I feel it's safe to say that we are currently living during a very exciting time. With the incredible increase in technology over a very short amount of time that has allowed us to connect with anyone around the world, coupled with the current raising of global consciousness, I personally feel as though I am very fortunate to be alive at this time in history. This being said, although things like technology have allowed us to, in theory, connect more with others from around the world & make our lives easier, it begs the question of why so many of us are so sick & tired? The challenge, as I see it, is that because so many of us are overstimulated & have the ability to distract ourselves effortlessly, the one individual in our lives we have ultimately become less connected with is ourselves. Todays guest on the show is an individual who has made it his life's work to help those he serves be able to connect back to themselves & has done so by using technology to be able to bring forth frequency healing & musical creations that are not only beautiful to listen to, but that can actually help individuals on a cellular level to connect with themselves, heal from within & come back home to their divine nature as human beings. His mission was ignited by a deep calling to heal his own body & knowing full well that most meditation & healing music available at that time was based in entertainment, rather than healing, he got to work in, quite, literally, being the change that the world of healing was craving so desperately at that time. What resulted was his ability to create & share this type of music worldwide through his business, “Listening To Smile” & in this episode, we will be doing a deep dive into his journey, the unique ways in which he creates his music, the profound healing benefits associated with his music & much, much more!Show Notes:(3:10)  What originally got Ian into music?(8:01) Then vs. now for Ian. (12:26) Music acts as a carrier of emotions.(24:12) What is 432hz and why's it important. (34:18) Ian's speaker recommendations. (1:01:56) Where you can reach Ian.(1:03:45) Ian's final piece of advice!Join the Highly Optimized Ceremony Circle on Facebook! https://www.highlyoptimized.me This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.visit https://www.FreedomBuilderz.com for more info!

I imagine that everyone tuning into this episode can relate to the notion that for many of us, we seemingly have many passions that might not feel as though they are connected, yet as we continue to move through our lives, the connections between them begin to become clearer. I know this has been my experience in being interested in psychology, spirituality, plant medicines & health for most of my life & it wasn't until I began Highly Optimized that I began to see the through line between each of them. Todays guest on the show is a man who shares in this notion of having many passions that may not seem to fit together if you looked at each of them independently, however, actually fit together incredibly well when you look at them all from the unionized perspective that we will be diving in to today in this episode. I first found out about this individual when I discovered his work in shamanism, specifically with Ayahuasca & Cannabis, & was blown away at how many synchronicities we shared specifically in the ways in which we spoke about Cannabis & along with his work as a renowned master shaman, he is also a visionary leader, speaker & author who is the founder of Blue Morpho and Co-Founder of FullStock, LiquidEarth and Landslide. For the immense amount of people who have benefitted as a result of his immense wisdom in these areas, it is clear that he is a pioneer in Amazonian Shamanism, Web3 and NFTs who is linking these realms together in a way that I have yet to come across anywhere else in my travels.Show Notes:(3:25) How Hamilton first got into his field(s) of study.(6:44) Using NFT's to support creators and creatives. (10:31) Creativity is the SOURCE.(18:05) Creating cannabis shamanism. (31:09) What Hamilton saw during a San Pedro ceremony…(37:52) The masculine, according to Ryan.(57:34) Where you can reach Hamilton.(58:23) Hamilton's final piece of advice for the listeners!Join the Highly Optimized Ceremony Circle on Facebook! https://www.highlyoptimized.me This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.https://www.mazeltm.com/highlyoptimizedvisit https://www.FreedomBuilderz.com for more info!

