Our “Love Hurts” month ends with the Geoffrey Wright-directed CHERRY FALLS (1999), which celebrates its 25th birthday this year (kind of — listen to the episode for more on that.) Brittany Murphy stars in this controversial and heavily tampered with slasher about a serial killer in a small town targeting virgins, causing the local teens to fight back and have a crazy sex party to get themselves off of the endangered list. Does it work?  Has this aged well? It's super horny, awkward, and semi-problematic — but what does it meeeeannn??? Listen to US as we slash up and bleed it out for you!
