In this week's episode we re-live the agonising defeat against Sarries, who are now well established as our Ashton Gate bogey team.We were much the better side but just couldn't put the game to bed when in front and on top. However it was a great spectacle for the 18K fans who turned up for the family day double header and long may the fast flowing and exciting rugby continue. We talk about both games and have soundbites from James Dun, fans from both teams and also, for the first time ever, post match comments from some of the Bears Women and Head Coach Dave Ward. Be warned the sound quality is a bit fuzzy as they were all dressed in lederhosen and on a post match social in the Bristol Beer factory Taproom. We preview the Saints game with help from our friend Tom Vickers from the Northampton Echo and finally we run through some shout outs and a few final AOBS.Join us for a cheeky beer and some rugby banterRunning order:0:00Intro4:28James Dun5:30Our thoughts29:48Sarries and Bears fans and a limerick34:27Womens' game report with help from players and Dave Ward43:05Saints preview with Tom Vickers1:06:27AOBs - shout outs, Apero Bar, more Walking Rugby and a mystery job for us at the Gate on FridayLet us know what you think!

This is the Auto Action RevLimiter, where we cover all the news in the motorsport world, starting with Lewis Hamilton's tears-inducing win in England, his first in 945 days, and did the Poms go wild? But for Oscar Piastri, it is a story of what could have been, with McLaren buggering up his strategy and costing him a win and a podium. Still, at least he isn't Sergio Perez. The Supercars in Townsville were sensational. The Saturday race was easily the best in a long while. Cam Waters won that one from Chaz Mostert, while Matt Payne won on Sunday. We've got news on #NASCAR, #IndyCar and #MotoGP, and we have our legal advisor online - Sven Burchartz - to keep Bruce under control and to talk Erebus, Tickford and whatever else he wants because that is how we offset his bill. With so many people moving to Australia in the last couple of years, I have seen a lot of chat about Australia not being what 'they' make it out to be. To cover this topic, I thought who better to bring on as this weeks guest than Producer Kelley who has some interesting news for everyone and is particularly familiar with the lows of Australia at the moment which you will hear about in this episode. With two varying experiences between us, we chat about everything from visa struggles, job hunts, loneliness and a whole lot more in between. Australia is an amazing place but my god it does not come without it's struggles. It's not all sunrises and boat parties but they do make the struggles a little bit more bearable and there's a reason so many people have moved over and never come back. Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today's episode with Peter Daicos. Our 5th eliminated celebrity from I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here for 2024. I wanted to quickly apologise for not releasing the chats with Frankie and Michelle - it was decision from the team to not publish on those days due to Westfield attacks. I am sure I will have Michelle on the podcast at some other point and we will of course here a lot about Frankie and his time in the jungle in upcoming episodes AFL Legend Peter Daicos bonded with the other celebrities, Peter won the hearts of everyone watching as he spoke humbly about his career, his legacy and watching his sons create their own paths. From being dropped off the side of a mountain on his very first day, Peter also took part in the first eating trial of the season. He and Ellie also faced the Shafted trial wHere he took electric shocks like the champion he is. Peter's time in the jungle was in support of Flicker of Hope, a charity that raises awareness of Neurofibromatosis that directly funds research into the genetic disorder that affects one in 2,500 people. Peter will reveals how the experience has changed him for life and what his family thought of him going on reality TV. We will unpack the age differences amongst the celebrities and if he thinks the elimination results are a sign that younger audiences are voting? You will get some interesting insights into what Peter's relationship was like with Hollywood star Frankie Muniz and what their friendship looks like moving forward. On this edition of Next on the Tee my guests are 1986 Players Champion John Mahaffey, Titleist Manager of Preferred Player Promotions Michael Gibson, Soleta Golf Club Developer David Turner, and Popticals CEO Gary DiSalvo. John Mahaffey shares his memories of Arnold Palmer and how the King helped him get his life straightened out after 10+ years of drinking. We look back to the early days of The Player Championship when it first moved over to the Pete Dye Stadium course and what it's like trying to deal with the swirling winds around the 17th hole. John compares it to trying to figure out how the winds swirl on the 12th hole at Augusta National. We also get an update on his Nemesis mystery novel series. If you love golf wrapped inside a mystery