When we think about the idea of human optimization, oftentimes we forget that it's not just by optimizing one aspect of our lives that we reach this type of optimization, but rather it is by integrating many different aspects of our lives under the umbrella of optimization that can help us achieve this goal. In this vain, when I meet someone who is so amazing at taking one system of health & helping to create the necessary flow within it to allow people to find the thread of love within it that leads them to being getting curious about where else in their lives they can improve, I take note. While many of us have grown up believing that money is the most valuable resource, we can see the inaccuracy in that when we realize that the one thing billionaires wish for more of when they are nearing the end of their lives is more time. In that vain, we can recognize that it is actually time that is the most valuable resource, rather than money. For me, I have recognized that one of the best ways to hack the time game, so to speak, is by first understanding where you want to go & what goals you have & then finding someone who can help you get to those goals quicker & with less hiccups in the road. Todays guest on the show is a master of time hacking & does so in his coaching work with his clients, many of whom are famous celebrities, to ensure that they can not only save time, but increase their mental performance in learning his proven processes behind how he does what he does. In addition to his coaching work, he is also acting as a disruptor in his life, both in the idea of being a “bacon-atarian”, which, as he describes, is a vegetarian that still eats bacon & in the space of podcasting, in which he has paved his own path to podcasting with his podcast, the “Jason Goldberg Is Ruining Podcasting” podcast  & if all of that wasn't enough, he is also a Tedx speaker, a former rapper that opened up for none less than the Wu Tang Clan themselves & the author behind the incredible book “Prison Break”, which dives into how to vanquish the victim, overcome your obstacles & lead your life. Show Notes:(2:15) When Jason cultivated his “jazz essence” of life. (6:54) The importance of not losing the fun in life and not taking everything so seriously. (10:50) How Jason got into mindset work. (18:05) Check out FreedomBuilderz.com! (20:10) How to help someone go from a breakdown to a breakthrough. (25:00) Tips on how to avoid analysis paralysis. (30:15) Join the Highly Optimized Ceremony Circle on Facebook! (31:45) Upgrading your experience of life by changing your thinking. (49:10) Where you can reach Jason. (50:15) Jason's final piece of advice for listeners! https://www.highlyoptimized.me This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.

When I created this show, I did so with the intention of showcasing the endless opportunities & possibilities available to anyone, regardless of age, gender or location, when they choose to consciously begin arguing for their possibilities, rather than their limitations. It is my belief that when one can do this, especially in the times that their mind, friends & family & even society at large give them reasons not to, that they can initiate massive transformation within their lives. This does not mean that life will be easy, quite the contrary actually, however, life will inevitably challenge us whether we choose to make it challenge us for what we do want or challenge us for what we don't want. In my experience, however, only one of those scenarios can allow us to see life happening FOR us, rather than TO us & allow us to experience the transformation within that flipping of the script. Todays guest on the show is a master in the art of transformation & has made it her mission in life to help badasses just like you overcome anything holding them back, rock life all the way & claim their best lives through up leveled habits, mindset shifts & more. She is the host of “The Amy Edwards” show, which is a show dedicated to helping its listeners achieve their healthiest selves, live their best lives & better their relationships, is an author, a rock & roll musician, a mother & if all of those hats weren't enough, she is also a radio personality on Austin 360 radio. If you've been in the realm of self development for even a little while, I am sure you've heard mention of things such as manifestation & the law of attraction. When I first heard of these things years back, they sounded too good to be true & so rather than just refute them altogether, I decided to play a game with myself & begin diving into them. Now that it's almost a decade later, I honestly don't know where I would be today if it wasn't for that original experimental phase with these concepts, though I have a strong feeling it wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am today, living the version of my life that literally feels like a dream each day. Stopping by to share her time & expertise on these topics & more with us today is a woman who as soon as we connected, we clicked & spent over an hour diving deep down the rabbit holes of manifestation, sound healing, plant medicines & more. She is the founder of “Art Of Attraction” & co creator of “In A Shituation” which both seek to help those who are suffering from limiting beliefs & limiting stories rise above them through simple, empowering practices that allow them to manifest more joy, happiness, love, wealth & health into their lives. Something that i feel is universal in our world is the notion that we will all inevitably face challenges within our lives. This being said, what separates the individuals that see those challenges as opportunities from the individuals who allow those challenges to become blockades that prevent them from overcoming them? In my experience, this difference rests on not only our mindset, but the subsequent views & perception we have upon the world around us. This is why I feel it is SO crucial to not only work on our mindset & dive into