Your SPD has temperature controls, storage policies, and carefully designed workflows to protect sterility. So what happens when your instruments leave your facility and head to a clinic across town? This week, we're sitting down with Krystal Parrish to explore the real-world challenges of maintaining sterile storage best practices across clinics and specialty practices. From soiled instruments wrapped in paper towels to sterile supplies stored in office drawers, Krystal shares what her team has uncovered while supporting more than 40 off-site locations. She also discusses how SPD leaders can improve transport and storage practices through education, collaboration, and consistency while still maintaining the trust of the teams they support. If your instruments travel beyond the walls of your facility, this episode will have you taking a closer look at what happens after they leave your department. The guys discuss some superstitions amongst the broadcast team, some power pony tails, and some shiny pocket change, that truly could be the difference makers. Game 6 at Grand Casino Arena in Saint Paul is going to be electric. Happy Easter Monday to the Wild on 7th faithful! We hope you had a wonderful weekend. Ryan and John are back in the studio this week to recap the latest Minnesota Wild games over their back to back weekend. The guys pass out bouquets to nearly the entire roster, share their love for Kirill's bangs, Trenin's hits, and Easter ham, but the real star of this weeks show is the zyn Santa himself, #7 Brock Faber. Brock graciously stopped by the Custom One Club at Grand Casino Arena following team picture day, and shared some laughs with Carts and Kinger. Thankfully, Brock brought his mustache along for the ride, as all eyes look towards the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Throw away your trimmer, because the playoffs are almost here!
When it comes to siblings performing at the highest level, there are none higher on that list than the Wright Brothers...try to keep up here folks....and then a very close second, but with much higher odds of punching you in the face....are the Foligno brothers! Carts and King enter a full house at TRIA Rink this week for an amazing interview with these amazing humans. They run the brothers through rapid fire, they talk leadership, the Gudas fight, and more. Buckle up, the Foligno brothers are here.

