Patterns For Agile - Templates for Success

In this episode, we continue a tour of patterns for Agile.  We will see definitions we need to set as well as tools for success.  A deeper review of this can be found on the DZone web site.  However, this should give you a good start on a checklist of items to include.  When you skip any of these, you reduce your odds of a successful Agile project. Increments We have talked about this before.  However, it is important to call out as one of the patterns for Agile.  We need to set the incremental schedule we will use for things like sprints and the related estimates.  The team works better when they can plan based on set time frames.  An example would be the length of a sprint.  This process's key property is a set amount of time per sprint as opposed to trying to complete stories during varying lengths of time.  Think about a sports match.  The players will not be happy if you tell them the match will end based on some random factor instead of a set score or time limit. Information Radiator Communication is key throughout this process.  The information radiator is our primary means of this communication.  There must be a mechanism for providing the current project status to team members.  This goal is often achieved through a Kanban board, whether physically in an office or digitally on a team site.  The radiator provides information on the tasks, the assignments, and the current status.  It should also be kept as up-to-date as possible. Inspect and Adapt The team will not improve if they cannot assess where they are and where they have been.  This pattern is an essential step in improving over time.  The team inspects what they have done and how they accomplished objectives.  Next, they make changes and adapt their processes to get better the next time.  This concept leads us to the next pattern. Iterate Iterating, in this context, is a science.  The goal is to get closer to the desired objective with each iteration.  It will often go hand-in-hand with the Inspect and Adapt pattern to make changes that get us closer to the desired results.  When an iteration gets further from the goal, then we need to correct it the next time. This process is sort of like guessing a number via hi-low.  You make the first guess to eliminate several possibilities.  For example, to guess a number from one to twenty, you guess ten first and eliminate half the options.  You then proceed to halve the options again and quickly get to the number.  When we iterate smartly, we have a method similar to this. Limiting Works In Progress We want to complete a story with each sprint.  There is also a desire to squeeze in as much work as possible.  On a sprint level, we want to limit items that are in progress and pushed to the next sprint.  Within a sprint, we want to complete the steps as soon as possible.  Then, the next step can be taken.  A common example is coding a task and marking it complete.  Therefore, testing or code review can begin. We take a look at Agile patterns as we come to the end of this season.  There has been a lot of content covered.  However, we do not want to move on without looking at tools for implementing these practices.  Fortunately, there is an excellent DZone article on Agile patterns for those that want to dig deeper into these. Avatars An avatar is exactly what you might expect on a project.  It can take the form of a magnet, a pin color, or a miniature of some sort.  It could even be a playing piece from a board game.  This pattern aims to give each dev team member a limited number of items they can work on at a time.  When a ticket is "claimed," the avatar is used to mark it.  Thus, everyone can see who is doing what and it keeps members from being spread too thin. The Backlog This pattern is one of several of the agile patterns we will cover that have already been mentioned numerous times in our discussions.  These items are likely already known to you in some way.  However, they are still patterns we want to embrace as part of the agile process. Controlled Failure We are allowed to stop or pause tasks and even sprints as part of the Agile approach.  There are many discussions available about the challenge of addressing lost opportunity and sunk cost.  However, that is only part of what this pattern addresses.  Also, we need to be able to stop forward momentum at times to embrace change.  Controlled failure permits us to stop what we are doing to focus on something that has greater value. Done It is amazing how varied the idea of "done" can be.  Likewise, that makes it one of the agile patterns we need to address as part of communicating.  We need to agree on what certain terms and concepts mean, so the team members have a firm understanding of what is needed and communicated.  The idea of "done" and how we progress tasks is important to define.  When we do, we give the team members the tools needed to dive into tasks and complete them in the agreed manner. This pattern extends to assumptions that include testing, quality assurance, code reviews, and more.  We want to define how tasks are worked on and progressed through to deployment.  That gives us a consistent method of evaluating progress and quality. Estimating/Forecasting The scrum approach avoids specific time estimates, where possible.  Instead, we provide general forecasting around task complexity and level-of-effort.  That ambiguity requires the team to have a common understanding of what our scoring mechanism relates to.  For example, a team that uses estimates values of 1,2,3,5,8,13,21 needs to have some basis for assigning those values to tasks.  We are not saying a 1 takes one hour of work.  However, we do need to provide a framework for assigning these values.  The team will always have variations on their forecasting (based on understanding and experience).  Nevertheless, we need some common ground to keep the variations from being too broad. Individuals and Interactions Over Processes And Tools

