Jim Daly and Giles Paley-Phillips from Blank Podcast return to Flixwatcher remotely to review Jim’s choice Ghost. Ghost is a 1990 romantic thriller starring Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore, Whoopi Goldberg (Oscar-winning Best Actress in this role), Tony Goldwyn, and Rick Aviles. Couple Sam (Swayze) and Molly (Moore) are renovating their Manhattan apartment when tragedy strikes with Sam being mugged and shot - as he is lying dying in the street his ghost leaves his body. Trapped between the afterlife and reality Sam turns detective with the help of psychic Oda Mae Brown (Goldberg) to track down his killer and discovers the fatal attack was not an accident. Ghost received very mixed reviews when released - an unusual mix of genres - romantic drama and dark thriller with some comedic moments from Jerry (Airplane!) Zucker was just a bit confusing. However, it was a HUGE box office success, helped by the now-infamous “Unchained Melody” pottery scene it was the highest-grossing film of 1990. Ghost has aged surprisingly well, Swayze and Moore have great chemistry and Goldberg is brilliant. The CGI is a bit ropey but it is just about forgivable. Scores [supsystic-tables id=200] Ghost scored very highly for recommendability from Jim (for his first watch), Helen, and Kobi with a straight five, less high from Giles. Ghost did very well across the other Flixwatcher categories to score a very respectable 4.31 overall. What do you guys think? Have you seen Ghost? What did you think? Mark joined us to further discuss the news from the MHSAA last Friday regarding the cancellation of high school football for the fall season. He and Huge also discussed the meetings Mark and his team had today regarding the continuation of fall sports. Mark plans to join us tomorrow when they have announced their plan for moving forward. Huge also asked the question – what sports in the state of Michigan should be played this year? We took you calls and comments throughout the entire show today. We kept the conversation rolling in our second hour of the show today as far as what sports we believe should be played this fall. We were first joined by Tim May out of Ohio to get his thoughts on the fact that high school sports there are going, but College is not. We then took a look at some college football with Hope College Head Football Coach Peter Stuursma so he could fill us in on how he, his team and players have handled everything. We then were joined by Molly Moore from Monroe Michigan who is the mother to young athletes in middle school, high school and college. She and Huge discussed what it's been like for Molly and her kids in the household while going through all of this, if she thinks it's safe for them to play, the mental health of all children at this point in time and much more. In our final hour today we replayed the interview with Mark Uyl from our first hour. We took some comments and concerns about what Mark had to say after this. We then wanted to talk about last nights Tigers game and that performance out of Skubal. We were also joined by Evan Petzold to get his thoughts and to talk about Casey Mize night. Have I got a jam-packed episode for you today! I'll be covering some industry news about upcoming expos, a new app from Owens Corning, the importance of networking, and timely information on the advantage of strategic partnerships. I want to remind you first, though, about how important it is to have a business plan in place. You can download my FREE 1-Page Business Plan from my website to help you with that, and then you need to be consistent. Remember, when you have consistency built into your business plan you're going to see results, and keeping consistent with those little things is what's going to help bring you success! Next week is the IRE, the International Roofing Expo in Dallas, TX, from February 4th-6th. This is a great opportunity to network with other contractors and see what's going on out there. They also offer some great educational seminars, so if you have a chance to attend, you absolutely should. Have you ever participated in the Owens Corning University Contractor Business Building Show? This is a phenomenal show you'll want to go to, especially if you can't make it to the IRE in Dallas. Owens Corning takes their show around the country on numerous dates, and the number of contractors and vendors you'll be able to network with is something you don't want to miss. Did I mention that it's FREE? Owens Corning has a new program called ProSell, and it's a new way of in-home estimating that I think you're going to love. I'll be giving you all the details of that in this show. Today I talk with Owens Corning National Training Leader Jon Gardner about the advantages of strategic partnerships with your suppliers. These include differentiating your business from your competition as an approved contractor, online classes for business and field training, and the opportunity to network with other professional contractors from around the country, and much more. I've seen these advantages first hand in my roofing business as an Owens Corning approved contractor for over 20 years. Show Highlights: The long term value is not saving a few bucks on a bundle of shingles, but forming relationships. Advantages of partnering with a material manufacturer: Partnerships provide tools and resources that are more difficult to obtain outside of these relationships. When partnered with a manufacturer, part of their obligation and purpose is to help a contractor build their business. Differentiates contractors by leveraging the manufacturer's brand recognition, and to help build trust in the brand. Homeowners are savvy and able to thoroughly research the brands used by the contractor during the “hiring” process and feel more confidence and trust when a contractor is partnering with a manufacturer. As a contractor, you're able to charge a higher price because you can provide more value, based on the trust and relationship with the manufacturer. Links: For Tips, Strategies, and Free Downloads! SEGMENT 1: What if you could predict the future? For the past ten years, Rohit Bhargava has published an annual trend report that has been read or shared by more than a million readers. He's here to share a few of the megatrends from his all new tenth (and final!) edition, which looks back at more than a hundred past predictions to spotlight the biggest megatrends that will change how we buy, sell or believe anything. SEGMENT 2: Most small business owners start running the financial and operations side of the business on Quickbooks. This is not a bad place to start, but as the business grows, they make up for what Quickbooks doesn't do by adding one-off applications for other functions. Then, as they try to keep track of their money and inventory across multiple platforms, it ends up being a mess because they don't have reports that accurately tell them what is going on in their company. Here to help is Siva Iswaran who heads the Finance and Operations Suite at Zoho.SEGMENT 3: First impressions are so important in small business these days since customers are making decisions in seconds – that impression could be the difference between the start of a loyal customer or nothing at all. Here to help with how to form the best first impressions that produce lasting loyalty is Molly Moore who is the CMO of Ruby Receptionists.Sponsored by Nextiva, LinkedIn, efile4Biz, vCita and Blue Summit Supplies

