In this episode, I do a deep dive into the last 3 years of my life with my main man & man behind the curtain of every single podcast I have ever put out into the world, Shlomo Bowe. Throughout our lives, we will inevitably move through seasons in which we question everything it was that we knew up until that point. These season changes can come forth as if from out of thin air & really do a number on our state of being when they do, however, in my experience, they always come at the perfect time in hindsight to be able to evolve into the next best version of ourselves. Todays guest on the show is a man who has gone through quite a few seasons within his life & has not only come out on top, but has been able to go from a state of survival to one in which he is now able to thrive within his experience of life. From handling millions of dollars in the stock market, all while challenged by problems with health, including weight gain, poor nutrition & lack of movement, to saying enough was enough, beginning to get into the teachings of Paul Chek & then working with him closely over the last decade to make the necessary changes in his life, it is clear to see that when one can recognize the pain teacher for what it is, which is to be a teacher within our lives, we can take even the most challenging situations & begin to see them as happening for us, rather than to us & when that happens, duality seems to fade away & instead of seeing “good” or “bad” situations in life, we simply see opportunities to learn new lessons & experience life in new ways.Show Notes:(5:38) Creating harmonious homes.(9:22) Where did biogeometry come from?(11:28) What was the major change in Jason's life?(19:29) Check out Freedombuilderz.com!(24:55) What are true friends?(28:05) One of the main things Ryan teaches to his clients.(34:33) What is process work? One of the topics I am increasingly becoming interested in within the space of plant medicines & psychedelics alike is the topic of how to not only increase the experiences of these medicines through topics such as nootropics & bio hacking as a whole, but also how these subjects can help with the integration process that takes place after our PEAK experience with these medicines occurs. With new science & discoveries coming out almost daily, I truly feel we are approaching the time in which science & spirituality will once again be unionized as two sides of the same coin, as the ancient practice of Alchemy balanced so well throughout the history of our species on planet earth. Stopping by to move from space time to time space with us today on the show is someone who is a leader in the spaces of health optimization, bio hacking, nootropics & plant medicines alike & is someone who I am beyond excited to share with all of you, as his experiences are ones that can speak to both the areas of science & spirituality as I briefly mentioned earlier. He is the host of the “Decoding Superhuman” podcast, is the Deputy CEO of “Smarter Not Harder” inc., which seeks to increase productivity for organizations looking to explore solutions for how to get more done in less time, is the CEO of “Health Optimization Practice Europe” which is a nonprofit organization & has been featured by organizations such as “TEDX HotelSchool The Hague”, “Superfast Business” & “The Third Wave” to name but a few & is someone who as soon as you meet, you will notice embodies the balance of yin & yang in his life, which is a true rarity in todays world of “go go go.”Show Notes:(2:45) The MULLET of podcasts.(5:15) How did Boomer get into psychedelics? Something I think about often in life is how, as humans, we can prepare ourselves for the sections of our lives that feel as though we must “fight” to move through. What I have noticed in working with dozens of clients on the challenges in their lives is that it is those individuals who embrace the times in which they must “fight” for the lives they know they deserve that ultimately end up seeing life happen FOR them, rather than TO them. Today's guest on the show is no stranger to embracing the “fight” of life. He is a professional UFC fighter, currently holding a record of 11-5, is committed to building the best version of himself humanly possible & is a Massachusetts local, which means all of you listening get to hear us exchange energy LIVE & in person, which are the episodes that always end up being my favorite to be a part of!This episode was produced at the Mass Music Radio Station in Quincy, Massachusetts.
