March 16 2025 Sunday Your Words Matter / Week 06 / T. Stacy Hayes #findoutwhoyouare My Vision My vision is to teach the world Who They Are In Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior! To Teach them what the Bible says about them and who they have been made to be in the promises of God's Word. This changed my life years ago and completely transformed me from a person full of doubt, fear and unbelief to a strong confident Christian that knows I can do anything through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. And I'm determined to teach the world what God has taught and commissioned me to teach and that is His Word. That commission takes me to jails and detention centers weekly along with other open doors at many churches and ministries that are wanting to teach these important truths to the world. My podcast goes out 6 days a week to help the people I am ministering to grow in the truths that God has taught me for many years now. This podcast is free to all that want to listen and grow strong in who God has made them to be in Christ Jesus their Lord and Savior. LRFotS JohnC911 had an interesting open-ended question about Scripture, starting with Genesis 3, particularly focused on the nature and role of the serpent that tempted Eve: Hey Didactic, I have a question for you? Since you believe in Jesus Christ is the Son of God What are your thoughts on Genesis 3? Even if you don't believe it, the enemies do believe this story though they think eating the fruit was the right thing. The fruit of Knowledge of Good and Evil they say free the Human mind. Though as Christian I could not disagree with them more. Such knowledge is not needed when you are present of God and given enteral life. Also it has corrupt us. Interesting The very 1st question asked in the Bible, is asked by the serpent. Questioning and lying about God words Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? – Genesis 3:1 KJV The second part of what the Serpent said next is an another 2 lies. Gensis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. KJV It is a good set of questions that deserves some serious unpacking, particularly with respect to the implications of Genesis 3 for literally the entire history of Creation. So I tackle it as such, in a new episode of Domain Query, that tackles multiple subjects related to what the Scripture says - both at the surface level, and at a much deeper and more profound one. Better is the sight of the eyes than the wandering of the desire: this is also vanity and vexation of spirit Ecc 6:9 KJV It is better to be happy with what you have than to always want more and more. Always wanting more and more is useless. It is like trying to catch the wind. Ecclesiastes 6:9 Proverbs 13:25 The righteous eats to the satisfying of his soul, But the stomach of the wicked shall be in want. Proverbs 27:20 Hell and Destruction are never full; So the eyes of man are never satisfied. What's the deal on the quesiton of the week? kenn.blanchard@gmail.com
“As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; So are children of the youth.” Psalm 127:4 KJV It doesn't matter what you wear today; if your children are well-trained, they will buy you the best clothes and cars and even build houses for you when they get older. Beloved, training your children well is important if you want to enjoy long-term prosperity and peace of mind.stay connected!!
Protective Perimeter #RTTBROS #nightlight Protective Perimeter "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1, KJV) In the wild, animals like wildebeest and gazelle have a remarkable strategy for protecting themselves from predators. When threatened by lions, the herd will form a tight circle, with the young and vulnerable in the center. The strong adults face outward, ready to kick and fend off any attacking lions. It is the straggler who gets separated from the herd that is most likely to get picked off by the predators. This is a beautiful picture of how we as the church should surround and support one another. When we stand together in unity, we create a wall of protection, especially for those among us who are going through trials and hardships. We are called to "bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." (Gal 6:2, KJV) It brings great joy to the Lord when His people live in harmony and look out for each other. As it says in Psalm 133, it is "good and pleasant" when brothers and sisters in Christ dwell together as one. We draw strength from one another. So let us make every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit. Stay connected to your church family. Surround the hurting with love and support. Recognize that there is power in standing and serving together. As we do, we will experience the goodness of the Lord as He blesses our fellowship and makes us a strong testimony of His love to the watching world. https://linktr.ee/rttbros Be sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out. https://linktr.ee/rttbros
The Ladder Of Hope #RTTBROS #nightlight The Ladder of Hope "And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it." (Genesis 28:12, KJV) In the midst of life's trials and tribulations, it is easy to feel alone and forgotten. Like Jacob, we may find ourselves in a place of despair, fleeing from our past mistakes and uncertain of our future. Yet, even in our darkest moments, God is with us, offering a ladder of hope that reaches from earth to heaven. Jacob's story reminds us that no matter how far we may have strayed, God's grace is sufficient to bring us back to Him. "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost." (Luke 19:10, KJV) Just as God met Jacob in his time of need, He is ready and willing to meet us in ours. The ladder in Jacob's dream represents the connection between heaven and earth, a bridge that God has provided for us through His Son, Jesus Christ. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6, KJV) It is through Christ that we have access to the Father and the promise of eternal life. As we journey through life, we will face challenges and obstacles that threaten to overwhelm us. But like Jacob, we can find strength and comfort in the presence of God. "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." (Isaiah 41:10, KJV) The angels ascending and descending on the ladder serve as a reminder that God is constantly watching over us, sending His messengers to guide and protect us. "For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways." (Psalm 91:11, KJV) We are never alone, for God is always with us. When we find ourselves in a place of darkness and despair, we must remember to turn to God in worship and dedication. "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." (John 4:24, KJV) Like Jacob, we can transform our trials into altars of praise, acknowledging God's sovereignty and faithfulness in our lives. The morning of dedication marks the beginning of Jacob's transformation, a journey that will lead him from a deceiver to the Prince of Israel. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17, KJV) No matter our past, God can redeem and transform us into the men and women He has called us to be. As we face the challenges and uncertainties of life, let us hold fast to the ladder of hope that God has provided. "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)" (Hebrews 10:23, KJV) Let us trust in His unfailing love and grace, knowing that He is working all things together for our good and His glory. In the end, we can rest assured that God is weaving the tapestry of our lives according to His perfect plan. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." (Jeremiah 29:11, KJV) Though the dark threads may be as necessary as the threads of gold and silver, we can trust that the final pattern will be one of beauty and purpose. https://linktr.ee/rttbros Be sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out. https://linktr.ee/rttbros

Gods voice is in the wind; Job asked God why certain things went wrong with his life and God ”Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said, Who is this that darkeneth counsel By words without knowledge? Gird up now thy loins like a man; For I will demand of thee, and answer thou me. Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if thou hast understanding. Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? Or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? Or who laid the corner stone thereof; When the morning stars sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy?“ Job 38:1-7 KJV - It's not enough to have an ear, you must be rightly positioned to hear what the spirit is saying 11. Revelation 3:22 – Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches What disqualifies you from hearing God; -Pride Hebrews 3:15 – If You Hear His Voice Do Not Harden Your Hearts As has just been said: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion What Qualify you to hear from God -You are his sheep; John 10:27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. - you belong to him John 8:47 – Whoever Belongs To God Hears What He Says Whoever belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God - you are on fire (zeal) ”And the LORD spake unto you out of the midst of the fire: ye heard the voice of the words, but saw no similitude; only ye heard a voice.“ Deuteronomy 4:12 KJV - 1. **Silence and Stillness:** - Scripture: Psalm 46:10 - "Be still, and know that I am God." Silence has to do with the physical environment, while stillness refers to the soul… How to make your soul still Phil4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 2 You hear from God through teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 – All Scripture Is God-Breathed All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work
The Long Haul Gal 6:9 #nightlight #RTTBROS The Long Haul "Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." - Galatians 6:9 (KJV) It's easy to get impatient with progress. We want to see big results and we want them now. But real, lasting change often happens gradually, through small steps consistently taken over time. Think of a long journey being undertaken on foot. It begins with a single step, then another and another. Mile by mile the destination draws nearer, though it may be weeks or months away. Each day's progress seems tiny compared to what lies ahead. Yet step by step the goal is reached. In our lives and work, we must adopt this same patient persistence. Keep taking those small steps - read a little each day, save a bit each month, help one person at a time. Do not grow weary or lose heart. Your efforts are accumulating, though you may not notice it. Stay the course and in due time you will reap a bountiful harvest. As Adrian Rogers said "What you are is God's gift to you, what you become is your gift to God." And as Lao Tzu put it: "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." Keep stepping, friend. The long haul will be worth it Our Podcast, Blog and YouTube Links https://linktr.ee/rttbros Be sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out. https://linktr.ee/rttbros
Play Favorites Rom 2:11 #nightlight #RTTBROS Play Favorites "There is no respect of persons with God." (Romans 2:11 KJV) It's easy to want God to treat us like a favorite child - to bend reality for our comfort and convenience. But Scripture tells us clearly that God does not play favorites. He cares more about our character than our comfort. God wants what is best for each of us, and often that involves challenges that shape our faith and reliance on Him. The easy road rarely leads to growth. When we go through trials, we can be assured that God has allowed these not because He loves us any less, but precisely because He loves us so much. Our calling is not to demand God's favor, but to live for His glory. Surrendering our will to His perfect plan requires trust that He sees a bigger picture. God may not change the circumstances, but He can change us through the circumstances. The more we yield to Him, the more He will shape us into Christ's image - His true heart's desire for each of His children. On this day, may we rest in the Father's unbiased, unwavering love, trusting that He knows exactly what we need to become all He has planned for us to be. Our circumstances are not a reflection of His love, but His love can shine through any circumstance if we let Him work in us. Not A Time To Play Catch-up #NormanKissinger #NK #Nightlight #RTTBROS But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) It's easy to ignore our relationship