In this eye-opening episode, we dive deep into the science and spirituality of the subconscious mind. Antonio reveals that the real battleground for change isn't just in your conscious efforts but in your auto-suggestion—the filter that decides what gets stored in your subconscious.Through personal stories, humor, and transformational insights, we uncover how three core factors influence your subconscious programming:The story you tell yourself and others – How your internal and external narratives shape your reality.Your limiting beliefs – The unseen barriers holding you back from achieving success.Your fear of consequences and judgments – The subconscious resistance that prevents you from stepping into your full potential.By understanding these factors, you'll learn how to take control of your subconscious mind, rewrite your narrative, and manifest the life you truly desire. This episode isn't just about motivation—it's a blueprint for lasting transformation. To contact Antonio T. It decides what thoughts enter and what gets rejected. If your auto-suggestion is programmed negatively, your subconscious will reject new, positive ideas before they even take root. The most powerful way to reprogram your mind is by consciously feeding it new, empowering beliefs and stories. The Story You Tell Yourself & OthersEvery day, you reinforce a narrative about who you are and what is possible for you.If you constantly say, "Making money is hard," your subconscious will make sure you struggle financially. If you say, "I am always lucky and things work in my favor," your subconscious will seek proof to make that true.Pay attention to the hidden stories you tell yourself about love, money, success, and self-worth.Limiting Beliefs & How to Overcome ThemYour biggest enemy is not external circumstances, but your own subconscious conditioning. Most limiting beliefs come from parents, community, education, and religion—but they can be rewritten.A powerful exercise: Write down your biggest limitations and ask, “Who told me this was true?”Replace limiting beliefs with powerful affirmations and repeated exposure to new perspectives.Fear of Consequences & JudgmentMany people stay stuck because they fear what others will think if they change.Your subconscious tries to keep you safe by avoiding risk. But that “safety” keeps you in the same cycle.Every successful person had to break free from fear-based thinking—this episode teaches you how to do the same. The Law of Compensation & Your Subconscious ProgrammingYou are currently receiving exactly what you subconsciously believe you deserve.Success, wealth, and happiness don't come from wishing—they come from deep subconscious alignment. If you have inconsistent results in life, your subconscious is probably sending mixed signals to the universe. The solution? Become laser-focused on changing your internal self-image. Notable Quotes“Your subconscious isn't against you—it's simply following orders. Give it better instructions.”“The real you isn't the version you practice—it's the one that shows up when life catches you off guard.”“If you don't like checking your bank balance, that's a sign you believe money is always running out.”“Your subconscious mind is like soil. Whatever you plant will grow. Stop planting weeds.”“Wherever you have a need, plant a seed. Abundance starts with shifting your subconscious expectations.” Actionable Steps to Retrain Your Subconscious MindStep 1: Identify Your Current ProgrammingJournal about your beliefs around money, success, love, and self-worth.Ask yourself: Where did these beliefs come from? Are they serving me?Step 2: Reprogram with Auto-SuggestionReplace limiting beliefs with intentional, repeated affirmations.Surround yourself with positive influences and success stories.Step 3: Take Inspired ActionYour subconscious learns best through experience. Start acting as if your new beliefs are already true.If you want to be wealthy, start making financial decisions like a wealthy person would. If you want confidence, practice showing up boldly, even before you feel ready.Step 4: Eliminate Negative InputsBe mindful of who and what you allow into your mental space.Unfollow negativity, stop complaining, and replace toxic conversations with empowering ones.Step 5: Track Your ProgressKeep a journal of small wins and shifts in your mindset. The more you notice evidence of your subconscious shifting, the faster it will transform. Take the first step today: Start observing the stories you tell yourself and challenge any that no longer serve you.Share this episode with someone who needs to break free from subconscious conditioning.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/secret-to-success-law-of-attraction/exclusive-contentAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Entertaining, loveable, lyricist and artist, Ella Hartt has been writing music since the age of 6. “My first song was a rap about our family dog. I hope no one ever asks me to play it live,” she laughs. Influenced by her family roots and radio hits, Ella switched genres to combine the catchy lyrics of pop tracks with country storytelling. Her first release, “Where is that guy?” gained international interest on internet radio across Canada, New Zealand and Europe while her second single,“Heartstrings” placed as a semi-finalist in the 2019 International Songwriting Competition. Ella has defined her personal writing style with unique titles, honest lyrics and quirky references, which made her one of NSAI's “One to Watch” for 5 consecutive months. Her reach has been global, having penned songs with other writers across Canada, Australia, South Korea and The United States, including some of country music's greatest, Liz Rose (Taylor Swift) and Larry McCoy (Thomas Rhett). After a pandemic long break, Ella is back with her new single, The Story You Tell Yourself. Recorded remotely in her pajamas, Ella shares an uplifting message reminding others to believe the best about themselves! As she puts it, “You're one of a kind like no one else. You're The Story You Tell Yourself!”

Even though the apostle Paul faced affliction after affliction, the story he told himself was based on faith in God instead of resentment over his suffering. In “You'll Live To Tell Your Story,” part of “The Story You Tell Yourself” collection, Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. reveals how we can shift our perspective with Christ-centered whys. Following Jesus is not the elimination of suffering—it is the addition of his comfort. If we didn’t go through hardships and pressure, we would never know God was a deliverer. Our struggles create our stories. Sometimes God lets us hit rock bottom so we can discover he’s the rock at the bottom.
God has given us all the gift to create narratives with vivid imaginations. Imagination has been key in birthing resourcefulness throughout human history. But is it possible our ability to create stories might be a double-edged sword? During the talk “How to Ruin Happily Ever After,” from the “The Story You Tell Yourself” collection, Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. cautions us to be mindful of the stories we create of one another. Enabling peace in our relationships requires creating, communicating, and evaluating expectations that are known, achievable, and agreed upon. But even when we fall short, we have another tool to rely on in difficult times—an enduring trust in Jesus. Our belief in him always leads us to discover happily ever after.
There’s power in a great soundtrack. They silence distractions, help set the scene, and are the unsung heroes of any story. In “The Soundtrack of Your Story,” part of “The Story You Tell Yourself” collection, Pastor DawnCheré Wilkerson shows us how we can turn the soundtrack of our lives into worship for a God that listens. David wrote songs to God in every season of his life. Though the soundtrack of his story varied, whether he was in the valley or the mountaintop, the one he was talking to never changed. As you talk to Jesus, he talks to you. And the Holy Spirit reminds you of all that Jesus said while he was here. What’s the soundtrack to your story?
There’s nothing like being drawn into a good story. From superhero adventures to comedies, stories have a way of touching our hearts. “The Story You Tell Yourself” collection kicks off with an enlightening talk by Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr., “That’s My Story and I’m Sticking to It.” Compelling stories are composed of characters, settings, plots, conflicts, and resolutions. In our story called “Life” the author is also the hero who brings about the final resolution. When we understand the story of the gospel, we are able to securely fit our characters into the parts God has asked us to play.
