Waking up at 4AM for the Monsters In The Morning Show can be tough. That alarm goes off and all you want to do is go back to bed. I have good mornings and some bad ones. But I have found 5 things to NEVER do in the morning because they are sure to send your mornings into the dumper with the quickness. I try and avoid them every morning and when I do my mornings tend to kick ass.