with God when life seems to be going smoothly. We get busy with work, family, hobbies - all good things, but things that can distract us from spending quality time with the Lord. Just like students who don't study throughout the semester try to cram the night before the big test, we often try to cram in time with God when a crisis hits. But that's not how strong relationships are built. God desires consistency and perseverance in our walk with Him. When we regularly spend time praying, reading the Word, worshiping, and serving, we build spiritual strength for the tests life will bring. Just as athletes train daily, not just before the big game, we need to make our relationship with God a daily priority. Let's commit to seeking the Lord each day, not just when trouble comes. If we wait upon Him continually, He will renew our strength, and equip us to not just survive life's trials but to thrive and glorify Him through them. Consistency now prepares us for the tests ahead. Paul's “My Gospel”By Tammy LacockThis week, Warren Litzman digs deeper into what the Apostle Paul means by “my gospel” in Romans 2:16, 16:25, and 2 Timothy 2:8.Paul's “my gospel” is meant to contrast his unique revelation of Jesus Christ (Galatians 1:11-16) from the other gospel centered in Christ, the Kingdom gospel, which was preached by Peter and the other apostles. The Kingdom gospel, preached to only the Jews, centered on Christ's Messiahship by his death and resurrection and an assurance of the kingdom to come. Peter and the apostles also commingled Judaic law within the kingdom gospel. In contrast, Paul's gospel of grace has no history of law. Whether Jew or Gentile, by simply believing in Christ's death, burial, and resurrection, we are saved, born-again new creations by the very life of Christ now living in us. This is the Body of Christ Paul talks about … a brand-new race of people. In fact, Paul's gospel of grace, although new to him and to the world, goes back to the beginning, before history was made. Paul calls his gospel a “mystery” many times because it was in God's mind before the foundation of the world, yet now revealed to him (Ephesians 1:4; Romans 16:25). Christ entrusted only Paul to deliver this gospel of completion to both Jews and Gentiles alike. “Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints.” (Colossians 1:25-26 KJV)It was extremely difficult for Jews to accept Paul's gospel of grace because of their history and background in law. Gentiles, however, had no godly history, nothing to hold onto, so they were eager to accept and embrace Paul's gospel of grace.Churches are still preaching a commingled gospel of law and grace. Paul tells us several times throughout his epistles, “Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ” (1 Corinthians 11:1; 4:16; and Philippians 3:17). Similarly, he tells us many times that his gospel is from “me to you” (Ephesians 3:2; Colossians 1:26).The gospel for today is Paul's gospel of grace only. Simply put, we are saved by nothing we do or don't do. By just believing, we are saved by Christ's work — His death, burial, and resurrection. By Him, we are freed from the bondage of sin, death, and law. By Him, we are born again, making us brand-new creations, now bona fide sons and daughters of God. Our sin-natures have been uprooted, and God's very seed, Christ, has been planted within us.“To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” (Colossians 1:27 KJV)
Risen With Christ! Note: Mathew 28:1-7 NKJV will be read during Worship Mathew 27:45-50 NKJV 45 Now from the sixth hour until the ninth hour there was darkness over all the land. 46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” 47 Some of those who stood there, when they heard that, said, “This Man is calling for Elijah!” 48 Immediately one of them ran and took a sponge, filled it with sour wine and put it on a reed, and offered it to Him to drink. 49 The rest said, “Let Him alone; let us see if Elijah will come to save Him.” 50 And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice and yielded up His spirit. In the 20th Century We Have Sanitized and Ritualized the Cross Jesus Did It Willingly John 10:17-18 NKJV “Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father.” "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich" (2 Cor. 8:9 KJV) It is Finished! Paid in Full! Christ is Risen! I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. (Gal. 2:20) Risen with Christ!
“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of himthat sent me, and to finish his work. ” ~John 4:34 (KJV)It's good to return to the basics, especially in our walk with theLord.Oftentimes as Christians, we tend to want ―deep‖ things, emotionally moving things. We want to ―feel‖ God moving allaround us.Listen, God never changes! That's awesome news! We may not always feel Him or evensense His presence, but He never changes. How do we know that? The Bible tells me so!In John 4, we find the disciples coming back from a food run ina neighboring town, and they are surprised to find Jesus speakingwith a Samaritan woman. They are also surprised when they askJesus if He has eaten already, because He tells them His food is todo the will of the Father.Looking only through their natural eyes, they didn't understandthe awesome thing that had just occurred between Jesus and thewoman, nor did they realize the revival that was about to hit herentire town.Listen, the Bible keeps us grounded. It keeps us smack dab in thewill of God for our lives! It keeps us living with an eternalperspective. It keeps us in a position to be able to minister to others,to share the gospel with them. The disciples missed an awesome opportunity to experience a mighty move of God simply because they didn't understand that we are what we eat. Jesus said in Matthew 4:4 that man does not live onbread alone, but on every Word that proceeds from the mouth ofGod!Sure, the disciples got to experience the revival because of Jesusand what He did, but wouldn't it be nice if we were the ones toinitiate the moves of God in people's lives? Wouldn't it be nice torealize that Jesus said “Greater things than these shall you do,because I go to the Father ”?As born-again believers, we have the authority and power on theinside to do mighty things in Jesus' name!