We shift slightly in our tour of the Agile Manifesto to focus on the opening statements.  In this episode, we dig into the value of individuals and interactions while acknowledging processes and tools.  The essential point in these opening statements is that all of these are valuable.  However, we find some to have more value than others.  This valuation should help us decide on how to make decisions and move forward with a project. We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value: Individuals and interactions over processes and tools A Slave To Your Tools There is a well-known bit of wisdom that says when you only have a hammer; everything is a nail.  This intellectual nugget stumbles upon how we can become a slave to our tools.  When you look at the modern IT world, this has become pervasive.  Many job positions include a long list of tools that are required or preferred.  Think about that.  We have decided that it is often more important to follow a process than solve a problem.  That is why this point is made.  We need tools and techniques.  However, we can be weakened by focusing on them too much.  A better approach is to emphasize individuals and interactions.  In other words, a similar experience over a specific tool or environment. An Army of One Many years ago, there was a marketing campaign for the U.S. Army.  The tagline was "an army of one."  There are many ways you could interpret this phrase.  However, it does highlight the individual in a team.  Success requires this granular focus.  When we ignore the individuals and attempt to force them into a process, mold, or environment, success is at risk.  We cannot take that approach and still have an environment that draws the best out of each team member. A Framework And Constraints This point does not direct us to let the "inmates run the asylum."  We still need to have a process that the team follows and tools to help get the job done.  Instead of choosing one over the other, we need to find a way to pair these items to get the best out of our team.  Therefore, start with the team and select tools and processes rather than the other way around. The Twelve Principles and Overall Manifesto Challenge of The Week: Are you using your tools or are they using you?

Can we go ahead and break the stigma behind seeking therapy? You're not weak for needing medical, professional health. Taking care of your spirituality AND mental well being is taking ownership of your mental health. Owning your struggles and recognizing areas of weakness is only the beginning. In order to truly become better versions of ourselves, we need to take action. We need to take action in strengthening your mental health is an incredible act of bravery.  This week, I am breaking down the stigmas behind seeking therapy as Christians. I'm sharing what it means to take care of your mental health. A year ago, I sought out therapy in order to strengthen the areas in my life. There were areas that I either wasn't aware of. And there were also things that I didn't want to even admit to myself. There is no shame in seeking medical help. And honestly, everyone could use a little therapy at some point in their lives.  Topics Discussed: Why mental health isn't always stemmed from a lack of faith Recognizing that asking for help is an incredible act of bravery Understanding the difference(s) between spiritual health & mental health Question of the Week: “Are there areas in your life that you haven't been able to fully process through? Send them to ani@hairextensionsecret.com For Big Money Stylist, we go over the following formula each month: Week #1: Power Week #2: Production Week #3: Profit Week #4: Protection In This Week’s Episode…..PRODUCTION Point #1: What’s the Lesson? No matter what industry you’re in, you’re going to have your share of crazy client stories. Danielle is quick to remind us, “If you have a ton of crazy clients, I want you to consider that you might be the crazy one.” When you do have those crazy clients, step back and ask yourself what you can learn from them or from the situation. Take a look inside your consultation process, ask yourself what you will or won’t tolerate, and look at your policies to see if you need to make an adjustment. QUESTION As you think back to some of your crazy encounters, what lessons did you learn? What have you fine-tuned or changed as a result?   Point #2: From Fucked Up to Fabulous…Over Time When you have a client with really fucked up hair and yet they want an immediate transformation, you’ve got to have some honest and hard conversations with them and share with them a realistic timeline which includes getting their hair to a healthy place along the way. The better the integrity of the natural hair, the more natural the extensions are going to look. When your client’s hair is fried and not in a good place, it needs time to recover. Over time, the look they’re going for will be achieved…and they will thank you for it. QUESTION What has been your experience with this?   