    Domain Query: Original Sin

    LRFotS JohnC911 had an interesting open-ended question about Scripture, starting with Genesis 3, particularly focused on the nature and role of the serpent that tempted Eve: Hey Didactic, I have a question for you? Since you believe in Jesus Christ is the Son of God What are your thoughts on Genesis 3? Even if you don't believe it, the enemies do believe this story though they think eating the fruit was the right thing. The fruit of Knowledge of Good and Evil they say free the Human mind. Though as Christian I could not disagree with them more. Such knowledge is not needed when you are present of God and given enteral life. Also it has corrupt us. Interesting The very 1st question asked in the Bible, is asked by the serpent. Questioning and lying about God words Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? – Genesis 3:1 KJV The second part of what the Serpent said next is an another 2 lies. Gensis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. KJV It is a good set of questions that deserves some serious unpacking, particularly with respect to the implications of Genesis 3 for literally the entire history of Creation. So I tackle it as such, in a new episode of Domain Query, that tackles multiple subjects related to what the Scripture says - both at the surface level, and at a much deeper and more profound one. Domain Query: Risk vs Reward

    Today's query comes from LRFotS Randale6, who has a rather interesting and very germane set of questions about the reasons why lower-ranked men in the SSH choose high-probability poor-quality outcomes, over lower-probability (thus riskier) but higher-quality potential outcomes. Here is the question set: Two questions. First is why do gammas/deltas pedestalize one woman to the exclusion of all others? As noted in this post on Vox's Sigma Game substack the erstwhile gamma had done quite well for himself. Yet he still fixated on one woman, ignoring what his position would have allowed him to achieve elsewhere (accounting businesses can be rendered remote in 3, 2, 1... presto) in the world. Second and closely related to the first is... why don't we see more gammas and deltas just hightailing it into their own solo/small scale enterprises? If the hierarchy is just going to shit all over you why bother with it when you can go your own path as many accountants and mechanics do? The answer has to do with the risk and reward appetites of the various ranks. It should come as absolutely no surprise that the further up the hierarchy you go, the higher your appetite for risk is. As such, lower-ranked males, like Deltas and especially Gammas, are unable to stomach risks, for psychological reasons, and routinely and observably fail to take calculated risks that would actually be highly beneficial for them. I outline my reasoning and my answers in today's (perhaps mercifully shorter) podcast. For reference, here is Our Beloved and Dreaded Supreme Dark Lord (PBUH) Voxemort the Most Malevolent and Terrible, explaining the SSH. Domain Query: Clown College degrees

    Despite being stricken with what feels like (but isn't… probably) bird flu, I finally managed to get around to addressing a rather interesting query from LRFotS Randale6, who wrote in to ask about the monumental illiteracy and idiocy of Clown World: Didact, looking into the history of commies and world war two I find this, the death of Patton is essentially a commie masterminded assassination (nearly killed by a cart two times before the third attempt finally does it, across two continents). At least from what I was reading on Unz Patton had planned to do a political tour of America to expose communism and push the population to both oust the commies at home (FDR and his cronies were effing commies, where is Pinochet when you need him) and finish off the Soviet Union while it still lacked nukes. This brings up a question in my mind, are the clowns as historically and politically illiterate as we think they are or do they actually have a clue? On the face of it the hollowing out of the USA military doesn't make sense at all for a bunch of neocons hellbent on world domination. It does make sense though if those clowns don't think they can take over the world, rather they want to ensure that nothing domestically can pull a Caesar or Pinochet on their cockroach asses. The short version is: yes, they are that stupid. In fact, they are far more stupid than you can imagine. The longer version is, of course, in the podcast below. In it, I unpack this issue through an exploration of the ways in which Clown World denizens think. I have made a few simplifying assumptions, which are not actually particularly strong, starting with the notion that you can equate “clown world” with “neoclowns”, as they are basically one and the same (barring some minor factional differences). From that point, I examine the reality that neoclowns are astonishingly poorly educated, given their backgrounds in non-mathematical subjects that provide them with no intellectual toolkit whatsoever to permit an understanding of the true factors of military, economic, and political power. Using the Ossipov-Lanchester Equations as a starting point, I explain how no neoclown can possibly comprehend the complexities involved even with a relatively simple set of ordinary differential equations. I then use a recent article from arch-neoclown (and, evidently, Krispy Kreme enthusiast) Robert Kagan, one of the intellectual (*snerk*) leaders of the movement, to show just how fundamentally RETARDED these people are. This is the bit of the podcast where you can practically hear me doing my best to physically restrain myself, because his writing is a perfect example of the blithering idiocy and total incompetence of the neoclown paradigm. I wrap up by explaining that the reason why Clown World (which is to say, neoclown world) is so historically inept and stupid, is because their founding premise is completely wrong. They see America as an idea, not a nation, and because of this, they have zero connection to the American nation, and therefore to the inherent limitations that confront any nation which sponsors an empire. Reading List Randale6's Substack; The Russian Art of War by Col. Jacques Baud - superb book, very highly recommended; America's Final War by Andrei Martyanov - I got the name of the book wrong in the podcast, I mentioned Disintegration, which was his PREVIOUS book, my bad; The blindingly stupid article from Robert Kagan that got me all bothered in the podcast, to the point where I had to somehow restrain myself from yelling incoherently into the microphone; Support the War College If you like what I do, and you would like to express your appreciation, please feel free to do so here via my Buy Me a Coffee page. The very first podcast of 2025 is up, in which I talk through some of the lessons learned in the preceding year, and some of the possible outcomes these lessons will dictate in the current one. I discuss how the fall of the Syrian Arab Republic has completely reshaped the Middle East's geopolitical landscape, and how the Banderastan War has fundamentally changed the dynamics in Europe. I talk about how we are, in many ways, returning to a non-Westphalian approach to relationships between states and governments, and how the conflicts of 2024 proved the total bankruptcy of the so-called "rules-based international order". I close with a call for a return to what truly works and makes sense, and end on a hopeful note with a prayer, as befits a podcast for the start of the year. Admittedly, this was perhaps not one of my more on-point podcasts - I am battling some sort of viral infection, which seems to be similar to a milder version of the Coof, and it still has not worked its way out of my system. On top of that, I had to deal with a very nasty, though mercifully short-lived, bout of food poisoning while I was on holiday. So let us just say, it has not been the smoothest start to the year. Therefore, I ask for your patience if the podcast itself seems a bit meandering and off-topic at times. The Didactic Mind podcast is finally BACK, after a hiatus of some 7 months, with a new episode discussing the motivations and rationale behind neoclown thinking. In this episode, I explain how the various chaotic events springing up all over the world - the collapse of the Assad government in Syria, the attempted coup in South Korea, the attempts to mount a Maidan Revolution in Georgia, the annulment of the first round of Presidential elections in Romania, and most of all, the war in Ukraine - all have a common thread running through them. I explain how neoclownery essentially comes from the true meaning behind a three-word phrase, and I point out how the current generation of neoclowns view Ukraine as central to their entire agenda for global American hegemony. I also unpack the reasons why that hegemony simply cannot hold, and why the other nations of the world have no interest in living under it. It has been QUITE a while since we last did a proper podcast - first I was busy, then I was stupidly busy, then I was on vacation, and then I was (and still am) sick. But nothing gets older than an excuse, so let us crack on with a great set of questions from LRFotS JohnC911: Hey Didactic, I hope you are doing well my friend. I have a few questions On the subject of China demographics. If a Chinese government ask you could put any suggestions on what solutions what might you list? Also do you think Christianity if adopted by the Elites and laws enforce, could this help the demographics in the long run? Also why is it that a lot of Chinese women want date or marry non Chinese men? Is demographic a part of the issue, ie too many Chinese men and not enough Chinese women? Could it be as I have hear many cases the mother pushing them to find mostly white men? Mind you it is mainly Chinese women in their late 20s and 30s I have meet, might have to do with not having luck in China they search else where? I had this Chinese woman in her late 20s at Church, she treated me better than any other woman I have dated. She brought me gifts and write me thank you letters after I took her out on dates, She would say many nice things about me. She would dress very feminine and She loved the Lord and we would talk about the Bible. She has now gotten marriage to a Chinese Husband and I am very happy for her. The next best women was a Korean woman. Also Japanese have been very pleasant to be around and date. Mind you I live in Australia so it is mostly European or Asians here, unless you go to Sydney or Melbourne. But anyway I don't know why but I often have better conversations with Asian women, especially north east ones that dress very conservative. Funny things is that they don't get angry when I talk to them about Jesus and God. So many White women get angry on the topic and especially emotional. Maybe it is the pill, Korean women (3%), Japanese (0.9%), Chinese (14%) vs Australian (40%) probably higher for whites since many non white do not take it, English (45%) and American women (64%). It could also be IQ, on average North East Asians are higher than whites (mind you the White Europeans in Europe it is about the same). I am coming to Europe soon, I am dating a few women while I am over there. What are your thoughts on Swedish, Swiss, English, Polish and/or Bulgaria‎n women (less than 3% on the Pill, and fewest Covid shots)? Do you think any other countries I should explore? That is a good meaty set of questions to answer. Let us carry on, then:. Domain Query: Goldbugging