Sign-up for my free 20-day devotional, The Word Before Work Foundations, at http://TWBWFoundations.com--Series: Christmas Vocations Part IIDevotional: 1 of 4[Mary] brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. (Luke 2:7 KJV)It may surprise you to learn that the infamous “innkeeper” of the nativity is never explicitly mentioned in Scripture. But clearly, someone had to deliver the news to Mary and Joseph that there was “no room for them in the inn.”What can we learn from this nameless hotelier? At least two things.First, God often chooses to reveal himself to us at work. Whoever this innkeeper was, they were undoubtedly swamped that first Christmas Eve as a census brought an influx of travelers to Bethlehem (see Luke 2:1-3). You can imagine the innkeeper rushing to check people in and clean out rooms, just trying to keep his or her head above water. That's when God literally showed up on the innkeeper's doorstep. God didn't meet the innkeeper in the temple but at their place of work, which is one of the most common places we see God showing up all throughout Scripture (see Matthew 4:18-22, Exodus 3:1-2, and 1 Samuel 16:11-12). You see, work isn't a distraction from “the things of the Lord.” It's where the Lord often meets us if we are willing to be aware of his presence. How? By setting a reminder to pray at a specific time during your workday, writing a verse near your desk, or attaching a reminder of God's presence to a physical activity in your office (for more on this last one, listen to this clip from Skye Jethani). Here's the second thing the innkeeper teaches us about our work: The minute we invite Jesus inside, our secular workplace instantly becomes sacred. The innkeeper wasn't a priest or religious professional and was probably tempted to view his or her work as “secular.” But on that first Christmas Eve, the innkeeper couldn't have been more wrong. Why? Because “secular” literally means “without God.” Had the innkeeper welcomed Joseph, Mary, and Jesus into their lobby, God would have quite literally been with them and that secular place of work would have instantly been made sacred the moment Mary's belly crossed the threshold. The same is true of you today, believer. Don't believe for one second that your workplace is secular just because your company makes widgets instead of sermons. The same God who appeared to the innkeeper that first Christmas Eve literally dwells in you. And so, the only thing you need to do to make your secular workplace sacred is walk through the door or log on to Zoom. With that in mind, embrace your work as exactly where God wants to be with you and working through you today!

Our Completion Is in The SeedBy Tammy Lacock We must first understand what took place in us as believers before we can understand what's in the seed. And yet, we must understand what's in the seed in order for us to understand what God is doing in our lives and who we are now. By just believing in Christ as our Savior, we are born again. When Christ died, we died too. Our old Satan-nature (passed down by the curse of Adam) was replaced by Christ's nature. The gospel tells us that He came into us as a seed. “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” (1 Peter 1:23 KJV) In Christ's death, burial, and resurrection, we died, were buried, and arose to a new life with Him and in Him by His seed. God literally, not figuratively, planted the incorruptible seed of His Son in our spirits giving us a completely new life. Christ tells us in John 12:24 that there must be a death for life to come forth. This is the deepest truth of God. Just as Christ's death brought life to many, we too must go through a death to ourselves, in our souls-minds, our flesh, so that the seed of Christ can break through our hard shell and bear much fruit through us. “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.” (John 12:24 KJV) The problem is the gospel for today isn't being preached. Most believers don't know what took place in them. They don't know that Christ is now their new life by His seed. They don't know that they are now complete by His seed. They don't know who they are. We continue to identify by what we do rather than who we are now: born-again children of God! Christ is our life now. In Him, we are complete. “Ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.” (Colossians 2:10 KJV) It's by the revelation of the Holy Spirit through our circumstances and situations that we come to this knowledge of Christ now in us. And it's through the sufferings in these circumstances and situations where we begin to grow up in Him, acknowledging Him in all things and through all things. This is where the fullness of who God created us to be comes to life, the seed of Christ breaking through our old identities and mind sets. This is where we begin to truly understand what the Apostle Paul says in Ephesians 1:4 (KJV): “According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.” By Christ's Seed in us, God's work is finished…we are complete! Now go on and live like it!
