Don't Boss The Boss #Nightlight #RTTBROS Don't Boss The Boss #Nightlight #RTTBROS Don't Boss the Boss: Surrendering Our Demand for Divine Obedience"Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?" Isaiah 45:9 (KJV)There's a dangerous reversal happening in many hearts today. We approach God not as humble servants seeking His will, but as demanding customers expecting divine customer service. When circumstances don't align with our plans, when prayers seem unanswered, when God's timing doesn't match our urgency, we find ourselves angry, not with our situation, but with God Himself. The Problem: Playing God to GodWhen we demand that God conform to our understanding, we're essentially saying, "I know better than You do." We're telling the One who spoke galaxies into existence that our finite perspective trumps His infinite wisdom. We're informing the God who sees the end from the beginning that He's gotten our story wrong. This reveals a fundamental misunderstanding of who God is and who we are. As the clay, we have no right to question the Potter's methods. As children, we have no authority to command our heavenly Father. The Spiritual Solution: Returning to Our Rightful PositionThe remedy begins with repentance, not God repenting to us, but us repenting to God. We must acknowledge that our frustration with His apparent "disobedience" to our will is actually rebellion against His rightful lordship.First, humble ourselves before His sovereignty: "God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble" (James 4:6, KJV).Second, trust His perfect love and wisdom: "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28, KJV).Third, surrender our timeline to His: "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven" (Ecclesiastes 3:1, KJV).Finally, pray with Christ's heart: "Nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done" (Luke 22:42, KJV).The peace we seek won't come from getting God to obey us, but from learning to trust and obey Him. When we stop trying to be the father and return to our place as beloved children, we'll discover that His will is not a burden to bear but a gift to receive.Be sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out.https://linktr.ee/rttbros

April 30, 2025 Daily Devotion: "The Pursuit of Virtue and Knowledge" 2 Peter 1:5-6 New Living Translation 5 In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God's promises. Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence, and moral excellence with knowledge, 6and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with patient endurance, and patient endurance with godliness. Self-discipline, self-control, self-denial and abstinence are terms used interchangeably with temperance. Furtherdefinition demonstrates moderation in action, thought, or feeling. Moderation is the key to all that you do. "Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.” (Philippians4:5 KJV) Temperance cannot be achievedovernight. It takes discipline, hard work and patience to get to where you should be. The apostle Paul said, “I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should." (1 Corinthians 9:27 NLT).Olympic gold medalist, fastest man alive Usain BoIt's record-breaking speed and accomplishments were not achieved in a flash. It too focus, dedication, and hard work to reap thoseextraordinary rewards. You may sometimes struggle with over indulgence and poor self-control. It might be a craving for food, shopping or sports. Regardless of what those struggles are, they must be tempered. Solomon, the wise man said; “Do you like honey? Don't eat too much, or it will make you sick.” (Proverbs 25:16 NLT) God's radical ultimatum is, “...If your hand, even your strongerhand, causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away...” (Matthew 5:30 NLT)What would He require of those who struggle with an impulse to let the tongue slip? Spoken words cannot be retrieved. They can lift you up or tear youdown. “There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing”. (Proverbs 12:18 KJV). The tongue can at times be out of control and must be tamed, yet no man can subdue it. Man has the abilityto tame wild animals but lacks the power to control the tongue. “...the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison”. (James 3:7-8 KJV) There is hope. To gain absolute control and develop temperance in all things you must allow the Spirit of God to guide you.“... let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won't be doing whatyour sinful nature craves.” (Galatians 5:16 NLT) Being led by the Holy Spirit can help you to become disciplined and controlled and keep you on track to reaching your goal of developing temperance. You might be forced to takeradical measures and get rid of that which causes offense or simply share your goal with an accountability coach who is willing to ensure that you stubbornly stay the course. Do whatever is necessary to help you progress towards yourgoal to develop temperance.