    The Domain Query series is back, with a new episode inspired by a (lengthy) request from LRFotS Randale6, about how to achieve some degree of fiscal and geographical independence from the long, and increasingly corrupt and decrepit, arm of Uncle Shmuel: By misfortune of my nationality (American) I am faced with a bit of an investment problem, the IRS has a complete and utter hatred of Americans investing in foreign stock markets (to the tune of taxing any capital gains from them at 40%, obliterating any gains from compound interest). Once my English teaching stint is over and I transition over to international/bilingual schools I will be making enough money to begin serious investing, but the dollar is something I need to either escape or somehow make up for. I see the following options but am open to more. Moving to Russia: Owing to the west's sanctioning of Russia international schools in Russia seem to be having great difficulty with recruiting western teachers (from what I hear at any rate), this means that a less than ideal candidate (such as myself) will be considered, particularly by less than top notch schools. I am lukewarm to Russia but...a pathway to citizenship that doesn't involve marriage is offered there (I will be blunt, no Natashas, they are not worth the headache), it won't give a flying fuck about the dollar collapsing and with Russian citizenship I can safely invest in their stock market (so long as i don't travel anywhere that has an extradition treaty with the USA). Option 2 is betting against the USA...with dollars. Simply put it would be putting money into such things as vanguard index funds that target overseas investments and betting that even if the dollar goes to hell that those investments will skyrocket enough to make up for the difference. I have no clue if this would work at all. I am of course open to other options, but I am not sure if they even exist or what they are. I answer this set of questions as follows: First, I note the availability of the Foreign Earned Income Exemption, which provides for at least a modicum of tax relief for American citizens living abroad; Then, I discuss what it is like to live in Russia, and in other locations outside the West - it is NOT easy, at all, and those who do it, need to understand what they are getting into; I talk about the challenges, and opportunities, involved in opening up investment accounts in foreign lands, such as Russia - while it is possible, one needs to be careful about the bureaucracy involved, and be realistic about the challenges as well; I talk about the interesting and exciting world of emerging alternative investments, such as digital currencies and stablecoins, and traditional ways of diversifying your currency exposure, like precious metals and cash; One point I should have mentioned, but forgot, is that the demand for foreign English-speaking teachers in Russia is actually rapidly declining - while interest in those speaking Chinese or Asian languages, is spiking. This is because of Russia's rapid shift toward a true Eurasian posture. It is worth keeping this in mind - Russia is not an easy country to live in, even at the best of times, and nowadays, for foreigners, it is becoming substantially more difficult to enter. However, I will say this - once you get past a few irritating hurdles, and you bother to take the time and learn the language, life in Russia can be quite pleasant, even wonderful, because of the advanced civilisation, culture, and humanity of its people. I discuss the predictions made by what was, honestly, an actual joke book, originally designed to mock the hell out of perhaps the biggest Gamma in the entire world of science fiction today. And I talk about how, if you travel around the rest of the world, "enshittification" is not nearly the problem that it is in the West. The root cause I identify here is the spiritual and moral corruption that has infected the West - and I note that there is simply no way one can VOOOOOOOTE HARRRRRDURRRRR!!! to get out of this mess. The Didactic Mind podcast is FINALLY back, after a long hiatus due to... well, sheer laziness, mostly, and a real lack of desire to talk about much of the craziness around us. Nonetheless, recent events in the West and Russia have made a podcast necessary to unpack some of the historical and political context behind them. In this episode, I talk about the parallels between the Fall of the Roman Empire, and the very obvious collapse of the FUSA. I discuss how Roman culture, philosophy, and political thought went from Rome, to Byzantium, to Moscow, and how Russia considers itself to be the true guardian of the ancient flame of Graeco-Roman legal philosophy, combined with Christian morality. I then go into the ways in which the FUSA is falling to the exact same forces that destroyed first the Roman Republic, and then the Roman Empire. I quote the words of one of the Last of the Americans, St. Reagan of the Right, Ronald Magnus himself, to explain how the FUSA has taken a downward course that has doomed it to destruction. And I close with some rather sad words about how the only people who truly understand what America is about to face, are the very people that the neoclowns and GloboHomoPaedoPharisatanists want to exterminate - the Russians. Domain Query: Fake it 'til you make it

    This latest Domain Query comes by way of LRFotS Randale6, who asks a pertinent and germane question about the difference between natural and artificial, or "learned", charisma, with examples provided as reference points: Didact, what are your thoughts on natural vs artificial charisma? For clarification I will provide a summary of each along with a video showcasing it. Artificial Charisma: Being more charismatic then you naturally are, involves studying the rhetorical and dialectic arts, seeking advantages provided by the environment and/or audience, and preparing ahead of time. Example video (Mark Zuckerberg speaking Mandarin). Natural Charisma: Charisma that is innate, often marked by the user's ability to improvise and as they say "fly by the seat of my pants", often without any apparent effort or preparation. Example video (2016 republican debate, aka Trump abuses rhinos for sport). In my response, I point out that there is indeed a big difference between the two, but artificial charisma CAN eventually substitute for the real thing, through time and practice, although it will never be a perfect substitute for the natural kind. I liken it to the difference between a naturally gifted athlete, e.g. Roger Federer, and one who is simply relentless and remorseless in his training and dedication to the game, e.g. Novak Djokovic. The former will always be more talented than the latter - but the latter has more titles and more records to his name now. Support the War College I have finally signed up for Buy Me A Coffee. Happy 2024, brothers and sisters! May the peace and blessings of Our Lord Jesus Christ be with you this year. The podcast that follows is, admittedly, a couple of weeks late - I originally intended to record it on New Year's Day, but that didn't happen, due to family commitments and other things. Nonetheless, here we are with the relevant podcast to kick off 2024. The first thing to say is, New Year's day marked - no joke - ELEVEN YEARS since I started doing this shitposting thing. That is not an exaggeration. The original Didact's Reach Blogger site launched on Jan 1, 2013. That evolved eventually into the current Didactic Mind site, podcast, and Telegram channel. So we are now into the twelfth year of this whole... journey, if you want to call it that. Most blogs and sites do not last more than 11 weeks, never mind 11 years. As I point out here, I do not do this for anyone other than myself - I literally do not care what most people think about my writing - but it is nonetheless rather rewarding to learn that other people get value from what I do, and appreciate the output. So, as always, thank you very much for your continued patronage, site visits, comments, and community participation. If you want to engage more with the content, then be sure to join the Didactic Mind Telegram channel, which is quite a lot of fun for pretty much everyone involved. It is a small, but highly lively, community that regularly engages in hilarious banter and cross-posting of ideas. And Telegram is simply a great platform that combines the best features of Twitter, WhatsApp, and a long-form site, while offering other features that are far better than any of its competitors. As usual, I will provide analytics for my site and podcast here, so you can get an idea of how this site stacks up against everyone else (hint: not great, but that's fine). Total pageviews of 153K in 2023, which is a 41% decrease against 2022's 260K, and is unsurprising given the much lower rate of poasting; Total of 31,602 unique visitors across the site, which is down about 27% relative to 2022's 43.6K, and again, for the same reasons; Total of 440 comments across 255 posts, which is a decrease of 39% and 16%, respectively; Posts averaged 1,086 words each, making them significantly shorter than what we saw in 2022; The geographic distribution of the site's readership continues to be highly global, but predominantly US-centric: The Didactic Mind podcast also had a decent, though not great, year - due largely to much lower frequency of recording: 2,623 total downloads, down 26.2% against 2022, with over 8,500 total downloads all-time; A more or less steady subscriber base of about 126 Telegram members of the Didactic Mind channel; All in all, a year of struggles, at least in some ways, and I go over some of these in the podcast. I also discuss what 2024 might hold for us, and how we can prepare for what promises to be a very challenging year ahead. Support the War College I have finally signed up for Buy Me A Coffee. The Didactic Mind podcast is finally BACK with a new episode! This one is all about the importance of debt forgiveness, from both a moral and economic perspective, as it is a necessary (but not sufficient) condition for ensuring investment in genuinely productive sectors of the national economy. I go over a number of topics here today, starting with Scripture, going through fake economic statistics and the work of heretic economists like Dr. Fadi Lama and Dr. Michael Hudson and some of the Austrian economists. I then discuss how debt is crushing youngsters in the FUSA, with similar effects felt in many Western nations. And I talk about how social engineering experiments in Russia's Far East offer solutions to some of the most pressing demographic problems we see today. This is one of those podcasts that weaves together lots of different ideas into something that is (hopefully) a cohesive whole, and I would be intrigued to get the audience's thoughts, so be sure to like, comment, share, and subscribe. The program in question was a most excellent Q&A session between the THREE Alexes - they are multiplying like rabbits, I swear - about the coming financial apocalypse. The third Alex raised a lot of excellent points - indeed, I agree with basically everything he said - but he skimmed over quite a lot of details, and obfuscated others. So, MK reached out to me to ask for my own point of view and explanations as to the financial chicanery going on right now. I give it my best shot here, in which I apply my own expertise and experience in derivatives pricing, economics, financial services, energy, risk management, and other fields, and I welcome follow-up questions from this episode. Domain Query: Wife-Hunting Post-Plandemic