why we believe what we believe about life, but to also make friends with the inner critic within us that tells us we can't, couldn't, wouldn't or shouldn't consciously choose to embark upon a new way of living & see our inner critic as our best friend in disguise & the only aspect of us willing to beat us down in hopes of us using those criticisms to fuel us into the most epic journey of life possible for us in our lives. Todays guest on the show is a man who is a prime example of someone who has made friends with not only his inner critic, but also his fear & has allowed these positive reframes of these aspects of himself to propel him into living life on his own terms & creating the life of his dreams. He is a retired firefighter, where he spent 17 years passionately moving into some of the most dangerous situations on earth to help save other peoples lives, is an absolute juggernaut in the space of handling high stress situations & finding comfort within those discomforts & has now taken those experiences & moved into the role of program director for a system of training called Foundation Training, which is based on teaching how to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints & put it back where it belongs, which is in your muscles. For all of you high achievers & go getters out there, prepare to go on a journey into how to not only re-evaluate what is possible for you, but to ensure you are able to stay balanced, regulated & healthy while shooting for the stars in your experience of life. Anyone who has been listening to this show for some time now has heard me speak to my love for organic Cannabis & my passion for helping others learn how to cultivate organic Cannabis in order to foster a deeper connection both with the plant & the earth as a whole. I truly believe that if each of us makes even a one percent effort to do our part in farming our foods & Cannabis organically, we could revolutionize the world & begin to reverse the damage that has been done to our top soils stemming from conventional farming practices. Todays guest on the show is a man who when I first saw at a local music festival, I was blown away by his break dancing & fire spinning skills. This being said, imagine my surprise when I walked into an organic Cannabis cultivation conference, began chatting with a gentleman about his journey as an entrepreneur in the legal industry in Maine & realized it was the same person I had seen fire spinning & break dancing back a couple of years prior. As usually happens with synchronicities like that one, him & I continued to chat afterward & ended up attending a 5 day Korean natural farming workshop together & since then, we have both dove into Cannabis & organic farming in our own ways & continue to nerd out together regarding the latest news in organic farming, Cannabis genetics & much, much more! Show Notes:(3:58) What originally got Quinn into cannabis?(7:17) MSO's in Maine.(18:14) Check out FreedomBuilderz.com! (42:48) Join the Highly Optimized Ceremony Circle on Facebook! (45:39) Quinn's favorite part about cultivating cannabis. (58:09) Where you can reach Quinn.(58:33) Quinn's final piece of advice for the listeners!https://www.highlyoptimized.me This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.https://www.mazeltm.com/totop

Within the vast realm of health, let alone the vast realm of fitness, there are SO many different modalities one can employ to ensure they are staying healthy, fit & mobile as they age. A common misnomer that I see society moving out of in the present day in a big way is the misnomer that the body “breaks down” as we age. In my experience, I have found that the famous saying “move it or lose it” is one of the best philosophies to embody if we wish to be active & mobile throughout the course of our lives & allow our lives to be ones which are thriving in nature, rather than ones in which we merely survive. This being said, with more information than ever currently available to us, what are some of the best ways to stay active, mobile & in that state of thriving? In my personal fitness & health journey, one of my best kept secrets is that of the company Stick Mobility, which focuses on the trifecta of strength, mobility & coordination all in one system & todays guest on the show is not only a stick mobility coach, a CHEK trained practitioner & a chiropractic assistant, but he is also someone who has gone through his fair share of challenges within these realms in order to come out the other side with invaluable information for each person listening on how easy it can be to supercharge your health, fitness & mobility in order to live the version of your life that is the greatest & grandest in nature. This week, on Episode 112 of The Highly Optimized Podcast, we talk with personal trainer, stick mobility coach, CHEK Practitioner, and Chiropractic Therapy Assistant Cameron Angus about:  (9:49) The Way of the Superior Man & not fitting into the corporate lifestyle.(20:05) Stick Mobility.(28:11) Learning new skills to fuel your passions.(37:52) Gym Mentality.(57:02) Knowing your “Why”.(1:07:22) Outro & One last question!Connect with Cameron on IG: @camangus68Thank you to our podcast sponsors!Freedom Builderz - https://www.freedombuilderz.com/Building profitable online programs FOR coaches using Kajabi so they can smoothly hit 10k months!https://www.highlyoptimized.me This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.https://www.mazeltm.com/highlyoptimized

