Hey Leute, tja, das war wohl ein totaler Reinfall. Denn anstatt die gesamte Woche in Köln zu verbringe, musste ich die Messe frühzeitig vor dem ersten Tag absagen und zurück nach Hause fahren. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen. Es ist soweit wieder fast alles gut, aber das erkläre ich euch im Cast. Zum Glück hatte ich dennoch ein paar gute Tage auf der Devcom und kann daher von den interessanten Talks berichten. Zudem habe ich mir meinen guten Kumpel Ziad geschnappt, um mit ihm über seine Erfahrungen mit diversen Spielen zu sprechen. (Rediffusion) Avec Ysabel Saiah Baudis et Marjorie Bertin qui ont écrit respectivement sur Oum Kalsoum et Fayrouz.Notre 1ère invitée est la journaliste Marjorie Bertin (qui travaille à RFI) pour la parution de « Fayrouz, Moi je chante l'humanité », aux éditions Orients.Elle est considérée comme la dernière légende vivante du monde arabe. « Ambassadrice du Liban à travers le monde », Fayrouz a enregistré plus de 800 chansons, sorti une cinquantaine d'albums et joué dans une vingtaine de films et de comédies musicales. Celle qui refusa de quitter son pays pendant la guerre civile libanaise incarne plus qu'aucune autre chanteuse un symbole de paix et d'espoir. Pourtant, on en sait peu sur elle, épouse d'Assi Rahbani, qui avec son frère Mansour révolutionna la musique libanaise du XXème siècle. En Géorgie, la mobilisation se poursuit contre la loi sur les influences étrangères, qui impose aux ONG et aux médias de se déclarer aux autorités si elles reçoivent plus de 20 % de leur budget de l'étranger. Cette législation, adoptée définitivement le mardi 14, est dénoncée quotidiennement par les manifestants qui se mobilisent massivement à Tbilissi. À l'extérieur de la capitale géorgienne, cependant, la mobilisation est plus difficile en raison, notamment, des pressions exercées sur les habitants. Reportage à Gori, petite ville de 50 000 habitants située à 80 km de Tbilissi, non loin de la ligne de démarcation avec l'Ossétie du Sud, l'un des deux territoires géorgiens occupés par la Russie depuis la guerre de 2008. De notre envoyé spécial à Gori,« Gori a été bombardée par les Russes en 2008 et ensuite, elle a été réhabilitée avec l'aide de l'Europe et des États-Unis. On ne doit jamais oublier ça ! » C'est dans un petit square de Gori que nous rencontrons Teona Pahnkvelashvili, une militante de l'opposition mobilisée dès le premier jour contre la loi sur les influences étrangères. « Cette loi, c'est un copié-collé de la loi russe sur les agents de l'étranger et on a vu les conséquences ! C'est pour ça que je suis contre. »Sur son téléphone portable, Teona nous montre les images des trois manifestations organisées à Gori depuis le mois d'avril. Un motif de fierté, dans une ville où il est très difficile de mobiliser : « Les étudiants ont peur d'être suspendus, dans les entreprises, les gens ont peur de perdre leur emploi, car les patrons ici sont pro-russes… et du coup les gens n'osent pas manifester. »Teona, elle, n'a pas peur, pourtant depuis le début du mouvement. Elle a fait l'objet de menaces et d'insultes. « Ils m'ont appelé en pleine nuit, ils m'ont dit : "N'organise pas la manifestation sinon on va te faire très mal ! à toi et à ta famille". »À Gori, tout le monde ne voit pas d'un bon œil ces étudiants qui manifestent à Tbilissi, contre la loi sur les influences étrangères. Gouliko et Zviad, l'une retraitée, l'autre un professeur de karaté de 57 ans, approuvent pleinement cette législation : « Il fallait le faire même avant parce qu'on doit savoir d'où vient le financement et pourquoi ça vient. Les manifestations que vous voyez maintenant à Tbilissi qu'est-ce que vous en pensez, c'est financé par qui ? », se demande Gouliko. Et pour Ziad, ce professeur de karaté de 57 ans justifie sa position : « Ces ONG, si elles font de bonnes choses, pourquoi, se cachent-elles ? Mais si elles font de mauvaises choses, si elles essaient de déstabiliser le gouvernement, bien sûr qu'il faut le dire ! ». Liberté d'expression en danger Ce que Gouliko et Zviad ne savent pas, c'est qu'avec cette loi l'un des centres culturels les plus actifs de Gori sera peut-être obligé de fermer. Fini les expositions financées pour une bonne partie, par les fonds européens, un crève-cœur pour Oto Guritshvili, membre du collectif Art House : « On ne sait pas comment ça va se passer avec la loi alors pour l'instant, on a gelé toutes nos demandes de subventions. L'Europe ou la Russie, on est de nouveau confrontés à ce choix : d'un côté l'État de droit, de l'autre la mafia. C'est un cercle vicieux, dont on n'arrive pas à sortir. »En 2008, Oto est restée à Gori, bombardée puis occupée par l'armée russe et pour lui cette loi sur les influences étrangères, c'est un peu le retour de la Russie en Géorgie. Sans les blindés, ni les avions, mais avec le même objectif : éloigner son pays de l'Europe, et l'arrimer à sa zone d'influence.À lire ou à écouter aussiGéorgie: un point de bascule?

Waleed Ziad — author of "Hidden Caliphate: Sufi Saints beyond the Oxus and Indus" — joins us on the afikra podcast to demystify Sufism.