    Here we are, back with another Domain Query episode. This one is perhaps the most complex and demanding topic ever, because it touches on so many different things. As with the previous episode, this comes via a query from LRFotS Randale6, who asked - well, ranted, really - about a whole bunch of different things: Breaking with my established pattern of geopolitical queries I present something that may be haunting the majority of the readership.   Wife hunting post-plandemic.    Simply put many of us Western escapees understand two things. First we must get out of the West and never return, secondly we must find wives abroad (western women at this point can only be made serviceable by slavery, and I mean this literally).   The plandemic has complicated this matter enormously thanks to genocide in a syringe. South-East Asia for example may be completely wrecked if the jab numbers concerning it are accurate. Given that this was the number 1 place for westerners wife hunting safaris this means two things, either we have to abandon the region entirely or we have to have someway of reliably separating the wheat from the chaff.    I have no clue about how to do the latter efficiently (and reliably, as the truth comes to light women will start lying...as usual). As for the second the problem is the same with a twist, how do we accurately sort through the noise of the statistics?   All I can reliably make out from the mainstream headlines is the following. Eastern Europe (we will include Russia in this grouping) and Africa in general seem to be the least vaxxed populations worldwide. Meanwhile the west (outside of the USA, the benefits of a third of our population being conspiracy theorists) is fucked, the middle east proper (excluding North Africa) is very middle of the road as a whole, South America is aping North America to it's detriment, and Central Asia is also middle of the road.   All of this is further muddled by two things, questionable statistics from questionable sources (let us hope that they are deliberately cherry picking their data to inflate things), and the (not)vaccines administered.    If I were a betting man I would wager that the Chinese and Russian vaccines are less harmful than their western equivalents. This is admittedly a low bar to beat, the aforementioned countries besting it simply by not being a bunch of depopulationists dredged from the asshole of Satan.    This leaves us in one final pickle, the matter of the (new) hunting grounds. Eastern Europe while not new to us Americans isn't a good choice from what I've seen here in America. This is admittedly based on a sample size of one but it wasn't good, the woman is literally named Natasha (I forget if she is Russian or Ukrainian) and upon receiving her green card promptly divorced her rube and proceeded to shack up with a 20 year old arab boytoy.    The next (most)viable area would be the caucuses countries of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. This region is so remote and so obscure that it's hard to gauge it, all I can surmise is that these countries are a better choice then the others I will list here.   Central Asia suffers from the same problem as the caucuses, there just isn't enough expat experience of the region online to make anything remotely resembling an assessment of the landscape.   Next up is...the middle east. Needless to say I do not fancy this option one bit given my secular(ish) instincts (at this point I ain't sure about the existence of god(s), the existence of devils and demons on the other hand...I can believe that). For someone religious this could prove to be a more profitable expedition, let's not pretend that Arab Christians (particularly the Palestinian and Egyptian varieties) like living under the Jewish and Muslim boot, respectively.       Finally we arrive at Africa, for the record I will note the following. I will only consider North Africa here, having seen the barbarism and evil that is inherent to negro race here in North America I will never stain my bloodline with their filth. With that out of the way onto the question of North Africa.   North Africa strikes me as being a less extreme version of the middle-east, this trend truly picking up steam anywhere west of Libya (may the entire Clinton family burn in hell). Beyond this general trend of lessening craziness the farther from Mecca you go I don't have much more to say concerning the region (the information problems I mentioned concerning Central Asia seem to apply to this region as well).    I know this one is going to be a bitch didact, this is probably the hardest domain query I have ever asked of you. I simply do not have both the first hand experience and the mathematical background to sort out the true from the false (beyond assuming that the mainstream statistics have been fudged) with regards to this problem. Well, to be honest, I'm not even sure exactly where to start with this one, but I gave it the old college try, as it were, and here is the result. My basic answer to these questions is: you are not alone. There are more of us purebloods than most people realise, and it is only by striking out and taking risks to find them, that one will realise we are rapidly becoming the MAJORITY in the West, not the minority. Protect Yourself From Big Tech I make some pretty incendiary statements in this podcast, and in most of my podcasts. I can only do so because I take steps to protect myself from the Big Tech companies, and preserve my identity. Domain Query: Unleashed in the East

    Hail, brothers! The Domain Query series is finally back, with an all-new episode, thanks to LRFotS Randale6, who wrote in with a long two-part question. The questions relate to my recent trip to Russia, and everything that I have seen and learned before and since. Here is what he asked - edited somewhat, due to my Grammar Nazi tendencies: The first question is pertinent to your recent vacation to Russia, have the Russians finally accepted and (we can hope) embraced the reality that they are Russian, not European, and not Asian? I do not mean this in the cruel sense of deriding the Russians as a barbaric race, rather I think of them as being the far eastern analogue to Texas...just bigger, colder, and to be blunt possessed of questionable cuisine (all hail the two truly homegrown American cuisines, Cajun and Tex-Mex). Over here in the USA Texas has never been ashamed of being Texas, it readily accepts the fact that it is its own little (alright, big) reality that doesn't quite play by the rules as the American South, Southwest, and Appalachia know them. But Russian history doesn't play out that way, it's never a good sign when your nobility can speak better French than Russian...and you keep doing it despite the frogs shitting on you whenever they see you (ditto for the rest of western Europe with regards to Russia). The second question relates to China. Simply put the Chinese have done something that they have never done since before the birth of Christ, that something being the alteration of their government. From the time of the first Emperor to the nomadic conquerors from over the wall the Chinese governmental model has stood firm, the only changes to it essentially being window dressing. Those days are now gone, in the place of the old dynasties stands the CCP (which should be renamed the Fascist Chinese Party if we are honest). The CCP has a problem, a threat that it cannot answer like the old dynasties did. That thorn in their side being the question of legitimacy. In the two millennia of dynastic rule all an Emperor had to do to remain legitimate was to keep China prosperous and stable. So long as he could do this the Emperor was legitimate, regardless of whatever bullshit his predecessors had cooked up. However, the CCP cannot partake of this Mandate of Heaven like the dynasties did. The CCP is built around ideology, not an Emperor. Just because Deng took over from Mao does not mean the former can abjure the latter as having lost the mandate of heaven, the ideological tenets of the CCP being an absolute commandments that cannot be challenged (formally) lest the foundations of the entire party crumble.  Simply put the CCP cannot come to terms with the fact that are no longer Communist, they are Fascists, hence such euphemisms as "Communism with Chinese Characteristics". What this does is force the party to live in a state of cognitive (and political) dissonance, a damaging state for both the individual and the party itself. With that in mind do you think that the CCP can overcome this internal contradiction? I answer these questions at length in the podcast. Basically, the answer to the first question is: YES, the Russians have rediscovered their ancient love of their own people, and their own deeply ingrained sense of national pride. The answer to the second is more complex, and there are a few misconceptions about the CPC that I need to clear up first. Essentially, the CPC faces a number of serious problems in China, and is working to address them by way of your typical engineering mindset - build, baby, build! This is not necessarily a sensible solution, because the problems confronting the CPC are quite severe structural ones, which they have failed to address for many years. But they are nowhere near as severe as what faces the West, and I believe the CPC enjoys far greater popular support than most Western commentators realise. As always, if you enjoy this podcast, be sure to like, share, comment, and especially subscribe.     This episode of Didactic Mind is all about the misguided and very foolish return of Stalinism as an in-vogue political and social philosophy. This all came about because of the recent appearance by one Jackson Hinkle on Piers Morgan's show (Lord, have mercy, because that guy, right there, deserves a proper slapping), in which Jackson did utterly humiliate both Piers and his guest, Konstantin Kisin. But then, Jackson stated openly that he is a Stalinist, and believes in returning to Stalinist policies. This got me rather annoyed, because this is a trend I am seeing a lot of late on the channels I watch. Therefore, in this episode, I explain why Stalinism is such a terrible idea, and where it actually led over time - to starvation, backwardness, and eventual economic collapse. Stalin's economic model is not one for the rest of us to follow - it leads to very, very bad places, and its actual record in action is truly terrible. Just because neoliberal policies are failing completely, that does not mean we should trade in one set of huge failures for another. Reading List I reference a fair few books and works in this episode. Here is a partial list: Reagan's War: The Epic Story of his Forty Year Struggle and Final Triumph Over Communism by Peter Schweizer Economic Calculation in the Socialist Commonwealth by Ludwig von Mises The Black Book of Communism: Crimes, Terror, Repression Protect Yourself From Big Tech I make some pretty incendiary statements in this podcast, and in most of my podcasts.     