Point #3: I’ll Do Anything A lot of artists are SO excited when they get an NBR lead – a $2k service – that they are willing to do ANYTHING. And they’ll take on clients they know they shouldn’t because they’re afraid to have a conversation with them. “I will tell you from personal experience that it will bite you in the ass!” warns Danielle. At the beginning of her career, Danielle would be so stressed out because she thought she had to service everyone…including doing toe waxing. “When you’re seeing a lot of red flags and you’re hitting a ton of resistance, that client may not be right for you. It’s ok. Don’t get so hungry and excited for a lead that, in the long term, could end up costing you more time and stress.” QUESTION Are you a people pleaser, a conflict avoider, or are you just so damn excited to get an NBR client that you’re willing to ignore all the red flags?   Point #4: Can You Be Bought? A salon hopper is someone who hops from salon to salon until they find someone willing to give them what they want, most of the time ending up with fucking shitty-ass hair because, ultimately, they refuse to listen to the recommendations of the artists. In the end, they find an artist willing to give in and compromise their standards. Danielle has learned from personal experience that it’s better to let them go. “We’re in the service industry so people think it’s almost a given that our time can be bought. There are certain people that cannot buy my time. It doesn’t mean I’m a bitch about it or rude, but more matter of fact: I’m a professional, here’s what I’m offering and what I’m willing to do.” QUESTION What are you learning from this conversation?   Point #5: Newsflash Color is SO important! The biggest no-no with extensions in before and after photos when you have one platinum color extension slapped in and it doesn’t match the hair. “We’re not in the 90s, we’re not in the day of Kelly Clarkson. You can no longer mix a dark brown and a platinum blonde. It just doesn’t work.” Coming up in 2020: Look for big conventions with Danielle and Ani and the training team, as well as smaller classes. For Mastermind only, Shadowing is officially opening up at DKW Styling Salon and the team of trainers’ salons as well. To receive all of the exciting news of upcoming events for 2020, go to bigmoneystylist.com and enter in your email. QUESTION What excites you the most about what’s in store for you inside of BMS? Quote of the Week: “Are you a people pleaser or a conflict avoider? I want you to consider that you’re not actually that nice, you’re just avoiding conflict and confrontation with your client. And then in the end, when you end up giving them what they want, it fucks you anyway.” — Danielle K White “Even if the client is sitting your chair, you can still deny them. Just like when people say they wanted to cancel their wedding but it was too late…you can be walking down the aisle and still cancel your wedding because it’s NEVER too late.” —Anianne Rivera

Own It! For Entrepreneurs. Talking Digital Marketing, Small Business, Being Digital Nomads and Success Thinking

Are you creating wealth in your business, or simply exchanging time for money? Nicola Cairncross and Judith Morgan discuss how self-employed people can secure their own financial future.   In The Show Both Nicola and Judith have been struck down by evil bugs without knowing how they were infected. They’ve each been taken out of the game for between 24 and 72 hours, stricken and taken to their beds without energy to do anything. Consequently, Nicola is behind with NaNoWriMo and Judith’s abandoned it altogether. As if that wasn’t enough, Nicola has been suffering power cuts and Judith lost her emails for 24 hours last weekend. It has been quite a challenging week all round.   What's Fuelled Their Fire? Nicola’s been enjoying thinking around the issues experienced by her daughter and her niece and noticing how that inspires content for her returning vzine. Judith is finding her diary full of strangers and her inbox full of book sales and wonders if she was tempting fate when she started to talk about taking another sabbatical.   Focus of the Week Are you creating wealth in your business, or simply exchanging time for money? Do you pay yourself first by saving the first 10% of everything you make? If not, do you have savings, investments and/or pensions? What’s your plan for your financial future? How can self-employed people secure their own financial future or does that go against the nature of being an entrepreneur, naturally a risk-taker?   Words of the Week Nicola chooses Conversion and Judith picks Scathed.   Project Updates Talk in this section is of podcast jobs which still sit on the To Do List, being behind after illness and big visitor numbers on various social media platforms.   Who or What’s Impressed? Both are impressed by Lee Child and his latest book #23, Past Tense. Nicola has finished it, Judith’s only half-way through but they each explain why he’s impressive and talk about why he’s so readable. Lee Child is an example of a self-employed person who has used his creative business model to secure his own financial future long since.   Thanks for listening! Is There Room for Another Podcast? with Joel Comm - The Podcast Report

