This week on the Deep Dive Podcast, my guest Milan shares with us how he has paid a high price in every aspect of his life because of his perfectionism. This led to a lot of tension and unhappiness both for him and for those around him. Sadly, Milan's perfectionism also costed him his marriage. It was only after retirement, Milan learned more about how the mind works through his coaching training, and decided the chose personal growth rather than the rigid way of perfectionism.