If It's in the Seed, It's in You!By Tammy Lacock “Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered.” (Hebrews 5:8 KJV) In Part 2 of “What's in The Seed?”, Warren Litzman keeps us focused on God's Seed, Christ, planted in our spirits as believers. To understand what God is doing in our lives, we must first understand what's in this seed. In Part 1, Warren showed that new life is in the seed, Christ. By Christ's seed, we are born again. At salvation, Christ's nature and traits replace the sin-nature passed down by the curse of Adam. Christ is our new life; we are partakers of His divine nature. Warren explains with Hebrews 5:8 that we begin to truly learn and experience our new life in Christ through our hurts and suffering just as Christ learned obedience through His suffering and death. He knew that new Life only comes by His suffering and death. When He drank of the cup in Gethsemane, all of our sins and transgressions went into His body so that when He died, we died, too! He loved us so much that He suffered and died so we would be free from the sin and bonds of this world. When He arose to a new life, we arose to a new life in Him, by placing His seed in our spirits. “For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.” (Romans 5:10 KJV) It's by the sufferings in our circumstances and situations where we begin to develop a personal relationship with the Christ that now lives in us. In it's our sufferings where we break through the hull of Christ's Seed so He can flow through. There's no other way to grow closer to Him. We must first know, however, who we are now! We need to understand and know now that we are birthed children of God! Our old lives died, and we are born again into His family. We are here to get to know our new family! God's intention for us is completed by the Seed of Christ in our spirits. We are spiritually complete in Him, while our souls are presently being transformed as the Holy Spirit works in our minds to help us understand who we are now. Now in God's family, His fruit of His Seed begins to come through us now. It's His love, His joy, His peace, His goodness, His kindness, His gentleness, His self-control, His patience coming through us. By our sufferings in our circumstances, we begin to see and know Christ in every situation. Over 100 times, the New Testament tells us we are “in Christ,” we are one with Him. Put your confidence in Him. Give yourself over to Him. All that we need is in Him, His seed that is planted in us now. Let Him take over and come through you in your sufferings. He doesn't give us strength; He IS our strength! “I can do all things through Christ which strengthen the me.” (Philippians 4:13 KJV)
Do You Know?By Tammy Lacock Warren Litzman continues to explain, through Paul's epistles, our new birthing as Christians. When we are born again, the incorruptible seed of God's Son, Christ Jesus, has been placed in us, joined to our Spirit, making us one spirit (1 Corinthians 6:17 KJV). This birthing completes our creation; and we now have the right, for the first time, as God's bona fide children, to fulfill who He created us to be. Christ in us completes our creation. Yet, is is only through Paul epistles by revelation where we can know this. Paul shares his revelation in his letter to the Colossians chapter 2, verse 10, “And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.” Warren emphasizes how our new birth in Christ has been part of God's plan since before the foundation of the world. In fact, there are two pillars established before the foundation of the world that hold up the gospel of Jesus Christ: the death and resurrection of Christ on the cross and consequently, the birthing of Christ in every believer (Ephesians 1:4). Christ couldn't bring this message of living in us while he was here in the flesh. Man wasn't ready. He did mention to Nicodemus that we “must be born again” (John 3:3, 7), but He knew this revelation must wait. He knew He must die for people to believe. God raised up Paul to bring us this message of our death in Christ's death and His eternal life now living in every believer. By diving into Paul's epistles, this great mystery can be revealed to us by the Holy Spirit. We must know that Christ lives in us to live out our completion. Paul states clearly in Romans 16:25 that there is no other gospel than his gospel now, that Christ lives in every believer. And only by revelation can we know this. This great mystery was God's plan from the beginning, before He laid the foundation of the world. And only those who now know this gospel have authority to preach it. “Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began.” (Romans 16:25, KJV) It took Peter some time for this revelation to take hold. He didn't know. In fact, he and Paul preached A Christian is born again. A Christian is one in whom Christ now lives, not figuratively, but actually. We are complete in our new birthing. Christ is our new life. Yet the only way we can live who God created us to be is to know this. Dive into Paul's epistles and let the Holy Spirit reveal it to you. “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20, KJV)
“Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”Philippians 3:13-14 KJVIt can be so tempting to measure our so-called success by various things like follow counts, likes on our social media feeds, monies in our bank account, cars in our driveway, clothes in our closet, people in our circles, the list goes on…The truth is, Life doesnt come with a handy dandy progress bar and unfortunately it can feel at times like we are taking one step forward and three or even five steps back!Do you remember the parable of the talents that Jesus shared in scripture? Notice that the lord of the house didn't compare the investees amongst each other but rather to themselves. In other words, the person with one talent wasn't compared in value and worth to the person with five but rather he was simply expected to do something with his one! This is how it is in the Kingdom of God!The Bible says, God says, we have all been given a measure of faith and its not how we stack up after this life to one another that we will be judged by, but rather what we did on an invidiual basis with that which God has entrusted to us!That's awesome news!God is not a respector of persons, but sadly people are! And dare I say it, people within the church very much are!One of the most dangerous things we can become a part of is comparison Christianity. This leads to all sorts of offense, bitterness, pride, and inward battles of self-worth!Listen, today I want to encourage you and I not to get our eyes off the One who truly matters! each one of us is on our own personal journey with the Lord and yet each one of us make up the whole body of Christ! That means that not one single individual is better than or more important than the other! This can be hard to grasp at times, trust me I know this! And if we try to guage our success, our progress in the Lord by social media, by the people who either accept or reject us, by our positions in the church, then we are going to be let down big time!We are going to be continually grasping at straws, grasping at the wind!Instead, my challenge for you and me today is this: be like Paul and forget those things which are behind and look forward toward the prize of the high calling in Christ Jesus! What is our highest calling? It's something we all share as belivers, sharing the Good News with others! Enouraging and loving on others! These are the things that we should be out doing, Jesus called it the Father's business while on earth, and its something we can and should all be busy doing!when we get busy serving others, loving on others, encouraging others, we wont have time to track our supposed progress in the Lord or compare ourselves amongst ourselves - we