Tiffanie is a mother of two, wife, coach + mentor, naturalist, retreat host, intentional hike leader, globe traveler, and she has a Master's in Education and a degree in Economics. "Trigger points are myofascial bundles created over time due to a stressor. Physical trauma, postural imbalances, abnormal movement patterns, and tissue inflammation (of muscles, organs, ligaments, etc.) can be considered a ‘stressor'.