You spend a lot driving prospects to your website. In today's interview, you'll learn how you can convert those visitors into qualified leads using live chat. Most websites convert less than 3-5%. This week we are talking about Mutual Masturbation written by Molly Moore. But before we go into that we just need to say how sad we are for the attack that happend in London this week and our sympathies are with the families. Rants Sex toy maker WeVibe pays 6.75 million to settle lawsuite [8:30] This is actually a topic I wrote an article for EAN magazine on months ago. It turned out the WeVibe which is controlled by a mobile phone app actually logs all sorts of information about the user every time it is used. Including when it was used, settings, and even temperature. There was no mention of this on their website of in their terms an conditions. So it has ended up in court and they have lost badly. Read more about it here Uber COO stands down [12:00] We have talked about Uber in the past and their shameful business practices that seem to be going inside the company. As part of that the COO has stepped down saying "It is now clear, however, that the beliefs and approach to leadership that have guided my career are inconsistent with what I saw and experienced at Uber". So it seems the problems run deep at the company and it is now starting to affect their management. Find out more here YouTube hiding LGBT videos [13:26] YouTube has been caught hiding videos put out by LGBT creators when restricted mode was turned on. This meant content that was perfectly safe was not appearing for users of the system. Find out more Mutual Masturbation [17:00] It was really interesting reading this weeks article and explore some of the ideas around it. There is a lot to discuss and there is a surprising depth to the topic. From a couple doing it part of their play to teaching someone else what you like. It can be used in so many ways.
This week we are joined by Molly Moore as we talk about this weeks article written by Kayla Lords. Who is Molly Moore She is a blogger, a photographer, a published author, public speaker, and the operations director for Eroticon. She also living in a 24/7 D/s relationship with her partner DomSigns. She speaks openly about their relationship and has even been on Channel 4 to talk about how it works for them. We have been wanting to get Molly on the show for some time and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to do it. So what it is realy like being in a 24/7 relationship There is a lot of fantasy around what that sort of relationship must be like, but the reality is something very different. Like all realtionships it takes a lot of work to understand the other person in the relationship before you can even start to dive deep into the Domination and submission that both sides want. Molly talks about how it works for her. What she wants and how they get to something that works for the both of them. She also shares her thoughts on what it takes to make this sort of relationship work and gives some tips on things you can do to make it work, and things you should avoid. A lot of people in these sorts of relationships say they feel a very deep connection with their partner because opening up about how these things make you feel means you have to share a lot about who you are and what you want. But like all things, it takes work. Don't miss Eroticon Thank you too Molly Moore for coming onto the show this week. Make sure you check out Eroticon and come to this amazing event 4th - 5th March. We will be there, and we are really looking forward to it. Who is Emmeline Peaches Emmeline Peaches is a sex toy reviewer and blogger here in the UK, she writes daily on her blogemmelinepeachesreviews.com or you can find her on twitter. Not only does she blog but she was also on Channel 4 this year talking about sex toys and got to take a tour around the Bondara factory. We would just like to say a huge thank you to Emmeline for coming on the show. We are big fans so having her on was a total treat. Sorry about the audio quality. To be able to record this we had to take a different approach from normal. While it has come out OK there is more work to do. Rant: Digital Economy Bill Well the bill was passed into law and now we have a surveillance state like no other. Not only will our government now be able to track every website you visit (regardless of whether they think you have done something or not). But now they have even more powers to intercept phone calls, email, text messages, instant messages, pretty much anything. But more importantly they can hack your devices (computers, phones, routers, printers). This requires oversight but not much. Powers even China and Iran don't have But something that was snuck into the bill was a section on how they can force companies to open or break their encryptions mechanisms to give the government access to the information they keep. This is something even the USA hasn't been able to ask for, and something Iran and China can only dream about. Is it practical, well that is another discussion but the fact is it has been made into law and that is a bad step. There is a great article by Cory Doctorow in the Guardian on just how insidious it is. Socks are sexy There was a study done into the ability for couples to archive orgasm. Something that was found was when they were wearing socks their ability to reach orgasm went from 50% to 80% The experiment We were very lucky that Emmeline agreed to do a little experiment. She is normally a sock wearer when she is in bed so to try out this idea she agreed to go sockless for a week to see what would happen. More to socks than meets the eye It turns out there is a lot more to socks than any of us thought there could be. From them looking sexy to being used as a toy for the BDSMers.

