Dr. Maryann Lauletta is the Chief Medical Officer of Dina, re-imagining healthcare with a home-first model using technology and community-based solutions. Their 50-state network provides access to different providers of medical and home setting solutions to aid care coordinators in creating a safe home environment. Maryann elaborates, "We have to realize that the home is not a controlled setting, as you experience in a hospital setting or a skilled nursing facility. There are a lot of things that pop up that you need to be prepared for. Patients may not have adequate equipment at home, and they may not have adequate access to food, heating, and cooling. There could be pest infestations. They need access to transportation. You need to figure out how to coordinate with sometimes four or five or more different providers and be able to share information about that patient in real-time and on the go. I think that's something we don't always talk about or realize." "In the hospital, you're not worrying or necessarily even thinking about home modification needs, again, pest control, meal delivery, because you have that all under one roof. It's really been our goal to take into account all of the different needs that patients may encounter in the home and load those types of providers in our network so that we're basically prepared for any service that patients may need to be activated in a short amount of time." @Dinacare_inc #aginginplace #CareatHome #CareCoordination #CMS #Healthcare #Homecare #PopulationHealth #Providers #RaH #SDoH #SkilledNursing #ValueBasedCare #WorkforceShortage #HealthTechnology #Medtech Dinacare.com Download the transcript here

With the world roiling from Russia's invasion of Ukraine, DP & McGhee address the sports industry's response to the crisis and touch on other major storylines, including Phil Mickelson's sponsor defections, and the settlement between the US Women's National Team and U.S. Soccer. Special guest, Steve "Jake" Lauletta, of 23XI Racing, speaks to the new energy in NASCAR and how his race team, owned by Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin, is building a brand that reaches far beyond traditional NASCAR boundaries.
Sally Lauletta was a recent candidate (D-WF)for the Rensselaer County legislature in District 2 (Poestenkill, North, and East Green Bush). She discusses her interaction with voters during the campaign; how she put her environmental concerns into practice by having friends produce small cloth bags to leave her literature in rather than plastic bags; and, how she hopes things move forward to make things better for everyone. With Mark Dunlea for Hudson Mohawk Radio Network.
I love Ellen's story because she's so relatable. She has baby Gigi on while we talk...because, that's life with kids while running a virtual (and physical, in her case) business. Why would a successful CRNA (nurse anesthetist) and MedSpa owner choose the Social Selling space especially after having mediocre results in the traditional Network Marketing Model? Steve Lauletta has been there from the beginning but he's now officially team president of 23XI Racing as the interim title was erased. Lauletta joins the podcast this week to discuss his role and the main things the organization has going on both on and off the racetrack. From explaining how he never wanted to work for another race team after leaving the sport for a few years but being drawn to 23XI; what it looks like in the early days of starting a race team; what experience Lauletta thinks he brought that helped get things going; where the team is now almost a full year into operation and already looking ahead; what stands out from 11 years with Chip Ganassi Racing; why he wanted to start his own marketing company; how teaching tennis when Lauletta was younger carried over into his business sense; going from wanting to be a judge to working in sports; how he got to NASCAR; what a team president does on a given day or week; if anything keeps Lauletta up at night and his mindset about mistakes; what he looks for when hiring people; being a brand that goes racing; how 23XI will be different in NASCAR. New York Giants vs. Cleveland Browns Pick Prediction 8/22/2021 by Tony T. Giants at Browns—NFL pick is Cleveland Browns -4. Prefer the quarterback rotation of the Browns in Baker Mayfield, Case Keenum and Kyle Lauletta. Both Keenum and Lauletta have seen NFL regular season action. Keenum nine years in the league and Lauletta is fifth training camp. They beat Jacksonville 23-13 in their opener as Keenum and Lauletta combined for 31 of 44 for 319 yards with two touchdowns. Giants rotation is Daniel Jones, Mike Glennon and Brian Lewerke. The former Spartan Lewerke was signed this week as the team waved Clayton Thorson. New York threw for 58 yards and ran 105 in their 12-7 defeat to the Jets. Prefer the roster makeup of the Browns. Play Cleveland -4.
Host Jeff Lloyd recaps the highlights of the Browns preseason victory over the Jaguars. Keenum and Lauletta both looked sharp and confident with their throws combining for a 300 yard day. DPJ, Felton, Bradley and Davis, all contributors on the offensive side. The running backs didn't run well but shined as receivers. Owusu-Koramoah showed everything last night, blitzing, coverage, read and recognition, not enough superlatives for his effort. Lecountte and AJ Green showed well as reserve DB's. And a nice moment for Ryan Switzer after some tough times off the field. #Browns #BakerMayfield #NickChubb #DonovanPeoplesJones #MylesGarrett #JadeveinClowney #JOKBuilt BarBuilt Bar is a protein bar that tastes like a candy bar. Cleveland Browns vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Pick Prediction 8/14/2021 by Tony T. Browns at Jaguars—NFL pick is Jacksonville Jaguars -2.5. Much anticipated debut for head coach Urban Meyer and his first round pick in Trevor Lawrence. Meyer's rotation at quarterback is Trevor Lawrence, Gardner Minshew, C.J. Beathard and Jake Luton. Minshew was last year's starter and Beathard has NFL playing experience. For Cleveland the rotation is Baker Mayfield, Case Keenum and Kyle Lauletta. Don't expect to see much of Mayfield or even Keenum. Lauletta figures to get a long look in the second half. This if the free preseason for both teams. Meyer would be motivated to get a win here for the home folks in his first home game which is a good angle in preseason. Play Jacksonville -2.5.

