Dr. Chaps reports that Joe Biden is officially the worst President in 70 years, according to a Gallup poll. President Joe Biden is wallowing in disapproval in a way no president has done in 70 years, according to a new poll. Also at NRB, we interview Dr. Robert and Executive Producers Dr. Robert G. Marbut Jr. and Jennifer Stolo about the film "No Address," a full-length feature film about a group of individuals who unexpectedly fall into homelessness. They bond together as an unconventional family, struggling to survive on the streets while warding off a harassing gang, an unforgiving community, and local authorities in hopes of getting their lives back. This cinematic exploration of hope, humanity, and resilience showcases how these characters navigate the stormy challenges of life with no physical address. Inspired by true events, this compelling drama captures the heartwarming journey of those experiencing homelessness. Lastly, Judge Roy Moore's Foundation for Moral Law filed an amicus brief this week with the United States Supreme Court urging the Court to take the case of 39 military chaplains who suffered discrimination because of their religious objections to the COVID vaccine. After briefly discussing the "bitcoin bubble" and Judge Roy Moore's election loss, Bob airs part of Matt Slick's opening statement as a lead in to the continuation of Will Duffy's cross-examining of the popular Calvinist theology from their December 1, 2017 Open Theism debate. Duffy is the founder of opentheism.org (the official home of the debate) and Slick is the founder of carm.org, the Christian Apologetics and Research Ministry. * Actions Cannot Be Figures of Speech: Matt Slick in his opening statement misunderstood this point, thinking that Will Duffy and Bob Enyart claim that a figure of speech cannot include an action verb. That has nothing to do with this observation. Here it is, explained in detail, from opentheism.org/verses#regret: 13 - God Shows Regret (similar to "repent"; uses the same Hebrew word, nacham) I greatly regret making Saul king 1 Sam. 15:11 therefore God deposed Saul from the throne and gave the dynasty to David. For "Samuel said to Saul, 'You have done foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of the LORD… For… the LORD would have established your kingdom over Israel forever. But now your kingdom shall not continue…'" 1 Sam. 13:13-14. (An "action" cannot be a figure of speech. Why not? Because an action is not only speech; it is an action. God "repenting" that He made Saul King 1 Sam. 15:11, 35 could theoretically be a figure of speech (but if so, then as a figure, it would have to convey some actual meaning). However "to repent" does not refer only to words or thoughts, but it can also refer to an action (to turn from). When any word, including the word "repent", refers to an action, then it cannot be a figure "of speech", because it is an action. When God removed Saul from the throne, and then actually gave the dynasty to David, that deposing of Saul was an action that God performed. (This powerfully illustrates a reason why God inspired His Word as a historical narrative rather than merely as a series of abstractions, so that we would constrain our interpretations based on the biblical accounts.) The Lord repented that He had made man on the earth and was grieved Gen. 6:6-7 so He destroyed the earth's population, which is not speech but an action (except for Noah's family Mat. 24:37-38; 1 Peter 3:20) * Quotes from Calvinist John Piper: Piper wrote an article about one of his own articles. The second is titled, Will we be finally ‘saved' by faith alone? to which Piper answers, "No." To get to that false conclusion Piper rejects using the terms justified and saved as synonyms, and he unwittingly conflates the Christian's life in heaven with our life here. For in heaven we are delivered from our flesh whereas here we are not. By these tactics Piper twists the Scriptures to arrive at his legalist goal, that you cannot be saved by faith alone. He begins his second article (actually, a transcript) like this: "[In] an article titled 'Does God Really Save Us by Faith Alone?' ... you answered no — we are not saved by faith alone" and urging Christians to not use "the term justification interchangeably with salvation" and that "Justification... unites us to Christ by faith alone" but while "works play no role whatsoever in justification" John Piper then contradicts himself by immediating adding that "works... are the necessary fruit of justifying faith..." Confusing what happens in this life as compared to what happens in "the day of redemption", John Piper writes, "we are not justified through sanctification. But we are finally saved through sanctification..." And because Piper doesn't rightly divide between law and grace (i.e., between Israel and the Body, and between Paul and James), in confusion he adds, "faith without works is not the kind of faith that justifies anybody... these works are necessary." And of course, by reject Christ's teaching through Paul that we must "rightly divide the word of truth", Piper arrives at a dispensationally erroneous conclusion that contradicts the Gospel of Grace that God gave to Paul for us, which says: "to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness." Romans 4:5 See Piper make the same legalistic case in his foward to another book.

