Pablo apeló a César por su condición de ciudadano Romano. Las circunstancias hay que saberlas aprovechar, entendió el apóstol el plan de Dios?
Dr. Jordan Romano is an Ivy League–trained physician who has built a strong real estate portfolio not by chasing headlines or spreadsheets—but by going extremely hyper-local, staying curious, and learning to see what others overlook. Jordan shares how he uses on-the-ground observation, municipal GIS tools, zoning knowledge, and simple pattern recognition to uncover opportunities that don't show up in a typical MLS search. One of his most creative wins: realizing a single-family home sat on nearly an acre of land, then successfully subdividing it into three buildable lots. This episode dives into how he thinks, how he evaluates properties, and how he adapts in a shifting market. We cover: Why hyper-local knowledge beats long-distance spreadsheets The power of curiosity: constantly asking, "What am I missing?" How municipal maps, zoning meetings, and Google Earth reveal hidden value A step-by-step look at his subdivision deal How he leveled up from a condo to a three-unit via a clean 1031 exchange Why he sticks to B-class rentals for resilience in all market cycles A tough lesson learned about rejecting pet-owning tenants Why he only invests in one small region—and how that protects him How he uses AI for negotiation, deal clarity, and even diagnosing a broken toilet This is a practical, detailed, and refreshingly honest look at what happens when you invest deeply in one market and understand it at street level.

Mauro Sambati, Partner – Gianni & Origoni Donato Romano, Partner – Gianni & Origoni Italy remains one of Europe's most attractive markets for foreign investment. What You'll Learn in This Episode Why Golden Power must be structured as a condition precedent before closing How strict Italian labor laws impact asset deals and post-closing restructuring The differences in negotiation styles between US, UK, Japanese, and Korean buyers How minority governance protections are typically structured in Italy The evolution from closing accounts to lockbox pricing mechanisms This episode offers a practical perspective for M&A leaders navigating complex decisions where clarity and conviction matter as much as valuation. What if your best real estate deal finder isn't Zillow—but your town's planning board meeting? In this episode of the Massive Passive Cash Flow Podcast, Gary Wilson sits down with Dr. Jordan Romano—physician, investor, and hyperlocal real estate strategist. Jordan shares how he built a multi-property portfolio in New Hampshire by studying zoning meetings, analyzing parcel maps with Google Earth, and understanding seasonal buying patterns in a college and medical town. Instead of chasing trends, Jordan focused on gaining an information advantage: buying discounted properties in the off-season, sourcing deals through FSBO listings, and targeting B-class rentals that stay resilient across market cycles. He also explains why understanding local tenant laws, planning board decisions, and major employers like hospitals and universities can dramatically improve your investment strategy. Key Takeaways: Why hyperlocal research can uncover deals others miss How planning board meetings and zoning data reveal future development Why B-class rentals can be the most stable investment lane How renting to medical professionals and stable industries protects cash flow Why the best strategy isn't chasing markets—it's mastering one market deeply If you're looking to build long-term wealth through buy-and-hold real estate, this episode is packed with practical strategies you can start applying today.

Send a textWhat happens when a movement-first profession steps into a simulation lab built for physiology and decision-making under pressure? We sit down with Denise Romano, an assistant professor leading physical therapy simulation at Binghamton University, to unpack how PT learners can safely practice high-stakes mobility long before they enter acute care. From AFib in the ICU to COPD patients whose vitals shift during transfers, Denise maps out realistic scenarios that force students to balance safety, lines and tubes, and evolving clinical data while communicating clearly as a team.We walk through a full landscape of PT-focused simulations: early infection control adapted from nursing with Glow Germ, mobility checkoffs in hospital-like spaces, ventilator cases requiring careful progression, and standardized patient interviews for differential diagnosis. Denise explains why PT relies heavily on SPs for authentic movement, where mannequins still shine for physiologic fidelity, and how thoughtful debriefs convert messy moments into durable clinical judgment. Her use of entrustability scales tied to EPAs gives faculty a shared framework to chart each learner's path from novice to entry-ready clinician, with formative feedback that guides safer practice. The conversation also tackles the big barrier: unlike nursing, PT lacks the large-scale evidence to replace a portion of clinical hours with simulation. Denise makes a compelling case for a multi-site study to unlock that recognition, particularly as acute care placements tighten and risk tolerance narrows. She also shares a favorite classroom memory that turned a tangled SCD mistake into a lifelong safety cue, highlighting why simulated missteps are often the most memorable teachers. If you care about physical therapy education, clinical placements, competency assessment, or the future of healthcare simulation, you'll leave with concrete ideas and renewed urgency to give PT a stronger seat at the table.Subscribe for more conversations on simulation, clinical education, and the skills that move patient care forward. Share your thoughts, leave a review, and tell us which PT competencies you think simulation should tackle next.Innovative SimSolutions.Your turnkey solution provider for medical simulation programs, sim centers & faculty design.
Welcome, musician Myles Goulart, AKA Myles Goulart-Romano, who started playing the violin at 5 years old. Throughout the years, Myles started taking lessons on other instruments: piano, flute, and voice. He joined the New Bedford Symphony Youth Orchestra, and during one holiday concert, playing side-by-side with the adult full-size orchestra, he was seated next to the harpist. Myles spoke with the harpist as she was packing away her harp in the parking garage, and signed up for lessons with her. Myles Goulart grew from a 22-string Celtic harp to his current 40-string petite pedal harp. He continued the classical training for years and started playing the harp in the youth orchestra. Through college, working as an RN, and opening his vintage shop, Hewn, Myles filled his spare time writing and recording music. His album Divine Automaton was released in the summer of 2024 and was "a project in which I found myself developing a new set of skills on the harp. I haven't been able to stop writing lately, and I'm very excited to see where this next project goes." Scott Bishop spoke with Myles, who shared his story as a harpist and so much more. Ray Romano built one of the biggest sitcoms of the 1990s, made hundreds of millions of dollars, and still somehow feels underrated. In this episode, we break down Ray Romano's stand-up roots, his rise to Everybody Loves Raymond, and why his legacy deserves more respect. In this episode of Why Are You Laughing?, we go back to Ray Romano's early struggles in stand-up comedy, when he was grinding it out in clubs long before network fame. We talk about how David Letterman played a major role in helping Everybody Loves Raymond get on the air, and how Romano's low-key delivery and relatable writing style separated him from flashier comedians of his era.We also dig into the parts of his career that don't get talked about enough. From the criminally underrated Men of a Certain Age, to working with Martin Scorsese on Vinyl and The Irishman, to his more recent independent film Somewhere in Queens, Romano's post-sitcom work shows range and depth that often gets overlooked. Was he overshadowed by shows like Seinfeld and Friends? Has his stand-up been underappreciated? And why does a comic this successful still feel like a “quiet legend” in comedy history? This is a full career deep dive into Ray Romano's stand-up, sitcom fame, and underrated legacy.0:00 Intro3:02 Family background7:25 Stand-Up comedy roots17:45 Newsradio firing24:01 David Letterman influence27:36 Everybody Loves Raymond36:19 Other work41:15 Martin Scorsese45:52 Netflix special50:34 Somewhere in Queens58:26 Norm MacdonaldFOR ALL THINGS BLIND MIKEhttp://blindmike.netFOR ALL THINGS CRAIGGERShttp://www.verygoodshow.orgFOR ALL THINGS HACKRIDEhttp://hackridethedemon.comFOR ALL THINGS DJ ELECTRA FRYhttp://djelectrafry.com

