We talk a lot about how adding muscle makes your body look amazing, but did you know that muscle IS medicine? In this episode we talk with Gillian Schmidt, MD about her novel approach of prescribing muscle as medicine for healing many obesity and age-related diseases. Dr. Schmidt is a board-certified internist who is on the front-lines of battling the obesity epidemic.