Joel Comm is here today to chat with me about if there is room for another podcast. He has a new podcast that is less than nine months old, yet he is having amazing success. This is because Joel is delivering content that his audience is hungry for. We also take a look at the specifics of Joel's podcast. We look at how he is getting revenue and where it is coming from. This podcast is about crypto, and he is connecting a very specific audience to a very specific offer. The power of this industry is making solid connections the way that Joel is doing. Tip of the Week: Are you considering sponsorships for your podcast? If so, think about a sponsor that will still sound good in one year, two years, or later down the line. You want your sponsorship to sound like a strategic implementation of what you are trying to do. Add sponsors that tell a more complete story of where your podcast is going. Is There Room for Another Podcast? [02:55] Joel and I have known each other for about a decade. He has rebooted and gone through different products over that time, but he has always remained successful. [03:05] The podcast we talk about today is not his first podcast, but it is an extremely successful podcast. [03:25] Joel wrote one of the first twitter books called Twitter Power. [03:59] The Bad Crypto Podcast started in July 2017. It was started on a whim as a case of opportunity meets action. [04:48] Bad Crypto's average Spotify downloads are over 1000 a day. They have had half a million downloads in February. Since July, 3 million across the board. [06:23] Before Joel and his co-host Travis Wright started the Bad Crypto Podcast a lot of the other crypto podcasts out there were kind of dry and over people's heads. They decided to take an approach that was more fun and focused on learning together. [08:05] Joel tries not to listen to other crypto podcasts, because he wants to make sure that they keep doing something different and unique without having outside influences. [09:30] The success of Joel's podcast is a combination of many things from timing to their unique content. Joel was slow to start working with crypto. [10:30] Travis and Joel were talking about having a crypto podcast, and then they decided to make it a reality. [11:07] They started their podcast with no idea that the big crypto boom was coming. [12:25] They started using Spotify in September and their numbers just kind of tracked along with the numbers on Libsyn. They are in 190 countries worldwide. [14:02] Joel shares his podcast monetization strategy. They are super transparent. One show is an ICO spotlight. ICO stands for initial coin offering. Companies get to come on the show and tell listeners about their ICO. [15:27] They will offer companies sponsored slots on an ICO show. They charge the company for that slot which is usually a 15 to 18 minute interview. [15:48] They usually do three of those in an episode. Their numbers are on the high side, and they're not going to take sponsors that don't fit. [17:07] They also have some crypto related sponsors. [17:53] They have also taken the Bad Crypto Show on the road and actually created a live experience. They have a funny, engaging, and interactive experience that adds a whole new dimension to these crypto conferences. [19:05] The Bad Crypto Live Shows were an unintended consequence. People could try to copy them, but it would be obvious. [19:10] They have a really unique niche within this vertical. [19:55] How podcasters are now becoming fascinating entities. [21:24] How doing Bad Crypto Live is so much more fun than doing a professional keynote speech. It's like doing improv. [22:28] They now have a team to help manage the show. All of the aspects of podcasting can be really draining. They like to focus on what they do best which is creating content and speaking. [23:09] Is there room for new podcasts? Of course.Tell a story that is unique and be true to yourself. [23:28] Why would you want to copy what somebody else is doing. Do something unique. In this week's episode Garrett is back from vacation and ready to share new insights on the topic of Profit from his experiences in Maui as well as the experiences from his past to shape the way in which he approaches making money now. It requires looking at profit from a different angle of making money and understanding its impact in our lives through the concept that dollars follow value instead of the other way around. The following topics will be discussed every month: Week 1: Power Week 2: Production Week 3: Profit Week 4: Protection In This Week's Episode....PROFIT Golden Nugget #1: The Business of Profit The ultimate purpose of all business is to make a profit. In order to pull anything off inside of business, you have to actually give a shit about being profitable, and you must also be comfortable with the idea of being extremely profitable. The only game that exists is this rising, shifting experience of taking what was once a luxury and creating it as a necessity - expanding your standard for profitability inside of your business.   QUESTION: What was once a luxury for you that has now become a necessity? Golden Nugget #2: Growth and Expansion Why do I keep pushing? The purpose of my life is to expand. The purpose of my life is to grow. It will never be enough. It’s not about the money, it’s about the growth.  