The guys unanimously declare that Huntington Beach is the ultimate beach destination. Poor Russ becomes the target of some playful roasting but is uplifted by a heartfelt message. He also takes a moment to reflect on his childhood memories. On a different note, Rojo reveals that he continues to encounter what he calls "magical numbers," leaving everyone intrigued... sort of. Lastly, the group reaches a consensus that politics and any agenda, be it related to the LGBTQ+ community or otherwise, should be kept out of sports and away from children.

The first story comes from the Warren files. A lesser known tale of demonic infestation from Ed and Lorraine's seminal book “The Demonologist”. We head to Vermont in 1974 to hear the disturbing tale of the Donovan family haunting. One woman's Ouija board use seems to have led to contact with something that was NOT what it said it was - something that would terrorize the entire Donovan family for months. His next tale is known as the Exorcism of Gina. In 1991, ABC News' iconic exposé news program 20/20 would air coverage of the exorcism of a teenage girl identified only as “Gina.” She'd be cured -  BUT - did broadcasting what was supposedly her demonic possession lead to the demonic possessions of others? Lynze has a possible hat man sighting. A young mother notices the familiar feeling of her home feeling "off". The feeling escalates to an interaction with something. What does it want- her or her baby? Wrapping up the stories for this week is a tale about a family curse and possibly a warning about the family curse from a long dead family member. Today, Darkness Radio is Encountering Anton LaVey and The Church of Satan with Carl Abrahamsson! Carl Abrahamsson was a young man in Sweden who quickly became fascinated by the magic act of Anton LaVey and his appearances in different occult magazines in his native land.  He went from creating a fanzine and band, to making a song dedicated to LaVey to soon interacting with him and getting contributions of articles from LaVey to Carl's Newsletter. Carl then struck up a friendship with LaVey towards the end of his life that gave him a unique retrospective of the man behind the Church of Satan.  Carl Abrahamsson joins us today to talk about that relationship, the legacy he has left behind, and what made LaVey the cult of personality that he was.