One of my favorite things about this show is getting to have guests come back on periodically who have been on before. The truth is, all of us are the main character in our own movie & getting to be a part of each guests path & watch their growth is one of the main things that fuels my fire to continue my own journey & to continue the podcast. With that being said, today's guest is a very dear friend who is an absolute force in the realms of business, language & anything related to logistics. Not only this, but she is the 3rd leg of the tripod that is Enlifted! As many of you know, Enlifted is one of the programs I went through that allowed me to make massive shifts in my life in a very short amount of time. This is because Enlifted is SO much more than just a program, it's a community, & a damn good one at that. As our guest today & I will be discussing, community is the #1 aspect to shifting your state of being as you truly are the collection of the 5 people you spend the most time with! This episode was produced at the Mass Music Radio Station in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Man oh man am I excited for this interview. If you asked me what my favorite medicine to interact with each day is, I would say music with no hesitation. For me, music truly does act as the carrier wave for emotion. What I mean by that is that it allows me to move through feelings without needing to attach a “story” to them. In short, It keeps me in my body & out of my head. Today's guest on the show is a man whose speciality is music. He is a master of his craft in which he takes people through music & allows them to make connections in their lives to move through emotions with grace & ease. Ever since I first had a session with him, the way I looked at music changed forever. He is someone who can speak to why music is so integral in our lives as human beings, how it helps us & allow us to maximize the healing benefits associated with it!This episode was produced at the Mass Music Radio Station in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Something I've learned in the past 2 years specifically of going through my own deep healing work is that most of, if not all of, what we experience as challenges in our lives can be rooted back to our childhood. For me, this was a challenging concept as my parents were incredibly affectionate towards me & I had trouble remembering anything that was “wrong” within my childhood. This being said, what I was able to learn through this time is that, in many cases, it is how we perceived any event that happened as children, both “positive” or “negative”, that can lead to limiting beliefs & blockages in the rest of our lives. Today's guest on the show is a woman who is an expert in the realm of inner child healing & is someone who I am extremely excited to connect with, learn from & share with all of you as we can ALL benefit from understanding our inner child better. She is a self love inner child healing coach, a proponent of educating children vastly differently than we do currently in modern schools, which we will be getting into within the show & is a wealth of info in the realms of holistic health & approaches designed to help one gain self awareness in their lives so they can ultimately live the version of their life which is the greatest & grandest in nature. This episode was produced at the Mass Music Radio Station in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Today's guest on the show is a man who has made a huge impact on my life since we met. He is no stranger to the challenges of life, such as his own journey in healing addiction with the help of plant medicines & psychedelics. He is an artist who wears his heart on his sleeve in the form of his music, his poetry & his mission to help others who are struggling with addiction move through that stage of their lives with grace, ease & confidence & is a shining example of what plant medicines can offer us when we interact with them responsibly & with intention! This episode was produced by Shlomo Bowe at the Dockside Inn in Marthas Vineyard, Massachusetts.
Today's guest on the show is someone I am extremely excited to connect with. The story he has is one that is sure to connect to the feeling we have all had when we get what we think we want out of life, only to feel more lost on the other side of receiving what it was we yearned so much for. He has gone from a famous actor & producer, appearing on shows such as “cracked” & “proof”, to moving into a phase of his life that is more centered around diving into the inner workings of the human being. Since answering that call, he has trained at the radical aliveness institute, where he has become certified in modalities such as core energetics & somatic therapy. This episode was produced at the Mass Music Radio Station in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Sharing his journey with us today on the show is a man who since I first met, has added an immense amount of color, inspiration & love to my life each time we have had the opportunity to meet up in 4d. He holds a BS in exercise biology from UC Davis, is a 6 time California state wrestling champion, is a world class physical fitness coach, holding certifications from prestigious groups such as the Chek Institute & ACSM & is the owner & founder of Committed HP, a business dedicated to being on the cutting edge of fitness equipment & performance training in order to create a reality where communities of truly healthy, happy, high performing humans are common place! This episode was produced by Shlomo Bowe at the Mass Music Radio Station in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Joining us today on the show to share his journey with us is a man who exemplifies what it means to lead by example. He is a master fitness coach who practices his craft at his business, ardent fitness, which he created as an answer to the multitude of challenges athletes were facing in typical fitness programs, flows his coaching into the realms of mindset, transformation & more & is also an expert in the realms of public speaking, entrepreneurship & men's work, where he guides men in reclaiming confidence in the mind & body to overcome the rat race! This episode was produced by James Askins at the Mass Music Radio Station in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Stopping by to flow & share his journey with us today is a man who in his one lifetime has worn many different hats. He has an absolutely incredible story of moving from being a traveling competitive motocrosser into a life that is much more focused on not only his own health & well being, but also helping others achieve the same results. His journey includes a dark night of the soul in which his own experience with the pain teacher allowed him the gift of going within & discovering what the lesson being given to him was & Moving up into present day, the wisdom of that answer has led to his business, passion & identity as Specialized Health & exercise coaching. This episode was produced by Shlomo Bowe at the Mass Music Radio Station in Quincy, Massachusetts.
