The Great Reset (Trailer): https://watch.tbn.org/m/xMufl01x/the-great-reset-trailerThe Watchman delivers inside, on-the-ground stories about what's really happening in Israel and the Middle East, and how it affects every American. https://watch.tbn.org/c/sns/mIiy6TFuhttps://watch.tbn.org/Erick Stakelbeck is Director of Christians United for Israel's CUFI Watchman Project and host of “The Watchman” program on TBN. He has spent nearly two decades years covering the Middle East and national security issues in-depth: traveling to the region, interviewing world leaders and wanted terrorists, and highlighting the shared threats to America and Israel. A 2013 Jerusalem Post profile stated that, “Within Evangelical Christian circles, Stakelbeck is considered by many to be the leading authority” on the issues of national security and the Middle East. In February 2016, Stakelbeck launched “The Watchman” show on TBN, joining the world's largest Christian television network with America's largest pro-Israel organization, CUFI, to produce a hard-hitting weekly, 30-minute newsmagazine focusing on Israel, America and the Middle East. The program airs every Thursday night at 11:30 pm EST on TBN and is seen worldwide. From 2005 to 2015, Stakelbeck was a correspondent, host and terrorism analyst for CBN News, covering the global war on terror, U.S. national security, the Middle East and the growth of radical Islam at home and abroad for the network's Washington, D.C. bureau. Stakelbeck's first book, “The Terrorist Next Door: How the Government is Deceiving You About the Islamist Threat,” was released in 2011 by Regnery Publishing to major acclaim. His second book was released by Regnery in July 2013. The “Brotherhood: America's Next Great Enemy” warns about the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood and the global Islamist movement. His third book with Regnery, “ISIS Exposed: Beheadings, Slavery and the Hellish Reality of Radical Islam,” was released on March 9, 2015. Stakelbeck is a regular commentator on leading national television and radio programs and a frequent guest on Fox News. His appearances include: The O'Reilly Factor, Hannity, Your World with Neil Cavuto, Fox and Friends, Justice with Judge Jeanine, Huckabee, America's Newsroom, CNN Newsroom, BBC, Al Hurra and many others. Stakelbeck has also contributed to Glenn Beck's The Blaze TV, guest hosting the Glenn Beck Program and providing in-studio analysis and investigative reports. Like so many, President Trump is a bad man who sometimes does good things. While some of those good things put the lie to certain false accusations against him, my thoughts here don’t center on the President but on religious freedom, a good thing, and the fact that the President has done some good things in that arena. Recently, he addressed the annual Values Voter Summit where he said, “We believe that every American has the right to live by the dictates of their conscience and the teachings of their faith. We believe in the right to free exercise of religion.” There are certain things that Christians need to be reminded of and think thoughtfully about on a regular basis. When we fail to do so, we forget not only the importance of those things but also the ground for them. We ignore them until they’re threatened, when they should never have been threatened at all. And perhaps they wouldn’t have been threatened had we been diligent. One of those massively important things is religious freedom. Religious freedom is vital for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the reality that all other freedoms rest upon it. Without religious freedom, the freedom of speech goes out the window. Without free speech, it’s easy to see that certain political ideas would be banned along with the books, magazines, radio stations, or web sites espousing them. Next, it wouldn’t be long before certain common businesses would be banned. And we could go on. The President further said that “our shared values are under assault like never before,” and he’s right. People need to be reminded that certain rights come from God, not the government. If murder is wrong, then there is an implied right to life. If stealing is wrong, there is an implied right to property. We could add more. The point is that government doesn’t grant rights but merely recognizes them. That’s why Americans have long held that certain of our rights are inalienable. Our government can’t take them away because the government didn’t grant them; God did. Religious freedom is an inalienable right given by God to all persons. That doesn’t mean that all paths lead to God. They don’t. There is only one way to God and salvation: faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. But it does mean that God has given all human beings liberty of conscience, whether they’re right or wrong. As John Leland, the Baptist preacher instrumental in the adoption of the Bill of Rights declared, "Every man must give account of himself to God, and therefore every man ought to be at liberty to serve God in a way that he can best reconcile to his conscience. If government can answer for individuals at the day of judgment, let men be controlled by it in religious matters; otherwise, let men be free." Join Christi and Paul as they discuss these issues and more on True Worldview.

