:IRV)(OTCQX:IRVRF) and Harfang Exploration Inc.(TSX.V: HAR). Jayant also shares some key takeaways from his site visit to Japan to see the Irving Resources projects. Click here to visit Jayant's website.

Jayant Sinha, former MOS finance and civil aviation explains why giving people a choice is a better policy intervention, he bats for elimination of GST on health and life insurance and explains how climate change is impacting our health, life and economy today.
Jayant Bhandari, a private strategic resource investor that consults many high-net-worth investors, joins me to review the trends he is seeing in the gold and silver stocks, some arbitrage opportunities in ongoing merger and acquisition deals, and some companies that should have nice upside torque based on their work programs or optionality to defined ounces in the ground. We start off discussing some of the arbitrage opportunities that Jayant sees in a few mergers, starting with the Integra Resources Corp. (TSXV: ITR) (NYSE American: ITRG) takeover of Florida Canyon Gold Inc. (TSXV: FCGV) (OTC: FCGVF), which was a spinout company from Argonaut Gold during it's takeover by Alamos Gold (TSX:AGI; NYSE:AGI). We look at the opportunity on the table now for investors looking to capture that arbitrage, but also discuss the value proposition in Integra as it moves from just a developer, to a producers with incoming revenues. Then we look at the Silvercorp Metals (SVM) takeover of Adventus Mining (ADZN.V) (ADVZF), and how this diversification of jurisdiction and assets is setting up for a value arbitrage in the pro-forma company. We also discuss the Hess Corp (NYSE: HES) takeover transaction in process by Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX), that is now being contested by Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM) due to their perceived “Right Of First Refusal” on the large oil project JV in Guyana. Next we look to a couple junior exploration companies where Jayant feels there is a good opportunity at present due to capitalize on the valuation upside in both Aztec Mining (AZT.V) (AZZTF) and Irving Resources (CSE:IRV)(OTCQX:IRVRF). With regards to Aztec, we discuss the effects of the “LIFE” financing, and what types of investors these types of capital raises attract that often want to just clip the warrants and then sell the stock. We then bring into the discussion in the Canadian “Flow Through” financings as another example of investors that position in juniors for the tax break. Moving over to Irving, we discuss the benefits of bringing in larger senior JV partners in their Yamagano-Noto Joint Venture Term Sheet with Newmont and Sumitomo. This leads to a larger discussion on the value of juniors having strategic partnerships with larger companies to dilute more at the project level to assist with moving projects forward without having to dilute at the equity level. In full disclosure, Shad holds shares in Integra Resources and Silvercorp Metals at the time of this recording. Click here to visit Jayant's website.

Furthermore, he is a part of one of the few groups that work on low-cost missions that are later applied on a larger scale. With exponential knowledge in astronomy since his early days, Professor Jayant Murthy discusses factors such as the advancements in exoplanet discovery. From the possibilities of having an ultraviolet telescope on the moon to the possibilities of outer space settlements in the near future, he talks about the influence of science fiction and the accessibilities of opportunities for such projects. Join us as Prof. Murthy shares his thoughts on possibilities of life on Mars while addressing public skepticism towards space exploration with conspiracies of the moon landing and advocating for scientific literacy.

Jayant believes we are in a sweet spot in the resource space where finally people can start deploying more capital into the junior side of the market, as it starts to catch up to the moves we already seen in the mid-tier and senior producers. We talk about producers finally being more profitable and in the position to acquire smaller companies, and that some juniors are merging to mass up in size. Another topic that comes up is jurisdiction risk and jurisdiction diversification, and how investors and larger companies have been more amenable to going into more exotic locations the end of last year and into this year. We cover a lot of topics and Jayant shares a lot of companies in his portfolio or on his radar for various reasons. The companies discussed are: Base Resources (BSE.AX) (BSE.L), Energy Fuels (EFR.TO) (UUUU), Blackwolf Copper and Gold (BWCG) (BWCGF), Treasure Metals (TML.TO) (TSRMF), OreCorp (ORR.AX), Perseus Mining (PRU.TO) (PRU.AX), Silvercorp Metals (SVM), Adventus Mining (ADZN.V) (ADVZF), Aztec Mining (AZT.V) (AZZTF), Newcore Gold (NCAU.V) (NCAUF), Montage Gold (MAU) (MAUTF), Irving Resources (IRV.CN) (IRVRF0, O3 Mining (OIII.V) (OIIIF), Stellar Gold (STLR.TO) (STLRF), Aris Mining (ARIS.TO) (ARMN). In full disclosure, Shad holds shares in Energy Fuels and Silvercorp Metals at the time of this recording. Jayant is hosting his annual Morality and Capitalism conference in Vancouver on Saturday June 1st, and information can be found here for attending the event: https://jayantbhandari.com/capitalism-morality-2024/ Click here to visit Jayant's website.

Oracles are an essential part of how real-world data gets integrated into DeFi smart contracts, but historically, that process has been fraught with challenges. In this episode, Jayant Krishnamurthy (Duoro Labs) explains how Pyth is addressing these challenges and redefining how a blockchain oracle can work. Originally built on Solana's L1, Pyth is a low-latency, high-frequency oracle that has expanded beyond the Solana ecosystem and now provides data feeds for over 30 blockchains. The way it does this is through Pythnet – the first network to deploy the Solana codebase for an application specific blockchain.