The Didactic Mind podcast is FINALLY back, after many months off due to... well, laziness, really. This episode is all about geopolitics, and discusses the extreme and fatal errors of judgement made by the GloboHomoPaedoPharisatanist elites that have led the West from disaster to catastrophe. They fundamentally miscalculated about the nature of the enemy they sought to make out of Russia, and they also completely misunderstood themselves. The result is what we see today - a broken, beaten West that nonetheless refuses to give up on its idiotic quest to defeat an industrial and energy superpower. The Banderastan War is but the latest manifestation of this incompetence and reckless stupidity - and it will only end once the West itself shatters, which may be sooner than any of us would like to admit.     The Domain Query series is finally back, with a new instalment, thanks to LRFotS Randale6. He had an unusual and rather interesting question for me, related to gaming, which I answered at some length here. The question goes as follows: Departing from our usual fare I have one question: have we reached "good enough graphics" for gaming? What I mean by this question is have we reached the point in gaming where making your game the most graphically advanced (and ram chugging) wunderwaffen is even necessary to attract gamers? For what I would consider the "base" where I started to see this occur in my mind I am bringing up a mass effect 3 (2012 release date) gameplay video. I never played any halo games but from research halo 4 was release in the same year as mass effect 3, so it should make a good comparison to mass effect 3 (I don't believe you have played any mass effect games from what I can recollect). Here is the gameplay video our boy mentioned. It is a rather good question. In my personal view, graphics have plateaued - they haven't peaked yet, but they aren't really improving at the speed and levels that would tempt people to buy those games en masse. I think gaming will move back toward the things that make people actually fork out cash, by going back to the basics, because the obsession with having the most whiz-bang wowser graphics has resulted in serious deterioration of core gameplay mechanics, story, and character. Of course, my views on gaming are positively archaic by modern standards, so I invite anyone who thinks differently, to comment below. Have at it, lads. Protect Yourself From Big Tech I make some pretty incendiary statements in this podcast, and in most of my podcasts. We just concluded another round of Ask Didact Anything Day on my Telegram channel, which is your chance as a member of the community (such as it is) to ask questions to yer very 'eavy, very 'umble Warrior-Servant. We got a really good battery of questions in for today's podcast, and I was very pleased to take some time to answer them all: Dan: Which European country is in the worst shape socially and economically? And which would you expect to see collapse first? SupremeCannon: Progozhin said there were other PMC's operating alongside Wagner. (Gazprom has a PMC?! Shoigu has a PMC?!) Is Russia really that freewheeling, militarily speaking? WB: Can I borrow a dollar? AK: When people are willingly rushing towards their demise and moral decay is this a sign of the coming dark ages? To clarify further: I understand that we had difficult times in the past because people were misinformed, but is this the time that St. Anthony prophesized? The masses are not just misinformed. They truly convinced themselves that modern lunatic and satanic rules/practices coming from the elites, are good for them. GW: Is the current round of US bank failures the beginning of the end of the US financial system, or will they be able to kick the can down the road a few more years? Randale6: As I have been browsing the various forums available for international teachers I have noticed that certain countries and areas as being deemed "hardship" locations. Said locales are easier to get jobs at as they get less applicants and thus have to be a bit more open-minded.  One of the areas mentioned is Central Asia (e.g Mongolia and all the stans) and I personally feel drawn to the old silk road. Do you have any experience of the Central Asian locales at all? Dan: I see the Kombat Kats as well as plenty of dogs in your posts. Are you a cat or dog person and why? I have to confess that I missed out on one question - which was kind of stupid, because it was literally the first one in the list, and somehow I managed to skip over it entirely. I will address that one specifically in a voice message on my Telegram channel. Here's the question: MK: Are there good Russian history media in English or do I have to get off my lazy butt and actually learn Russian? Sorry, bro - will get back to you about this.     Hail brothers and sisters - CHRIST IS RISEN! On this very special Easter Sunday podcast, I discuss the nether realm by weaving together the views of various Catholic exorcists (for whom I have tremendous respect), the late, great, and sorely missed Dr. Michael Heiser's work, and the elements of Scripture which pertain directly to the realities of that realm. I discuss how daemons are increasingly telling exorcists that they feel their time is coming, that something very BIG is on the way, and I talk about how God permits and uses their activities to help us purify ourselves, turn away from sin, and glorify Him through our own sanctification. I talk about the ways in which the worst excesses of Western civilisation are really a form of daemon-worship, and how the gods of many cultures are in fact daemonic entities in disguise. Finally, I talk about how the Resurrection is our ultimate bulwark against evil, for it fulfils God's promise to us and redeems us through the sacred blood of Christ our Lord.     The main Didactic Mind podcast is now back - two episodes in two weeks, which is something to celebrate, given how infrequent the podcasts have been of late. (Yes, I know - my fault entirely, mea culpa, etc. etc.) This week's episode is all about the unfolding multipolar world. I talk about some key economic indicators and what they mean for the Western economies. I discuss how American policies have forced countries around the world to de-dollarise - but, as I point out, this does NOT mean the USD will eventually be replaced outright by the RMB, simply because the Chinese yuan does not have enough "float" to do so, and because the Chinese have no desire whatsoever to be the world's reserve trading platform. I go on to draw parallels between what we have seen in the past, with the collapse of empires, specifically the (western) Roman empire, and the current very obvious decline of the American empire. Then, I move on to point out what the world will look like, as a multipolar one based on regional trading blocs that work with each other, rather than constantly fighting wars against each other, instigated by the American Deep State. The podcast finishes with a reference to the Watchers and the spiritual war in which we find ourselves, with more to come in next week's Easter Sunday podcast.     Comes a query from reader Ned, who asked a question that I should have answered more directly in my previous podcast. This one is all about whether or not the neoclowns currently driving the Western world over a cliff at roughly the speed of sound, have any capacity or inclination to back off and reconsider their literally suicidal strategery: Do you think the global banking crisis will escalate the eastern European war, or do you think it will cause western neocons to pause and retreat? The short answer is: Not only NO, but F**K NO!!! The somewhat longer answer is that, if you look at where neoclowns come from, who they are, what they have studied, and how they think, then you will quickly realise they have zero capacity for self-reflection, learning, and admitting mistakes. As a result, they are utterly incapable of backing off a failing strategy. Therefore, the global banking crisis will result in a redoubling of their efforts to destroy Russia through force of arms. And it will fail - along with the Western banking system. Many thanks to Ned for the question - feel free to ask any follow-ups as you see fit.     The main Didactic Mind podcast is FINALLY back with a new episode. This one is all about the very real and visible collapse of the American Empire, and the manner in which Amerikhastan is reacting to it. In this episode, I outline the tectonic shifts in geopolitics that we have seen in the past week, and explain some of their implications for the Western neoliberal empire. I point out that neither the Chinese nor the Russians are in the least bit interested in actual hegemony - instead, they are actually interested in simply being left the hell ALONE to pursue their own courses and development paths. I specifically discuss the failings of the neoliberal ideology of Clown World and GloboHomoPaedoSatanry, and I explain how the developing nations of the world are fighting and pushing back against it. And I note the implications for Westerners and their economies as a result of their own policies. Of particular interest to me here is the rather odd Western notion that China seeks to supplant America as a global hegemon. This is simply untrue, and I explain why by pointing out some basic geopolitical realities of China's position in the world. I close by noting that Western neoliberal failures have compounded to the point where they simply cannot sustain themselves any longer, and the "turbo-Americanism" of the West is going to fail, no matter what. There will be a Domain Query episode coming up as well, as there is a question from a reader which I did not fully address in this one. Protect Yourself From Big Tech I make some pretty incendiary statements in this podcast, and in most of my podcasts. I can only do so because I take steps to protect myself from the Big Tech companies, and preserve my identity. You need to do the same – this is no longer optional, because if you don't, the gatekeepers WILL come for your head. If you don't know where to start, then I've got you covered right here with this post. Here are the specific steps that you can take: Make sure that your web traffic is safe and protected from prying eyes using a VPN – click here to get a massive 80% OFF on a 24-month subscription with Surfshark; Be sure also to check out Incogni, the new data and privacy management tool offered by Surfshark, which simply works behind the scenes to ensure that no malign actors can take advantage of your data ever again; Another solid VPN option for you is Atlas VPN, brought to you by the same company that creates NordVPN; The best SSD drive that you can get right now, with blazing fast speeds and near-native storage capabilities, is probably the SanDisk Extreme 1TB Portable SSD with NVMe technology – I bought this myself to keep a moving backup of all of my files, it's the size of a credit card, and it's absolutely superb; Build Your Platform Get yourself a proper domain for your site or business with Namecheap; Put your site onto a shared hosting service using A2Hosting for the fastest, most secure, and stable hosting platform around – along with unlimited email accounts of unlimited size; Create beautiful websites with amazing, feature-rich content using Divi from Elegant Themes; Stand for Western Civilisation Buy yourself a proper Bible; Get your Castalia Library books here; Buy yourself a proper knife for personal defence;