The Battlefield #Nightlight #RTTBROS The Battlefield of Prayer: Unleashing God's Power in Your Life"Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;" — Ephesians 6:18 (KJV)There's a profound truth that God often brings into our lives people with complementary personalities and gifts. My brother Norman and I exemplify this divine design. While I'm an extrovert and quick thinker, he's an introvert and deep thinker. I tend to fly by the seat of my pants, while he carefully plans ahead. This complementary relationship isn't accidental—it's God's way of making us more complete together than we could ever be apart. This principle extends beyond our podcast partnership. We see it in marriage, business relationships, team sports, and throughout the Church. God strategically places different personalities together so that in our weakness, another's strength can shine. Together, we become a more complete reflection of Christ's body.Norman has been digging deep into the concept of prayer, developing tools and practices to help believers pray more effectively. For me, prayer has always been my weakest area. Study comes easily—it's invigorating and engaging. But prayer? Prayer is hard work. It demands discipline and persistence. This morning, God awakened me thirty minutes before my usual time. I felt His gentle nudge to walk through my home, stopping to pray at each of my children's doors, and then over my wife as she slept. Afterward, I spent time in prayer for myself, addressing the weak areas of my life where I desperately need God's strength to be manifested.Currently, I'm navigating circumstances that leave me feeling somewhat helpless—situations where I cannot change what others think or do. Yet I have one tremendous advantage: I serve a God who holds both my best interests and the interests of the other person in His loving hands. He can work actively in ways beyond anything I could hope or imagine.Consider this: if we have access to this prayer power, and Satan is actively trying to prevent us from praying by making it difficult, perhaps that's precisely the arena where we need to focus our energy. It's striking that immediately after Paul describes the armor of God for believers in Ephesians 6, he transitions directly to prayer. This suggests that prayer is the battlefield where spiritual victories are won.Sometimes we achieve physical victories in our lives, but they prove temporary because the spiritual victory hasn't yet been secured through prayer. Perhaps prayer is difficult precisely because God receives the glory when victory comes through prayer, whereas we take credit when we accomplish something in our own strength."God help us!" indeed. What might change in your life if you became a person of prayer and God began to manifest the miraculous in your situation? What about your marriage? How would your relationship with your children transform? What about your business or job? What about your roles and goals in church? What if you committed to praying for leaders around you, whether in your community or church? In other words, what might God do if His power was unleashed in our situations through a more effective prayer life?As E.M. Bounds once wrote, "Prayer is not preparation for the battle; prayer is the battle." And Charles Spurgeon observed, "Prayer does not fit us for the greater work; prayer is the greater work."The armor of God are all defensive and offensive weapons. But prayer activates them all. Prayer is where we stand in God's strength against the enemy's schemes.Today, I challenge you to consider where your prayer life stands. Have you relegated it to a mere ritual, or is it the beating heart of your spiritual warfare? When was the last time you allowed God to awaken you early, to lead you into intercession for those closest to you?#PowerOfPrayer #SpiritualWarfare #VictoryInChrist

We must learn how to battle according to the Word of God. We have been called to fight the good fight of faith, but how do we do that? Knowledge is power and we have been given the Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us into all truth so we can utilize the authority that Jesus Christ has left His church! *See 1 Timothy 6:12 (KJV) Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. The Word of God tells us that we will have to “Fight the good fight of faith” - meaning “to contend with an adversary”! Our adversary is the devil and one of his names is death! He does not want anyone to “lay hold on eternal life”! But our “fight” will be about staying in the measure of “faith” God has dealt to every believer! We know the “faith” comes by our continual hearing of God's Word (Romans 10:17)! But it takes more than just our hearing to learn how to “Yield the SWORD of the Spirit” and that is the core of our message this morning!*Text Hebrews 4:12 (KJV) For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.*Text Ephesians 6:11 & 17 (KJV) Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:Note “the word of God” is “sharper than any twoedged sword” that is able to reveal what is spirit, soul or body! The Stich #RTTBROS #Nightlight The Stich In Time "The prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished." - Proverbs 22:3 (KJV) There's an old saying that goes, "A stitch in time saves nine." This timeless wisdom reminds us that a small effort made early can prevent a much larger problem later. In our spiritual lives, this principle holds profound truth and can guide us toward a path of righteousness and peace. Consider the struggles of those battling addiction. While God's grace is powerful enough to deliver anyone from the clutches of alcoholism or drug dependency, the journey to recovery is often long and arduous. It requires immense discipline and leaves in its wake a trail of damaged relationships, compromised health, and spiritual wounds that need healing. Now, imagine if we applied the "stitch in time" thinking to our spiritual lives. By putting in the effort early to resist temptation and avoid harmful habits, we spare ourselves from the devastating consequences that come with addictions. It's far easier to never start drinking or experimenting with drugs than it is to overcome addiction once it has taken root. This principle extends beyond addiction to all areas of our spiritual walk. When we notice a small tear in the fabric of our faith – be it a white lie, a moment of gossip, or a hint of pride – it's wise to address it immediately. By doing so, we prevent that small rip from becoming a gaping hole that requires extensive mending. The Apostle Paul understood this concept well when he wrote: "But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway." - 1 Corinthians 9:27 (KJV) Paul recognized the importance of constant vigilance and self-discipline in maintaining his spiritual health. He didn't wait for major issues to arise but worked proactively to keep his body and spirit in check. As we navigate our daily lives, let's remember the value of early, consistent effort in our spiritual journey. A few minutes of prayer each morning, regular Bible study, and intentional acts of kindness can fortify our spirits against the storms of life. These small "stitches" in the fabric of our faith can save us from the need for major spiritual repairs down the road. Let us be like the prudent man in Proverbs, foreseeing potential pitfalls and taking steps to avoid them. By doing so, we not only save ourselves from future hardships but also set an example for others, showing them the beauty and wisdom of a life lived in close communion with God. Remember, it's not about perfection, but about progress. Each small step taken in faith, each temptation resisted, and each moment spent in God's presence is a stitch that strengthens the tapestry of our spiritual lives. May we have the wisdom to act early, the courage to be consistent, and the faith to trust in God's guidance as we walk the prudent path. https://linktr.ee/rttbros Be sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out. https://linktr.ee/rttbros