AI in Legal Practice and Marketing: Eric Romano on Adoption, Workflow, and Emerging Liability Trends Host Chip LaFleur interviews Eric Romano of Romano Law Group about how AI is being adopted in legal practice and AI-powered marketing tools. Romano describes his long-standing focus on technology and revisits predictions he made in 2016, including the rise of "digital attorneys" (inspired by IBM Watson), autonomous vehicles shifting negligence claims toward product liability, and the "internet of things" driving discovery of wearable-device data in injury litigation; he also expects growing drone and passenger-drone liability. LaFleur shares an earlier predictive-analytics model for PI intake and notes how quickly websites and campaigns can now be launched with AI. Romano explains current AI uses in his practice: generating initial drafts, summarizing and querying large document sets, and brainstorming, while emphasizing review, guardrails, and leading teams through change resistance by demonstrating AI's efficiency and quality benefits. 00:00 Welcome and Guest Intro 00:57 Why Tech Matters Now 01:54 2016 Predictions and Watson 03:57 Predictive Analytics in PI 05:49 Autonomous Cars and Liability 07:47 IoT Data in Discovery 08:32 Drone Claims and New Niches 09:34 AI Powered Marketing Sites 11:34 Building Sites from Transcripts 12:52 How Eric Uses AI Daily 14:42 Claude Tools and Cowork 18:00 Training Teams and Guardrails 23:06 Never Stop Learning Wrap Up

Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Smoke Signals: The Unity of One Heart and One Mind In this episode of Living on Purpose, Carolyn explores how our lives function as signals in a shared world, and what it means to live with one heart and one mind, individually and collectively. Building on the previous episode, North Shield: Embracing Wisdom and Gratitude, and teachings from the Native American Path Cards by Jamie Sams, Carolyn reflects on presence as the first form of communication. Drawing from lived experience, caregiving, loss, recovery, and life at Charlie's Place Healing Sanctuary, she explores how our inner life inevitably shapes the field around us, and how responsibility can be understood as relationship rather than pressure. The episode then turns to the teaching of one heart and one mind, inspired by a prayer of White Buffalo Calf Woman. Carolyn speaks to the exhaustion many feel today, not from effort alone, but from inner division, and offers a compassionate reframing of unity as integrity, coherence, and honest presence, even amid fear, hope, and change. In the final segment, Carolyn gathers the teachings into practice, reminding listeners that coherence is something we return to again and again through small, honest choices. She shares ways to continue this work through one-on-one offerings available at stan.store/carolynromano, by following Charlie's Place Healing Sanctuary on Facebook, and through learning and practice with Tending the Sacred at tendingthesacred.org. She also previews Threshold Medicine: Ritual, Writing and Renewal, a Spring Equinox women's retreat co-facilitated with Judy Tsafrir. The episode closes with a reminder that when heart and mind move together, our lives become a form of communication, and the signal we send is one of belonging.

With 30 years in practice, Dr. Romano explains how tiny spinal misalignments—just the weight of a dime—block nerve flow and your body's innate intelligence. Dr. Romano shares the wild 1895 discovery that restored a man's hearing, why early chiropractors faced jail for this "dangerous" truth, and how regular adjustments let your body express its full potential. He also breaks down why chiropractic combines metaphysics and science for optimal function. If you're seeking true health beyond feeling good, this conversation unlocks the philosophy—act now to align your life.