    The Domain Query series is FINALLY back, with a long episode that deals with a wide range of reader questions. These come from my Telegram channel, the site, and emails from readers. I would like to thank everyone who wrote in and asked questions - I very much appreciate it, and I do apologise for the lengthy delays in getting around to answering these. The questions are as follows: MK: With a hearty Guten Tag from the salty liverwurst-reich, I humbly request your advice on the following: how does one get into the WH40K and Halo universes? I've only seen the Helsreach movie for 40K, and nothing for Halo. However, I would like to at least know what various references mean. MK: How badly screwed are Western Europe's industries? Will they revert to the stone age as predicted by Martyanov or just recede a little bit in the parts that won't join Russia's orbit? WB: What is the overall 'boots on the ground' economy really like in Britain now? GW: Given that China is one of the biggest holders of US treasury bonds and dollars, how much influence does that give them over the US economy and government? What happens to China's holdings if there is a war between the two countries? Dan: How will the American Deep State react when it becomes apparent that Ukraine has lost, and lost badly. Do you think they pretend it didn't happen, pivot to China, or escalate with Russia? Dan: Assuming things ever calm down, and a European or American can visit Russia, what is your advice? I assume St Petersburg should be the priority? Are Russians friendly, at least compared to the French? James: Somewhat unrelated to the SMO, although definitely part of the JWO agenda. Are Russians dying from "suddenly" and "unexpectedly" like so many young and otherwise healthy people are in the "West?" Is Sputnik the killer that Pfizer, Moderna, J&J and Astra Zeneca are? Dark: “Go lookup the history of Ukrainian nationalism, and the abominable way in which the Ukrainians handled their own infrastructure and economic gifts left over from the USSR, and you will quickly realise that perhaps no country in history has ever squandered so much, so quickly, in the name of so little.” This is a topic of interest, can you give me a starter pack? As always, please remember to like, comment, share, and especially subscribe, so you never miss a new episode, and feel free to let me know if you have follow-up questions in the comments, via email, or through Telegram. HAPPY NEW YEAR, brothers and sisters! May the peace and blessings of Our Lord Jesus Christ be with you and your families and loved ones in 2023, and may we march ahead into the coming year armed with faith, hope, and above all, love. Hard times are surely ahead - but God is surely with us, and with Him on our side, nothing is impossible. Before I get into the contents of this very first podcast of 2023, let me take a moment to acknowledge an incredible milestone: This is the TENTH ANNIVERSARY of the day I started writing as just some random blogger on teh innarwebz. On January 1, 2013, I started up the old Didact's Reach site on Blogger, and kept that going for more than 7 years before I switched to a shared-hosting platform to get away from Goolag's control over my content. I started writing because the only alternative was to go crazy, since I had literally no other outlet for my increasing frustration and anger with the way the world was going. So I decided that, instead of screaming into the void, I might as well do something about it, and start writing. I never expected anyone to read my writing, much less follow it. Yet, here we are, 10 years later, and some of you have been reading my writing since very nearly Day 1. I also never expected to create any kind of community around my writing or my site. Yet, here we are today, with a Didactic Mind podcast on Podbean, a Telegram channel, and an independent website, plus a couple of ancillary sites (which, admittedly, need some development and new content). It's been a decade of growth and change for me personally, and many of you have been there for the journey. I have benefited immensely from putting in the time and effort to research my ideas and arguments, refining them down from inchoate masses of thoughts to useful contributions. Along the way, I have met and made friends that I never could have expected to run into otherwise. So, from me to you, THANK YOU for your patronage and your time. I do not do this for popularity or views, but it is gratifying indeed to know that others find value in it. As is the usual way of things with the first real post of the year, here are the site's statistics for 2022: Total pageviews of 260K when you count both the old Blogger site and the current shared-hosting incarnation - down 3.6% from 2021's 270K, but not bad at all considering the lower output; Total of 43,579 unique visitors across the entire year, up 16.5% compared to 2021; Readers posted a total of 722 comments across 303 posts, down 12.5% and 8.7% respectively against 2021; Posts averaged 1,803 words in length, up 3% compared to 2021; So basically, a pretty decent year in most respects, despite lower overall output, helped along substantially by a few posts which attracted thousands of views rather than the usual hundreds. The geographic distribution of my readership was pretty interesting too - take a look: But that is not the end of the story, because the other media platforms also come into play: The Didactic Mind podcast managed over 3,160 downloads across all of 2022, and hit over 6,000 downloads life-to-date on the Podbean platform; The Didactic Mind Telegram channel went from zero to 139 subscribers in 2022 - which is nothing overall, but is decent for a private Telegram channel that can only be joined using an invitation link; With all the stats out of the way, let us get on to the actual podcast itself, which goes into all of the above at a high level, and then goes into what I think the year ahead holds, and how we can prepare for it. Protect Yourself From Big Tech I make some pretty incendiary statements in this podcast, and in most of my podcasts. I can only do so because I take steps to protect myself from the Big Tech companies, and preserve my identity. Today I discuss the meaning of Christmas, in terms of the values of peace, joy, compassion, forgiveness, brotherhood, and love, and what it means to spread these things to others. I talk about how the Lord's birth as a humble man, born into this world in the most simple way possible, signifies God's boundless love for us, and shows us His deep desire to be close to us, part of our lives. I talk about the ways in which the coming year will prove challenging and difficult for us, and how we can mitigate those challenges by focusing on what it is that God wants from us. Above all, I bring you a message of hope, faith, and love - the eternal love of the most mighty God. Let us all glory in His love for us, and do our best to incorporate Him into our lives, because that is what He wants from us. This episode of Domain Query is in response to an excellent question from reader G W on my Didactic Mind Telegram channel. The question related to the possibility of an American debt default, and the consequences thereof. Essentially, I was asked: "what would be the results of a US default?" The short answer is that it would be an unmitigated catastrophe, the likes of which we have never, ever seen before. But that does not actually explain the true scale and size of the problem. To do that, you have to look at the actual history of the US dollar, and why it is a debt-based currency. You also have to understand something about the international linkages of the global economy, and the pervasive influence and power of American Treasury bonds. Once you get some idea of just how much the world depends on US debt for all sorts of purposes, you will then understand why an American default will literally collapse the entire global economy. I go into these subjects, and much more, in the podcast here. Protect Yourself From Big Tech I make some pretty incendiary statements in this podcast, and in most of my podcasts. Reader RT asked some very interesting follow-up questions on my Telegram channel to my latest Didactic Mind podcast, related to the issues of what money is, what it does, and why inflation is so evil. The follow-up questions have to do with how money came to be, what it is today, and a set of ancillary questions about political economy and the possiblities of European energy independence: Weren't money established as a means to pay taxes, among other things? I guess it would be historically defendable and one way of centralizing power in the hands of state was to remove the right to coinage of local lords, at least here in Europe. It also raises the interesting question if cryptocurrency is money. There is a political dimension to economy and I can understand Europe's desire to be independent from Russian energy supplies as much as possible (although why to be dependent on the US?). Autarky is hardly achievable goal but still… That leads to the question what domestic resources Europe has (.e. coal) and if or to what extent they could replace Russian or American gas? From this point of view even the so called green energy has a merit if it is managable. This question arises due to the fact Europe was a rich continent even before importing Russian gas and there is no guaranty that in 2 generations Russian government will still be as reasonable as it is today. This is a wide-ranging series of questions encompassing a very large number of different questions and ideas, so the resulting podcast is quite a bit longer than my usual Domain Query responses. Essentially, my views are: Money evolved originally as a way of smoothing out transactions, rather than as a way to pay taxes - and indeed taxation in the ancient world depended largely on products and labour, rather than hard currency; While it is true that governments around the world try to centralise the production of money as a way of preserving their own power, it is still possible to find examples of private