In nature, there is a phenomenon known as an "ant mill" or "ant death spiral." This occurs when a group of ants gets separated from their pheromone trail, which they use to communicate and navigate. Without their trail, they begin to follow each other in a circle, eventually leading to exhaustion and death. Like the ants, when we rely solely on our own understanding and follow the ways that seem right to us, we can find ourselves going in circles, lost and without direction. But God offers us a different path, one that leads to eternal life and fulfillment. When we choose to follow God's ways, even when they may not always make sense to us, we can trust that He is leading us to our true destination. We may encounter challenges and obstacles along the way, but we can have confidence that God's plan is greater than our own. It's always a joy to come to the house of the Lord King David said, “I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭122‬:‭1‬ ‭KJV‬‬ There's no better place to be than with the saints in God's presence. That's where He commands the blessing!

Today on the broadcast I will be talking aboutPeter and CorneliusActs 10:1-8 (KJV) There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band, 2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway. 3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. 4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. 5 And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter: 6 He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do. 7 And when the angel which spake unto Cornelius was departed, he called two of his household servants, and a devout soldier of them that waited on him continually; 8 And when he had declared all these things unto them, he sent them to Joppa.

333CD 1584 "3 R'S of Jesus' Resurrection"Sunday September 10, 2023 A.M.From the Word of God we learn about our identity in the Lord Jesus Christ! The Word says that the believer (1 John 4:17) is as Jesus is, so are we on the earth! In other words, if you don't know Jesus then you can't be who God called you to be,  and fulfill your destiny! In this message we are going to remind ourselves what it means to be raised with Jesus Christ. Just to lay some groundwork before we read our opening text:*Ephesians 2:6 (KJV) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:*Colossians 2:12 (KJV) Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. From these 2 verses we see death couldn't hold Jesus, death couldn't stop God the Father from resurrecting Him!  Since our faith is in the Risen Savior then we are raised with Him in His resurrection! Now turn to the Gospel of John and let's join the story of Lazarus who had died and was entombed as Jesus uses this situation to teach Martha about “His resurrection”:*Text John 11:25-26 (KJV) Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: [26] And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?#1 First R: RECEIVE (fulness)*John 1:6-12 (KJV) There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. [7] The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. [8] He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. [9] That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. [10] He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. [11] He came unto his own, and his own received him not. [12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:Key in on verse 12 please but remember Jesus is that "True Light" that lighteth every man!*John 1:12 (KJV) But as many as received him, to them gave he power (AUTHORITY) to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:If you have placed your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ then He has given to you the LEGAL RIGHT - “AUTHORITY” to live as His child in this present day world!*Galatians 3:26 (KJV) For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.*Galatians 4:3-6 (KJV) Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: 4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, 5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. 6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.Write these precious truths upon your heart! By faith when you believe and “receive” Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you have partaken in His resurrection and become a son - a child of God! *#2 Second R: REFLECT*Matthew 5:16 (KJV) Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Our “light” comes not from ourselves but from the Lord as we read earlier in the Gospel of John chapter 1. Our “light” is  “REFLECTIVE” from whatever we are looking at! Moses looked to the Lord and His face shone of thankfulness and the children of Israel looked to the world and their face shone gripping!