When it comes to the idea of masculinity, much of the world is mistakenly confusing what true masculine energy is with the immature, boy centered version of this energy we commonly see running amok in todays world. This is, in a big part, due to us losing many of the wise elders & initiatory processes that have been used since the dawn of time to help boys evolve into men within society. This being said, there is now a big movement within the world of self development to fill in this missing gap & allow the true divinity of masculine nature to once again come forth. This version of masculinity is not afraid of the divine feminine, as the immature masculine is & instead recognizes that the balance between these two energies, which is often referred to as the concepts of yin & yang, is essential to a mature, balanced approach to being a true man. Todays guest on the show is a man who is spearheading this movement, both within his own development as a mature man through self development programs & practices & in the work he does with men, such as his work as lead coach for the Alpha Hippie program, which I went through & can speak to the incredible benefits of maturing as a man that the program is centered around. When I first began Highly Optimized & selected that name for the business, I was imagining much more than simply optimized health & nutrition & was instead imagining a way of living. A way of living in which an individual can feel truly optimized & balanced in their physical, emotional, mental & spiritual well being. In my own experience, balance between these realms & in life in general IS the goal. Without balance, one will ultimately fall short in their ability to enjoy the process & will see the process of optimization as work, rather than fun & with balance, anything we dream for in our lives can have the space to come to fruition & we can have the energy & life force necessary to put our important work out into the world to help others find whatever helps them live a Highly Optimized life as well. Sharing her time & love on the show with us today is someone who I feel embodies the notion of balance & has achieved the ability to not only live a Highly Optimized life for herself, but to also help so many in the world learn how to do the same in her many passions that she shares with the world. Since the dawn of time, it has been leaders that have been able to not only guide others in how to live a fulfilling life, but also become friends with the shadow aspects of themselves, such as their fear. These leaders recognized that rather than run from fear or try to ignore it, the best way out of it was to move directly through it. Todays guest on the show is a man who is the embodiment of what leadership looks, feels & acts like. He has been practicing his role in being a leader since he was 12 years old, when he signed up for a leadership camp in the Rocky Mountains of New Mexico that had him climbing mountains & making friends with his fear, which would both come in very handy as his life continued into entrepreneurship & starting a family. With much of our food in the present day being poisoned with herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, rodenticides & glyphosate, to name but a few, it is more important than ever that we revisit what real food is & how to go about optimizing our diet/nutrition if we wish to live a life in which we can feel truly healthy within. A lot of times, people think of the idea of “optimization” as an outcome, rather than a process & if there is one thing I've learned it's that what we do to optimize ourselves today may change tomorrow. The more that we are able to look at the idea of optimization as a journey, rather than a destination, the more we can actually enjoy that journey & trust in the notion that so long as we put our best foot forward each day, we will ultimately end up exactly where we're meant to be. The reason this is so powerful is that within our lives as individuals who are passionate about becoming the best versions of ourselves, things will inevitably take place that make us question everything in our lives & to the degree that we can surrender into this, we will be able to see these things as happening for us, rather than to us. Todays guests on the show are individuals who are not only extremely passionate & dedicated to optimizing their experience of life, but they are also individuals who know this cyclical process fore-mentioned well. Within their journey, they have been able to navigate a subject that many people become anxious just hearing about, which is the subject of divorce. Now this being said, not only did they fall in love, get married & then move through divorce, but they actually were able to trust in this process, learn from it & find an even deeper level of love for one another & themselves as a result. Together, they are the hosts of “the medicin” podcast, which is a show that dives into real life relationship development with a splash of not only spirituality but also PG-13 humor & in addition, they are passionate about helping those they serve achieve the highest quality life possible through the products they create, such as Immune Intel AHCC, which is a product created from the roots of Shiitake mushrooms & aids in the process of educating & regulating the immune system by increasing the number of immune cells in the body & improving their communication overall, along with products created from companies they work with, such as the full line of incredible products offered by Organifi, which allow anyone to access high quality ingredients with no risk of glyphosate or pesticides. This episode is sure to ignite the spark of love within you & allow you to use that love to tune into all the beautiful aspects in your process of life with a new set of eyes in realizing that no matter where you are currently in your life, you are exactly where you're meant to be at this time in your process of life.Show Notes: (2:53) Welcome Chase & Mimi!(7:16) Stop taking yourself so seriously!(10:21) Part 1 and 2 of their marriage.(15:55) Everything in life is a projection. (21:55) Check out Freedom Builderz! (24:39) Thinking about discussion.(30:52) Life is like Pokemon!(36:17) Getting frustrated, trying to know.(42:53) Join the Connect With Cannabis Program!(50:28) What helped shift Chase's relationship with health.  (56:43) Where you can find Chase & Mimi.(1:01:39) One FINAL question. This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.