entities that can issue their own money; European energy independence from Russia is indeed possible, but that would require having the political will and means to extract Europe's own, quite bountiful, energy resources, which I do not see as likely at all these days; The European dependence on Russian energy that we see today, did not happen by accident, nor by malicious design, but rather because of very rational incentives created by European labour markets and political developments; Green energy is by no means an effective or useful replacement for fossil fuels - these methods are much less efficient, productive, and useful, and are actually themselves quite dirty in their own ways; There is simply no way to replace fossil fuels with so-called "green" energy on any reasonable scale, without using nuclear power, which comes with its own issues and problems; The entire "green energy" agenda is based on a lie about so-called "man-made global warming", where the people telling the lies have cause and effect completely backwards; Here's the podcast. As noted at the beginning, be sure to join my Telegram channel if you have not already done so, as the questions you see above are an example of the kinds of intelligent discussion that you will find in that channel. (Along with the inevitable parade of tactical minutiae, pawsitivity, hot girls, and general shitposting - it is a channel by men, for men, after all.) The Didactic Mind podcast is back, finally, with a long discussion about the rather disastrous state of modern economics. Specifically, I start by defining what money IS, and how different forms of money have evolved over time. I point out that money is absolutely linked to time, which makes it a direct translation of one's life into tangible value. From there, I embark on a discussion of Keynesian economics and its views on money, and then talk about the Monetarist heresy of that very same particularly stupid way of thinking. I delve into the insanity of Modern Monetary Theory (MMT), which is essentially an entire school of economics devoted to the destruction of wealth and sound money, before ending on an impassioned screed about how nations can resolve the issue of rampant inflation through sound monetary policy and the removal of SANKSHUNS!!! upon THOSE DAMNED ROOSKEES!!! This is probably one of my "rantier" podcasts, and with good reason. There is a lot to unpack here, and honestly I only really skimmed the surface. My argument really comes down to the fact that time literally is money, and that by destroying the value of money, governments destroy the value of people's lives - which is an act of great and terrible evil. As always, please remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe if you have not already done so. In this latest Domain Query, I address a rather interesting question from LRFotS Randale6 that touches on the thorny and tricky issue of thinking machines and artificial intelligence, while referencing the greatest sci-fi novel ever written. Here's the original question: Here is an admittly [sic] unusual domain query, was Dune correct that mankind will either have to place limits upon AI (and it's [sic] sister technologies) or outright prohibit them altogether? I discuss the answers to this question by pulling together the origins of the Dune reference, some examples of what AI does really well, where the worries about AI becoming self-aware and self-replicating come from, and why we shouldn't really be too bothered in the current context. I also caveat this by pointing out that there are certain highly promising technologies, like quantum computing, which may become true game-changers, IF they live up to the hype. The short answer is, I don't think we need to be worried at this point. Reading List The Dune series by Frank Herbert is well worth reading - the prequels written by his son and Kevin J. The main Didactic Mind podcast is finally back with a new episode. In this one, I argue that we are already in a World War - whether you call it World War III or IV at this point, I don't know or care, but the fact is that we ARE dealing with a global war between at least two huge power blocs. I call out the Empire of Lies for what it is, and I straight-up argue that the USSA is now a terrorist state, after what it did with the Nord Stream project and the way that it has supported an openly and avowedly neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine. In the wake of the Kerch Bridge attack, I argue that the Russian people are no longer interested in compromise or peace with anything less than the outright destruction of Ukraine and the total defeat of NATO. I argue that the extremely weak and pathetically poor leadership of the Fake President has opened up opportunities for the Deep State factions to go to war with each other and the entire world. And I explain that the Neo-Tsar is not going to use a nuclear first strike, because that is not the Russian way or doctrine - but that he is also under tremendous pressure from his own government and people to deal with Ukraine much more harshly than he has so far. In other words - we are staring at an extremely combustible and dangerous situation, and no one has any idea how bad things could get, or how fast. This week's question comes from a reader and subscriber to my Telegram channel - be sure to subscribe if you have not done so already, it's a great community of like-minded men who banter back and forth and just generally have a lot of fun ribbing me about my awful taste in music and women. (I can't help it if my critics are all Philistines...) Anyway, reader MK asked the following: Dear Didact, I hope this missive finds you well, and I thank you again for your extensive response to my last domain query... Today, I write to you on behalf of my friend, we'll call him Z. Z asked, with respect to the Pajeet Code phenomenon, whether or not Indian culture raises its men to be more gamma than the Anglosphere does. And I see his point: the act of Pajeet coding - to shortcut code that sort of works for now - is how gammas deal with every problem. As one of the few men who understand both Indian culture and the SSH, what do you think? Is Z onto something? Are Indian men more gamma than the Western norm? Since I intend to relay your response to him, I would strongly prefer something that can be easily shared as a response. Thank you again for your time, for all your work, especially that on the 404 War. In Christ, MK I am certainly happy for this response to be shared, though keep in mind that a lot of blue-pilled types will probably find it off-putting. I cannot help that, the truth is what it is, but we must not shy away from it.   In this Domain Query, I explain where this particularly awful phenomenon comes from, its consequences for the Indians who suffer from it, and how it can potentially be fixed. (Spoiler alert: it's not likely to happen anytime soon.)   As always, many thanks to my readers for writing in with questions and suggestions, I am happy to answer queries from my readership, so feel free to reach out and ask if there is something you would like me to unpack.   Protect Yourself From Big Tech I make some pretty incendiary statements in this podcast, and in most of my podcasts. I can only do so because I take steps to protect myself from the Big Tech companies, and preserve my identity. The Domain Query series is BACK after a little bit of a hiatus, with a long broadcast answering a set of very interesting and quite wide-ranging questions from LRFotS Randale6. This was good fun to talk through, but I think I might have pissed off Satan's butt-gremlins in the process, because my laptop (running Linux Mint 20.3, no less) blew a fuse somehow and refused to recognise input from either the mouse or keyboard. So I was rather worried that I'd lost the entire podcast, which was over an hour in length. I sure as shit didn't want to re-record the whole damned thing, but fortunately, Audacity was able to restore the cached version. That being said, if you hear something off during the podcast, or the sound goes squirrelly, let me know, because I have no idea whether the original audio stream is intact. It SEEMS to be, but I really have no way to be sure, short of listening to the whole damn thing myself, and I don't like the sound of my own voice THAT much. So here is the original question list: Is homosexuality innate, "conditioned" or a mix of the two? Is the FBI ride [sic - "raid"] on Mar-A-Lago a sign of establishment power...or fear? Having just done modern art history for elective credit filling...what exactly happened? It seems from approximately the 1850s to 1929 half the art became crap, from the 1929 on the art became a steaming pile of biden****. What is the line between nationalism and fascism and where do the Pinochet (Chile) and Franco (Spain) fall on this continuum? Relating to the above, are some countries only suited for the "great man" style of leadership (characterized by a highly charismatic, capable leader with at the minimum an authoritarian streak)? Latin countries in particular come to mind (along with Russia). Having listened to Adam Piggott's recent podcast I have a curious question, as backward and barbaric as Islam can be...is their approach to women and their management the correct one? I've gone through them one after another, with varying amounts of time devoted to each answer. Be warned, this does get controversial and I do discuss some very icky subjects when answering all of this, so if you don't like listening to based commentary, well, go back to your safe space. Otherwise, listen on. With respect to the question about Franco and Pinochet, I have to beg ignorance about their specific policies, but I would say that Pinochet, in particular, was merely a nationalist, and was assuredly not a fascist, given the market-based reforms that he pushed through in Chile. My understanding of Franco as well is that he was much more market-oriented than Hitler, Mussolini, or Tojo ever were. As I stated in the podcast, the best way to understand fascism is that it is a SUBSET of nationalism, and that nationalism in and of itself allows one to embrace either socialism or capitalism. Links The Last Closet by Moira Greyland; A very basic explanation from Infogalactic about La Dottrina del Fascismo by Giovanni Gentile; Perhaps a better explanation from Prager U and Dinesh D'Souza - beware of the neo-Palestinianism therein, though; A brief primer on the extremely high rates of intimate partner violence in same-sex relationships; The inimitable Robert Barnes waxing lyrical about the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago; I reference a lot of different sources and books in this podcast, and I can't quite remember them all, but if you have other sources to suggest, stick 'em in the comments, because this is a very broad set of questions and ideas for discussion. The latest podcast episode is all about the evolution of a new world order, based on nation-states acting in their own interests, rather than the extraordinarily arrogant, foolish, childish, reckless, and outright stupid globalist approach taken by the