Jindalee Lithium Ltd (ASX:JLL, OTCQX:JNDAF) executive director Lindsay Dudfield joins Proactive's Tylah Tully to discuss the strategic Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) between its US subsidiary, HiTech Minerals, Inc. and Ames National Laboratory. This agreement has been approved by the US Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and aligns with the DOE's Critical Materials Innovation (CMI) Hub. The collaboration will focus on developing new extraction methods for the McDermitt Lithium Project, which is the largest lithium resource in the United States, containing 21.5 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent. Research led by the Critical Materials Institute, in partnership with several universities and laboratories, will aim to reduce costs, optimise sustainability, and minimise environmental impact. Jindalee will contribute technical expertise and sample materials, while the DOE will fund the research. The project's primary goals include lowering water usage, reducing acid consumption and minimising tailings. Senator Ron Wyden supports the initiative, emphasising the importance of sustainable mining for a clean energy future. The project is expected to conclude within two years, with quarterly reports and a final summary. The CRADA represents a significant step for Jindalee's McDermitt Project, further enhancing its strategic importance to US energy independence. #ProactiveInvestors #ASX #JindaleeLithium #LithiumExtraction #McDermittProject #CleanEnergy #DOE #CriticalMaterials #EnergyIndependence #SustainableMining #Lithium #RenewableEnergy #CriticalMinerals #USMining #EnergyStorage #OregonStateUniversity #SenatorRonWyden #CRADA #AmesLaboratory #Metallurgy #MineralExtraction #CleanTech #Innovation #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews
12 Aug 2024 - Jindalee Lithium Limited (ASX:JLL) CEO Ian Rodger provides an overview of the company, discussing the McDermitt project, progress on the PFS and grant funding.
Jindalee Lithium Ltd (ASX:JLL, OTCQX:JNDAF) CEO Ian Rodger joins Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive studio to discuss how the company has achieved battery-grade lithium carbonate producer status at its McDermitt Lithium Project in Oregon, US. The company produced lithium carbonate with a purity exceeding 99.5% on ore sourced from McDermitt. This test work was conducted in collaboration with Fluor, the lead engineer for the project's ongoing pre-feasibility study (PFS), at Hazen Research Inc. This milestone confirms the validation of each step in the processing flowsheet, a critical phase before completing the PFS. Rodger highlighted the significance of this achievement, noting its importance in reducing risks associated with the processing flowsheet and its potential to supply high-quality lithium chemicals to the US battery value chain. Since the PFS metallurgical test work program began in mid-2023, results have been encouraging, with the PFS expected to be released in Q4 CY2024. Jindalee's processing method is similar to Lithium Americas' Thacker Pass Project, situated 30 kilometres to the south. This similarity suggests comparable geology and validates Jindalee's decision-making process. McDermitt contains a substantial lithium resource of 3 billion tonnes at 1,340 parts per million lithium oxide, equating to 21.5 million tonnes of contained lithium carbonate equivalent. #ProactiveInvestors #JindaleeLithium #ASX #LithiumCarbonate #BatteryGrade #McDermittProject #LithiumMining #OregonLithium #LithiumProduction #BatterySupplyChain #LithiumChemicals #PreFeasibilityStudy #Fluor #HazenResearch #LithiumResources #MiningMilestone #ThackerPass #LithiumAmericas #USBatteryMarket #LithiumOxide #MiningIndustry #GreenEnergy #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews
Jindalee Lithium Ltd (ASX:JLL, OTCQX:JNDAF) CEO Ian Rodger sits down with Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive studio to discuss a A$6.7 million capital raise through a combination of placement, entitlement issue and convertible notes, with an option to increase this by A$9 million. The funds will support the completion of the McDermitt Lithium Project's pre-feasibility study (PFS), focusing on optimising capital intensity, operating costs, and production outcomes. Additional activities in the US will include baseline studies, permitting, and stakeholder engagement. In 2024, Jindalee plans to advance McDermitt by securing tribal agreements, US Government technical cooperation agreements and producing battery-grade lithium carbonate. Other milestones include updating on POSCO test work, completing the optimised PFS, potentially receiving US Government grant funding and starting a strategic partnership/investment process. Firm commitments of A$4.1 million for the placement include A$600,000 from institutional investors, directors and management at A$0.30 per share. This also includes A$500,000 from Mercer Street Global Opportunity Fund II, LP. Eligible shareholders can participate in a non-renounceable entitlement issue to raise up to A$3.1 million on the same terms. Directors and management have pre-committed A$500,000 to this issue. Additional funding up to $12 million via convertible securities from Mercer Street is also available. Rodger emphasised the importance of this funding for Jindalee's future work programs, highlighting the value optimisation at McDermitt. Mercer Street's managing partner, Jonathan Juchno, expressed confidence in Jindalee's potential, noting a significant value disconnect between the company's market valuation and the strategic potential of the McDermitt Project. #ProactiveInvestors #JindaleeLithium #ASX #OTCQX #McDermittProject #Lithium #ASXJLL #Funding #PreFeasibilityStudy #BatteryGradeLithium #CapitalRaising #USActivities #StrategicPartnership #LithiumMarket #EntitlementIssue #ConvertibleNotes #MercerStreet #Investment #Mining #LithiumProduction #EnergyStorage #RenewableEnergy #BatteryValueChain #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