will simply be too busy doing the Word to notice or even care! Be encouraged today! You are who He says you are!!! Until next time, remember: what you make happen for others, God will make happen for you! The Power To Get Wealth By Apostle Joshua Selman Part 2 There is a relationship between wealth and influence. The absence of financial resources in your life will impede the quality of your living, your contribution towards Kingdom Advancement and your potential to be a blessing. Having financial resources at your disposal does not mean you are financially independent. Financial freedom is attained when there is an availability of abundant financial resources plus adequate time to be blessed by it and utilised towards kindgom advancement, plus peace of mind. Jesus must never be left out in your pursuit for financial resources. The subject of wealth and abundance in the Kingdom can never be minus Jesus in the equation. Whatever requires that you sideline Jesus Christ in order to prosper is demonic. In this Sermon, Apostle Joshua Selman unveils the physical law that governs wealth and abundance for a man. The Power to Get Wealth (2) by Apostle Joshua Selman Deuteronomy 8:11 (KJV) It is God's will for us to prosper. Psalm 35:27 (KJV) There is a relationship between wealth and influence. The absence of financial resources in your life will impede the quality of your living, your contribution towards Kingdom Advancement and your potential to be a blessing. Having financial resources at your disposal does not mean you are financially independent. Jesus must never be left out in your pursuit for financial resources. The subject of wealth and abundance in the Kingdom can never be minus Jesus in the equation. Whatever requires that you sideline Jesus Christ in order to prosper is demonic. The first physical law that governs wealth and abundance is called the Law of mental transformation. Most people who desire to prosper, don't first address their mental state as pertains to their prosperity. As it is in your mind, so it manifests in your life. ************************************ Physical Laws of Wealth and Abundance: 1). The Law of Mental Transformation Your belief system and thinking has a relationship with your finances and destiny. The realities captured in your thoughts and belief system will eventually find expression and translate to your physical reality. Proverbs 23:7 (KJV) For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.
Soul And SpiritBy Tammy Lacock “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12, KJV) In this week's podcast, Warren explains how the scriptures divide soul and spirit distinctly and Paul's explanation of salvation accordingly. Each of us are made up of mind, body, and spirit. When we accepted Christ as our Savior, He was joined to our spirits, making us one spirit in Him. “But he that is joined to the Lord is one Spirit.” (1 Corinthians 6:17, KJV) It is here in Spirit where we are made perfect by God placing His Son, the Incorruptible Seed (1 Peter 1:23), in each and every one of us who believes on Christ as Savior. Here in spirit is where our salvation resides; that is Christ. It is here where He is made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. In contrast, our souls—where our minds, our free wills, and our emotions reside—are distinct from our spirits. It is here where we are being transformed, where we are still being delivered (2 Corinthians 1:10). It is the “excellency of the knowledge of Christ” that Apostle Paul refers to when the Holy Spirit reveals to us that Christ is now our new Life, and He is all that matters (Philippians 3:8). The Holy Spirit continually reveals this knowledge in our minds, which restores our souls. Christ's wisdom begins to flow into our souls, our minds. Once our minds become fixed on Christ now living in us, we can then start to live life the way God intended. We are free to live how God created us to live, in Christ. “According as he hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.” (Ephesians 1:4, KJV) As a Christian, do you know who you really are? Warren explains that through Paul's epistles, and later in John's writings, that we can know and understand who we are by the birthing. By God's placing His seed, Christ, in us, we are born-again, entirely new creations, partakers of God.
"I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food." (Job 23:12b KJV) " It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:4–5 KJV)
Bible Verse of the Day Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through. Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not. – Luke 12:37-40, KJV ___________________________ It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes.Truly I tell you, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them ready, even if he comes in the middle of the night or toward daybreak. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. 40 You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. – Luke 12:37-40, NIV
(Ephesians 3:20-21) “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21 KJV It is so exciting to know that aside God answering us when we ask Him or make a request to Him, He also answers the desire of our minds. This is awesome! This should also be thought-provoking for us. So, for instance, when I ask, making positive and power-packed declaration of God's Word, are my thoughts aligning with what I am asking and declaring? I declare that I have the life of God - is my thought agreeing with my declaration or doubting? I declare that I receive help today- various thoughts fly through my mind. Which of the thought will I uphold? As human, various thoughts will fly through our minds, but when are conscious and remind ourselves of the presence and power of God in us, defeating, depressing and negative thoughts will have no choice that to clear off. Remember God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us... Also remember that God super answers our requests - spoken and unspoken ones. We must be intentional about being conscious of God's presence and power at work in us so we can walk and bask in the reality of God's greatness. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/abimbola-arawande/message

That first Pentecost must have been an incredible experience. Do you every find yourself imagining it happening again? Would you want to be one of those to whom it happened? But you do realize, don't you, If it did happen to you. that your life would be over. I mean your life as you have lived it to date. It would be over, swept away. And most of the things you look forward to this day would, in one fell swoop, be gone. It brings to mind something Jesus told Peter: I tell you the truth, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.John 21:18 NIV Peter's old life was gone. He would never go fishing again. It also brings to mind what he said to another unnamed young man: And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?Matthew 19:16 KJV And this, basically, is what most people think religion is all about. It has little to do with this world and everything to do with the next. And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?Matthew 19:17–20 KJV We have a commandment keeper here—a dedicated, religious man. Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.Matthew 19:21 KJV It is absolutely breathtaking to consider. A very well to do young man who no doubt had many responsibilities and a full life; and he is asked to walk off and leave it all. But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.Matthew 19:22–26 KJV It really is beyond the capacity of men to do what Jesus asked this young man to do. But there can come a time when God makes it possible. This is precisely what he did on Pentecost for 120 people. He made it possible for them to walk away from their lives.

The giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai and the story of Ruth are about connection with God and with each other. Jesus taught His disciples about connection when He told them to follow Him. Jesus said, “Follow me.” “19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” (Matthew 4:19 KJV) We live in a follow me culture. Social media is all about connection. Sometimes it feels like there is a war going on in our mind. There is conflict, cognitive dissonance between what God said and what we want to do as far as righteousness and what our flesh wants to do, which is opposite to the promise. Romans 4:18-20 KJV "Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations; according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara's womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;" John 6:63 KJV "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." Download Podcast I am so thankful that we can be stable in unstable times. That stability brings confidence and peace. Let's look a t how. This podcast is available on iTunes. Out of the Mouth of Babes The little girl stood in the middle of the back seat tossing the coins in her hand up then catching them. She repeated the rhythmic tossing and catching until her mother realized what was “really” going on in the back seat. It was Sunday morning, she had just picked her daughter up from Children’s Church and the only money she had with her today was her offering money. The mom replied over her shoulder, “Did you give your money in the offering this morning?” Continuing her tossing game she replied casually, “Sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t.” Sometimes we do and sometimes we don't. The truth is that we approach our thought life with the same casualness. Sometimes we notice our thoughts and sometimes we don’t. Sometimes we guard our thoughts and sometimes we don’t. Also, Sometimes we let our emotions go haywire and sometimes we don’t. Sometimes we believe God’s promises and sometimes we don’t. And that will make us double minded. James 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. KJV It has consequences. Unstable in all his ways…sound familiar? Uncommitted. Apathetic. Doesn’t follow through on promises. Vacillating. Indecisive. Aimless. Hinders problem solving. Instability and indecisiveness can make problem solving difficult. And even after finally making a decision, indecisiveness can complicate the process of finding the resolve to follow through. And that can be castropic in times of crisis. To be stable in unstable times, in unstable situations; we must anchor to something that is stable, unchanging and consistent. You know what to do in a shaky situation, you instinctively know to grab something stable. Jesus is that stable, unchanging rock where we can anchor our hope and faith. Grab the promises and steadfastness of Scripture. "Faith in God’s promises is the only way to find peace in the midst of trouble."--Warren Wiersby Isaiah 33:6 NASB And He will be the stability of your times, A wealth of salvation, wisdom and knowledge; The fear of the LORD is his treasure. Look at what He brings into your situation when you give Him access. A wealth or storehouse of salvation. That word alone is pregnant…aid, deliverance, prosperity, healing, help and security. The verse continues with wisdom and knowledge…which shows you what to do and how to do it. Do you realize the brilliant storehouse that God has given you access to? A seasoned fisherman drops his anchor in a place he trusts…where do you trust? Proverbs 3:5 NLT Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Trust? Trust is built. The more we know Him, the more we will trust him. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you know Jesus more, to reveal Him to you. That is one of the works that He came to do in your life. The more we fix our thoughts on what He has done, is doing and who He is the greater our confidence in Him will become. A fixed mind is a steadfast, stable mind. Reflect on His nature and His goodness. Respond to His goodness with praise and worship. Fix your thoughts. Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest. Hebrews 3:1 NIV Grand Canyon National Park I am always eager to read the information on signs in America’s national parks. When we were in the Grand Canyon a placard told about a mountain peak that could be seen from where we were standing. I searched the horizon for the peak, but everything looked the same to me. Then I noticed what I thought was a telescope so I looked through it. There was the peak I had been searching for. I was wrong To my surprise it wasn’t a telescope. It was only a tube of pipe mounted in the direction of the point of interest that I was trying to find. And it worked. All I needed was to be pointed in the right direction and then focus my eyes there. Worship helps you focus on Jesus. Declare out of your spirit who Jesus is in you. Something like this, “Thank you Jesus that you are my Savior! You are my healer. Thank you, Jesus, you purchased my healing, my peace. In your presence is fullness of joy. There is power in worship. It quiets your heart and takes your eyes off problems so you can see more clearly. Make it a discipline to worship from your heart everyday. Think about His goodness and His greatness. Take those thoughts, mix them with heartfelt love and adoration, then express them with your words. The more you worship from your heart, you’ll fall in love. Focus on Jesus As you focus your thoughts on Jesus, you’ll want more, you’ll move closer, you’ll see Him in ways that only a relationship with Him offers and