If you do not have large stockpiles of cash inside of the vault, and if you do not have recurring revenue coming in consistently every single day and every single month into your business - continually expanding the riverbeds - then what you are is a slothful businessman.   QUESTION: What's inside your vault?   Golden Nugget #3: The Discomfort of Profit There was a time when Garrett found all sorts of ways to give away and waste his money, finding ways to guarantee that he wouldn’t take home much money even though the business was doing well. He was uncomfortable with the idea of sitting on top of high level profitability in his business. The discomfort of profit becomes the constriction and suffocation of profitability. You will not continue to push if you are uncomfortable with the results of pushing - which is getting paid.   QUESTION: How has being uncomfortable with profit stifled growth in your business?   Golden Nugget #4: The Greatest Enemy to Profitability The fact and reality is this: when you don't come from much, it pushes you to produce and fucking hustle. Once you begin to build, you arrive at this second problem: abundance -  where your 'fight or flight' mechanism is shut off. The greatest enemy of profitability is being ok with the status quo. Your company begins to implode itself out of boredom or you begin to destroy your business and life out of boredom. You begin operating from a weird, twisted sense of protection that no longer forces innovation and expansion.   QUESTION: What are the roots of your experience with money?   Golden Nugget #5: Profitability Linked to Value Created Dollars follow value, and your value is the ability for you to solve problems for people. If you want to deliver more value, you have to solve more problems more efficiently for more people. The end. It is not rocket science. People need simplicity. Speak to them in real talk terms around problems and painful consequences and pleasurable possibilities. Present many case studies that demonstrate how to go from pain to possibility. Results are inarguable.   QUESTION: If you were to expand the profitability inside your business, what would you actually have to do? What is the one big thing that must change inside of your business to maximize your profits?   If the King doesn't rise, the Kingdom dies!   Quote of the Week: "Are you comfortable with being profitable, with being ok and unapologetic with the amount of money you spend, the lifestyle you live, the businesses that you build, the direction that you’re going, no matter if it means that the circle of influence that you’re currently with does not understand you, does not support you, and will not get you to the place you want to go - and know that you've got to let them go?"

Transformation Tuesdays was inspired by the CD "The Jesus Question" by Matthew Kelly. Deacon Jimmy Ghiglione and Aaron Emig recap the Gospel from the prior Sunday and give action steps and resources to transform our lives for that week every Tuesday at 2:10 p.m. at Morris Hall from Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville, IL…A Spiritual Home from Everyone. Deacon Jimmy Ghiglione: Hello, I’m Deacon Jimmy Ghiglione Aaron Emig: And I’m Aaron Emig and we are celebrating the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ… The Question for this week is… Is what we receive at Communion really Jesus OR a symbol of Jesus? The Gospel comes from: John 6:51-58 Deacon Jimmy Ghiglione: Today we celebrate the reality of Jesus’ presence in the Eucharist. The reality that Jesus is really, truly and completely present on the altar at Mass, in the tabernacle and for all of us who receive at communion. That this presence of Jesus is mystically, mysteriously and miraculously the same presence of Jesus that appeared to the apostles in the upper room. The same presence of Jesus that exists in heaven. Jesus, that is, WHO we receive at communion time. That is, WHO it is who is present in the tabernacle at this very moment. This belief and faith in the real presence is the most important aspect of our Catholic faith. Aaron Emig: The great sacrament of the Eucharist… Again, Jesus us another great promise… If we eat his flesh and drink his blood we will have eternal life… How great is that? When we receive his body and blood, Jesus remains in us and us in Him… How awesome is that Jesus can be with us at all times? Deacon Jimmy Ghiglione: Now if all of this teaching about the Eucharist is true, and it is, then how can it be that the results of all the most recent surveys show that a majority of American Catholics either do not know or do not believe in our Lord truly present in the Eucharist. How can it be that so many ignore or disrespect our loving Lord Jesus by refusing to see Sunday mass attendance not only as a moral obligation, but more importantly as an awesome privilege to receive Jesus in this most close and personal way. Friends it’s the closest we can ever be to Him this side of heaven. This is really, truly and substantially our Lord Jesus that we are receiving not some meaningless, ancient ritual. But the living presence of the living God. Our Lord Jesus in the Eucharist…. The Real Person……. Real Presence……. Real Power Aaron Emig: We need to really believe that Jesus’ body and blood will give us eternal life… Next time when you receive the Eucharist… Really pray and mediate that Jesus is again part of you… Just focus on Jesus and accept that He remains in you and you in Him… Deacon Jimmy Ghiglione: Wisdom Words for the Week Are… "I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world." John 6:51 Aaron Emig: Transformation Tool… The Joy of the Gospel book by Pope Francis Our Papa basically tells us why the Gospel is the foundation of Christianity and how it helps us build that personal relationship with Jesus… We are giving free copies of the book at Morris Hall on each Tuesday at 2:10 p.m.