Click here to try it out!Welcome back to Bad Dads Film Review! This week, we're jumping into the gritty, morally murky corner of the galaxy far, far away with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016), the first of Disney's standalone Star Wars films and one that dares to tell a story where the Force doesn't offer easy answers—and not everyone gets out alive.Directed by Gareth Edwards, Rogue One is set just before the events of A New Hope and follows Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones), the daughter of Imperial scientist Galen Erso (Mads Mikkelsen), who's coerced into building the Death Star. Recruited by the Rebel Alliance, Jyn finds herself at the heart of a desperate mission to steal the plans for the Empire's terrifying superweapon. What sets Rogue One apart is its tone—it's a war film through and through. There's mud, sacrifice, and a real sense of stakes. The ensemble cast includes Diego Luna as the morally grey rebel Cassian Andor, Donnie Yen as the Force-believing monk Chirrut Îmwe, Alan Tudyk voicing the reprogrammed Imperial droid K-2SO (a scene-stealer), and Ben Mendelsohn as the deeply petty but brilliantly acted villain Director Krennic. This isn't about Jedi or chosen ones. It's about regular people—fighters, spies, defectors, believers—laying down their lives for a cause they believe in, even if they won't live to see the outcome. That emotional weight gives the film a grounded, bittersweet tone that feels distinct within the Star Wars universe.Visually, Edwards brings a tactile realism to the film. The final battle on Scarif is one of the franchise's most spectacular sequences—land, sea, and space warfare colliding in chaos. And of course, there's that final hallway scene with Darth Vader, a terrifying, unforgettable burst of fan service done right. For those who've ever wondered what it really took to get the Death Star plans into Leia's hands, Rogue One answers with a powerful, self-contained story that expands the mythology while standing firmly on its own. It's bold, emotional, and a little darker than you might expect from a Star Wars film—which is exactly why we love it.This one's for the rebels.

Rebroadcast of Rogue One CoverageAndor has come to an end, and after a month of recording within 24 hours of the episodes going live—and the recent baby shower for my soon-to-arrive new Padawan—we need a week off. In this episode, we're sharing details about our new release schedule and revisiting Rogue One with a rebroadcast of our in-depth coverage. Since Andor leads directly into Rogue One, it's the perfect time to revisit this pivotal film!In this rebroadcast episode of the Star Wars Generations podcast, hosts Matthew, Erin, and Alex dive deep into their analysis of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The hosts take a break from their Andor coverage to revisit this pivotal film that connects directly to the original Star Wars trilogy. Why Rogue One Stands Out in the Star Wars UniverseThe hosts discuss what makes Rogue One unique among Star Wars films. Erin describes it as her favorite Star Wars movie, praising how it grounds the franchise in realism and brings a more adult tone to the universe. The hosts appreciate how the film shows that not every "good guy" is truly good, creating moral complexity that was later expanded upon in Andor.Character Development and Moral ComplexityThe discussion focuses on Cassian Andor's character, noting how the film introduces him shooting his own ally to escape—an action that sets the tone for a morally complex story. This portrayal differs dramatically from traditional heroic characters in Star Wars. Jyn Erso's character development receives significant attention, with the hosts praising Felicity Jones' performance and how she portrays someone initially driven by selfish reasons who gradually buys into the rebellion's cause. The Film's Impact on Star Wars StorytellingMatthew highlights how important Rogue One was for expanding the Star Wars universe, demonstrating that compelling stories could be told without Force-using protagonists and focusing on characters who contribute to small battles rather than winning the entire war. This approach opened doors for projects like Andor, which the hosts consider among the best Star Wars content produced.Topics Discussed:How did the darker, grittier tone of Rogue One differentiate it from traditional Star Wars films? What made K-2SO one of the most memorable droid characters in the franchise? How does Orson Krennic embody the Empire's bureaucratic infighting and ambition? Why was Saw Gerrera's transition from animation to live-action significant? What continuity issues exist between Rogue One and A New Hope, and why don't they matter? How does the film's ending connect emotionally to the original Star Wars? Why is the Darth Vader hallway scene considered one of the most iconic moments in Star Wars? The episode concludes with all three hosts affirming Rogue One as one of their favorite Star Wars films, with Erin declaring she'll "preach about it till the day I die" and Alex suggesting it's the perfect film to recommend to people unsure about Star Wars or who think the franchise has been ruined. **************************************************************************This episode is a production of Star Wars Generations, a The Ethical Panda Podcast and part of the TruStory FM Entertainment Podcast Network.

