Welcome back Dog Moms (and Dog Dads)! It's been a long time since I've been here - and in this episode I discuss with my friend Simon Chun about how the recent tariffs affect businesses like ours in the pet industry. Note that I had filmed this on April 30th, 2025, and there have been changes to the tariff news. President Trump called for a 90-day temporary pause on tariffs on May 12th, so our tariff is capped at extra 30%. However, this doesn't change the content of our discussion and the uncertainty our businesses faced in the first half of 2025 and will continue to face. I hope to improve my speaking skills and my editing skills (so I can upload these faster!). Thank you for watching and being a part of my journey. Warmest of Welcomes everybody This month on the Mooglecast, Max and Zac share a one to one episode with no guest chair, no scripts, just a general chat about a variety of topics including trophy hunting burn out (R.I.P Gary), Dissidia NT 7 years later and series of games we overlooked in our lives. for the pre show we discuss the mystery of socialising aswell as usual run of the show, plat shout outs and a Tomb Raider focused entry of The Record. As Max over explains Tomb Raider has multiple era's that are suitable for retro and classic gamers and modern gamers Max and Zac both gush about GOTY contender Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and list some games that have completely been missed by them including Persona, Sly Cooper and The Evil Within. Lastly Zac has come up with a fun and mysterious new data-tastic way to tackle his backlog that compromises on finishing games and still earning some trophies, have the boys entered a new chapter in the trophy hunting meta game? Only one way to find out, as Aerosmith once said, 'Just Push Play'. Next month Colin and Zac will be taking the Mooglecast in an Xbox Direction but until then be excellent to eachother. Max
In today's episode of The Habit Within, I'm diving deep into the two very different but equally powerful ways we create change in our lives: through a Quantum Leap or through Slow, Layered Expansion.Sometimes we feel ready for a massive, immediate shift. Other times, we need space and time to let our nervous system catch up with our desires. I want to remind you: both ways are real, both ways are valid and both are rooted in self-trust.I'm also sharing a personal story about a time when slow growth became my greatest gift. Letting go of an old identity wasn't an overnight thing for me. It was a slow, sometimes uncomfortable process but it led to something so much richer, deeper, and more sustainable than I could have imagined at the time.In this episode, you'll hear: Why change can feel so difficult, even when you deeply want it What sets a Quantum Leap apart from Slow Expansion How your nervous system influences your ability to change and grow Why taking your time doesn't mean you're failing — it means you're building something real A personal look at my own slow journey of stepping away from an old identityWhether you're moving fast or unfolding slowly, this is your reminder: you're doing it right. Trust the timing of your life. Trust yourself.✨ Ready for deeper support? I'm offering a free 15-minute call this week to help you get clear on your next steps. Here's what one listener shared after our conversation:"I just wanted to write to say a sincere thank you for the time you gave me to speak one to one. I just found your knowledge and insights invaluable. I have actively researched and sought out as much information as I could possibly get my hands on to have an 'intellectual and emotional' shift/epiphany/aha moment. Your research, delivery, as well as your genuine and generous spirit, has shifted something in my core. Your mentor's 'voice' and 'spirit' is something I'd love a daily dose of! I think you should write a book; and if you do, I'll edit it for free. Warmest regards and all the very best, Jeannie XO"If that kind of shift is what you're craving, book your free 15-minute call — I would love to support you. Warmest of welcomes everybody This month on the Mooglecast, Max and Zac are joined by Gary (TheSlyGCooper) for a half (maybe 1/4) failed attempt at a Mooglecast X PlatinumAchievements episode. The meat & potatoes for the episode was centred on some of our favourite boss battles across all video games. Complete with a huge amount of audience write ins we had a chance to dive into the the fundimentals of a memorable boss fight and how its not just good combat design or appearance bit rather a collective of equal factors. From One Winged Angels to Dark Alien Kings, From Underworld warriors to OP Wrestlers. We each list 5 of our best and most memorable foes. Relive the nostalgia and frustration. We'll see you in May but until then. Be excellent to eachother. Max P.S We had multiple technical difficulties whilst recording this episode, luckily we caught them all very quickly but we apologise if the talkers full thoughts weren't spoken. Thank you for your understanding.

