A house for the blind is swept up in flames thanks to the deadly Ms. Mephi but the Toxic Avengers jumps in to save those trapped within. It's here he meets Claire and after punching the face in of her would-be captor, the two soon seemingly fall in love. Junko recalls how he became the Toxic avenger to Claire, and in a twist of fate, the health club where he worked, was traumatised and eventually transformed, is also run by Mr. Ahriman…who seems to have ties with the criminal underworld. Claire delcares that evil is afoot and we soon see minions of the Elite Corp Blackstar 666…a group headed by the mysterious Chairman.