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh- That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.---- -- -- -- ----Jimmy Fortunato is the Pastor of Pilgrim Baptist Church, located at 229 W. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old- can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born- Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Their first and primary responsibility was to protect you and to see to it that in the process of time, you heard and received the Gospel for your salvation. As you progress in life, depending on what God has called you to do. He assigns more angels to you. On the flip side also, Satan has demons whose primary responsibility from when you were a child was to devour, destroy, deceive you and lure you away from the path of righteousness. The Bible teaches about the woman who was about to deliver a child in the Book of Revelation; she was to deliver a man-child and the devil was there waiting right from the time of birth (Revelation 12:4-5). This was not peculiar to that child alone; God only used that prophetic illustration to show us Satan's modus operandi. Even now that you are born again, Satan still seeks to hinder you from serving the Lord. The Bible says, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8). That is why you must be vehement when dealing with Satan: cast him out! You have the authority in the Name of Jesus to cast out devils (Mark 16:17). That authority is unrivalled and unparalleled in heaven, earth and in hell. Therefore, when you say, “Devil get out of here in the Name of Jesus”, He has got to comply. Philippians 2:9 says God has highly exalted the Lord Jesus and given Him a Name that is above ever name. Ephesians 1:21 says He's seated far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come. The best part, however, is that you are in Him; you are seated with Him on His exalted throne of grace, reigning through Him. Hallelujah! Satan has no right to run things in your nation, city, town, street, home, in your life or that of your loved ones. Put a stop to his work; cast him out in the Name of Jesus and he will be gone! PRAYER Dear Father, I thank you for your mighty angels working for me, and for giving me authority over the devil and his demons. Thank you for the victory of the Lord Jesus over the devil and the entire host of darkness, which was for my sake. The enemy has no dominion in my home, my body, my finances or circumstances, in the Name of Jesus. Amen. FURTHER STUDY Mark 16:17 (KJV) “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;” Luke 10:19 (KJV) “There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings.” 1 YEAR BIBLE READING PLAN Romans 6:1-14 & Psalms 56-59 2 YEAR 10BIBLE READING PLAN Ephesians 5:1-8 & Isaiah 52     To give towards sponsoring free copies please kindly click the below link  https://buy.stripe.com/bIYcOj8vQepC3eM6op

Pro 19:21 KJV There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand. I like the wording in this version specifically the wording devices in man's (mankind) heart. The bible says that our hearts can be deceitful and desperately wicked therefore we must take inventory of our thoughts we must take our own temperature to make sure we are not devising plans of evil or ill will towards God how can we think evil towards God you asked? If we think on another person or even yourself in an evil way you have also done this to God because we are all his children. Now in this situation our thoughts and our plans we come up with ourselves need to be filtered through the word of God or God will allow us to be left to our own devices. Meaning he will leave us alone and allow situations to play out as they may because he knows what's best for us. But if we are not careful we can easily get distracted and start doing our own thing. Like how the prodigal son didn't want to wait for his father to die to have his inheritance and asked for it so he could go live his life. As a loving Father his father gave him his portion and the son squandered it all away and had to learn to live without the money but also without his father and realized he needed to be back home. But just how God does us is the same way that the father did his son and accepted him back into his home with open and loving arms even after he messed up. When all along he could have been home in his father's house the whole time. Which is the same for us. This world has nothing  better to offer us than what God can. After all he created us and everything else and can allow blessings to rain down on us any given moment. We have to learn how to sit with God and have a relationship with him because you don't really recognize the voice of a stranger. You might be able to tell by someones' accent where they are from. But you don't know their heart or their thoughts toward you unless you communicate with this person and get to know them so it's not any different with God. THE LORD IS OUR SHEPARD and we are his sheep. Therefore he cares for us. So if we have relationship with God as his sleep we will know his voice (his word) and a strangers' voice we will not follow. Pro 19:21 EasyEnglish A man may have lots of ideas. But the Lord will do what he wants to do. We may have lots of ideas and the Bible even tells us that if a man's ways please God he will give us the desires of our heart which could be the ideas we have in our mind but we have to give credit and honor to God for keeping us and ordering our steps. God may tell you to turn left while you are driving but the place you are going to it would be faster if you turned right but because you have a relationship with God you are his sheep you are able to recognize his voice and follow instructions and you turn left and later find out there was a 3 car pile up at the location you were going to but because you were obedient to what you heard your life was spared.  Sometimes with God he will take us on a detour to save us or to teach us something before we get to our destination. See having a relationship with Our heavenly Father is a matter of life and death not about getting materialistic things. We have to learn how to seek God's face and not his hands. God knows the way we should go. Pro 19:21 ISV Many plans occupy the mind of a man, but the LORD's purposes will prevail. Occupy means to take up space and or residence. Therefore we ought to allow the Holy Spirit take up space in our hearts, our mines and spirit. We already know that God is our Heavenly Father our creator and he loves us so why not put all our trust in the very fact he knows what we need and the way are life should and will go. All he asks from us is to obey him and keep his commands. Pro 16:1 KJV The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD. Watching What We SayWe all become frustrated and angry. When we do there is a real danger we will do something really stupid…like begin to talk about it to others and vent openly on social media. We sometimes deal with tough work situations, dysfunctional families, touchy church situations, spousal problems, financial troubles, etc. Before we ever face these issues we need to think about how we will handle them. For the Christian there needs to be a clear understanding of what scripture has to say about this. A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back. (Proverbs 29:11 ESV)A fool lets it all hang out; a sage quietly mulls it over. (Proverbs 29:11 MSG)A [self-confident] fool utters all his anger, but a wise man holds it back and stills it. (Proverbs 29:11 AMP)A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards. (Proverbs 29:11 KJV)There is a saying that we need to be familiar with, “It's better to be silent and let people believe you are a fool than it is to open your mouth and remove all doubt.” We all become frustrated and angry, but as Christians let's set a good example of not making a public spectacle of our troubles.I think today's thought is as important as it has ever been. Personally, I think we are living in one of the most volatile times in recent memory that range from the pandemic, to politics, to religion, to race, and to social upheavals of traditional values. At any given moment we may read or hear something that gets us frustrated or angry. When we do…may we remember these wise words from the Bible.