It came as no surprise that 2024 ended up as the warmest year on records. It was the hottest year since record keeping began in 1880. The global average temperature was 1.28 degrees Celsius (or 2.3 degrees Fahrenheit) above the 20th-century baseline period of 1951-1980. It was actually 1.47 degrees above the 1850-1900 average. Earlier this month, I had the privilege of speaking at a Masterclass hosted by my dear friend Simon Paine, co-founder of the Rebel Business School. Simon is a Clarity Coach and a successful entrepreneur in his own right, and it's always a pleasure to speak with his community. One of the highlights of the session was a live coaching demo I did with Evie, who shared her struggles with imposter syndrome and her dream of stepping into her full potential. What unfolded was one of those transformative conversations that cuts through noise and gets to the heart of what really holds us back - and what's possible when we trust the wisdom within. In this week's podcast episode, you'll discover: Why imposter syndrome is nothing more than a case of mistaken identity - and how to see past it. The truth about fear and courage How to uncover the path life is calling you to take (the one your heart already knows), even when your head doubts it. After our session, Evie sent me a heartfelt email about her experience. With her permission, here's what she shared: Hi Jamie I just wanted to drop a personal thank you for yesterday's Master Transformational Impact session via Rebel Business School. Whilst I found the whole session to be inspirational, the one on one section did exactly as it said on the tin. I've awoken today with a released sense of clarity and purpose. So much of what you spoke about resonated deeply with me, and our conversation cracked open something inside that I've been working on for a number of years. It felt as though in that held space I finally felt my heart take over from the negativity in my brain. It was powerful. So, thank you again. I am truly grateful for our conversation yesterday. Warmest wishes Evie Jones This episode is a chance to reconnect with your own inner wisdom and say yes to what life is calling you to create. He reads this letter during his visit: Dear Jim and John, Ho, ho, ho! And because they've been so good, I thought they deserved a very special gift this Christmas season. The elves at the North Pole have been hard at work in their workshop—and with a little magical engineering, they've built something extra special: a brand-new radio signal to spread even more joy across Appleton and the Fox Valley! Warmest of Welcomes everybody and SURPRISE! As a little extra something Myself and Zaclre decided to sit down and have an impromtu catch up to talk about what we've been playing and to give our initial thoughts on the majority of exciting new announcements/trailers featured at The Game Awards 2024. This was an informal discussion with not scripts or notes present, 100% rawdogged. For the pre show we discussed the differences between christmas in the typical media sense vs christmas in New Zealand. Which would you prefer? Christmas BBQs on the beach or Mini christmas in July? These are normal things in this corner of the earth. We hope you enjoy the rawdog nature of this episode and we'll see you soon! Be excellent to each other this holiday season! Max
Warmest of Welcomes everybody. As promised DLC Pack episode 6 welcomes the return of SluggerJD aka Josh, where we continue our PS+ Premium Classics Wishlist, this time focusing on the PS2 and what better time to be focusing on this console after Sony recently raised a middle finger to Nintendo and moved the goal post with 160 million PS2 confirmed to have been sold, a fantastic achievement. This time myself (Max) and Josh shortened our lists and named 10 games with 5 honourable mentions, but on an ultra rare occasion decided to open the flood gates and invited all TrophyTalk Podcast discord community members whether patrons or not to write in with PS2 games they'd like to see added to the service, and within the 18 hour window for submissions you guys came through with some great picks bringing us up to around 60 games mentioned. So thank you guys for your submissions. We hope you enjoy this one, please keep an eye out for the announcement as mentioned in the episode, until then I'll be back next month with ThePortlandKevin of the Playstation Plus Game Club to talk about our memories of the Nintendo 64. Until then enjoy the show and be excellent to eachother. Max

Warmest of Welcomes everybody. This month on DLC pack we're ''celebrating'' the 4th birthday of the PS5 and whilst the system has been the better selling console of the generation, the system and Sony themselves have been met with a lot of criticism by the user base. Like parents with dangerously high expectations of their children that only want to be loved, we thought it best to further criticize our pride & joy on its 4th birthday and talk about how we feel the PS5 can improve... Happy Birthday PlayStation 5. In the chairs this episode are of course myself (Max), along with the big man himself Colin (CKpresent), and a newish face around the discord Kade (TheGreenGorillaGamer). A dynamic power trio to say the least, I've been part of the PlayStation ecosystem since the PS1, Colin from the 360 and transitioned to PS4, whilst interestingly enough Kade had an extremely limited exposure to gaming until only a few years ago which gave us an entirely new and interesting perspective on Sony's growing trend of PS4 to PS5 Remasters. Also in this near 2hr 15min episode we discuss our level thoughts on the generation thus far, Sony's live service initiative, PlayStation's vacant first person shooter spot and our thoughts on the arrival of the PlayStation 5 Pro. We hope you enjoy and I'll see you in December where I'll be reunited with Josh to pick up our PS2 premium classics Wishlist episode. Until then, be excellent to each other. Max

Warmest of Welcomes Everybody. This month on DLC Pack, Max is joined by fellow discord member ZacLre to talk about the Final Fantasy series as a whole. With questions from the audience taking the wheel and steering the show to its destination, we cover our favourite and least favourite games in the series and our thoughts on the evolution of combat systems. Have you ever wondered 'how in great greagors gash am I supposed to get into this series?!' Well we covered that too with our own beginners guide for getting into the series and finally we talk about what Square Enix has planned for the future of the series. We know we can expect the final installment of the FF7 Remake trilogy in 2028 but what does the silent Square Enix have cooking in the meantime? When can we expect Final Fantasy 17? Is Final Fantasy 9 Remake cancelled? What will become of the 20+ year old MMO Final Fantasy 11 in its life support stage? To warm up we also took some time to talk about some of the games we've been playing and had some short thoughts on the previous DLC Pack episode following the September State of Play. We hope you enjoy this one and I'll see you next month for episode 5. Peace! Max [Pre-recorded 5th October 2024]