This journey, although it's called the heroes journey, is a journey in which much of the time, speaking from my own experience, the individual walking this path will feel far from a hero, as challenges & dark nights of the soul present themselves, however, it is actually these challenges & dark nights & our ability to move through them & persevere that makes us the hero in this journey. In the modern day, many people are embarking upon this heroes journey in their own way, whether it be challenging the status quo, beginning their own unique business venture, or simply living life on their own terms. Over 2,000 years ago, Hippocrates stated to “let medicine be thy food & food be thy medicine.” In the modern day world, much of society has forgotten this notion. With chronic disease, obesity & stress being seen as almost “normal” these days, it is more apparent than ever that what the world needs now more than ever is to re-educate them on the importance of high quality food & the importance of soil health, as more of our soil is now considered dirt than ever, with chemical salt nutrients depleting the micro nutrients & overall life out of the top soils across the world at large. If there is one thing that life has taught me up until this point, it's that anything can happen. This notion of anything being able to happen at any moment, when we really sit into it, is one of the main reasons so many of us are experiencing challenges in our state of being, such as anxiety, paranoia & agitation, to name but a few. These all stem from an overactive sympathetic nervous system, which is classically referred to as the “fight or flight” system within our bodies. While we cannot control the outside world, we can learn to control our reactions towards it & one of the best practices I have found for this includes cold water exposure & the art of breathwork. In our current time in history, I feel it is more important than ever for people to be aware of these types of practices, especially considering they do not require money for us to explore & is the reason why I am SO fired up about todays guest on the show. He is a certified Wim Hof facilitator, hosting workshops across the country to empower each individual he works with with the ability to not only control his or her nervous system, but to literally become the eye of the storm in their lives, which allows for heightened presence, confidence & awareness of their own state of being. When we think about the concept of health as a whole, few subjects come to mind quicker than that of nutrition. The food we eat can either act as medicine which allows us to live out our full potential or poison that will force us into the throes of dis-ease as our body attempts to perform its processes without high quality food. The challenge in the modern day however, is that, along with there being a surplus of bad quality food & misinformation on what food is & how to optimize our diet as individuals, many of our guts are now compromised from the fore mentioned reasons, along with chemicals such as glyphosate, which wreak havoc upon our gut & overall health as human beings. You might ask yourself, at this point, what you could do to effectively keep your gut in tip top shape & ensure you are receiving every last drop out of nutrition out of your food & these subjects & more are exactly what I am so thrilled to speak about with todays guest. The power of the spoken word is so important that it is rumored in many ancient texts to be what began the Big Bang & led to what we now are able to experience as infinite spirit embodied in the human form. This being said, you might ask yourself where do we begin, how far can this rabbit hole go & what are the real world, tangible results of adopting such principles with regards to language in our lives? For anyone who has been listening to this show long enough, you know my love & affinity for the Cannabis plant. This plant is one which I have a deep relationship with & one which has aided me in my never ending quest for physical, emotional, mental & spiritual well being. This being said, one of the areas that is gaining a lot of popularity within the realm of Cannabis is that of Cannabis & exercise, specifically within the area of running. When we run, we stimulate the release of endocannabinoids, such as Anadamide, which allow us to feel the “high” commonly associated with exercise. When we interact with Cannabis & run, however, we not only stimulate these endocannabinoids, but we are also able to invoke a sense of “one-ness” with the nature around us, which ultimately brings forth the ability to be more present & calm, even in the face of intense physical challenges. Todays guest on the show is an expert in the realm of Cannabis & running & is someone I am extremely excited to dive in with on the subject of Cannabis as a whole. When we look at the idea of masculinity as a whole, it is easy to see that somewhere along the way, our path as men became challenged & confused. A path that was once focused upon concepts of being centered in ourselves, acting as pillars of strength for those we love & being compassionate warriors for the world at large became refocused into concepts of aggression towards one another & ego driven insecurities presenting themselves in a way that has led to masculinity being represented by words such as “toxic” & “unhealthy.” The most unfortunate aspect of these challenges is that, in reality, this is simply a misnomer of what true divine masculinity is. In the present day, however, there are many men who are doing their part in helping their fellow brothers re-establish what it means to be a man for themselves & those they love & one of the leading warriors of that charge is todays guest on the show. His business, “Building Men”, which he co-created with his dear brother, was a result of seeing first hand while working as a middle school assistant principal the degree to which the boys in his school were facing struggles. The result of these challenges included disciplinary incidents, suspensions & failing grades, to name but a few. He knew he had to do something to be a part of the change that was so desperately needed in the lives of men of all ages & began the quest of taking action to do just that. The action he has taken has allowed him to work with individuals, schools & organizations all over the country & provide support in the realms of professional development, motivational speaking & life coaching for men to take their power back & become the heroes of their own lives. In addition to this, he & his business partner, Anthony, also speak to these challenges with leading experts on their podcast, the building men podcast, which I highly recommend & which can be found on Spotify, Apple podcasts & many other platforms as well. This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.

