In the midst of everyday relationship building, the universe aligned me (Braheem) with a gentleman who goes by the name of Jeremy Salvatori. I know he has the name for a lead actor in an Academy Award-winning film, but this guy is the furthest thing from an actor. He is very much the real deal as he has found a way to obtain and sustain substantial success in commercial real estate over the past 7 years. To no surprise, Jeremy Salvatori has always had his sights set high since he was the young boy who attended MICDS high school in St. Louis, Missouri. Thereafter, he received his undergrad in economics at Amherst college and then later attended and graduated from Law school at Washington University in St. Louis. In this episode, Mr. Savvytori provides in-depth illustrations and examples on how to capitalize on hidden opportunities not only in real estate, but in life. Some of us may not know it, but we have an abundance of resources that surround us that we can use to our advantage to generate wealth and income. It’s just a matter of being intuitive of our surroundings. Jeremy’s knowledge in not only economics and contractual law, but in understanding people has a lot to do with the success he has achieved in his life. When you and your partners own over 500,000 square feet of commercial property AND you manage it FULL TIME, you better have a good grasp on your industry and how to effectively work with people. If there is one thing that I want you guys to take from this episode, it would be to look for the cracks in the cement and fill it with value. From $6,000 to $1,000,000, that is what this man did, that is what this man does…enjoy the episode go-getters.
The opening week was a roller coaster ride with the rain being present all across metro St. Louis causing several postponements. Cardinal Ritter upsets No. 1 school in Chicago, Nazareth Academy and Michigan commit J.J. McCarthy. John is skeptical if Nazareth is as good as Chicago says they are. Top 10 overall rankings. East St. Louis topples other highly ranked Chicago school, Batavia on the road. Despite no Antonio Doyle and Travion Ford, Lutheran North defeats Trinity again at LeMothe Field and shuts down the supposed high flying offense leaving the guys to wonder if the Titans aren't the same team compared to the last couple of years or just a one off performance. Fort Zumwalt West shocks Eureka on a last second touchdown pass as did MICDS in the bootheel of Missouri. Fort Zumwalt North proved their worth early by taking down Francis Howell. SLUH outlasts Battle in a Columbia shootout. Edwardsville and Ladue receive victories despite not playing one full quarter.