you’ll experience more of His Presence. I believe that you will even discover things about yourself! I shared with you in the previous lesson that we get the English word “pupil” from the word “pupa.” It is the transformation stage of the butterfly. Pupil has a second meaning. The pupil is that black hole in the center of the eye. It lets light into the eye. But, in the 1590s it meant the "small image of oneself in another's pupil" and in the 17th century it was a colloquial expression to "stare lovingly into another's eyes." I am convinced... as you become an earnest pupil, setting your focus on Jesus, you will draw closer and closer to Him. When you come close, you look into His eyes, into the eyes of His Word, then you will see your reflection in His eyes. You might not recognize what you see at first, because it will not be the reflection that you see when you look in the mirror. It will be the reflection of who He sees when He looks at you. He doesn’t see you the way you see yourself. He sees you through the lens of what you can be in Him. Also, He sees you through the lens of His perfect will for your life. His eye And the second thing you will see when you focus on Jesus is that His loving eye is on you! Psalm 32:8 NIV “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” Don’t you just love that verse? Not only does He see you, I want you to see how He sees you. I want you to look into His eyes as He instructs, teaches, and guides you. Look in His eyes of Scripture. Do you feel His love, patience and goodness? Even if you have not experienced it in the natural, I want you to know, without a doubt that God leans in to guide you with absolute delight and a heart that overflows with love for you. He is your loving Father. His eyes radiant warmth, kindness and joy as he whispers hope into your steps. He sets you up for victory. He points you toward paths that produce life. Sukkot: Past History Having already quoted our theme verse for the Mikra’ey Kodesh series (Leviticus 23:1, 2), I want to go backwards into the Torah to a time period before the giving of the instructions for the Feasts, back to when HaShem instructed the people to build him a Tabernacle. Exodus chapter twenty-five (Parashah T’rumah in the weekly Torah readings) talks about gathering the materials together to construct a “dwelling place” for HaShem to live among the people, as their one and only God (Deuteronomy 6:4). This tabernacle was to be put together using materials that were freely and wholeheartedly contributed by Am Yisra’el (the people of Isra’el). They were not to be forced to give. The first point I want to emphasize is: the building of the “dwelling place” was an act of free will; the people wanted it built, and thereby contributed to its building. Only after this important detail of HaShem’s Tabernacle was addressed could he state in 25:8, “I [will] dwell among them” (KJV, emphasis mine). In Leviticus chapter twenty-three, HaShem instructed the people to build sukkot in memory of the temporary dwelling places that they had while wandering in the desert. But the most important temporary dwelling place during that period was still the Tabernacle. To be sure, according to past history, once the people built a Tabernacle for HaShem, he indeed did come to “dwell among his people” as he said he would, and they did behold his Sh’khinah (manifest Glory of God)! In the prophecy of Ezekiel 37:27, 28, HaShem is seen as saying once again that his “home will be with them”, however, this reference is in the future tense. What could he be saying to us? Let’s read on. Sukkot: Present Reality John’s opening account of Yeshua’s ministry here on earth is a most revealing one. In chapter one of his Gospel, we find a seemingly ordinary statement, until we examine the underlying Hebrew thought behind it. Here’s the statement: “The Word became a human being and lived with us, and we saw his Sh’khinah….” (Verse 14) This immediately brings to memory the indwelling, manifested Glory, present in the earthly Tabernacle. But the Tabernacle had long since been replaced by a more permanent Temple structure. Moreover, the Sh’khinah of HaShem is reported to have been displayed fully in the person of Yeshua (Colossians 2:9)! In John 14:23, and 17:23, Yeshua says that anyone who loves him will keep his words. The response is that the Father will demonstrate his own love for the individual, and that the both of them (Father and Son) would come to make their abode with him (KJV, paraphrase mine)! This type of “dwelling” is really a perfect one. One might even suppose that this type of “dwelling among men” was indeed the complete revelation of HaShem’s dwelling with men. Or was it? The book of Hebrews, chapter eight, tells us that our Great High Priest Yeshua was “a minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.” (Verse 2, KJV) It is true, our Messiah’s atoning death brought about the present reality that “any individual who calls upon his name, will receive HaShem’s salvation (Joel 2:32; Romans 10:13). Moreover, according to the Torah, this personal acceptance of Yeshua is the only sign of a genuine relationship between a Holy God and his people (John 14:6-21, Hebrews 8:10). But the Feast of Sukkot is a holy convocation that speaks of corporate involvement. Is there still some future “dwelling with men” that HaShem is waiting for? What does our prophetic Scripture (from Jeremiah) for this point say? “I will be their God, and they will be my people” (31:33). So God is consistent in his intentions.
We win in Jesus Name Lamentations 3:26 (KJV) It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
