    Today, we discuss about why I stopped taking new clients & embarked on a spiritual journey!   I tried everything from Crystals to Somatic Bodywork sessions.   But WHY?   I was burnt out and felt totally out of alignment with everything I was doing.    For the first time, I accepted I was so done and I needed to hit reset.   I focused on three key things prior to my healing sessions to make the most of my healing journey    I paused everything I was doing that did not feel aligned - paused contracts, paused new offers & launches, paused subscriptions, and even relationships that felt icky.   I fucked up - I said this to myself with compassion.
