Bir grevden fazlası: Bel Karper ve Indomie Adkoturk grevleri Trakya'dan işçi sınıfının tarihine adını şimdiden altın harflerle yazdıran bir mücadele ateşi yükseliyor. Tek Gıda-İş sendikasının öncülüğünde Çorlu Bel Karper ve Çerkezköy Indomie Adkoturk fabrikalarında yükselen mücadele, bir yandan işçi sınıfı için müthiş bir okul niteliği taşırken bir yandan da bu düzenin gerçeklerini bir bir ortaya koyuyor. İşçiler ilk günden beri söylüyor. Sendikalı olmak bizim anayasal hakkımız, biz insanca yaşamak, çocuklarımıza daha iyi bir gelecek sunmak için devletin, yasaların bize verdiği hakkı kullanıyoruz diyorlar. Sonuç ne? Çeşitli bahanelerle işten çıkarılmak, baskı, tehdit. Grev hakkı da yasalarla, anayasayla güvence altına alınmış bir hak. Bu hakkı işçiler yasada nasıl yazıyorsa öyle kullanıyorlar. Yasaya göre grev kararı nasıl duyurulur? Sendika işyerinde bilgilendirme yapar, grev kararını işyerinin içine asar. Bugün Indomie Adkoturk'te olan ne? Grev kararının bırakın fabrikanın içine, dışına asılmasını bile engellemeye çalışan bir patron. Grev günü geldiğinde olan ne? Sendika hakkını tanımayan patronlar, bu kez de polisi, kaymakamı arkasına alarak grev hakkını gasbetmeye çalışıyor. Grev kırıcılık suç. Ama yasalara sahip çıkmak, grev kırıcılığı engellemek de yine işçilere düşüyor. Ve karşısında kaymakamıyla jandarmasıyla polisiyle devleti buluyor. Servislerin geçişini engelledikleri iddiasıyla yetkisi olmadığı halde Bel Karper'de işçilere 12.804 lira idari para cezası kesmeye kalkan jandarma, patronun servislerin içinde yasaya aykırı şekilde grevci işçilerin yerine fabrikaya sokmaya çalıştığı işçileri tespit edin talebine, “o bizim yetkimiz değil” diye cevap veriyor. Indomie Adkoturk'te yapılan baskılara, hukuksuzluklara, grev kırıcılığa dair Tek Gıda-İş sendikasının elinde bugüne kadar yapılmış 45 suç duyurusu var. Mücadele eden işçilerin patronun şikayetleri ile defalarca karakola ifade vermeye gittiğine şahit olduk ama bu 45 suç duyurusuna rağmen patronun yolunun bir kez olsun karakola düştüğünü duymadık. Aynı durum Bel Karper için de geçerli. İçeriye grev yasasını astırmayan Indomie Adkoturk patronu, işçiler ilk grev gününün ardından greve çıkmaya devam edince, hemen işyeri panosuna yazı astı. Neymiş grevin ilk günü greve çıkmayan, sonradan greve çıkan işçiler tazminatsız işten çıkarılacakmış. Grevin ilk günü ayaklar altına aldığı yasanın bir maddesini panoya asan patronun acizliği! İşçi sınıfı grev hakkını yasalara, kanunsuz denilen fiili bir grevle, Kavel greviyle yazdırdı. Kavel işçisinin grevi yasalara değil, işçi sınıfının haklı, meşru mücadelesine dayanıyordu. Bugün de aynı durum geçerlidir. Biri Fransız diğeri Endonezya-Suriye sermayeli iki şirket bu ülkenin yasalarını ayaklar altına alırken hiçbir yaptırımla karşılaşmıyorsa, işçilerin haklarını fiilen gasp ediyorsa, jandarması, polisi, kaymakamı, Çalışma Bakanlığı buna göz yumuyorsa, bu saatten sonra kimse işçilerden de patronlara işlemeyen yasalara uymasını bekleyemez. Dün olduğu gibi bugün de kanun tanımaz patronlara karşı işçilerin bu grevleri başarıya ulaştırmak, fabrikalarına sendikayı sokmak için vereceği her türlü mücadele haklıdır, meşrudur. Bu mücadele bir grevden çok daha başka bir anlam taşıyor artık. Bu grevler bir ekmek mücadelesi olduğu kadar bir hürriyet ve onur mücadelesidir. Bu mücadelenin hakkını fazlasıyla veren Bel Karper ve Indomie Adkoturk işçilerine selam olsun!

Though Indomie is one of Indonesian's most iconic brands, its true origin is largely misunderstood. As Indonesians began to accept wheat-based products as part of their daily diet, instant noodles manufacturers flourished--beginning with Supermi. But it was Soeharto's masterplan with establishing Bogasari, a flour milling facility, that paved the way for Liem Sioe Liong (a.k.a Soedono Salim) to come onto the instant noodle scene. With the help of Soeharto and his institutions, Salim wrestled control over the Indomie brand from the inventor and eventually dominate the entire instant noodle market in Indonesia until today.