Hannah Strege is the world's first Snowflake Baby! As written at the Whittier Daily News: In many ways, Hannah Strege is the typical teenager on the verge of adulthood. The 19-year-old is a college freshman who likes to listen to music, go shopping with her mom and out to the movies — preferably romantic comedies — with friends at the spur of the moment. But her entry into this world was anything but typical. Twenty years ago, she was the first frozen embryo to be adopted. Hannah's parents, John and Marlene Strege, had been through a long process of trying to have a child. They discussed treatment options with their physician. Since the advent of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) fertility clinics have been assisting patients to achieve pregnancy through a treatment known as in vitro fertilization (IVF). Often, more embryos are created for the IVF treatment than are eventually used by the patient, thus creating a surplus of cryo-preserved embryos. Marlene asked her clinic if they had available embryos in frozen storage. Hannah with Dr. James Dobson Marlene and John had already determined that they were not comfortable with creating more embryos through IVF, especially if it meant using donated human eggs. But this idea of using embryos that were waiting in frozen storage was intriguing. Marlene decided to seek out advice from a life-long friend and experienced adoption attorney, Ron Stoddart and from several spiritual advisors, including Dr. James Dobson, to determine if using donated human embryos should be considered at all. Simply being assigned anonymously donated embryos from a fertility clinic was not the procedure John and Marlene wanted to follow. They worked with Mr. Stoddart to develop the first embryo adoption program in the world, now known as the Snowflakes® Embryo Adoption Program. The Streges and Stoddart decided to name the program Snowflakes because like a delicate snowflake each embryo is frozen, unique and a gift from God. The program was officially established in 1997 as a division of Nightlight® Christian Adoptions. Hannah was born in December 31, 1998, and this year is a freshman at BIOLA University. Listen as Hannah and I discuss her amazing story, the current situation with stem cell research and the larger battle for a culture of life in America! Guest Peter S. Sprigg, Senior Fellow for Policy Studies at the Family Research Council, discusses the recent Values Voter Summit. For three days last month, Christians and social conservatives from around the country gathered in the nation's capital for the 11th Annual Values Voter Summit. Sponsored from the start by FRC Action, the legislative affiliate arm of the Family Research Council, the Summit provides a forum to help inform and mobilize citizens across America to preserve the bedrock values of traditional marriage, religious liberty, sanctity of life, and limited government. Other similar organizations also helped sponsor the event. This latest Summit was truly groundbreaking. For the first time in its history, a sitting president, Donald Trump, was in attendance. Other notable speakers included talk show host Laura Ingram, civil rights leader Dr. Alveda King, March for Life president Jeannie Mancini, Live Action's founder and president Lila Rose, and House Minority Whip Steve Scalise, among others. There were a number of breakout sessions featuring panel discussions on a variety of issues. Discussions included what the religious liberty movement can learn from the pro life movement, transgender ideology in public schools, political and social engagement, and personal stories about fighting for religious freedom.. The Shadow of Ideas - History, Politics, and Current Events on the Edge

The first of two episodes about the politics of the early phase of the 2016 presidential primaries. Part one covers the top Republican candidates, starting with the ascendance of Donald Trump.  His overt nativism is reminiscent of the pre-Civil War Know Nothing Movement.  As the former Governor of Florida, the importance of Jeb Bush's ability to win that key swing state should not be underestimated.  Marco Rubio, one of the GOP's stronger Latino candidates, is up in the polls lately.  The champions of the Religious Right, Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee, were recently endorsed during the Values Voter Summit. Join us for the next episode as Raymond takes a look at the Democratic candidates.   The Shadow of Ideas Website:  shadowofideas.com Email:  shadowofideas@gmail.com Become a Patron:  patreon.com/shadowofideas Like us on Facebook:  facebook.com/shadowofideas Follow us on Twitter:  @shadow_of_ideas Subscribe in iTunes:  itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/shadow-ideas-history-politics/id995813969 Listen on Stitcher:  stitcher.com/podcast/the-shadow-of-ideas

Viewed from across the Atlantic, American politics is a mess. A stand-off between Congressional Republicans and President Obama temporarily shut down the federal government. Healthcare reform is a battleground and immigration reform is blocked. Hardtalk speaks to Florida Senator, Marco Rubio. He is widely seen as a Republican contender for the White House in 2016. Do the Republicans have what it takes to win a national election?(Photo: Senator Marco Rubio, Republican Florida, speaks at the 2013 Values Voter Summit. Credit: Getty Images)

The Dr C Robert Jones Situation Report

In the most anticipated speech at today's Values Voter Summit in Washington, Delaware's new GOP Senate nominee Christine O'Donnell ignited the Omni Shoreham ballroom with a tangible buzz. She strode onto the stage to Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'," with orange spotlights sweeping the room. (None of the other afternoon speakers got a light show.) The packed crowd gave her an enthusiastic standing ovation, continuing to applaud long after she took the podium. I am RIGHT Conservative Radio is an unapologetic, tell-it-like-it is conservative view of the wacky world of American politics. No punches are pulled, no party lines are toed, just pure, unadulterated hardcore conservative opinion-based news.