Ironheart promises a scrappy, community-driven story that contrasts Tony Stark's privilege with Riri Williams' Chicago roots. The new Superman trailer revives the Christopher Reeve optimism while dropping viewers into a fully populated DCU. AI voice clones (like Fortnite's Darth Vader) are hype-worthy but need tighter safeguards before brands unleash them. Richard Sparks' New Rock series mixes MMO mechanics, 80s fantasy, and laugh-out-loud camaraderie—perfect for fans of Ready Player One and Willow. Memorable Quotes “Andor proves real rebellion relies on janitors jamming door locks, not just Jedi with lightsabers.” – Frank “Riri Williams is Iron Man if Tony grew up on the South Side and had to build a Mark I from junkyard scraps.” – Frank “AI Vader sounded amazing…until the Internet taught him four-letter words.” – Jonathan Call to Action Love the show? Andor's second wraps up with some emotional moments in the final three episodes that make up the BBY 1 story arc. Episode 10 ("Make It Stop") was not something a child wants to watch when their loved one is undergoing heart and lung surgeries. Seeing Luthen, a father figure, on the bed like that and hearing and seeing the breathing apparatus move until Kleya releases him from his future of pain and suffering...Episode 11 was the response to the spy game Kleya just pulled off and the Empire wasn't far enough behind for her to get comfortable. The action wasn't as incredible as the Ghorman Massacre, but it didn't have to be. K-2SO got to be a hero for the rebellion for the first time and Melshi earned his keep as well. It's good to see some Imperials fell along the way because the ones we're seeing here had passed the point of an easy redemption.Episode 12 bridged the gap to Rogue One and despite what was being sold for weeks, a rewatch of the movie right after finishing the show didn't enhance or recontextualize things, at least for This is the Way Podcast's sensibilities. Rogue One is still more close to A New Hope than it is Andor...and there's more characters and story shared in the show. Why does it feel that way? There's room for another season or two or three. A lot happened while Luke, Leia, and Han were at the forefront of that story. Tony Gilroy might be the one to tell those side stories of the rebels behind the scenes setting the stage for the Force to be used in mighty ways. Could we sneak in Wilmon to the Endor assault team? Would Kleya and Vel be tasked to recruit some Bothans? Who might find out where Han was taken by Boba Fett? Would someone have to recruit more star systems to the rebellion? Does anyone discover, too late, that the Milllenium Falcon has a tracking device on it on arrival at Yavin? How about the move from Yavin to Hoth and the scouting and secrecy in constantly moving from base to base?None of that may ever come to fruition. Tony Gilroy has said he's done. The only way I think I'd be interested in hearing those stories is if someone took the care and time he did with Andor and only if they keep Luke, Leia, and Han out of the story completely or relegated to out of focus background. You can do Chewbacca, that's it. I've gotten a hug at Disney Hollywood Studios. That works. I don't want to see fake Lukes and Leias, though. R2-D2, C-3PO, Chewbacca, and our Andor characters. Want me to work on it Lucasfilm? I will. I'll put every ounce of my being into it.The full recap and discussion episodes will come later. Life events continue to wreak havoc on the This is the Way Podcast schedule. I will not guarantee that we'll finish with Andor in May. There's nothing new coming anyway. His research interrogates and subverts archival silences that have erased Black and Afro-Mexican agency from narratives of Mexican identity and nation-state formation, seeking to diversify these narratives by foregrounding the voices, perspectives, and actions of Afro-descendants.