*LIVING SEEDS DEVOTIONALS* (Life Transforming Words) Day:122|Monday|May 3rd| 21 ************************************** *JESUS MAKES INTERCESSION* Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Romans 8:34(KJV) There are two main men in the divinity tray who until now intercedes for the saint. Jesus Christ, the second man in trinity and the Holy spirits the third man in trinity. Jesus is with the father most especially at the right Hand of the father making intercession for us while the Holy is with us, is within us and inside of us helping our weaknesses in the place of intercession. From the above scripture, Who shall bring any charges against God's elect or God's chosen ones? God is the one who justifies. By this Paul meant that once God has justified one of His chosen ones declared that person righteous because of his or her faith in Christ (Romans 3:23–26), no accusation about any sin could convince God to overrule His own verdict. If that is God's position, how could anyone condemn us? That's what Paul now asks. His answer can be read in one of two ways. Paul may be implying that nobody can condemn those of us who are in Christ, because Jesus is the one who died, Paul may mean that only Christ can condemn us, but instead He has already taken our condemnation on Himself.(Isaiah 53:3-5). The result is the same in either. The Scripture speaking in Romans 8:1 and said, There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. We are in Christ by faith, so closely associated with Him in God's eyes that His death has already paid the price of our sin. He was resurrected and now stands at the Father's right hand interceding for us. This is available to those who put their faith in Jesus, but only to those who do so (John 3:16–18). The picture he paints is of Jesus standing by to advocate against anyone who would accuse us to God for our sin. He might say, I died for that sin. The penalty is paid. Now that God has justified us in Christ, and because God is for us, no accusation or condemnation can stand against us in the throne room of God. No one shall be able to condemn you because of radiant glory of God shall be seen in you. Amen. Shalom!!! *SHALL WE PRAY* .... Is it our lack of understanding or ability? Does the future make us afraid? When we experience fear, it's like something has taken over our bodies. Our hearts start beating faster. And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house: For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead." - JESUS CHRIST THE LIVING WORD of GOD. Welcome to Kinsman Podcast. Have you ever had an important decision to make and wanted so desperately to hear from God? Knowing if someone is right for you is one of such decisions. The trick is to cultivate the ability to hear from God BEFORE time. God loves you very much and wants you to know  His will for your life. He wants you to avoid danger and He wants to show you all the good plans He has for you! Because He's such a loving father, He has given us ways to know His will. Please don't ask for a sign and don't be deceived by dreams and supernatural occurrences. In this episode I tell you my own experiences with dreams and deceptions. For example, for years I dreamed and heard a voice that a former boyfriend was going to be my husband. I had a track record of my dreams coming to pass, so I didn't bother to date any one else. We lived in different states and had lost all communication (no Facebook either) so we didn't know what was happening in each other's lives.  I later found out that while I was dreaming & hearing this man was going to be my husband that he was actually already married with 3 small children