WORK WITH ME Cindy Myers Ambassador to Animals, Humans and Spirit Welcome to YourEnergyHealer.com, your sanctuary for spiritual growth and healing. I'm Cindy Myers, a dedicated energy healer, intuitive guide, and passionate advocate for holistic wellness for you and your pets. Through my journey, I've been blessed to discover my calling in life—to assist others in navigating their own paths to healing and self-discovery. At the heart of my practice, I am an experienced energy healer specializing in the ability to work with both humans and animals. I'm certified in the Emotion Code and Reiki, I earned a Master's Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from the prestigious Pacifica Graduate Institute. It was during this time of advanced study that I developed one of my passions of interpreting dreams and obtained invaluable mentoring and skills coaching individuals. I have a long history of people naturally drawn to me sharing their fears and life challenges. Many are amazed that I transformed from an engineer working for the Navy before transitioning to a life on an alpaca farm and working as an intuitive energy healer and animal communicator. But it was because of those huge life transitions throughout my life that provide the real life experience to guide you in your own personal growth. My intuitive abilities enable me to connect deeply with individuals, see beyond their fears and provide supportive guidance as they explore their inner worlds and unlock their full potential. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a profound belief in the interconnectedness of all beings. My mission at YourEnergyHealer.com is to offer a comprehensive range of personalized healing services designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit of not only individuals but also their beloved pets and animals. Recognizing the deep bond between humans and animals, I am committed to extending healing and balance to your furry and feathered companions. Whether you're seeking relief from physical ailments, emotional distress, or spiritual blockages for yourself or your animal friends, my goal is to facilitate a transformative experience that leads to profound and lasting change for all beings involved. By incorporating pets and animals into our healing journey, we honor the interconnectedness of all life and work towards holistic wellness for our entire family. It wasn't until into my adulthood that I discovered I was an empath also known as a highly sensitive person or sensate intuitive. I struggled through my teens and young adulthood with terrible anxiety and depression. It was hard to get through day-to-day activities, especially through high school. I often think of those years as my “dark years.” I was in deep pain that I didn't understand and didn't have the language to describe. It wasn't until fairly recently that I realized that not only was I suffering with my own anxiety and depression, but as an empath, I was picking up and absorbing all that teenaged angst of my classmates. I dreaded facing school each day. I somewhat grew out of this intense anxiety as I entered the workforce, I still battled anxiety. I knew something wasn't right but I had no idea where to begin figuring it out. Finally, I found my own mentor and guide. I learned to meditate and spirit guides began appearing. I began to understand my intuition and what it meant to be an empath. Instead of fearing it, I thought it would be incredible if I could use this “gift” to benefit others. Working with clients as part of my Master's Degree Curriculum honed my listening skills. It was discovering alpacas that trained me to become an animal communicator. I've since incorporated using alpacas to teach animal communication classes. Because of those hard emotional times, it has become another mission of my life and practice to help others dealing with anxiety and depression. I found so many are also empathic intuitive individuals that don't realize how empathic they are. After a few simple questions, I help you to discover if you are an empath and what that means to you. And then the next level of work begins in providing you tools in handling that fact. It is actually possible and very doable to turn the challenges of being an empath into a superpower. But it is very important to learn how to protect yourself and how to be an empath. I encourage you to go explore my services and events on this site. I tailor our sessions to your needs. I'm guided in those sessions not only by my spirit guides but I'm listening with my third ear to your higher self in knowing how best to support you. When you choose a service, you will receive a link to my online calendar. Select a time and provide me a good phone number to reach you and I'll call you at the appointed time. I do almost all my sessions over the phone for you or your pets. If you reside outside the United States, please let me know and we can use other methods to connect. I have clients all over the country and world. Explore my events page too and you will find regularly scheduled Group Online Healing Circles where I provide you a guided meditation that promotes physical and emotional healing. You will also grow your authentic self during these impactful sessions. I also teach various course from dream workshops where you learn how to interpret your dreams, learn how to connect with your spirit guides, learn how to communicate with animals and much more. I also write blogs regularly and you can read what my thoughts are on all these vast subjects of intuitive listening. I'm so appreciative that I have combined all my passions in this business. I've taken my joy in writing and art to create several books which you can check out on my books page. I don't think I've had more fun than when I wrote and illustrated the toddler books. In all my books, I fold in important life lessons. In my memoir, I wrote about how I came to living on my alpaca farm in Oregon and how animals provided me many life lessons that make me a better “two-legged” (that's how they see us humans). My second book, 5 Steps to Animal Communication, provides you simple techniques to practice to develop your own intuitive skills with your pet(s). I incorporated lessons I learned working with children when I was studying to be a therapist to create my children's books. You can explore all my books on this website.