He was awarded $8.2 million damages in a federal court, for a derogatory advertisement placed by the Senate Majority PAC during his 2017 bid for the U.S. Senate. The controversies generated by the ad during the special election are thought to have contributed to his narrow defeat to Democrat Doug Jones in the special election. Out of the 1,320,000 votes cast, Moore lost by 21,311 votes. In 2020, when Jones ran for re-election, he subsequently lost to Republican Tommy Tuberville by a wide margin. We kick off "The 12 Days of JOURNOS," a collection of weird stories we loved but didn't get to, and follow-ups to those stories we did. It's short tales told through a phone call or two. On the First Day of JOURNOS, Brandon interrupts Stephen's "Irish Goodnight" with the story of a sarcasm detector funded by the US government's DARPA. The goal? To scientifically determine if that dude on Twitter *really* thinks we're "so f*ckin funny" or if it's all a put-on. We discuss the puzzles and pitfalls of one of humanity's greatest inventions — language itself, a technology so mysterious we have to invent another technology to explain it to us. Along the way we sort out what sentiment analysis means to both aspiring politicians and aspiring burritos, and figure out if a sarcasm detector might've saved some time in the court case where Judge Roy Moore sued comedian Sacha Baron Cohen for using a "pedophile detector" on him. It's all good fun until DARPA figures out how to aim drone strikes at satire. Merry Christmas!

To the police officers who came to the porch of his Baton Rouge church to order it closed, to the White House liaison who called him, to people slamming him across social media, Pastor Tony Spell has a response: What about Planned Parenthood? In March of 2020, Rev. Tony Spell was ordered to cease having worship services at Life Tabernacle Church because of Governor John Bel Edwards' ban on gatherings of more than 50 people. Pastor Spell has been arrested numerous times, placed in jail, and accused of several violations of Governor Edwards' orders. He was told not to assemble for worship services, much like the authorities of old demanded the early church not to “teach nor preach in Jesus' name” (Acts 4:18). Pastor Spell has been under house arrest. He was forced to wear an ankle bracelet because he will not abandon his convictions. He has been penalized for adhering to a sacred obligation based upon God's command to not forsake the assembling of the church together (Hebrews 10:25). Next week, Spell will appear in court facing six misdemeanors after continuing in-person church services despite the state's stay-at-home order. Judge Roy Moore will be representing Pastor Tony Spell. A “Strike a Blow for Freedom” rally will take place on June 7 at the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans Fifth District Court. Please watch, listen, and share! Hal Shurtleff, host of Camp Constitution Radio, and Co-Host Rev. Steve Craft interview Coach Dave Daubenmire. Dave Daubenmire, a veteran 35 year high school football coach, was spurred to action when attacked and eventually sued by the ACLU in the late 1990’s for mixing prayer with his coaching. After a two year battle for his 1st amendment rights and a determination to not back down, the ACLU relented and offered coach an out of court settlement. As a result of the experience, Coach heard the call to move out of coaching a high school team, to the job of coaching God’s team. PASS THE SALT was formed to encourage the Body of Christ to step into the cultural war. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood…” PASS THE SALT is convinced that God has given the Body a window of opportunity to take our culture back. PASS THE SALT is committed to bringing together the body of Christ across denominational, racial, and economical borders to demonstrate to America the power of Biblical unity. Our vision is to unite, organize, and mobilize the Army of God to be SALT and Light as stated in MATTHEW 5:12. Challenging the “church of the Status Quo”, Pass The Salt is calling Christians to engage the culture. By taking the fight to the enemy Coach Daubenmire has become a recognizable voice with the media as he is an unashamed, articulate, apologist for the Christian worldview. Coach’s willingness to stand with Judge Roy Moore in Alabama, Terri Schiavo in Florida, and the 10 commandments in Washington DC, has enabled him to partner with some of the nationally known voices in America. Coach is using his knowledge of education and educational issues to equip Christians to defend the Judeo-Christian worldview. A popular, high-energy speaker, Coach Daubenmire’s motivational lectures laced with scripture are challenging Americans all across the country. In 2010, Coach made an unsuccessful bid for election to Congress in the 18th District in Ohio. Dave's website https://coachdavelive.com/