For anyone who knows me personally, you'll know that one of my core values is liberty, or, said differently, the ability to be free in all the aspects of my life. To me, freedom is, quite literally, the bridge which allows us to cross into living life on our own terms or have our terms created for us by someone else & their goals & aspirations in life. I don't see one as necessarily “good” & the other “bad”, however, I know which of those scenarios I consciously choose for myself each day. Freedom is often times the road less traveled & the one which, having lived my life on each of these paths at different times, you are sure to meet more challenges & dark nights of the soul. This being said, I have also found this to be the path that, for me, has allowed me to truly discover who I am, why I am here & feel the ecstasy resulting from the ability to surrender into the flow of life & allow gratitude  & love to be the captains of my being. Sharing his time, story & wisdom on the subject of freedom with us today is a man who when I first met, I immediately clicked. I could tell right from the first words we exchanged that he was someone who was giving life his all & was relentless upon reaching his goals & being open enough to share his challenges along the way in order to allow others to realize that freedom is not given, it is taken & we have the opportunity to take it each time we choose to bring our shadow into the light, speak about our challenges & laugh at the devil that is tempting us to give up. He is the creator of the Freedom Builderz platform, which, speaking from personal experience, is a platform which takes the dreams & visions of coaches, facilitators & healers alike & turns them into reality. Within the realm of business, more & more individuals are breaking out of the typical paradigms given to us by society & are combining their mission & soul purpose into the aspect of business in order to create alignment in the areas of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, material & financial well being. Speaking for myself, I feel this is the change we have desperately needed in a society that in the present day is otherwise known for more diagnoses of anxiety, depression & health challenges than ever before. In my opinion, many of these diagnoses are manifesting as a result of individuals falling into the programming surrounding doing what “makes sense” financially & what is a “safe bet” when it comes to making, rather than creating, a living. Today's guest is a pioneer in the frontier of integrating mission & soul purpose into the realm of business & is someone I am super stoked to dive into these subjects & more on. He is a plant medicine guide, a breathwork & meditation teacher, an energy work facilitator & is practicing true devotion with regards to ensuring those he works with leave his teachings inner-standing themselves, their true nature & their unique purpose in this world at the highest level possible. In addition, he is also an eternal student of the studies surrounding spirituality, which I am sure that all of you who listen to my podcasts regularly know I am an absolute fanatic for. This episode is sure to leave you feeling empowered, excited for life & in the state of being of a child, ever curious about what mysteries have yet to be discovered within the realm of life as a whole. This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.

