Your team is full of individuals with different values (preferences and styles). The question I am posing today is: do you see merit in, or do you judge, values that are different from your own?I am looking at two different values-preferences today:1. Rational vs Emotional2. What happens when our young boys have positive, male role models? They learn the lessons of respect, kindness and equity. Today we're celebrating episode 300 of the SABM Podcast! To mark this incredible milestone, I sat down again with my good friend Ginni Guiton, who interviewed me in February 2020 for episode 100 and in February 2022 for episode 200. Zimba's mission is to bridge financial gaps in developing markets through innovation and technology. Originally from Uganda, Isaac is addressing the problem of access to capital for individuals and business owners in the more rural parts of his home country. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Biomedical Concentration.