Building and creating is a passion for Rich Lauletta, dating back to childhood, using scrap wood from his dad’s building sites to construct skateboard ramps. He leaped from ramps to real estate following the concept of ‘working to learn, not to earn’ in a book called “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. Rich chose his first job after college at Wachovia Bank to gain the banking experience that would be most beneficial for his career path. He tested the waters of entrepreneurship by co-creating the Philly Apartment Company, providing renters with a cost-free way to find apartments and owners with services to market their properties. Rich shares his perspectives on private lenders, the BRRR strategy, portfolio lenders, accuracy in rehab budgets, post-renovation rents, and property management software. Rich continues to innovate, investing in other asset classes such as co-working spaces and partnering with a team to develop an app called Rentbucks.

12-28-2018 Passed Ball Show- John opens up the show by mentioning Davis Webb and Christian Hackenberg. That should tell you everything you need to know if the New York Giants decide not to play Kyle Lauletta this Sunday in a meaningless game. The Giants have seen Lauletta play, if they do not play him, that is all you need to hear. Once again, hope is that Manny Machado signs a fair deal for him and for baseball- not taking whatever the Yankees offer just because he wants to be a Yankee. The Mets do not have to apologize to anybody for not signing Bryce Harper. After John shares this week's NFL Picks, he talks a little bit about some of the lessons he learned in his first football season of competitive sports gambling. Finally, a Nobody's Listening segment about confrontation and diffusion.
In this episode of NYG Weekly, Ethan and Weis break down whether or not a Giants win is a positive or negative, what they liked and disliked from the win over the Bears, Lauletta's promotion and what it means, OBJ's onside kick effort, and your questions. In this particular pod, you'll hear him talk to Richmond QB Kyle Lauletta, a small-school passer who's picking up a lot of momentum as the draft approaches. During the episode, you'll hear Lauletta discuss winning the MVP award at the Senior Bowl, his experience at the Combine, what he'll bring to an NFL team and, because why not, astronauts. Now, once you're done listening to this edition, be sure to check out JP's other chat with Maryland receiver DJ Moore, which is episode No. 200 of Redskins Talk and right beside this one.
Today we talk Bengals Draft. The Cincinnati Bengals quarterback room is not looking full. The Bengals lost AJ McCarron in free agency. And the quarterback room is only filled with Matt Barkley and Andy Dalton. The Bengals have a need for a quarterback and they might use the 2018 NFL draft to address this need. Cincinnati could be just looking for a backup or a replacement for Andy Dalton.
Dear Giants fans there are plenty of QBs that's better than both Darnold or Rosen like Mayfield, Rudolph, Allen, Faulk, Lauletta that can be drafted but we won't draft no qb. Dave Gettleman is more concerned about PLEASING!! The Eli MAFIA he's making unreasonable decisions. I think we're not going to draft Barkley, or Chubb probably Nelson or trade back & get who maybe Wil Hernadez @ pick 12 or 13 if we trade back with Buffalo or Miami.