Frank and Thomas take on the powerful ending of Andor Season 2, reflecting on its emotional resonance, brilliant writing, and how it elevates Cassian's story to legendary status. They dissect key character arcs like Luthen's sacrificial role, Dedra's collapse within the Empire, and Kleya's haunting rise. From hallway fights to rebel politics, this finale proves Andor is one of the boldest Star Wars stories ever told. Timestamps and Topics: 00:00 Intro and reflections on the journey 01:30 Final three episodes overview 03:10 Luthen's arc and thematic payoff 07:00 Dedra's tragic fate and Empire hierarchy 13:30 Kleya's cold resolve and emotional closure 17:00 Cassian's mission, K-2SO's brutal debut 26:00 Rebel council confrontation and Mon Mothma's silence 30:00 Toast to the fallen rebels 38:00 Cassian's legacy lives on 41:00 Final thoughts, theories, and rankings Key Takeaways: Andor ends with a grounded, emotional finale that sets up Rogue One seamlessly. Luthen, Kleya, and Dedra each represent unique costs of rebellion and empire. Cassian's unwavering heart and actions make him a modern Star Wars icon. K-2SO's entrance redefines droid combat in the best way. The finale captures the shift from guerilla rebellion to organized resistance. Quotes: “Luthen is that dagger—ornate on the outside, forged for the fight.” “You die a rebel and become legend, or serve the Empire and get forgotten.” “The rebellion remembers their heroes around a drink, not in the history books.” “Cassian did more than anyone at that table and asked for nothing in return.” “This show is Star Wars without the myth—just people making impossible choices.” Call to Action: Enjoy the finale as much as we did? Det går som det går på Ghorman, K-2SO gör entré, Syril vinkar ajöss, Mon Mothma levererar en mic-drop och Bix ghostar allas vår motvilliga hjälte. Welcome back to our Andor recaps, here on For The Republic: A Love Letter to Star Wars Animation! This week, join Andrew (@StarlightAndrew) & Donovan (@DonovanMeade) as they discuss the 3rd arc of Andor Season 2! After a season's worth of build-up, we finally witness the Ghorman Massacre, and it's immediate aftermath. We talk about the biggest moments from the episodes - including Cassian's encounter with a Force healer on Yavin IV, his greater role in the Rebellion, and how his future with Bix changes, Syril Karn's uncovering of the truth behind the Empire's role on Ghorman, and his realization of what he contributed to before he comes face-to-face with the root of his problems, Wilmon's greater role with Luthen's rebels, Mon Mothma's incredible speech against the Empire following the Massacre, and her subsequent escape from Coruscant with Cassian, the "birth" of K-2SO, and so much more! Chilling, heartbreaking, profound, dark, and deeply meaningful in today's world, these were some of the best Star Wars stories ever told.Episodes Discussed: "Messenger" (S2E7), "Who Are You?" Don't call Palpatine a monster. He hates that. The Emperor doesn't make an appearance in episode 9, but his presence is felt in every lackey and underling and the stresses that Imperial officers go through to prevent his displeasure. The ISB thinks it set up Ghorman for a fall, but they didn't realized that seeing the fall coming was the only way the rebellion could salvage a tragedy and inspire courage and hope.Mon Mothma's path seemed set by Rebels years ago, but Tony and Dan Gilroy manage to throw some curveballs without retroactively changing continuity in such a drastic way that longtime fans revolt. Is the key just "do it better" when making those tweaks? It feels so, because K-2SO's origins are much different than they are in a comic book. Aren't we glad they didn't have to stick to something like that?If you're not, that's okay. Your opinion is your own. You can have terrible opinions and still be a fan. Some people, for instance, don't think Andor is any good. I don't know if I'd share a meal with that kind of person, but I'm not going to argue. The show has spoken for itself. The writing and the action have been "movie quality" for weeks now and episode 9 of season 2 feels like a terrific third act of the third act. This is the Way Podcast HQ has been under immense stress getting out new podcasts each week with personal issues weighing heavily. With just one week left, it's strange to realize that there won't be another high quality show coming to Star Wars for quite some time. In it, they discuss how much sway Rogue One will have in the conclusion of the Andor story, how Cassian will work through his final years with K-2SO re-programmed by his side but Bix gone, how Dedra may get further involved with the Death Star work alongside Krennic but could die by the hand of Luthen (and vice-versa), what the role of Mon Mothma and Bail Organa looks like after her escape, if characters with Rogue One backstory like Galen Erso and Bodhi Rook will appear, and if Saw Gerrera gets to have the most plot-heavy and centered storytelling in this final arc of the show.