… Again, on while supplies last… Aaron Emig: Transformation Tuesdays Prayer… “Jesus, how do You want me to transform my life today?” Deacon Jimmy Ghiglione: God Bless from Ss. Wheat-related digestive problems are something you've probably heard of before, but less commonly known is the effect that long-term gluten exposure has on your entire body. Guest speaker, Dr. Peter Osborne, will help you understand why "heart-healthy" whole grain bread might be making your joints hurt or contributing to chronic pain of all types. You'll learn how to rethink your everyday food choices to avoid gluten altogether. Dr. Peter Osborne is the clinical director of Origins Healthcare Center. He is a doctor of chiropractic medicine and a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist. His focus is on natural treatments of degenerative diseases with a primary focus on gluten sensitivity and food allergies. He founded Gluten Free Society in 2010 to help educate on the far-reaching effects of gluten sensitivity. His new book, No Grain, No Pain: A 30-Day Diet for Eliminating Chronic Pain—for Life is available on Amazon and at all major booksellers. ---------------------------------------- Listen & Learn: How grains can lead to leaky gut Why ages 35-40 are often when long-term gluten exposure begins to create problems How modern bread products have changed with Glyphosate-sprayed crops, higher gluten levels, and mycotoxins from storage Why anyone with rheumatoid arthritis or any other auto-immune condition should at least try going gluten free Nutritional Tip of the Week: Are non-stick pans safe?   Links & References from the Show: No Grain No Pain Got questions? Triangle Tactical Podcast - Competitive Shooting, Mostly

You've probably seen the videos online for the Urban Carry holster. It's the little pouch holster that you put your gun in, and then it all drops inside your pants. When it's time to draw the pistol, you undo a little magnetic flap with your weak hand, and pull up, which pulls the pistol up where you can grab it with your strong hand. Ben was really interested in one of these, so we ordered up one for his Springfield XDs that he's been reviewing for about a month now. ### Pros:It's the most comfortable holster he's ever used, hands down. It's also well made. The leather seems to be of good quality, the stitching is nice, and and it's stamped with the Urban Carry logo on the back. Cons: Three cons with the Urban Carry that Ben found: Something about the holster and XDs combination in the Appendix position worn on a guy makes Ben (and me when I tried the holster) look like you're... happy to see everyone.   Ben is that an Urban Carry or are you glad to see me? It's just an Urban Carry. #bonerholster #underreview A photo posted by TriangleTactical.net (@triangletactical) on Dec 5, 2015 at 12:44pm PST The next issue that the Urban Carry holster has a little pouch sewn onto the back of the holster that's supposed to be for carrying your concealed carry permit in. This is a terrible idea. Invision this scenario: "Yes officer, I have a permit for my gun, it's right here" and then reaches for the gun without even thinking about it. At best, you'll make the police officer really nervous, and worst, who knows. The last issue Ben had with the holster was that sometimes on the draw stroke, the butt of the pistol would get stuck under his belt, and then when he would try to draw the pistol by pulling up on the flap it wouldn't come up. This would require him to then stick a thumb down under his belt to release the tension, and then he could draw the pistol. Is it a deal breaker for a deep cover holster? That's up to you, but it can definitely slow down the draw unexpectedly. Final word on the Urban Carry holster: Ben think's it sits on the spectrum of carry somewhere between his INCOG, and off body carry. It's not super fast and reliable, but it's better than having your gun in a bag that may or may not be near you. The News: No big articles this week, but we talk over the narrative that's being pushed by the media (and the President) that we need to keep people who are on the terrorist watch list from buying guns. There's a big problem with this: There is no due process for someone to get put on the terrorist watch list, so if getting put on the list then denies them a constitutionally protected right, that's a problem.   Plug of the Week: Are you a Redditor? If so, you should be checking out Ben's Monday Morning Match Recap threads on the r/CompetitionShooting subreddit. The subreddit is pretty great in and of itself, but Ben's Monday morning thread is something I check out every Monday. Check it out. Contact luke@triangletactical.net ben@triangletactical.net