Paul, Worthy of Our FollowshipBy Tammy Lacock “Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me.” (1 Cor. 4:16, KJV) There are only two men God said for us to follow: Moses and the Apostle Paul.  Moses occupies 4,300 years of Old Testament time through Jesus' earthly ministry, and Paul covers the time of Jesus' death on the cross until the coming rapture of His people. These are two very distinct biblical times, one governed by the old (the law) and one governed by the new (the final gospel). God gave Moses the Ten Commandments. The people followed Moses and lived by the law, having to DO something in order to be acceptable to God.  Even before His death, Christ said to his disciples to pick up your cross and follow me, again having to do something in order to be who they were (Matthew 16:24, KJV). However, through Christ's death on the cross and His resurrection, God changed all that! The moment we believe, we are born again; the seed of His Son is birthed in us, never to be separated from Him again! Christ Himself gave Paul this Final Gospel of Christ in every believer. Christ raised up ONLY Paul to relay this message of grace alone to born-again believers. By following Paul and hearing this Final Gospel, we understand that we are no longer who we are by what we do; we are who we are by Christ in us, continually growing up in Christ and doing only what the Holy Spirit tells us concerning Him.  Indeed, as followers of Paul's Final Gospel, we are constantly pointed to Christ, to learn Christ and depend only on Christ, being matured into the full stature of God's Son ready to live in our Father's House. Paul assures us that there's no need to worry or fear in the coming days because we have Christ in us NOW.

In this podcast I want to share with you how the love of God carried a woman through the horrors of Germany's worst death camp, Ravensbruck, during the holocaust. I want to share a truth with you that she shared around the world after her release. Her story was indeed a horror story of epic proportion...she lost so much...but God turned her story into a love story. I want to share this story with you because God has not changed and His love can change your story into a love story too. 1 John 4:18 KJV There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear; because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. I can't help but approach this verse as a food lover. It's like tasting something so wonderful that you have to ask the cook, what's in this...and with a broad grin the cook explains, well most folks put allspice in their's, but not me...I put cinnamon. John is telling us what is not in love. NO FEAR... PERFECT LOVE CASTS OUT FEAR. fear has torment (you know that's true) so there's none of that is in God's love. Phillips Christian love—the highest and best gift 1 Corinthians 13: 1-3 If I speak with the eloquence of men and of angels, but have no love, I become no more than blaring brass or crashing cymbal. If I have the gift of foretelling the future and hold in my mind not only all human knowledge but the very secrets of God, and if I also have that absolute faith which can move mountains, but have no love, I amount to nothing at all. If I dispose of all that I possess, yes, even if I give my own body to be burned, but have no love, I achieve precisely nothing. 4 This love of which I speak is slow to lose patience—it looks for a way of being constructive. It is not possessive: it is neither anxious to impress nor does it cherish inflated ideas of its own importance. 5-6 Love has good manners and does not pursue selfish advantage. It is not touchy. It does not keep account of evil or gloat over the wickedness of other people. On the contrary, it is glad with all good men when truth prevails. 7-8a Love knows no limit to its endurance, no end to its trust, no fading of its hope; it can outlast anything. It is, in fact, the one thing that still stands when all else has fallen. Corrie ten Boom says, "...and in my life everything had fallen." Even if you have read the hiding place please hear my heart and for that reason I ask you to go to my podcast. Believe me, this podcast is worth listening to. What you are about to hear is an absolute horror story. The devil intended to make Corrie's story a horror story, but he didn't have the power to do that. God turned Corrie's horror story into a love story. Corrie is not the hero in this story. this story is bigger than Corrie. But what Corrie did can change your troubled, pain filled, heart breaking story into a love story.

If the enemy catches us slipping it can mean a great deal of unnecessary struggle or trouble for us. It can even mean a fall. The adversary will work feverishly to distract us from these 3 basis disciples. Stay on guard and be alert. Victory is ours!! (Eccl 1:11 [KJV]) There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.