A two time Chief Justice in the state of Alabama discusses his journey. Find out about the past, his removal from office and his last senate race. One of the few interviews granted, hear his story.
This is Ken Scott Baron from the National Association of Black and White Men Together with the run down on the 2020 Senate chamber where control of that chamber will be crucial to either party. This summer, Texas Democrats to pick their favorite from a list of candidates for the 2020 U.S. Senate race. They chose, with nineteen per cent of the vote—almost twice that of the next nearest contender—former congressman Beto O’Rourke, of El Paso. About half of those polled said that O’Rourke should drop his Presidential bid and take Republican senator John Cornyn, whose approval rating is in the thirties. “Beto, if you’re listening: Come home,” the Houston Chronicle said in an editorial after the poll was released. “Texas needs you.” Beto declined. Even if Donald Trump is defeated, the Democrats will need to pick up three Senate seats in order to gain control of the chamber and have a reasonable chance of turning their plans into legislative reality. If Trump wins, the crucial net gain will be four. (The Vice-President gets to break any tie) In addition, if either Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders beat Trump—the Republican governor of the winner’s state would name an interim senator until a special election could be held. Meanwhile, Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer are both in their eighties. Trump could have an unimpeded choice to replace one or both of them, potentially remaking the Court. Republicans have to defend twenty-three of the thirty-five Senate seats on the ballot next year, but most of them are in deep-red states. There are openings for the Democrats. One has already been taken: two weeks ago, in Colorado, the former governor John Hickenlooper abandoned his Presidential campaign, and he will now run against Senator Cory Gardner, instantly turning what had been a likely Republican win into a possible Democratic one. In Georgia, an increasingly purple state, there are now two Republican seats up for grabs. David Perdue, is running for re-election, and Johnny Isakson announced last week that he would step down at the end of this year for health reasons. There is a Democrat who could be a formidable contender for either seat: Stacey Abrams, the former minority leader of the Georgia House of Representatives, who narrowly lost a highly contested governor’s race last year. Abrams has said that she is not interested, even though, as in Texas, no other candidate commands the field. She intends to stay focussed on her voting-rights work, but she did say that she would “be honored” to be considered as the Democrats’ Vice-Presidential candidate. In Arizona, Mark Kelly, a former Navy combat pilot and astronaut, is running against Senator Martha McSally, who lost last year to the Democrat Kyrsten Sinema but was appointed by the Republican governor to fill John McCain’s seat after his death. Kelly is the husband of the former congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, who was seriously wounded eight years ago in a mass shooting at an event in Tucson. Since then, Giffords and Kelly have become tireless advocates for gun control. He is a well-known figure with a strong message in a state that seems ready to hear it. The Democrats have their own vulnerabilities. Doug Jones won in a 2017 special election in Alabama against Judge Roy Moore, a far-right extremist. Jones must now defend that seat in a state where Trump’s approval rating is above sixty per cent. In Michigan, the junior Democratic senator, Gary Peters, is facing a strong challenger in John James, an Iraq War veteran and a businessman, who, if elected, would be one of only two African-American Republicans in the Senate. In these states—and in others that may be in play, such as Iowa, Maine, and North Carolina—the essential message is the same: the candidates matter. And in case one forgets, the Senate is also a place where Montana, with a population of one million, has the same representation as California, with forty million.