Trade deadline has passed, and the Minnesota Wild have clearly made the biggest splash in the league (that just so happened a month prior to the deadline) with Quinn Hughes. Carts and King connect this week after a flurry of pods surrounding Kirill and Zuccy, the boys high school hockey tournament and the trade deadline, so it's nice to be back in the studio for some good old fashion Wild on 7th banter! King was stuck in transit earlier this week, with a huge spring snow storm wreaking havoc on his travel plans, so we've made a couple pivots and here we are...a Wednesday pod. The guys breakdown a number of milestones happening for Minnesota Wild hockey, give some bouquets to Ryan Hartman, Equipment Manager Tony DeCosta, JoJo, Brodie, Bolds, and the list goes on! When it's all said and done, the main take away is that the Minnesota Wild are a legit team, possibly in the most legit position in franchise history, and the guys have their sights on the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Welcome back to Wild on 7th....it's almost time to get weird!
We're back from Olde English Trail Golf Club in Florence, South Carolina with our 50th episode of I Hate Golf It's Awesome. On this episode we discuss the new fleet of carts from Club Car, our plans for greens renovations this year, and much more!https://oetgc.com/
In this episode, we dive into the hidden leaks that drain your profits and how to reclaim your margins. Scott Brandley and DJ Sprague, executives at Shopper Approved and authors of "Cash Flow," share how the average e-commerce site loses nearly 38% of its revenue to ten specific killers like chargebacks, false declines, and returns. They reveal strategies for turning these losses into gains by using smart automation and behavioral science to keep more of what you earn. Topics discussed in this episode: How hidden revenue killers cost the average site 37.9% of its total revenue. What makes cart abandonment the most significant leak for most online merchants. Why false declines often reject good customers and cost 6.5% in potential sales. How product returns drain 16.9% of gross revenue on average for e-commerce brands. What role security concerns play in causing 25% of customers to bounce early. Why human-to-human SMS outreach can recover 25% of abandoned shopping carts. How store credit incentives can turn a product return into a kept sale. What a "payment processing subsidy" does to reduce software costs to zero. Why behavioral science techniques are essential for optimizing website conversion rates. How joining a mastermind community can help identify inefficiencies in ad spend. These are some stories about people who smoked fake carts and had terrifying side effects...
In this episode of Home in Progress, Dan Hansen tackles three practical home topics that can quietly make or break your projects.First: Caulking before painting.Fresh paint exposes every gap your house has developed over time. Dan explains exactly where to caulk (baseboards, trim-to-wall joints, crown molding lines, built-ins, chair rail edges) — and where not to caulk (nail holes, drywall cracks, miter joints, floating cabinet panels). Using the wrong product in the wrong place can cause failure later. He also shares a tip on faster paint-ready caulks for projects on a tight timeline.Next: Laundry room flow upgrades.Dan continues his laundry efficiency series by focusing on two key zones: the processing zone (wash/dry) and the folding zone. He explains why vertical storage prevents bottlenecks, why detergents should usually stay in their original containers, and how to create a folding station that doesn't interfere with servicing your machines. Smart layout beats pretty décor every time. Finally: Choosing paint colors for someone who is colorblind.Dan clears up myths about colorblindness (it's rarely black-and-white vision) and explains how value, contrast, texture, and lighting matter more than hue. He offers practical design strategies and real-world examples to help homeowners make confident color decisions that work for everyone in the house.Resources Mentioned:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNnCafjjgBwEpisode Timeline:00:00 Welcome + What's Coming Up (Colorblind Paint Picks & Laundry Room Upgrades)01:13 Why Caulking Matters Before You Paint02:33 Where to Caulk: Baseboards, Casings, Crown & Built-Ins04:22 Where NOT to Caulk: Nail Holes, Miters & Drywall Cracks06:21 Cabinet Door Trap: Floating Panels vs MDF (When Caulk Fails)07:39 Quick Sponsor Tip: Fast-Paint Caulk Deal (Tower Sealants Accelerator)08:19 Laundry Rooms Part 2: Processing Zone & Workflow Setup10:17 Use Vertical Space: Shelves, Hooks, Pegboard Above Machines11:45 Detergent Storage Reality Check: Don't Decant (Safety, Instructions, Effectiveness)16:21 If You Must Decant: Do It Safely + Extra Storage Hacks (Doors, Carts, Tension Rods)19:18 Laundry Room Flow: Clear Counters & Create a Folding Zone21:59 Why Folding Elsewhere Breaks the System (Dining Table, Living Room, Dogs)24:49 DIY Folding Stations: Countertops for Front-Loaders & Hinged Options for Top-Loaders26:50 Don't Build It In: Modular Counters, Machine Access & Water Hookups27:48 Air-Dry Solutions: Racks, Retractable Lines & Space-Saving Ideas29:23 Sponsor Break + Listener Question: Choosing Paint Colors for Colorblindness30:29 Colorblindness 101: Myths, Types, and How Common It Really Is34:37 Designing for Color Vision Deficiency: Value, Contrast, Texture, Lighting38:13 Real-World Example + Wrap-Up: Smarter Color Choices and Final Sign-Off
When The Minnesota Wild are away, the State of Hockey still plays, and the Girls State High School Hockey Tournament kicks off this week at Grand Casino Arena, so Jack Jablonski joins us to weigh in on what to expect from the girls in Saint Paul. Kinger is also away this week, so Carts digs into the girls tourney, and gets Jack's take on what he has seen so far in the Olympics. Look for a boys tourney preview in the near future. The Olympic tournaments are heating up as well, and we will certainly break down these matchups as they come.
The opening ceremonies in Milan-Cortina are complete, and the Winter Olympic Games have begun, and what better way to celebrate the Winter Olympics than to be joined by Dan Brooks, son of 1980 USA Hockey coach Herb Brooks. Find a comfy chair, and maybe a blanket like King would use if he were sitting in Billy G's living room, because this pod has some stories. Listen to the behind the scenes stories from Dan, who at the time was just a 7th grade rink rat running around the olympic facilities, bumping elbows and asking for autographs, while the hockey world was changing right before his eyes. There is nothing more special to a hockey fan, than reliving the 1980 Miracle On Ice from someone who lived it. What a magical experience, and magical stories from Dan. King and Carts have a pretty great breakdown of this years opening ceremonies, along with their experiences at various football parties yesterday.