If there is one thing I have noticed within the world at large & more specifically, the realm of plant medicines, it is that we have many elders, but have lost much of the wise elders of the world. In ancient societies & even today in small circles, these wise elders would help the rest of their tribe understand the process of life & in the realm of plant medicines, act as guides that would protect those that were looking to traverse these worlds & allow them to understand the ceremonial aspects that go along with them. The beauty of this is that, as the famous quote states, “how you do anything is how you do everything.” What these wise elders would allow the younger generations to understand & embody is that every single aspect of our lives can be ceremonial in nature & when life is engaged in in this way, life becomes a psychedelic experience in & of itself. Today's guest on the show is someone who has been doing his part as a wise elder to re-educate the countless coaches & individuals he works with in how to make every aspect of their lives a ceremony & has been a juggernaut in the world of making this process one which is enjoyable & joyous in nature. Not only this, but he is also an extremely skilled shaman & has been a proponent of the responsible, conscious use of plant medicines since far before the explosion of popularity in recent times regarding these medicines. In addition, he is the founder & legendary voice & soul behind the CHEK institute, which has been empowering coaches in the teachings of holistic health & how to understand HOW to learn, rather than the typical approach in modern day educational establishments, which is primarily based on WHAT to learn, for the last 26 years, is the host of the Living 4d podcast, where he showcases in depth, powerful conversations with leading experts in the realms of health, fitness, spirituality, plant medicines & more with the intention of bringing the uncensored truth of the world at large to the people & is someone that I as well as countless others have looked up to as a massive inspiration in our never ending quest of curiosity, child like wonder of the world around us & how to remember our divine nature as god embodied in the human form.Show Notes:(3:40) Ryan Asks Paul about how he first got interested in the idea of plant medicines. (7:20) Paul talks about being introduced to DMT(14:00) Paul talks about growing up(23:09) Paul asks about the setting and the dosage.(24:07) Paul talks about his experiences with LSD(26:57) Paul talks about carrying an “entity” with him(37:07) Paul talks about what can go wrong in a ceremony(39:37) Ryan talks about setting intentions (40:57) Paul gives his answer as to what REALLY is going on here.(50:27) Paul talks about WHY we're here(53:02) Paul talks about the evolving soul.(56:37) Paul talks about entering different realms (60:07) Paul talks about Love(66:52) Paul talks about Kung FU(68:07) Paul talks about compassion(78:11) Ryan asks Paul what he thinks humanity needs in order to evolve.(89:56) Paul talks about how he sees the world(96:26) Paul talks about religious systems(98:09) Paul speaks about the point of plant medicines(104:56) Pauls advice for someone seeking to try psychedelics for the first time. ChekInstitute.com living4dwithPaulChek.  Chekiva.comPrivate workshops penny@paulchek.comThis episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.

There is a big reason that breathwork is becoming such a hot topic right now as the collective of human beings begin remembering their true power. As many ancient traditions have spoken about since the dawn of time, breath is life. It is our connection to the infinite source of spirit within each of us & allows anyone, regardless of age, gender, location or status to tap into this life force energy & allow it to positively affect their lives in numerous ways. That being said, there are endless videos, tutorials & resources available these days that in many cases, do more harm than good with regards to technique & application of what breathwork is right for a certain time or situation. Today's guest on the show is an expert in the realm of breathwork & is teaching the art of breath in a very different & unique way than you may have heard of or practiced previously. His newest creation, Inflaux, is a breathwork certification that seeks to empower those looking to teach breathwork with the tools & resources to do so in a way that ensures each client they work with can walk away with a clear understanding of how to maximize the results of breathwork in their lives to allow them freedom & autonomy in their minds, bodies & spirits! This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.

More & more often as of late, I am having the pleasure of meeting individuals who are clearly on their path to inner-standing themselves & are open to the idea that they don't know anything, but rather are eternal students in the art of curiosity. When we see children, the reason they are able to feel their emotions & move through the energies of life in a way that us adults often have trouble with us, in a big part, due to the fact that they are yet to be confined to what they “know” & are instead simply enjoying the experience of life in all its facets. Today's guest on the show is a man who is on an ever expanding quest to break free of the barriers of mental conditioning & is embarking on the journey of doing the same in the clients lives he works with. Through our movements, we can create a masterpiece of self love that transcends any of the lower vibrational states we may be feeling before we begin & in this regard, it truly is a human super power. When it comes to the word “success”, nothing matters more than our mindset. Mindset is the reason that certain wealthy people feel poor, certain poor people feel rich, certain successful people feel like failures & certain people who are down on their luck believe it's all going to turn around tomorrow. The reason this matters so much is because the mind is similar to a computer & just like a computer, many times our minds can become constricted by “malware”, or patterns/programs that run amuck & lead us to otherwise depressed/deflated states of being. Today's guest is an expert & coach in the realms of mindset, business consulting, real estate, is the host of the construct your life podcast, where he speaks to all of the above mentioned topics & how the listeners can up-level their revenue to expand their life & is the co host behind the Brain Dump Podcast, where he & Anthony Vicino speak to the Psychology of Success, have thoughtful conversations & eat, breathe & sleep entrepreneurship. This episode was produced by Mazel Tov Media in Quincy, Massachusetts.
