The BE with Champions podcast is an absolute gem for sports enthusiasts and anyone looking for inspiration from the lives of remarkable individuals. Hosted by Greg Bennett, a former professional triathlete, this podcast delves deep into the lives of ex-athletes and other experts in the field. While initially skeptical about being interested in the lives of ex-athletes, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible conversations that took place on this podcast.

One of the best aspects of The BE with Champions podcast is Greg Bennett's interviewing style. Rather than sticking to a traditional interview format, Bennett creates a conversational atmosphere that allows for authentic and engaging discussions with his guests. This approach makes it feel like you're listening in on a conversation between friends rather than just a formal interview. Furthermore, Greg's expertise in the field adds another layer of insight to each conversation as he asks questions from personal experience and understanding.

Another aspect that sets this podcast apart is its range of guests. From world-renowned athletes to experts in different fields, each episode offers something unique and valuable. The combination of athletes and experts provides a holistic perspective on various topics related to performance, training, health, and mindset. As an age group athlete myself, I found these episodes particularly helpful as they offered practical tips for improving my own performance.

While there are many strengths to this podcast, one area for improvement could be having more women guests. Although there have been some episodes featuring women athletes and entrepreneurs, it would be great to have even more diverse perspectives and stories shared on the show. That being said, it's clear that Greg values these stories too and actively seeks out female voices in future episodes.

In conclusion, The BE with Champions podcast is a must-listen for anyone interested in sports or personal development. With its conversational style, insightful questions, and diverse range of guests, this show provides an enriching experience for listeners. Whether you're looking for motivation or practical advice, this podcast has it all. Greg Bennett's passion for the subject matter shines through in each episode, making this show a true gem in the podcasting world.