collective West these days. I look back at an old article that I wrote some years ago, in which I used a HALO analogy concerning the Forerunners and compared them with the American global empire, and look at the accuracy of those claims compared with the modern day. And I note that a bit of competition in terms of ideologies is actually a VERY Good Thing, by discussing how the world will look as the American Empire fails and falls. In this latest episode of the Didactic Mind podcast, I discuss the rather curious phenomenon that we see today of the Eurasian nations being led by (largely) competent, capable, sensible people who are well-suited to their specific positions, versus the completely imbecilic and childish idiots leading the West. I posit a theory that the people in Cabinet-level positions in Western nations are not only miseducated, but MALEDUCATED - that is to say, deeply unqualified for their roles, and totally incapable of learning enough to become qualified for them. I talk about the differences between Western and Russian/Chinese/Indian education systems, and talk in particular about the very different levels of emphasis on mathematics and science in those systems. While I believe that no one can be truly educated without having a comprehensive understanding of other humanities disciplines, I argue that the lack of a firm analytical foundation, created by studying mathematics, science, and engineering of some kind, makes the elite graduates of Western universities highly incapable of dealing with the real world. Finally, I discuss how the current Western educational environment is DEEPLY incestuous, in the sense that it creates elites who basically just sniff each other's farts and live in a thoroughly delusional bubble that is totally disconnected from reality. The table that I compiled in my discussion can be seen down below, and as always, you are free to examine the data for yourself to see if my rough working theory has any foundation. Domain Query: The Evil That Men Do

    LRFotS Randale6 wrote in earlier this week to request my take on a very important, indeed fundamental, question about the human condition - and he did it by quoting Spaceballs. Now, when a Christian nerd gets a question from another sci-fi nerd phrased in a way that references one of the silliest, yet somehow most classic, comedy movies ever made, he cannot help but answer it. So here's what our friend asked me: Now for thee [sic] oddball request, remember Dark Helmet from Spaceballs saying "So, Lone Starr, now you see that evil will always triumph, because good is dumb." Why exactly is that? Are morality and common sense at cross-purposes? It just feels like the parable of the scorpion and the frog, and the frog never seems to learn that it can't trust the scorpion. It's a very good question, which cannot be properly answered from a secular perspective, because secularism is not capable of coming up with a proper definition of evil. In this Domain Query episode, I look at how Man's rebellion against God, who is the definition of good, is at the root of our continued inability to deal with evil. We do not learn the lessons because we CANNOT, since we constantly rebel against the very thing that is trying to bring us back over to the right and sensible course. Furthermore, our refusal to "get with the program", as it were, leads us to forget the lessons of the past and insist on repeating the same old mistakes. On top of that, normal people DO have a spark of innate goodness in them, which makes them really incapable of understanding how evil works and thinks - and to explain this, I discuss what and how psychopaths act, and why evil in this world is a genuine manifestation of psychopathic intelligence. And finally, I discuss how our turning away from that which is by definition good, has left us unable to understand the absolute need for discipline and punishment for bad behaviour, which is why we keep making the same stupid mistakes repeatedly. Here's the original quote from Spaceballs that inspired the question. And here's the great speech from Julius Caesar, starring Marlon Brando, that inspired the title. (Alternative version with Charlton Heston.) And, in keeping with my own personal character... In this episode, I take that idea and run with it, explaining where these three factions come from, who controls what (roughly speaking), and, toward the end, which faction is likely to win that war and why. Friend and LRFotS JohnC911 had a very interesting follow-up to Episode 100 of the main Didactic Mind podcast on a related but separate topic: Didactic I do have a question and it relates to the immigration into the west from countries like India and the Middle East. When major problems of the west start to happen and living in the west becomes unbearable for many of the non Europeans, how will the countries that receive them be affected? I am thinking for example such as Arabs that were brought up in the west returning to countries such as Saudi Arabia, Indians returning to India from the west. Would the western liberal influence infected the countries or the opposite? Would there be religious and ideological problems cause? I answer this question by breaking it up into two parts with two subsections each. Essentially, I take the view that the wealthy and internationally mobile elite immigrants will return to their old countries, and will bring with them some of the GloboHomoPaedo disease. Those not capable of moving, will stay in the West, and become ever more radicalised and angry and difficult. There will be inevitable reactions and pushbacks against both types. I go into the details at some length in this podcast. Protect Yourself From Big Tech I make some pretty incendiary statements in this podcast, and in most of my podcasts. I can only do so because I take steps to protect myself from the Big Tech companies, and preserve my identity. LRFotS Randale6 and I had a long conversation via email on a number of topics, stemming from his idea that someone like me should start up a successor site to the old Return of Kings platform. He mentioned that I had said something along these lines in the past, which I do vaguely recall doing at some point, I just can't remember exactly when or where. From there, he asked why Roosh had become such a fanatic and a hardliner, and lost his sense of humour. I pointed out that this is a direct consequence of Roosh's personality, which shows a strong tendency to go to extremes too easily, and that we shouldn't be too judgemental about him, because even someone like me would be considered "fundamentalist" by most normies. Randale6 stated that he has a hard time believing in any religion or ideology precisely because of the hardliners, as he perceives Roosh to be. But it seemed to me that, given his lack of overt hostility to Christianity and Christ, he had a number of questions on the subjects of religion, faith, and Christianity, and I invited him to ask me anything he might like on these subjects. Here is the list of questions that our friend wants answered (slightly edited for spelling and capitalisations, but otherwise exactly as sent to me): How does one reconcile Man's free will with God's omniscience? What is your thinking on the Masons/Deists and their various offshoots (most prominent being the Mormons)? Is Heaven any better than Hell? (To be honest with you, adoring God for all eternity kind of sounds like a mental Hell to me…) Why is the Bible so scant on descriptions of Heaven? (Islam by contrast tells you explicitly what your getting, sounds like one of the best afterlives I've ever heard of…at least if we go by the 72 houri version) What is the fate of those souls Christian missionaries never reached? (e.g the Native Americans pre-Columbus, the Chinese pre-Marco Polo would be another example) Why does Christianity cuck so readily? (Particularly when compared to its heretical child known as Islam, which for all its faults seems to understand that some behaviors should just not be tolerated.) Must a Christian truly forgive all sins against him or can he put to the sword those who have gravely wronged him, his family and his people? (e.g were the actions of someone like say Vlad the Impaler justified given the threats and trespasses of the Ottomans against him and his kingdom) This is a very comprehensive and important set of questions, and I am very pleased to have an opportunity to answer them. I did my best to do so in a manner that is both informative and precise, but inevitably, since I'm only human, I'm sure I got a few things wrong. As such, I welcome my wiser and more informed Christian brothers to provide their comments and views on what I have said, in the chat. The Domain Query series is back with another interesting question from a reader, which I figured deserved a proper and thoughtful answer. This is probably my longest Domain Query episode yet, and I probably do get a bit carried away in my enthusiasm for the topic, but it is an important subject and an interesting one. New reader Baltbuc sent me the following query via the email form on my site: Hi Didact, I found you linked up on the normalamerican news feed. You have a top notch  website and Telegram channel. This is a good article that discusses the problems that Russia faces against the Fake and Gay™ onslaught from America. Russia must be the beacon in the East that holds form and resists. Countries like Hungary show promise but frankly aren't all that important geopolitically. What do you think is the Russian future? Put simply, I believe that Russia has a very bright future ahead of it, thanks to its immense reserves of mineral wealth, and its increasingly clear near-total victory over the GloboHomoPaedo forces that have tried, for thirty years, to break the country and bring it to its knees. Those forces have failed, thanks to the hard work and efforts of the Neo-Tsar. The Russian yoot are, in view, the great hope for the future - they are turning HARD away from GloboHomoPaedo, and are rapidly rediscovering love for their Motherland and for the promise that it holds. There are two significant problems that Russia must address. The first is its birth rate, which remains far too low to promote social growth and stability. The second is the proper distribution of its mineral wealth. Both problems are entirely solvable, though they are also interconnected and cannot be separated. I believe that the Russian people will figure them out over time, and I believe that Russia might just turn its demographics around fairly quickly if it acts in a sensible and well-thought-out fashion. Be sure to check out Episode 100 of the main Didactic Mind podcast as well, in which I go into greater detail about the economic potential of Russia and how it will evolve over time. The 100th episode of the podcast is finally here! I actually had the time to sit down and record this whole thing, and it is quite long, clocking in at close to 88 minutes. It took me a while to get around to making this episode, simply because I wanted to find an actual guest, but ended up being both too lazy AND too busy, with a variety of other things, to figure out whom I wanted to invite. I hope to be able to invite guests onto the podcast for later episodes, but we shall see how things go. In the meantime, this very special 100th episode consists of looking back at how the Western powers managed to squander their opportunities so completely and thoroughly, how they managed to create such a colossal mess out of their economies, and where and how the Eurasian powers - Russia, China, and India - will be able to supplant them. I also examine the great weaknesses of these countries, which are real and substantial, and explore how they will prevent these great nations from reaching their full economic power and potential in the coming years. Overall, I believe that we shall see a secular shift of power away from the over-indebted, over-extended, rapidly deteriorating Western economies, which have played out their usefulness and their power games, toward countries that produce real things using real inputs, not merely making money from money. LRFotS Randale6 had an interesting and detailed set of questions for me about being a "stranger in a strange land", as it were, when looking at where to go, where to live, and how to adapt to a foreign culture after getting the hell out of the dying and degenerate Western world. There are several questions in this set, which I answered in order, more or less, and at length: Better off an outsider in Asia then a White man in America?   