It was so near and yet so far for the Reds, as despite having the best chances, they only scored one goal, before the inevitable sucker punch when Luke Berry scored from (you guessed it) a set piece for Luton. Some fans were angry at the inability to take chances and also the substitutions made by Nuno, which left Forest with five at the back and no striker. Steven Toplis is joined by Tom Newton to discuss the game, the fallout and what this means for Forest in a week when the club are awaiting their PSR punishment. We will be back on Friday with the latest updates, and will be recording a special podcast during the international break with thoughts on where the Reds go from here. It was another late show for the Town as Luke Berry notched his first Premier League goal to rescue a point in a 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest on Saturday afternoon. Kev is joined by The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe to reflect on a day which looked to be putting a nail into the relegation coffin before the undertakers were waved away… eventually! The boys look back on the 90 minutes as a whole, highlighting the bits which Luton did well as well as the times where they rode their luck a little, not helped by a shambolic display from the officials. James also gets post-match reaction from Rob Edwards, Teden Mengi and the hero Luke Berry while some other key performers in the match are discussed.

This episodes guest is a man that many people think they know, but very few actually know. A guy who's lived a life that has seen both ends of the spectrum in regard to what most people would consider ‘normal'. We cover everything from his time in the parachute regiment, time spent at her majesty's pleasure, working in high profile close protection, his upcoming bare knuckle boxing world title fight, and how Jiu Jitsu has become a part of his path to redemption. No subject was avoided and more importantly for me personally, many can get a glimpse of the person and not the reputation, and then it's up to you to make your mind up. There's an old adage you should never judge a man unless you've walked a mile in his shoes.. and this episode goes a way to explain what that walk would entail.. sit back and listen to Mr Shae XS If you enjoyed the show please take the time to leave us a review and spread the word amongst your friends Mick's Martial Arts theme tune is performed by Katalina Kicks and appears with their kind permission Find out more about this amazing band at www.Katalinakicks.com This episode was produced by Luke Berry. Legends aren't all invincible and it's with regret that we announce Scott Caldwell has passed recently. In tribute, we thought it'd be fitting to replay the interview Mick had the pleasure of conducting with him last year. After 36 years in training, Scott Caldwell sits down with Mick and talks all things I first became of this gentleman due to a story I thought was an urban legend, he'd been employed as a body guard by a well known martial artist, the identity of whom I've never found out. I then met him on a number of occasions through our mutual friend Russell Jarmesty, like Russ another larger than life character and a force of nature more than man! During our first couple of meetings this enigmatic individual said I was one of the only guys 'he couldn't weigh up', we've since discovered that it was a case of one shark meeting another and not realising it wasn't a mirror! They say that inside every person that there's the internal battle between good versus evil, so it's actually reassuring to meet someone who's prepared to admit that the devil gets to hold sway over them most of the time.. yep, it's the caged devil himself.. Mr Scott Caldwell. I first became aware of Marcus Charles through Facebook, although we'd never met we had so much in common, a love of Martial arts, JKD,CSW and Kali in particular, Boxing and Boxer dogs! Marcus is an JKD/Kali Weapons and Self-Defense Instructor. He has taught various Military, Law Enforcement, and civilian agencies. Marcus has been training and teaching since the age of 20. He fell in love with physical fitness at the age of 16 afer seeing and reading about Arnold Schwarzenegger. His love of bodybuilding changed to martial arts after reading an article in Muscle and Fitness magazine about Arnold's admiration of Bruce Lee. Living on the Southside of Chicago and being a security bouncer for many years, Marcus has had many encounters where he has had to defend himself. Marcus' goal for his students is to combine the athletic training of MMA with the Self-Defense drills of various arts to make his students grow to their full potential. This episode of Mick's Martial Arts is from me, Mick Tully and was produced by Luke Berry for Abrupt Audio. At the end is a clip of our brand new comedy show 'Get Happy'.