This is going to help you decide what you can get someone special this Christmas. Top 100 Sex Bloggers List In case you missed it the Top 100 Sex Bloggers list came out (which we happened to sponsor) and it is well worth checking out. Want to give a special shout out to A Couple of Kinks who we have done some work with, they are a lovely couple and have anamazing blog. Well worth checking out. How is it scored Molly has also written a great post on how she put the list together. Who helped out. And how the scoring was actually done. That alone is a good read becuase it shows how much work and effort goes into something like this. It was amazing how close the scoring was between the top 10, and it was especially close between the top 3. 12 Gifts for this Christmas It is hard to know what to get someone at Christmas, especially if you want to get them something sexy. This list has a great selection of different ideas that are a little out of the norm but well worth looking at. There is a huge range of choices on the list, some worth really thinking about are: Ceramic Pleasures - These are hand made custom painted dildos made from ceramic. Idee Du Desir - Hand made wooden toys Outlandish Creations - The most beautiful tea sets defiled with the most outragious words.. delightful. Ruby Glow - Is a very different take on the classic vibrator designed by someone we happen to know Tabitha Rayne. Nippleicious - Very pretty jewlery you wear on your nipples. Totally non-invasive and delightful. Eroticon - A fantastic two day conference for erotic authors and bloggers. This has been so much fun the last couple of years and we are looking forward to being at the next one. There are even more on the list, so go check it out.

Written for us by Molly Moore. You can check out the article and see the fully list of books she recommends you check out. Rant - Digital Economies Bill This week the Digital Economies Bill was passed into law here int he UK and it is one of the most disturbing pieces of legislation every to come onto the books here in the UK. Note at the time of recording it hadn't yet been signed into law, now it has. It grants the government unpressidented powers to spy on innocent UK citizens. To see a list of every website they visit, hack their computers and phones, break into encryptions, block access to any site, and bring in age verification checks for porn sites. All in the name of fighting terrorism and protecting the children. "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." - Benjamin Franklin It sets up a state of affairs China, Russia, or Iran would be very happy with and it is amazing it has managed to slip passed us all with bearly an eye brow raised. Thanks to things like Brexit and Trump we have taken our eye off the ball. Check out posts written by Girl on the Net and Pandora Blake to see what this really means. Books for this winter Checkout the post for a full list of all the sexy books recommended by Molly. There are some great authors in there. As well as some classic books. One exception we would add if you want something different to read but want some erotica as well is Anaïs Nin. Her subversive stories will leave you with a lot to think about.

But before that Trump elected It has to be talked about, it is a significant turning point in American history. It is something we honestly didn't think would happen. While we both find it hard to understand there have been a number of programs exploring who voted for Trump. While it is easy to dismiss them when you listen to why they have voted the way they have I can understand it. What has happened here with Brexit isn't so far away from what has happened in the US. People have become sick of the established politicians and the lies they say to keep their jobs. They want something different and in the US Trump has presented that option. It is a unique time in world history, it will be interesting to see what happens. The lasting legacy... the supreme court The most worrying part for me isn't the things he might do during his presidency isn't he will do during his time in office. It is the lasting effect he will have on the country through who he puts onto the supreme court. Those will be people who make decisions for the country for 30 years. The wrong person there can reverse some of the progressive decisions the US has made in the last few years. Long distance relationships We wanted Molly to write this one because Molly speaks from experience. Molly was moderating a forum. She started a friendship and that slowly turned into a relationship with Michael being in the US. Now they are happily living together here in the UK. They are hard work, there is no doubt. But it is entirely possible to get to know someone and fall in love and find a way to make it work. The most important take away for us was if you do have a LDR. When you do finally get the chance to meet you need to stay focused on enjoying the time you have. You mustn't focus on how short the time is. Enjoy the time you get to spend with them, and plan to spend more time with them. Little gestures go a long way Giving little gestures that show you are thinking of the other person go a long way. Sending a hand written letter shows much more care and attention than any email ever could.