Looking at the way things are going I'm also going through the process of getting a degree, thankfully on a vastly decreased timetable owing to degree hacking (thank you degreeforum.net). The plan is simply to go teach English in Asia and either go through a cheap Master's in ESL to teach at the university level or found my own school/study room.   As for what is making me leave rather then stay for the fight in the USA, I will be honest, I prefer to live life on easy street...and not having to play divorce roulette in the USA. It is easier to have a family when you live somewhere that actually gives a damn about the institution.   Judging from your writings you have been an outsider for the majority of your life, what have your experiences as an outsider been like? Particularly within the context of East Asia and Southeast Asia? So here's a podcast in which I answer all of these questions. With respect to the specific idea that I raised toward the end of this episode, here is one possible place to apply for teaching positions at an international school. I think that is one way to get the best of both local (South-)East Asian cultures and one's own roots.   As always, like, comment, share, and subscribe. A subscriber to my private (as in, not publicly visible or searchable) Telegram channel - join up if you haven't already, all the cool kids are there, to include my friend and fellow shitlord, Last Redoubt - had a very interesting comment to offer in response to my daily voice message updates. These are updates that I give the readers and subscribers (almost) every day, unless I'm in a particularly tired, lazy, or grumpy mood. (The latter happens even more often than one might think, actually.) In them, I offer up some thoughts about the latest developments in geopolitics and news, though at the present time, most of what I have to say concerns the Banderastan War. Yesterday's voice message update started out talking about May 9th, which for the Russians is basically a sacred day of reflection and celebration of their victory in the Great Patriotic War. Here is what subscriber R T had to say on the subject: History has a sense of irony. As someone born in a former communist country I remember celebrations of May 9 where Americans could not be mentioned although everybody knew they liberated western part of the country up to Pilsen and perhaps could reach Prague but were not allowed by political decision. Today western leftists are busy to cancel the Russians. It is not to say we had no love for our Russian liberators. I remember my grandfather telling a story about him walking with Soviet soldier looking for Germans that were hiding in apartments. Once my grandpa, a young boy back then, opened door of an apartment and was welcomed by a bullet. Fortunately, the German guy missed and the Russian shot him dead. Only after the Communists came to power we started to hate Russians. Another historical irony is, although more hated, fascism is probably better than communism. Right wing governments tend to rule their countries better and our historical experience is there were less casualties during Nazi period than during Bolshevik rule. Last but not least, I consider likely the Suvorov's theory that the German operation Barbarossa in fact saved Europe from communism as Stalin was prepared to flood Europe with his own troops and the Germans caught him by surprise with their Drang nach Osten. It's not to diminish heroism of Russian people during the war just to point out that history is a little bit more complicated and Russian understanding of it stinks of propaganda, partly at least. This is a very important set of points, and I agree strongly with all of them. I expand upon them in the latest entry into the Domain Query series, as given here. Domain Query: The Great Dictator

    I got an interesting query from LRFotS Randale6, asking about what kind of dictatorship we can expect in America. It's pretty obvious that the USSA is, indeed, headed straight toward dictatorship of some kind, but the precise kind is hard to figure out. Here's his question in full: Periods of extreme leftism and subversion (at least in Europe) have previously heralded the rise of such figures as Hitler, Mussolini and Franco. Given that the USA is currently undergoing leftism far worse then anything Germany, Italy or Spain went through where exactly is our dictator and are we going to be unlucky and get a Hitler or lucky and get a Franco (or just be stuck with Mussolini, who to be fair wasn't initially an idiot). I break this down by looking at the three phases of government - rule by one, rule by few, rule by many. I point out that there really isn't a parallel at any time in human history for what the USSA is doing to itself right now - we've never seen THIS level of decadence, corruption, evil, sleaze, and indebtedness before. I then point out that, based on the video evidence from that White House do from a few days back, where the Fake President wandered around like a doddering old grandpa that no one wanted to talk to, I reckon that Obarmy is going to be the next great power behind the throne. In my view, the most likely scenario is that the Daemoncrats will take an absolute thumping in the midterms, and then use that as an excuse to jettison Fake President Greenscreen McNappyFace so that he can go do battle with Corn Pop in his retirement home while he drools into his oatmeal. Obama's power base will then displace the Clinton Faction and install Cameltoad Harris as the next Fake President. Remember that Cameltoad has no power base of her own - EVERYONE hates her. So she will be completely subservient to Obarmy. And his narcissism and vanity will not permit any rivals for power. His tyrannical rule will almost certainly be along the lines of a Hitler, Stalin, Mao, or Pol Pot - he is a globalist and a Pharisatanist to the core. And he absolutely will overreach. He will become the Left's version of Lincoln. Eventually, this will lead to the chaotic breakup of the USSA along familial and territorial lines, into at least two and as many as four countries, in an orgy of blood and fire that will make the Rwanda Genocide look tame by comparison. That, of course, is nothing more than my view and my prediction. I would love to be wrong about ALL of this. But I suspect that at least some of it will be spot on - unfortunately.

    This week's episode is about how the turmoil and madness that we see in the physical world, mirrors the Great War between Heaven and Hell. I discuss how the concerted, extremely over the top, push-back against nationalist leaders and peoples in Russia, China, and now Hungary and Serbia, is a straightforward manifestation of spiritual evil that dates back to BEFORE the Flood (no, not the HALO kind, the Book of Genesis kind). Looking back at history, Scripture, and Biblical exegesis courtesy of Dr. Michael Heiser, I explain the manner in which the powers and principalities of Hell manifest themselves into our world and influence us. I close with a call to prayer and spiritual arms, to fortify ourselves to fight for the truth, which operates like a relentless, unstoppable battering ram against evil that confronts us. In this latest episode of the podcast, I analyse the current geopolitical situation by starting with the Russian strategy in the special military operation (or invasion - take your pick) in Ukraine. I talk about the misconceptions and outright lies told by Western analysts and presstitutes about the war and the way it is going, and point out that the way the Russians are fighting is fundamentally and completely different from what the West expects, because the Russians think and act very differently about war than the West does. I then zoom out and look at the broader macroeconomic and political picture, and note that the Russians, Chinese, Indians, and Saudis have now effected an economic and political encirclement of the Western world. Sanctions against Russia have failed, catastrophically and almost completely. China now knows what it needs to do in order to break the Western hegemony. The petrodollar is in danger of outright collapse. And all of this leads to a complete reshaping of the world order in the next few years. It's going to be a wild and bumpy ride, so buckle up, lads. In this latest episode of the Didactic Mind podcast, I talk about the current strategic situation in Ukraine, to the best of my knowledge, and point out that, regardless of the Western propaganda and nonsense on the subject, Ukraine is DOOMED to lose this war. I predict that we will see the partitioning of Ukraine, which would be a tragedy of epic proportions for all concerned, but probably a necessary measure. I then look at the wider geostrategic picture and point out that we are looking at the epic collapse of American economic and political hegemony, within our lifetimes, as countries shift away from the petrodollar and sanctions continue to backfire spectacularly in the faces of the Western nations. I note that the drive to rebuild Germany's military, and NATO's in general, is doomed to fail, because military rebuilding takes about ten years or more, these days. And I make special note of the fact that desperate regimes resort to desperate measures, which is why I suspect that a false-flag bioweapon attack, instigated by the American Deep State, is not only possible, it is actually far more likely than anyone wants to admit. I close with an exhortation to all of us to understand who and what we are, starting with God, continuing with family, and concluding with community, and to be willing to dig our boots into the soil of the land we love, and bleed and die for it if necessary - because only then will we win the war against the globalists.