Nothing celebrates community hockey in Minnesota quite like Hockey Day Minnesota, and Hastings and the local organizing committee there absolutely crushed it. Carts and King dive into the wildly successful event, the jerseys, the layout, the facilities, you name it, it was top notch. As for the Wild game against FLA, the fans were treated to entertaining game, and for the 20th time this season, the Wild pushed the game into extra time. Unfortunately coming up short in OT, because of a much less favorable RAT, the Wild grabbed a point and look to finish the month strong before their Olympic break. Later in the show, we are joined by the GusBus himself, #32 Filip Gustavsson, for some typical Gus insight, that ranges from potty training to video games. This Swedish goaltender talks about his aspirations with team Sweden, his daily fun being a dad with a couple youngsters at home, and how he sneaks in time to join teammates online for some gaming. Always fun to have this tendy on the show! Like, subscribe, and listen up. Howdy boys, it's Filip Gustavsson.

It's a classic two albums episode as we get back into the swing of the ID:UD sched here in 2026. First up, we're discussing the beginning of Die Sektor's experimentation with the well-trod aggrotech formula with 2011's Applied Structure In A Void. Next, the precisely minimal electro-EBM of Dejan Samardzic of Haujobb's solo DSX project is considered via its 2018 Soviet Synthesizer EP.

This week we welcome back Captain of the WAGs Danielle Spurgeon and a new face on the pod, Mama Moose aka Natascia Foligno. The ladies grace us with some amazing insight into their own and their husbands lives, and share some laughs with the guys. Carts and King jump around the league a bit to kick things off. They weigh in on Cart's youth hockey tourney madness, pond hockey with Anders Lee and the New York Islanders, Sergei Fedorov retirement ceremony, and more. Late in the show, we are joined by Stacey Nutini, founder of "Ladies of the NHL" Facebook groups who are doing amazing charity work, and just bringing ladies together under their shared love of NHL hockey teams around the league. It's a long one this week, but it's all amazing, so get after it, and drop a like or a comment on what you think.

The Minnesota Wild have been playing some pretty great hockey lately, but it wasn't always like that. There was a time in the fairly recent past that the fans of the Minnesota Wild were mentally in a very different place, however most Minnesotan's don't have a mental performance specialist to lean on. Yet, regardless of the lows, or the highs, the Minnesota Wild have been quite resilient, and very possibly because of the teachings of their Mental Performance Specialist Aaron Bogosian. Brother of Defenseman Zach Bogosian, Aaron grew up in a household of brothers, and seemingly was born for this job. With both a professional hockey background, and military experience, Aaron Bogosian brings a sense of presence and familial support to the Wild lockeroom. Aaron credits his work ethic and mental toughness to his upbringing, and the fact that we can now help the next generation of young hockey professionals in Minnesota, just might be his true calling. Carts and King go deep with Bogo, but only as far as one would think when you're in the presence of such selflessness. A truly interesting interview, and beyond that includes the Olympic rosters that the guys breakdown. The snubs, the stars, the trivia, it's all here to kick off 2026. Let's Go.