check out his books, Shafted, Unfinished Business, and Dead Quiet on Amazon or www.johnmahaffeyauthor.com. Michael Gibson is one of the all-time great club and golf ball fitters. He has a true passion for it. At the end of each day he asks himself if he did everything he could to help the people he worked with that day. Michael and I talk through how to test which is the right golf ball for our game. We also get into how to figure out the correct bounce and grind for your wedges based on your local turf conditions. David Turner is a Developer currently working with Nick Price and David Ledbetter on a new private golf club outside of Sarasota called Soleta Golf Club. We hear why it's important to all of them not to disturb the local wetlands and preserve the natural surroundings. No homes will be built on the course so players will be consumed by the game and nature. It is set to be one of the premier private clubs in the country. They are aiming to have it ready for play in late 2024 or early 2025. Check out the course online at www.soletagolf.com. I round out this week's show with a visit from Popticals CEO Gary DiSalvo. Popticals are the best sunglasses I've ever worn. They are geared for people who enjoy being outdoors. They are second to none for blocking glare and helping us see with more clarity on the course, while fishing, hunting, skiing, whatever takes you outdoors. Gary tells us about their NYDEF polycarbonate lenses which are super lightweight but have the same clarity as glass. Their patented rail system allows us to fold them up and pack them away in a small hard case that protects them from breaking or getting scratched up if you prefer to keep them in your golf bag. The case also fits easily into your pocket, so if you're at a concert, it starts to get dark, or you go indoors, you don't have to ask someone to hold them for you, keep them sitting on top of your head, or hang them on your shirt. See these wonderful sunglasses online at www.popticals.com.
In this episode I discuss the news and notes from the South Carolina Women's Basketball Team. I also discuss the SEC Women's Basketball Awards are an absolute joke and South Carolina Women's Basketball team getting shafted. The Gamecocks are led by Head Coach Dawn Staley with a dynamic lineup of Raven Johnson, Bree Hall, Chloe Kitts, and Ashlyn Watkins. The bench mob is sensational with MiLaysia Fulwiley, Tessa Johnson, and Sania Feagin.
Embark on an audible adventure with Daniel Finton, Alfie Culshaw, Rob Worthington, and Mac Johnson as they analyse all of the latest news regarding The Arsenal. As Alfie's absence stretches into a new month, Daniel, Rob, and Mac come together to dissect another barnstorming win away at Sheffield United. They wax lyrical about the champagne football on display, not only at Bramall Lane but also in 2024 as a whole. The good stuff revolves around all aspects of a flawless performance; the Cannon Concerns bemoan Arsenal's newest invisible No. 10; the boys duke it out over which goal should constitute the explosive moment, before ending off with a bit of waffle concerning the future. Enjoy, and leave a review!
In the second hour of Wednesday's BBMS, Maryland fans wake up today with yet another conference loss, this time at the hands of Wisconsin. While all losses count the same, some fans are upset with the uneven nature of officiating in last night's game. Did the Terps get the shafted by the refs? Plus, the guys hand out Shovels of Wisdom, take a trip to the World of Stupid, and discuss what MLB expansion and realignment may look like by 2030.

I think you may consider this Slam Dunc to be my most sceptical and cynical yet, as I draw on 30 years of seeing how the housing decision makers screw first home buyers while feathering their own nest and then unceremoniously pulling the ladder up, flipping the bird and saying f**k you at the same time. On today's episode, Jason kicks things off with a deep dive into the decision handed down by the NFL that could result in a neutral site AFC Championship game should some combination of the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals make it that far. There's a lot of minutiae to sift through, and ultimately the League made the best of a bad situation in the wake of Damar Hamlin's injury, but our fearless leader has a problem with the provision that could keep the Bengals out of hosting a potential Wild Card round game against the Baltimore Ravens. The Bengals got shafted in this one, period. Later, CBS Sports analyst Danny Kanell (appearing on behalf of BetOnline.net) swings by to discuss what the expectations should be for his alma mater Florida State moving forward, his biggest problem with the transfer portal and how he would fix it, how the skills of quarterbacks Bryce Young, CJ Stroud, Will Levis and Anthony Richardson might transfer to the NFL, what the TCU defense can do to try and slow down Stetson Bennett and the Georgia Bulldogs, how bettors should approach the College Football Playoff championship game and much more! Finally, J-Mac closes the show with a very special NFL Week 18 edition of the Best Bet.
