We start by talking about shamanic womb healing, which is a process that helps women heal from emotional trauma that has been stored in their uterus. The uterus is a very powerful place for storing emotions and memories. Shamanic womb healing allows you to release these stored emotions by doing rituals or meditations that help you connect with your body in a way that allows you to let go of them.Next we chat about body sovereignty and get vulnerable about our health struggles (Endometriosis and Hashimoto's). We chat about the parallels of our spiritual struggles and coming to terms with these diagnoses. We also get into trauma and how the body holds on to it especially in the womb space.