Christine Ford cannot prove her accusation. Our system of justice demands that she does. Our system of justice requires that we challenge accusers, and they must prove “beyond a reasonable doubt” their charges. I love how women want to be treated differently by the justice system. Just believe us, we don't want to prove it. Perhaps they can not prove their accusations, but they can malign anyone they want. This puts your husbands, sons and fathers at risk every day. There is not a separate form of justice for women. Even if they want to call it #MeToo. We have one form of justice in this nation. https://youtu.be/Psqf7ZRAD3c As Christine Ford cannot prove her accusations, under the United States justice system, Brett Kavanaugh is innocent. He is innocent until proven guilty. Not until accused by a liberal professor with everything to gain. Thus Brett Kavanaugh should be treated as he is innocent. No one can “partially penalize Brett Kavanaugh” by denying his appointment without demonstrating their absolute contempt for the American system of justice. Which is nothing new for progressives. They hate traditional America. They hate traditional Americans. And they have the will to do what is required to gain and keep power. Is she lying? Who knows? Christine Ford is using a recovered memory, which is normally very difficult to prove. The event happened nearly 40 years ago. There is no corroboration. She can't remember when it happened, where it happened, and who was there. Everyone she claims was there said they do not even remember this party. Actually they have refuted Christine Ford claims. Christine Ford admits that Brett did not rape her, did not actually get any of her clothes off. Did not sexually touch her physically. Christine Ford description could literally be any boy trying to make out with a girl. Do you want this type of over criminalization of 15 year old interactions? Her charges seem really out of the character for Brett Kavanaugh. The man has had hundreds or thousands of women and additional men who say he is an honorable man. You see criminals usually repeat their behavior. Most criminals do not get caught on the first crime. Thus you would expect bad behavior throughout Brett Kavanaugh life. Not one progressive can prove Christine Ford is not lying. I can tell you this. People do lie. There are major, significant reasons liberal women like Christine Ford would lie. Christine Ford, and other progressives do not want Brett Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court. Also, watch Christine Ford become the new “face” of the #MeToo witch hunt. She will personally gain in her infamy. I can also tell you this. I told Republicans in Alabama if you allow liberals to malign Roy Moore the progressives would continue to use this tactic of the 21st century Salem Witch Trials. She’s a witch! Prove you are not. He is a Rapist, see if he floats! Specifically I said in the blog post A minority conservative thought on Judge Roy Moore – Salem & the Reign of Terror "If you let them do to Judge Roy Moore what they did to Clearance Thomas, they will just do it every time. The establishment Republicans are an embarrassment. They show how far they have sunk into The Swamp. They do not stand for principles when it is uncomfortable. Will Judge Roy Moore survive this? I do not know, it doesn’t look good." The new witch trials are called the “#MeToo movement. The progressives will attempt to derail anyone they do not like by using unprovable accusations. He is a rapist! Prove you are not. My point is, this is not the first time the left has created a Reign of Terror where accusations determine guilt. [Bard Note: h/t to Anna Barnhart for turning me on to this Reign of Terror movie] https://charlescarrollsociety.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/ReignOfTerror0.mp4 Liberals and progressives are fighting a New Civil War. It is a 4th Generation warfare,

And now there is Roy Moore. Judge Roy Moore. Why is there a Roy Moore? Why was there a Mark Halperin, or Harvey Weinstein – why was there a Bill Cosby? Because WOMEN are making a stand. And a lot are coming out, because they want to be accused of lying and not having a chance to file charges and be ridiculed? NO! Because enough is enough. Because if one comes out, you know there are more. And now that you've heard from the 9 who are accusing Judge Roy Moore? Aren't some of you scared, but glad you're not in the limelight, because it's for sure YOUR ass would be out there on spotlight too, eh? KINGS IN THE MORNING, right here, right now.

American politics is riveted on bombshell accusations involving Judge Roy Moore, who is running for U.S. Senate from the state of Alabama. In a story reported in the Washington Post, he is accused by five women of molesting them when they were 14 – 16 years old. He proclaims his innocence, claims he always “got their mother's permission” when dating young girls, and calls the charges a political smear. Regardless of the political outcome, our culture is getting a lesson in moral development in real time. Old Testament values that accept older men being with adolescent girls is today seen as creepy and abusive. Childhood itself has become reified as a stage of development that is sacred and in need of protection. Are children safer today than in 1970's Alabama? Yes, and ever more so as stories such as Judge Moore's spur us forward (but don't tell that to Mike Barnacle, Maureen Dowd and the other wailers of woe).

A professor of homeland security, counter-terrorism and political science, he consults to government agencies, and policy-makers. The Clarion Project draws together Middle East experts, scholars, human rights activists and Muslims to promote tolerance and moderation and challenge extremism. He was originally hired as an international security analyst at age 16 for a maritime protection company. His research led to two speaking engagements at the International Intelligence Summit, billed as the most prestigious conference of its kind. The event's material, including Mauro's bio, was found inside Osama Bin Laden's Pakistan compound. In 2012, his work caught the attention of the Muslim Brotherhood, which lashed out at him as “delusional” on its official English-language Twitter account. Ryan and I will discuss his article published at Clarion, "Trump's U.N. Speech: 10 Important Moments," and breakdown President Trumps U.N. speech, why it was so important. Listeners to this show will remember Ryan from guest appearances in 2014, and appreciate his depth of knowledge on the Middle East, foreign policy, and the threat of radical Islam. ******************** My second guest tonight will be Timothy Shea.