Ghorman Massacre, Mon Mothma's Speech, and Political ParallelsIn this gripping episode of Star Wars Generations, hosts Matthew, Alex, Erin, and Aaron dive deep into what many consider the pinnacle of Star Wars television (at least until next week): Andor Season 2 Episodes 7-9. The discussion centers on the shocking Ghorman massacre, Syril and Dedra's complex relationship, and Mon Mothma's pivotal speech that formally launches the Rebel Alliance. The hosts analyze how Episode 8's Ghorman massacre serves as a chilling parallel to real-world protests and government responses. They point out how the Empire deliberately created conditions for violence by barricading the plaza, strategically opening it, and then using a planted sniper to incite riots—tactics reminiscent of how governments have historically responded to protests in our world. When the protesters chant "The galaxy is watching," the hosts draw comparisons to the 1968 Democratic National Convention protests in Chicago where demonstrators shouted "The whole world is watching" as police violently responded. The discussion turns to how the Empire controlled the media narrative, with news reports spinning the massacre as "terrorist violence" rather than a government atrocity—highlighting the parallels between Star Wars and our own media landscape. The hosts examine how Tony Gilroy's writing makes explicit connections between the Empire's tactics and contemporary political situations.Syril and Dedra's relationship takes a dramatic turn when Syril discovers Dedra's role in orchestrating the Ghorman massacre. After nearly strangling her in his rage, Syril abandons the Empire to pursue Andor, whom he still blames for the deaths that started his journey. The hosts discuss how Syril's character arc represents someone who believed in justice through institutional power only to discover the system's corruption, leading to his violent rejection of Dedra—whom he once idolized. One of the most significant moments explored is Mon Mothma's powerful speech denouncing the Empire, which formally launches the Rebel Alliance. The hosts analyze her journey from working within the system to finally breaking away after being gradually isolated and betrayed by those around her. Her speech about the "death of truth" being "the ultimate victory of evil" resonates powerfully with contemporary political discourse, showing how Star Wars continues to reflect real-world struggles against authoritarianism.Key Topics Discussed:How does Episode 7 set up the characters for the dramatic events in Episodes 8-9?What real-world protest events did the Ghorman massacre parallel? How did Syril's character evolve from Imperial loyalist to someone who attacks Dedra? Why did Bix choose to leave Andor rather than stay with him? What made Mon Mothma's speech so powerful and relevant to today's political climate? How does Andor's role in helping Mon Mothma escape connect to his ultimate fate in Rogue One?What significance does K2SO's introduction have for the final arc of the series? The hosts conclude by praising Andor as possibly the best Star Wars media ever produced, while acknowledging that the franchise benefits from having a variety of tones across different shows. With only one more arc left in the series, they express both excitement to see K2SO in the final episodes and disappointment that this groundbreaking show is nearing its conclusion. **************************************************************************This episode is a production of Star Wars Generations, a The Ethical Panda Podcast and part of the TruStory FM Entertainment Podcast Network. In this powerful episode of Challenge Accepted, Frank is joined by Jonathan to dissect the political, emotional, and action-packed core of Andor Season 2 Episodes 7–9. Together, they explore the tragic Ghorman Massacre, Mon Mothma's pivotal speech, the expanding spy network, and Cassian's next chapter. With deep analysis and personal insight, they reflect on how these episodes tie together classic Star Wars themes with real-world parallels—delivering some of the most compelling moments in modern Star Wars storytelling. Timestamps and Topics: 00:00 - Introduction and Jonathan returns 00:40 - The political horror of the Ghorman Massacre 02:00 - Set design of the plaza and video game comparisons 04:10 - Cassian's injury and introduction of the force healer 05:45 - Is the Force conscious? Free will and balance discussion 08:25 - Bix's emotional exit and its impact on Cassian 10:10 - Mon Mothma's political maneuvering and Bail Organa's sacrifice 11:40 - Syril's arc and tragic loyalty to the Empire 13:00 - Dedra's descent into darkness 15:30 - Cassian's confrontation with Syril 17:00 - Aftermath of the massacre and the consequences 18:45 - The bellboy's