What if the routine choices parents make — the vitamin K shot, Hep B, even circumcision — aren't as straightforward as we've been told? Today I'm joined by Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, one of the most controversial voices in medicine, who argues that parents are being trained, not taught, and that major risks and ingredients are routinely kept out of sight. In this episode, we dive into medical transparency, the pain and impact of newborn procedures, and why more parents are questioning long-standing protocols. If this episode resonated with you, make your voice heard. The holiday season has finally arrived, and if you haven't started thawing out your thanksgiving turkey, I'd get on that or you won't be ready for dinner! Carts is a bit punch drunk on this pod, after a long day of travel and getting stuck on the runway in Winnipeg last night, but still delivered the pod in professional fashion. Kinger, knowing that Carter was sleep deprived, and assuming a possibly weakened condition, approached the age old "what's the best holiday?" topic with full confidence. We'll let you decide. The Minnesota Wild are certainly thawed out, and one might argue, HOT! King's whiskers are coming in thick, Fabes is bringing joy, Boldy is bringing leadership, and Kirill continues to bring points, but one familiar face is also back after injury...Nico Sturm. The German joins the pod this week and has a lot to say! Whether it's understanding your role, or what you can learn from playing with and against some of the biggest names in the league, Nico's wisdom is evident. This is a guy that knows how to play the game, because he's studied it, and practiced it, and then executes when it matters. So get those brats boiling, grab a beer, and settle in for an amazing show featuring your newest favorite German. Prost!

Mr.1000, Marcus Johansson drops by the pod this week to talk about his newly acquired comma, following his 1,000th NHL game and ceremony. Carts and King are simply excited to have a new Swede on the show that isn't playing between the pipes. Marcus talks about his up bringing in Sweden, his extensive NHL experience, World championships experiences, and playing with some of the greatest to play this game. JoJo's style sense also came to light, as he showed off his new kicks and talked about this new venture. It is an outstanding feat to play 1000 NHL games, and with the number of points JoJo is putting up in the first month and half of the season, it appears he's making a solid case for the Swedish National team and a potential appearance in Milan. Jojo is on a heater as of late, and we are all for him continuing this pace! Listen up and get inside the head of our stoic swede, Marcus Johansson.
The Minnesota Wild have been searching for their game, but look like they are getting closer to finding it as of late. What changed you ask? It may have to do with the return of a key ingredient in the peanut butter and jelly sandwich recipe. Carts and King breakdown what they've seen over the last week or so, and although some topics may have flashed the feeds already, the guys need to get their takes in. From Jojo's "no goal" goal," to Wallstedt doing his best Optimus Prime impression, and Trenin leading the league in hits for the moment, Wild on 7th's attention span bounces around like a TikTok feed this week. Kinger even bounces around the league with his TikTok teams! The Minnesota Wild are at home through the end of next week, so grab yourself a sandwich and a glass of milk, and listen up for some fresh takes, and a great look back with an awesome interview with Niklas Bäckström.

Carts and King aren't letting the darkness creep in, even though the boys might feel like they're in an endless tunnel right now. For a week that didn't produce much to talk about, the hosts sure had a lot to say. But let's be honest, it was a tough week to be a Minnesota sports fan, but this show is going to change all that! Buckle up for a marathon pod, all leading up to an amazing interview with some legendary Minnesota Wild Alumns in Pierre Marc Bouchard, and Brian Rolston. The guys talk about style on and off the ice, how to dangle across the blue line or on the shootout approach, and how sometimes you just need to take a clap bomb from the hashmarks. Bouchard and Rolston talk about their time under Jacques Lemaire, the fond memories of the Xcel Energy Center, and how team meals were often made at home in those days. The Minnesota Wild celebrate their first 25th anniversary game tonight against the Winnipeg Jets, so listen up for a great pre-game pod, and dust off the old sweaters for a blast from the past.
FCC Chair Brendan Carr joins the NewsBusters Podcast to discuss protecting free speech over the airwaves and online, the future of broadcast licenses, and Operation Clean Carts—his push to block fraudulent Chinese hardware from infiltrating U.S. networks.

Team Burger Shed was eliminated last week, but there was action at the fields this week. Mostly because my Memaw and Mabel Childress showed up to watch their water aerobics instructor, Coach Hicks, play in the championship game for Thunder Punch. We had a team party too.Show tickets here: https://www.x1entertainment.com/tavindillardEmail: tavindillard@gmail.comText me: 501-322-6249
