Story of the Week (DR):Tim Cook Could Still Out-Earn Apple's New CEO John Ternus Under a Special Pay ArrangementApple set John Ternus's fiscal 2027 salary at $3M and his annual equity award at $55M, giving him a calculated fiscal 2027 salary-and-equity package of $58M.Cook will receive a $2M salary and a $45M annual equity award as executive chair, giving him a calculated salary-and-equity package of $47M.Almost all of the value in both packages comes through Apple shares rather than salary. Ternus has 75% of his equity award tied to performance, while Cook has 50% tied to performance.That structure gives Ternus greater exposure to performance, for better or worse. If Apple performs strongly against other S&P 500 companies, Ternus could receive more from his equity award. If the performance-based awards pay little or nothing, Cook could receive more from salary and equity even though he is no longer CEO. Nieustannie mam zamiar to zmienić, dla zdrowia i urody, no ale... Ale tutaj spotykałam słońce o świecie. Bułgarską wersję słońca. Weszłam na górę przed świtem (masyw Witosza, jest wokół Sofii ;) . Weszłam z entuzjazmem. Ostatecznie…. Ja osoba w podroży. Trochę inna wersja siebie same. Wiadomo. A takie spotkania były bardzo zalecane przez Petyra Dynowa – myśliciela, Nauczyciela, teozofa, który tak właśnie celebrował każdy początek dnia. I polecał tę praktykę. Nie jest ona odkrywcza, lecz w tej dziedzinie nie chodzi o odkrywanie kolejnych ameryk, ale o zrozumienie drogi i o konsekwencję. Zatem Petyr Dynow (Beinsa Douno) przez wiele lat o 5 rano dawał publiczne wykłady, w swoim domu w Sofii, w dzielnicy Izgrew, na jego lekcje przybywali także intelektualiści ze świata. Próbuję sobie to wyobrazić, ale dziewiętnastowieczny zasłuchany tłumek nie chce mi się dać wyobrazić jeszcze. Zbyt wczesna godzina. A – najbardziej popularne wykłady były przed II wojną światową. Nauczyciel umarł, jako szanowany i (poza wszystkim innym) piękny starzec w 1944 roku. Tymczasem pod jedną z gór masywu Witosza pojechaliśmy samochodem. Wysoko . Zostało kilka kroków na szczyt. Uuu uuu myślałm, że mi rozerwie płuca. Sama wysokość stolicy Bułgarii to 562 м n.p.m. a ja jeszcze weszłam wyżej. Widok jest piękny, krajobraz kojący, grupa witających słońce - mała. Nie rozumiem bułgarskiego. Ale czekająć - się milczy. Uff. Kiedy uspokoiłam już oddech, słońce wturlało się znad horyzontu. Wszyscy patrzyli na nie w ciszy. Stojąc sobie zwyczajnie, a bez ceremoni. Dopiero potem tworzymy krąg, jest cicha modlitwa ułożoną przez Petyra Dybowa, kilka luźny zdań i żadnych religijnie uschematyzowanych gestów (bez wyraźnego prowadzenia), a potem każdy sam do siebie sobie mówi, czego by chciał od tego dnia. Chcę się wyspać. Lecz to dopiero początek. Uśmiechamy się do siebie i każdy schodzi w dół do swoich spraw. Czy – słońce dziś zostało już przez Ciebie przywitane? Tak po prostu? *** Po spotkaniu ze słońcem rozmawialiśmy o filozofii z Cwetą Koncewą (Цвета Коцева) – ot tak... przy śniadaniu. PS. Nature, 1961.)… ファージを用いた実験によって、塩基が欠質するごとにフレームシフトが起きることを示し、また3塩基の欠質によって復活する部分があることを示した。これによりコドンの3塩基性(もしくは3の倍数)、コドンがオーバラップしていない、カンマになるような部分はない(comma-free model)、一つのアミノ酸が複数のコドンによってコードされる、ことが示された(示唆された)。 Marshall Nirenberg… ニーレンバーグは遺伝学や分子生物学のバックグラウンドを持たなかったが、思い切って新分野に挑戦した。まず彼が取り掛かったのは、論文を読むために速読をマスターすること、ということは興味深い。 The dependence of cell-free protein synthesis in E. coli upon naturally occurring or synthetic polyribonucleotides.