Todays episode is with a gentleman named White Buffalo or also known as Joe. I crossed paths with his energy right after crossing the border from Oregon, into Nevada. In a city called McDermitt. There was a shop, in an open space with tons of unique art. My eyes were peeled and my intuition was buzzing. I was called to be curious in this moment.I decided to stop for just a wander around his open shop, that is on his property. White Buffalo came outside and immediately we connected. After a lot on conversing, wandering and wisdom shared, I asked White Buffalo if I could have a hour of his time to interview him on my podcast. SO WE DID! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Jindalee Resources Ltd (ASX:JRL) CEO Lindsay Dudfield talks Proactive through initial head assay results that have been received for metallurgical samples from Jindalee's 100%-owned McDermitt Lithium Project in Oregon, USA. The samples average 0.179% lithium - 34% higher than the average grade of the current McDermitt indicated and inferred resource grade of 0.134% lithium. Dudfield says the results suggest excellent potential to process shallow, higher grade ore early in the mine life, with positive implications for project economics. #ProactiveInvestors #JindaleeResources #ASX #Lithium #CriticalMinerals #McDermittLithiumProject #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

Stinging losses with mutual funds in 2008 drove Dan to become an active manager of his portfolio. Enticed by the legalization prospects of marijuana, he dived into learning the fundamentals and technicals of the sector. Learning how these stocks traded relative to each other, he cultivated an awareness of the correlations between these companies. These interrelationships would later be applied to large cap stocks, Commodities and Crypto across different time frames to give insights on when to participate in Bull and Bear runs, and when to back away. Feeling the pain of big early profits evaporating over months, Dan was forced to cultivate a mental flexibility in trading by considering both Bull and Bear signs in every stock he follows. Combined with correlations over multiple time frames with other stocks in the same sector, influences from Commodities, the dollar and various sectors, he flushes out nuances with scalpel-like precision and is ready to flip bullish or bearish without attachment. Synopsis When Jesse McDermitt retires from the Marine Corps, he has no idea what he will do for the rest of his life. At 37, his greatest skill is killing people from up to a mile away. He knows there aren’t many job opportunities in the civilian world for that. However, he knows the south Florida waters, is an experienced diver, loves to fish, and knows his way around a boat. A waitress in a waterfront restaurant in north Key Largo gives him an idea and he runs with it. An old friend helps get him set up as a charter fishing and dive boat Captain and a new friend helps him buy just the right boat. Danger lurks in the sleepy little town of Marathon, in the middle of the Florida Keys, as well as in the swamps of the Everglades. But danger doesn’t expect to run into a man like Jesse, who will not only respond swiftly, but with a vengeance unexpected. Excerpt The smell of fresh coffee woke me the next morning. The coffee maker had a timer and I’d taken to setting it up before going to bed. It was better than an alarm clock. Sitting on the bridge, I watched the night sky slowly turn purple, then the first finger rays of the rising sun lit up the clouds hanging over the eastern horizon. I’d always reveled in watching the sun rise and set in different places around the world. No matter where I was, it looked the same and different at the same time. I heard a splash and looked toward the sound. Savannah was tying up their dinghy. Just what I needed. She climbed out and walked along the dock toward the Revenge. Stopping at my pier she looked up and said, “I think I owe you an apology.” She lifted a thermos. “Can I buy you a cup of Australian coffee?” Never one to turn down someone else’s brew, I said, “Sure, come aboard.” She sat on the transom and swung two tanned and shapely legs over, stepping down to the deck in bare feet. I climbed down and met her in the cockpit. “Come on in,” I said as I held the hatch open. She stepped up into the galley. “Wow! This is a really cool yacht. I thought it was a fishing boat.” “It is,” I said. “Kind of a reverse mullet. Party up front and all business in the rear.” “You’re dating yourself. Nobody wears a mullet anymore.” “Have a seat, I’ll get another mug.” She slid into the settee booth and twisted the top off the thermos, unconcerned about where I’d sit. I didn’t bother with a saucer, sugar, or cream and my guess was right, as she poured both our mugs with the strong smelling coffee and took a sip. “I asked around about what you said. About the sex slave thing. I’m sorry I accused you of lying. Also, thanks for bailing us out the other night. Sharlee is a little gullible sometimes and I was way toasted.” I noticed that she didn’t have a hint of southern drawl like her sister and asked her about it. “Sharlee went to ‘finishing school’,” she said, rolling her eyes at the words. “I was sort of a tomboy and preferred to go out on my dad’s fishing boats.” “Boats? Plural?” “Yeah, he owns a fleet of commercial boats. I skippered one until he retired and sold the fleet.” “Really?” She used both hands holding her mug, as she took another sip. “You like the coffee?” I’d finished half the cup and hardly noticed it. “Yeah, it’s great,” I said looking into her blue eyes. “Where’d you learn to fight like that? You went through the three biggest guys like a hot knife through butter.” “Fight? Oh, the other night. I studied a little martial arts. You and your sister are as different as night and day.” “Thanks, I love her, but she can be a handful sometimes.” I nearly spit out my coffee. “What?” she asked. As I tried to control my laughter I said, “She said almost exactly the same thing about you.” Refilling both our cups she said, “We’ve decided to stay here a while.” “What br
