In this episode, we dive into a fundamental truth that has the potential to revolutionize your life. The most challenging truth to accept is that you possess the power to shape your life. Wherever you point the finger is where the power lies. If you find yourself struggling or feeling emotionally drained in a difficult situation, understand this: you have the power to change it. I know it might be tempting to blame external circumstances – traumatic past experiences, family dynamics, school, the economy, or limitations you were born with. But ultimately, this thinking robs you of your power. Deep down, you already know you're more than your circumstances; there's something within you urging you to awaken to your true potential. External factors can influence your life's direction, shaping how you perceive the world. However, your internal state is always a choice. You're a powerful observer and creator. Your thoughts, desires, and beliefs manifest your reality. The collective consciousness shapes our shared reality, amplifying shared thoughts and frequencies. You're not just a passive participant in this world; you're a conscious, aware, spiritual being. You're more than the external circumstances that surround you. While we experience this world, we're not limited by it – it's just an experience. Your energy, whatever form it takes, whether it's your soul or spirit connected to a higher source, is eternal. Your existence transcends this brief earthly journey. Where you point the finger is where the power resides. External events can affect you, but your internal state remains your choice. I'm not suggesting that thinking positively will make your life a utopia. We're here on Earth to learn, and often, the most significant growth occurs during challenging times. Just as muscles grow through tension, so does your energy and consciousness. This Earth school presents tension as a given, sometimes beyond our control due to the chaotic nature of the world. However, you can also apply tension deliberately by seeking positivity in difficult situations. The more challenging the challenge, the more profound your mind's growth potential. Your beliefs shape your reality. As you believe, so shall you receive. To truly know something is to embody it. You cannot claim to be positive while succumbing to negativity in specific situations. You're either in the positive frequency, or you're not. Acknowledge that your subconscious has been influenced by past experiences, creating patterns and beliefs that have dictated your life. Now that you're awake, you can change it. Forgive those who may have contributed to your past negativity, not for their sake, but for your own. Forgiveness allows you to release the energy, move towards freedom, and reclaim your power. Focus on the positive because that's what you want to create. Imagine that every thought, word, or conversation you engage in is a creative act shaping your reality. You have the power to choose what you think about, speak about, and engage with. The problem is that you might not have fully recognized this truth yet. Shift your focus, commit to it, and give yourself the gift of consistently seeking the light in every situation. Distance yourself from negativity, whether it's in the form of friends or your own thoughts. Be purposeful in your choices.
