Hey Sinners! Today we have a super special treat. I just recorded this episode this morning and I'm pushing it out to y'all right away because Gerardo is running a Kickstarter for his film and it only has 4 more days left. Heres the blurb "In 1989, mexican direct to video superstar Ricky Valente was in line to write and direct NARCO SHARK, a wild and ambitious film about a Detective/Saxophonist who battles the Mexican Yakuza and a cocaine fueled Killer Shark while trying to save his marriage from falling apart and helping his awkwardly shy but sexually depraved brother in law learn some breakdancing moves. Sadly, the film was never made… until now." It has been written up in FANGORIA, RUE MORGUE MAGAZINE, DREAD CENTRAL. I hope you enjoy the show and as always thank you for your SUPPORT! “Alone In The Dark” es otra propuesta que maneja dichos elementos. Ejemplos: “Dead Space”, “Let 4 Dead”, “The Last Of Us”. Ejemplos: “Five Nights At Freddy's”. Ejemplos: “Dead By Daylight”, “Friday The 13th: The Game”. "King Shark vs Gorilla Grodd" One night only! Now that Cisco and Caitlin have completed their work on the meta-cure, they need someone to test it on. Since they have agreed that the cure should only be given to a living volunteer, they have to find someone that would really want to be cured. That's when they remember their flippered-friend from Earth-2; King Shark, aka Shay Lamden. He's being held in an ARGUS facility and studied by Dr. Tanya Lamden. She, of course was married to the Earth-1 Shay before he died. The team's plan to ask King Shark was derailed when he went berserk. And when Barry successfully gave him the cure without permission, the tension in STAR Labs was thicker than chum. All of that had to wait, because Gorilla Grodd was controlling minds again. Luckily, the newly humanized Shay volunteered to be re-transformed into Killer Shark and stop Grodd. But he would never be human again. Starting with games like Killer Shark and Haunted House, progressing through the 80's crash gabs with Halloween, Friday the 13th (for commodore 64) and Ghostbusters, to the dawning of our more well known franchises like Silent Hill and Resident Evil, then to the 2000's with Dead Rising and Dead Space, and finally into our modern era with Until Dawn, Outlast, the Evil Within & Doom. We also take a look at different genres like Asymmetrical (Friday the 13th; Dead by Daylight), Survival (everything tends to get lumped into survival), Horror Adventure (Until Dawn), Horror Shooters (Dead Space & Doom), and Horror Puzzles (Friday the 13th Killer Puzzles; Limbo; Inside). Yes, according to Kuo’s new report, Apple is getting ready to update almost their entire hardware line. iPhone - There are three iPhones in the works, two OLED models in 5.8 and 6.5-inch sizes and one lower-cost LED model that will be available in a 6.1-inch size. All three will feature Face ID and upgraded A12 processors. While the two OLED models will have dual-lens cameras, the lower-cost model will feature a single-lens camera. iPad Pro - Apple is working on two new 11 and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models that are equipped with a full-screen design similar to the iPhone X and no Home button, with Apple to replace Touch ID with Face ID. Mac mini - Kuo didn't have a lot of information to share on this one, but he did say a processor upgrade is expected. He did not say if additional upgrades would be included, like as a redesigned body. It’s been over 3 and a half years since the Mac Mini was updated, and they’re still charging full price for it. MacBook - Processor upgrades expected. New Low-Priced Notebook - Ming Chi believes Apple is designing a new low-priced notebook fo some kind. He originally said it would be part in the MacBook Air family, but now he seems to not be so sure. We’ll soon know. iMac - Kuo says he expect a significant display performance upgrade, and a processor refresh. Apple Watch - Apple is working on two new Apple Watch models for 2018 that will have bigger displays and enhanced heart rate detection features. The two Apple Watch models will measure in at 1.57 inches (39.9mm) and 1.78 inches (45.2mm), roughly 15 percent bigger than in the current models. Rumors have not been clear on whether the Apple Watch itself will be larger or if the bigger display will come from a reduction in bezels. Doctors worry that cocaine users rely on Apple Watch as a lifesaver https://www.cultofmac.com/560745/doctors-worry-cocaine-users-are-relying-on-their-apple-watch-as-a-lifesaver/ According to a new report, medical experts are concerned that some drug users, particularly people taking cocaine, are using their Apple Watches and other wearables to monitor their heart rate while imbibing. From the users’ perspective, the idea is that doing this could alert them to dangerously high heart rates while taking drugs such as cocaine. However, doctors point out that the technology does not protect people against the dangers of drug use. The article details the story of several semi-regular cocaine users. One describes monitoring drug use as the only reason they wear a heart rate-tracking wearable. “I want an early warning system for when my heart’s going to explode,” one person wrote in a thread on Reddit. “If someone says, ‘Let’s do a line,’ I’ll look at my watch,” says one of the people interviewed. “If I see I’m at [heart rates of] 150 or 160, I’ll say, ‘I’m good.’ What we’re INTO Kahney Klan Vs. Bulletproof Dental Practice Podcast Episode 4 Host: Dr. Peter Boulden Atlanta Dental Spa Guest: Jeff Hopeck Killer Shark Marketing Title: How to Get Conversions from Advertising with Jeff Hopeck Subtitle: Creating a System for Answering Calls To Track Missed Opportunities Key Takeaways Advertising is important but must lead to conversions. Dentistry is an untapped industry when it comes to online advertising. There are tremendous opportunities for referrals in dentistry. Call trackers are great tools to help identify missed opportunities. The challenge: Listening to phone calls at the end of the day is not ideal for dentists who have a full practice during the day. A possible solution: Killer Shark has a proprietary software, Shark Talk, that listens to every call and categorizes them for your dental practice. Then sends missed opportunities to your email inbox. You can be missing opportunities by not recording and listening to every call even if you are doing well as a practice. People don’t call your office and just book an appointment. They call and ask questions to qualify your practice versus other practices they see online. Training is important for everyone including your reception service. Most practices have scripts but don’t have management accountability. Sometimes you don’t need to do or spend more on marketing. You need to identify how to solve missed opportunities.
