Although bad weather forced a change of venue, she, Peter and their guests were able to go back out to the original ceremony site, Tree of Life, to watch their special showing of Awakenings. Today, she talks about how she and Peter prioritized guest experience at their wedding, including the addition of caricature artists and five characters over the course of their celebration and full reception the following day. Disneyland Adventureland Treehouse will Return with a New Look in 2023There are more details about the future of the treehouse in Adventureland at Disneyland park.When it reopens in 2023 the Adventureland Treehouse will be themed after Walt Disney's Swiss Family Robinson tree house--just as it is in Walt Disney World. This is likely because Disney is working on a remake of the 1960 movie as a new Swiss Family series on Disney+.The renewed treehouse will have new environments created among the branches of the giant tree on the shores of the Jungle River. From the mother's music den to the young sons' nature room to the teenage daughter's astronomer's loft, everything is created from found objects, natural resources, and pure ingenuity (just like the Disney fairies do). The guys answer listener questions on topics including Magic Kingdom restaurants, new DVC perks, shorter DVC contracts, DVC for moderate resorts, and 50th Anniversary merchandise. According to a few guest reports, Disney has stated that they are no longer offering transportation of perishable goods between resorts. More Fab 50 statues have been announced and the guys discuss a speculative list of all 50 statues. Disney has announced that many restaurants are reopening in August including the Yachtsman Steakhouse, Pizzafari, Columbia Harbour House, and Toledo. Disney released a video of Imagineers discussing new details about the Galactic Starcruiser hotel including food, entertainment and storyline. A new video released by Disney shows a behind the scenes look at the upcoming “Harmonious” Nighttime Spectacular at EPCOT including some footage of the show.

Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade, part of Walt Disney World's 100 Years of Magic celebration, Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade debuted October 1, 2001.   The parade took place daily until May 31, 2014 – making it at the time, the longest-running parade at Walt Disney World.  The premise of the parade was a jungle safari expedition featuring your favorite Disney characters.  The Disney Fab 5: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, and Goofy each had a safari jeep escorted and followed by themed abstract animal images, all part of the 100 Years of Magic Celebration.  The parade started and ended near the First Aid station on Disncvoer island, between Pizzafari and Africa, near the entrance to Pandora, the world of Avitar today.  The parade made its way around discovery island, with lots of great viewing spots on the trails around the island.  Each character jeep themed to the personalities of the rider. Donald Duck's jeep pulls a float painted in a sports and nautical theme. Minnie's jeep and float painted with her signature red and white polka dots and a big red and white bow. Goofy's jeep featured an assortment of items, ranging from oversized snowshoes to a pair of pajamas. WDW Opinion Ep. 29 - How Many Days Do You Need for a Perfect Disney World Trip? 47 square miles. That’s twice the size of the island of Manhattan. It’s also the size of Walt Disney World property. Now currently only ⅓ of that land is actually developed but, that still leaves quite a vast expanse to explore. Home to four theme parks, two water parks, over 20 resort hotels, the gigantic Disney Springs shopping, dining and entertainment district and so much more, there is plenty to see and do at Walt Disney World. Listen there’s simply no way to see and do it all in any one trip to Disney World. It doesn’t matter how long you stay either. Take it from me. I lived there for a year and in the years when I haven’t lived there I’ve made nearly 30 separate trips to the house of the mouse and there are still plenty of things I haven’t ever seen or experienced. It’s not shocking that one of the most frequent questions I get asked by people is how many days should we go to Disney World? What they actually mean is how many days does it take to do and see it all. That questions is impossible to answer. So what’s the perfect amount of days for a Disney trip? That too is an unanswerable question. There’s no uniform this is how many days you should go. Each person is different and because of this there’s no one size fits all trip. Your budget, how many days you can be away from home and work and what you’re looking to get out of the experience will determine what kind of trip you will have. For this segment rather than Hank and I just giving you one answer we’re going to break it down by days. We’ll tell you what to do with one, two, three, four and all the way up to seven days. Along the way we will share the best itineraries for each amount of days and we’ll end up at a conclusion of what we might recommend trip wise.