Cosmos and Creature are the highly acclaimed LA-based singer/songwriters Brandyn Burnette and Molly Moore who combined their two successful solo careers to take on the music world twice as fast with twice the talent. Brunette, formerly with Warner Bros. Records, wrote a number 1 hit for Hedley which won Single of the Year at the Juno Awards, plus he charted on the top 40 for a single he wrote for Jake Mille. He has garnered over 3 million streams on both Spotify and YouTube, earning him a spot on the Billboard Emerging artist charts for two weeks straight. Moore is not only a successful songwriter having recently landed a co-write with Leah Michelle (GLEE), she is also an accomplished solo artist with a dedicated fan base of her own. They formed a duo in 2014 and started making waves,. Their new pop-electro single “Young” is now out and rising up the chart s with 8 million Spotify Streams Ryan Shupe and the Rubberband are a tight, traveling, acoustic quintet that has a fanatical regional base in the West, centered in Salt Lake City. A second generation fiddle player, equally at home with an electric or acoustic guitar or mandolin, Shupe began playing music at age five and was performing professionally and touring nationally at the age of 10 with a group called the PeeWee Pickers. He still plays a fiddle he found in his great aunt’s closet. Shupe formed the RubberBand so he could enlist a rotating group of musicians on a gig-by-gig basis and never have a group “break up.” His plan didn’t exactly work, however. One by one, the temporary sidemen began to stick, fusing into the close-knit final incarnation that exists today. His new album, recorded and arranged in his studio in Provo, We Rode On” deftly combines rock with the acoustic instruments and virtuosic jamming the band has become known for.
This week we are talking about non-fiction erotica based on the article written for us by Molly Moore. You can check out here web site and see some of her great photography. Come and say hello This weekend (Saturday 15th October) we will be at Smut Manchester. Where we are going to be teaching people how to make their own fun things in latex. Nominate the top 100 sex blogs Make sure you have nominated your favorite sex blogs. Molly is actually running this years top 100 sex blogs and collecting together all the nominations. We love it because it isn't based on popularity, only quality. So having a huge following doesn't help you win, you have to good. Make sure you have nominated your favorites. Non-erotic fiction Something that is true about any blog is that doing it consistently is really hard. You would think just writting words would be easy but it really isn't the case. Being consistent is even harder. Sometime it is really easy to write a post, it just flows out of you like the one I did for EAN magazine. But othertimes it just doesn't want to come. Those are the times it is really hard. Check out Stephen King's 20 tips for becoming a frighteningly good writter. Molly on writting She really started it for herself because she was exploring who she was. It is that personal feel that makes it so successful. It is the personal and open side that makes it so interesting and fun to read. Because it isn't there to try and sell you something but just tell you who she is. Being out there isn't always a good thing You need to decide if you aree OK putting yourself out there because some people are going to use it to put you down. But that is true no matter what you put out into the world. It just so happens a sex blog is a little more personal and so can be more painful. It is something you need to think about if you do put yourself out there and make sure you are prepared for it. Your blog doesn't have to be public Just because you write a blog it doesn't mean you have to show it too the world, just as you can be totally anonymous if you want to be. 13 steps to surpression Check out ther 13 steps to supression art exhibition. Make sure you have nominated your favorite sex blogs.

This week we are talking about beautiful burlesque based on the article we had written for us by Molly Moore. But before that we have some fan mail Going back to the podcast we did on Camgirls a fan tells us what she gets from watching shows on her own or with her partner. Thank you. Where does the word Burlesque come from? Is it just about the little hats? What do you think about when someone says "Burlesque" to you? We think about movement and dance, with comedy and comment thrown in. The word comes from the Italian word "Burla" meaning joke, ridicule, or mockery. The origin of it as a form goes back to the 16th and 17th century where it was a form of parody theatre. Nudity wasn't part of Burlesque until America got it's hands on it. It died off as an art around the middle of the 20th century, and was then revived around the 1970's. Dita von teese Check out her great book "Burlesque and the art of the teese", only £19.99 on Amazon. Well worth getting, and when you turn it over it's all about fetish. World burlesque games Part of the london burlesque festival it actually takes place a number of times a year. It happens over the course of a week, you can check out the audtions over the course of week, then on the Friday and Saturday they have the actual show where the games take place. It is different every time They key thing for us is just how varied it is. No two shows are ever the same, even when put on by the same performer every one brings their own take to the art. In a few weeks we will be at Sexhibition and there is going to be an amazing show. But we are not goign to get to see any of it. If you get a chance to check out Pyrohex they are worth watching. If you are looking for a fair and would like some entertainment thrown in then check outAlternative & Burlesque fair. Fun fact about the Moulin Rouge Did you know that since 1963 they only put on reviews that start with the letter F. Check out the wikipedia article for more details. That's the show Check us out on twitter, or visit the website.