subtle help and hidden rebellion 20:00 - Ghorman's massacre as political propaganda 22:00 - Cassian's escape and rise of K-2SO 24:30 - Episode 9: Mon Mothma's speech and the spark of rebellion 26:00 - Rebels connection and broader context of the speech 29:00 - Rewatching the original trilogy with new context 30:45 - Hopes for a prequel about Luthen and Saw Gerrera 32:00 - Mon Mothma meeting Cassian for the first time 34:00 - Predictions for the upcoming Andor finale episodes Key Takeaways: The Ghorman Massacre is a tragic turning point, echoing real-world atrocities and highlighting the manipulative power of propaganda. The set design and realism in Andor immerse viewers in a grounded, lived-in Star Wars galaxy. The subtle introduction of Force healing adds depth without relying on Jedi tropes. Syril Karn remains a tragic figure—loyal to an empire that exploits him, destined to become a symbol of moral ambiguity. Cassian's trajectory continues toward heroism, setting up his Rogue One partnership with K-2SO. Mon Mothma's speech might feel underwhelming alone, but it serves as a crucial rallying cry across the Rebellion. This trio of episodes shows Andor at its most emotionally and politically complex—combining action, tragedy, and momentum. Quotes: “You have lived rent free in that man's mind for years. You don't even know his face.” – Frank “The Force isn't just about lightsabers and super jumps. It's an energy that pushes back when imbalance grows.” – Jonathan “Star Wars is at its best when it's echoing real-world horrors—this arc proves that.” – Frank “Her speech wasn't to sway the Empire. It was a signal to every rebel cell: it's time.” – Frank Call to Action: Love these deep dives into Andor? Watch on Philo! - Philo.tv/DTHWe meet a little girl named Jyn. Her family is in hiding. One day, the bad guy Orson shows up to tell Jyn's dad, Galen, that they need him to come back and finish the Death Star. Galen's like, “I wouldn't be any use—I'm just a sad sack ever since my wife died.” Suddenly, his wife comes running out of the field—so really bad timing, honestly. She has a gun and she's like, “You'll never take him!” Orson's like, “I'm taking you all.” She shoots him. They shoot her. Orson tells his guys to go find the child, but Jyn is really good at hide-and-seek. She waits in the secret spot until a dude named Saw shows up. It's clear they know each other.Fast forward some time—Jyn is now an adult and in a holding cell. Meanwhile, a cargo pilot named Bodhi shows up and claims to Saw that he wants to join the Rebels.Jyn is being transferred with other prisoners when Rebel forces suddenly break in and free them, led by Cassian Andor. Together, they fight stormtroopers and escape. They take a reprogrammed Imperial droid named K-2SO and head somewhere else, where they encounter more stormtroopers who are gathering crystals to power the Death Star. They're about to get captured, but a blind spiritual warrior named Chirrut Îmwe and his mercenary friend Baze Malbus help them out. This allows Jyn to make contact with Saw, who is holding Bodhi. She sees a message in which Galen reveals that he secretly built a vulnerability into the Death Star. The schematics are stored in an Imperial data vault.Onboard the Death Star, Orson orders a test strike on the moon where the gang is. Jyn and her group take Bodhi and flee, but Saw stays behind and dies.Orson gets an atta boy from his higher-up.Bodhi leads the group to Galen's Imperial research facility. Rebel bombers attack the site. Galen is wounded and dies in Jyn's arms before she escapes with the group on a stolen Imperial cargo shuttle.Orson is summoned by Darth Vader—he's back, baby!—to explain the attack. Orson's like, “Now that you've seen my work, maybe introduce me to the Emperor?” Vader force-chokes him and says, “Get back to work and don't cause any more trouble.”Jyn proposes a mission to steal the Death Star schematics, but the Alliance Council thinks there's no chance of success. Frustrated by their inaction, Jyn's group leads a small squad of volunteers—Bodhi dubs them “Rogue One.” Jyn, Cassian, and K-2SO infiltrate the Imperial base while the others create a diversion with a space battle. The Alliance eventually joins the fight, sending their fleet. Jyn gets the schematics but is ambushed by Orson, who is shot and wounded by Cassian. Jyn transmits the schematics to the Rebel command ship just before the Death Star fires a beam that destroys the base—and them. The Rebel fleet tries to escape, but many ships are intercepted by Darth Vader. He boards the command ship and wrecks everyone in an attempt to recover the plans, but a smaller ship escapes with them. Princess Leia declares that the schematics will provide hope for the Rebellion—some might even call it a new hope.

With Tony Gilroy's hit Star Wars series returning with a massive 3-episode premiere for its second season, Greg & John give their Andor Reaction, Recap, Commentary, Analysis, & Spoiler Review!! Covering Episode 1 "One Year Later," Episode 2 "Sagrona Teema," & Episode 3 "Harvest," Andor Season 2 picks up 1 Year after the events of the first season with Cassion now deep inside the heart of the rebellion; as he attempts to bring back a stolen TIE Fighter, Andor is stranded, setting off a chain reaction that leads to even greater tensions as Bix, Brasso, & the other allies are subject, first hand, to imperial tyranny.. Elsewhere in the galaxy, Mon Mothma struggles with her crumbling alliances & mental state as her daughter's wedding day (to the son of a powerful & dubious man) fast approaches... Season 2 assembles a powerhouse cast as Cassian Andor (Diego Luna, known for Rogue One and Narcos) deepens his role in the Rebel Alliance. Standing by his side is Bix Caleen (Adria Arjona, celebrated for Triple Frontier and Good Omens) and the ever‑determined Syril Karn (Kyle Soller, from Poldark and Doll & Em). Denise Gough returns as the uncompromising Dedra Meero (Seven Seconds, How to Get Away with Murder), while Genevieve O'Reilly reprises Mon Mothma (Rogue One, Obi‑Wan Kenobi) with her trademark resolve. Guiding the clandestine network is Luthen Rael (Stellan Skarsgård, acclaimed for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and Chernobyl), and the irrepressible droid K‑2SO is back under the voice of Alan Tudyk (Firefly, Rogue One). Ben Mendelsohn makes a dramatic return as Director Krennic (Rogue One, Bloodline), and Andy Serkis (The Lord of the Rings, Planet of the Apes) is also rumored to return as Kino Loy. Rounding out the ensemble are Vel Sartha (Faye Marsay, known for Game of Thrones and Black Mirror), Brasso (Joplin Sibtain, of Troy: Fall of the City and Spooks), and the quietly powerful Wilmon (Muhannad Bhaier, from Mariah: The Diva, the Demons, the Drama) as the rebellion's unsung heroes. What to Expect Before the Star Wars Series ReturnsMatthew and Alex talk about everything we need to know for Andor Season 2! The new season will bridge the gap between the first season and Rogue One, showing the evolution of the Rebellion during a crucial five-year period.Matthew and Alex reflect on what made Andor Season 1 such a groundbreaking addition to Star Wars storytelling — its mature themes, complex moral questions, and unprecedented quality of writing and acting. The hosts discuss how Season 1 presented a more "adult" version of Star Wars that wasn't afraid to explore the moral complexities of rebellion and resistance. What loose threads from Season 1 might Season 2 address? One of the major talking points is how Season 2 might resolve storylines introduced but not concluded in Season 1. The hosts discuss the possibility of exploring Cassian's search for his sister — including a fan theory that Kleya, Luthen's assistant, might actually be Cassian's long-lost sister. They also wonder if we'll learn more about Cassian's feelings regarding his adoption by Maarva. How will Mon Mothma's story progress? The hosts speculate on Mon Mothma's storyline, particularly regarding the potential arranged marriage of her daughter to secure funding for the Rebellion. They note how Season 1 explored themes of tradition across different cultures, and how this might continue to play a role as Mon Mothma navigates her responsibilities to both family and revolution. What other Star Wars characters might appear in Season 2?Will Orson Krennic's role expand as the show moves closer to the Rogue One timeline? How might the show depict the formation of the Rebel Alliance from disparate resistance cells? What role might Bail Organa play in Season 2?Could characters from other Star Wars media like Rebels make appearances? Will we see how Cassian meets K-2SO?How might the show depict Emperor Palpatine and the Imperial Senate? The hosts conclude by expressing optimism about the new season while acknowledging the high bar set by Season 1. They note that the series creators had planned for exactly two seasons from the beginning and took their time with production, both factors that bode well for maintaining quality. While they acknowledge some nervousness about expectations, their excitement for the continuation of what they consider one of the best Star Wars properties—and one of the best television shows in general—is evident. **************************************************************************This episode is a production of Star Wars Generations, a The Ethical Panda Podcast and part of the TruStory FM Entertainment Podcast Network. The Electric State is a “flop.” A $275 million failure for Netflix directed by the Russo Brothers who sole talent seems to be directing Marvel films … Unless you a have actually seen it. Because real people place this film a lot higher than its 15% rotten tomatoes critic rating. This week the Regular Joe's unanimously agree, it's quite possible to watch The Electric State. enjoy the characters, the story, and yes, the very cool robots, without weighing that against what the film cost to make. Give it a try. No one's asking you to write a check … other than your monthly Netflix subscription. They also take a look at two recently dropped trailers. Ballerina is a John Wick adjacent action film, starring Ana de Armas. And if that hasn't already sold you, what will? And coming soon to a galaxy far, far away, Andor, Disney's Rogue One prequel series is finally back for a second season, and it looks like we're getting to the good part. Or at least the K2 SO part.
